But now he tells our friends he s depressed and sad and I don t know if he s kidding. There's been about two girls I've crushed on lately, I asked one out, confident she'd lean towards saying yes to me but due to my luck, she didn't. The other girl I used to talk to a lot, but for whatever reason, she just kind of stopped talking to me as much. I've tried to say something or do something to grab her attention and maybe attract her attention but I haven't always seemed to. I want her bad but don't see that happening. If I was with someone again, I know I could shake this melancholy feeling, but no luck so far. I just feel like sleeping and crying all the time. Any suggestions or tips on what I can do? Maybe he texted to wrong person or something. A week later he did that again. What the heck is his problem? He didn t show me any interest before. I don t get it. Please help me to understand him. Posted: 15 Dec 2017 07:04 PM PST So I have been "friends" with this girl I like in college and recently attempted to escalate things. I asked her out to a movie and a few dinners together. She accepted all my invitations and we had a great time. At the movie I attempted to hold her hand and she didn't seem to want to. Moving too fast? But at dinner she asked a LOT of questions about family/future plans etc. She comes over my house frequently to study where it is just me and her for alone for several hours together. She laughs at all my stupid jokes, shows good body language and makes LONG eye contact to the point where I actually have to look away first. Also, she often laughs while making eye contact with me. I have never seen anyone who makes longer/deeper eye contact than her. She made it very clear that she is single but said she still has feelings for her ex but doesn't want to get back with him. She very rarely initiates contact with me, only school related questions. But every time I ask her to do something she says yes and responds almost instantly. So...how do I move forward with this? Very little physical contact, not initiating texts and not wanting to hold my hand (early on) have me thinking friendzone still. But...accepting all my invites, laughing/giggling all the time and intense eye contact have me thinking she might be interested. Would she be coming over my house, at night, every week to study for school if she wasn't interested? But then what about the ex situation? |

I knew she was lesbian, but I just stayed quiet about how I was feeling because she was my best friend at my school and I was scared to lose her. To make it short, she told me she liked me one night over text. It's been about 4 weeks now since that happened. Not much has happened, she's flirted a little bit, and has been pretty sweet. But then there is another girl I have feelings for. She told me that she likes me, but she backed off because of my other friend that I was talking about liked me. At first I thought I didn't have any feeling for her at all, but then after a while, I realized I really did. I feel so bad about it and it's super overwhelming. I don't know what to do. It took until a month and a half ago until she had the guts to ask for my contact info. We had good conversations and eventually asked her to hang out with me and my friends. Things were great, she got along with my friends and I find out she told my friends she's liked me for a while and she wanted their help with me. At first, I was normal as if I didn't know. She would then get worried and tell my friends because it seems I'm not interested. So of course I began to be more "friendly" and it eventually led to her coming over to my house. I would come up with reasons to hold her hand and I would call her names like princess. A little while after she would stop messaging me and I barely saw her at work. After I find out she thought she liked me but realized she didn't, mainly because I was going too fast. We got into a heated argument and I cursed her out and she cut all ties with me. Eventually, I would realize what i said and I sent her an apology letter. She messaged me telling me she read it and she forgave me. After being back on good terms, she would talk to me often like before. She asked what time I'm off and I would find her at work at the time I told her and she's not scheduled. She left immediately after I did. She did say she doesn't like me but this is the exact opposite of what I would do if I told someone I don't feel the same. |
