Question: Bachelorette party ideas?? Posted: 26 Dec 2017 11:23 PM PST We're college kids; we can drink, but we're pretty poor given all of our money goes to tuition. Anyone have fun ideas for a bachelorette party with few funds? Most bachelorette parties seem to take trips or something, but that's a bit outside the price range of our group. It's only about 4 of us girls and 4 guys as the entourage. I'm the maid-of-honor, and I want it to be a really fun and exciting time for the bride-to-be because we don't usually go our that much or go that crazy. Ideas I have so far are pretty much just hitting up clubs and getting some drinks. I want to make it a fun day, like show up to her house in the morning or early afternoon and make a day of it with her. Any ideas to make it a super fun day are appreciated! |
Question: Bachelors and Bachelorettes parties: Real life and movies? Posted: 26 Dec 2017 05:45 PM PST So I am getting married (Wife and I are 22, been dating since middle school) and my friends/relatives have been talking about getting strippers for my bachelor party and I honestly don't want that. I mean as you all can probably tell, I'm kinda young and the only bachelor parties that I've seen is from movies and they seem really crazy and the total opposite of what I think a bachelor party should represent. I don't want strippers at my party. I would very very much prefer going to a place like Lake Tahoe or somewhere that's like a family get together. Is having strippers and stuff related to that normal? Do girls have male strippers too? Does sex actually happen at these things? Just curious to what these parties really are and what others think ahout them. |
Question: Am I overreacting? Bf gave me an engagement ring that’s 1 thick band...? Posted: 26 Dec 2017 01:46 PM PST The ring is slightly feminine with rhinestones around it. But it's thick gold like what a guy would wear. Is it wrong to hate this ring? I'm VERY girly. Makeup, hair, nails always done.. Is it mean to bring up that I hate he didn't give me a "regular" (princess cut diamond/ solitaire diamond, etc) engagement ring like what most girls get? |
Question: Is it wrong to invite your ex boyfriend/girlfriend to your wedding? Posted: 25 Dec 2017 07:35 PM PST My friend had a wedding last weekend, and invited me and his ex girlfriend but his ex rejected the invitation. I don't know why he invited her, when they broke up and she doesn't like him anymore. |
