Posted: 10 Dec 2017 09:16 PM PST I recently separated from my husband and do not live in the house with him anymore. I want to get a few more of my things but he says that he has to be there while I am there , is this legal in North Carolina or is he just being petty? |
Question: How should I handle this legal situation? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 09:05 PM PST I have been married for a year now. My wife was to obtain legal separation in our state of Maryland. But I ultimately want a divorce but she says she doesn't. We have a 5 month old baby. Wife does not work. She is new to this country on a 2 year green card. But she wants custody of my son so she can take him back to her country. I do not want her to take my son. I just purchases a house in April this year. What is your legal advice for me? Should I go for a legal separation or divorce straight away. |
Question: If you are separated from a marriage aren't you suppose to stay single or reconcile? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 08:41 PM PST According to God, Jesus and the Bible. I thought you are bound to the first unless the other person commits adultery. Or if the other person is an unbeliever and willfully departs. If the government grants a divorce aren't you still legally bound to the first if it is a non biblical divorce? |
Question: My husband is a sex addict? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 08:06 PM PST I do my best to satisfy him, but this is too much. I can't have sex 5 times a day. This is too much. What do I do? |

Posted: 10 Dec 2017 06:54 PM PST Okay so me and my soon-to-be ex husband filed for divorce and 2016 neither of us went to the court date but I recently filed a motion and we have another court date on the 22nd so my question is how long will it actually take for us to get divorced? Will it happen soon since we filed over a year ago |

Posted: 10 Dec 2017 05:28 PM PST I do the laundry, cooking and cleaning. His only chores are to walk the dog. Which he thinks is a lot for him to do and throws out the trash. I asked friends and family and they agree with me and say it is unfair for me, but I don't know if they are being biased. So I would like to hear what someone from the outside thinks! :) |
Question: Divorce question on house? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 04:55 PM PST My husband and I have been married for four years. We currently reside in Colorado. We moved here about a year and a half ago and bought a house. Now the house is in my name only. If we decide to divorce does he get half of the house if I decide to sell it? Mind you he is medically separated from the military and receives money for the rest of his life while I am getting ready to separate in March. He only pays half the bills but does not contribute to helping fix up the house. |

Question: Marriage Advice. Please help. :(? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 03:39 PM PST So i have been married for 2 years & 6 months after dating my husband for 5 years. My husband is a really nice and sweet guy. Everyone likes him especially my mom. He doesn't like going to my big family events because he has small family and never experienced it. I have been extending to have a baby until i am 29 because i think i am not mentally ready for it. I love babies but to scared to have my own. My husband is turning 33. For some reason he thought we were going to have kid after one year of marriage. Today i was telling him that how my parents will throwing her big tradition party when the baby and suddenly he started being no way. I am like its their grandchild and have dreams. He was like i will be the father and make decision because i delayed to have a kid. I was just shocked and didn't say anything and just went in my room. I have been giving him silent treatment. I can see from his perspective because be doesn't have big family and does not like attention. If he is having this behavior right now i dont want my kid to face it. My husband didn't have a father figure in his life. His mom spoiled him too much for being too nice to him. How do i change him or his thinking? What should i do? Please advice. |

Question: Is it possible ( as a male ) to not find someone attractive enough to..? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 02:26 PM PST is it possible to not find a woman attractive due to her personality / behavior.? my wife and I have not been intimate in months . ( which is fine for me ) we had some moments were we tried but then got scared out of it due to the chance that another little mouth to feed would plague my/our lives. my wife and I argue about everything, I m not allowed to have my opinions unless they re positive. Im not allowed to have emotions or anything . for fear that ill " hurt " in some verbal way someone by speaking the truth . This on top of other things have resulted in my wife and I separating . we are both real shitty to each other , and with that ... this morning she tried to be intimate with me and I just didn t want her. dont get me wrong she s physically attractive but I don t feel a connection . she s told me so many nasty things as I her. we both have said we don t love each other anymore , so I don t understand this woman s brain . I just think she doesn t understand how a guy could not want to sleep with her because he feels no emotional connection anymore, despite her beauty. Am I wrong ? |
Question: Why would a guy talk about his ex with his friend so much? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 01:42 PM PST A few years ago, I visited my ex where he lives out of town with a mutual friend I introduced him to (who obviously knows us both well). Between acting irate and admitting he still had feelings for me at one point, my ex told me that he "confided in Joe about you and I and about you". Joe and I no longer speak and the ex and I have not talked since that incident where we visited. We have stayed in contact off and on since we broke up over a decade ago (hs sweethearts kind of) and he is not married and as far as I know, lives with Joe still. Why would he feel the need to talk to this friend about me when we broke up and he acts like he hates me most of the time? Why talk about her if he is over her or hates her? He even once admitted he would share anecdotes and stuff about me to random people at parties--- way after we broke up |
Question: Is there something going on between my husband and his coworker? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 11:56 AM PST I know you don't know this, but I'm going to list some things, that may or may not be a red Flag, I just don't know. When he first started 5 months ago, she would call him after work...he said it was about his uniform, and the clothes he bought for work. She texts him on weekends when there is no work, to ask about how the meds she gave him through the week. Her new husband looks almost exactly like my husband. She looks like me, but is petite and small. 5monsmago, his new coworker and friend, when Inforst met him, told me how good of a husband I have, and how good I have it....even though he didn't know either of us that well. This woman calls my husband up randomly, about b.s. from work. She wants to know when my birthday is, or to tell him things, when she sees him all day at work. She threw a fit at work, and demanded my husband fire another coworker, and my husband didn't. He had to drive her around at work and try to get her to come to terms with her demands, and get her to get along with coworkers. She texts my husband and makes jokes about the bad things that go on in the office....he is a field manager. She has been married multiple times, with kids from multiple marriages. I just feel like she's crazy and flaky. My husband use to say she was crazy when he first started, but now he says I'm being judgemental about her.....because she calls up randomly after work hours and on weekends, about nothing. What do you think, I just feel this woman is lusty. She doesn't text all the time, about once or twice a week. I can't help but notice that she does look like a meth addict, and old for her age. My usbandnand I have both said her behavior is weird at times, like when she calls out of the blue, or texts about nothing, after work hours. When Imdo bring it up, he says I'm crazy, and I'm taking it too far. Now, he's saying she don't even like him, but that's not what I'm seeing. I don't know her, I only know she calls and texts my husband after work hours, and she's always telling him to call her in her texts. I work all day, so aim not there, but it is her behavior that I'm seeing. I don't know her, have never met her. |
Question: Husband Issue? Please Advice? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 11:44 AM PST Hello, So i have been married for 2 years & 6 months after dating my husband for 5 years. Question: Why is marital rape wrong? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 11:37 AM PST Raping a stranger is one thing, but when you get married, you sign a contract, meaning that you are legally surrendering your bodies to one another. I mean what is the point of getting married if you are not going to have sex? Sex is more important in marriage than you think. When you get married, that means that you can pretty much do whatever you want to your wife with no consequences. I mean what reason would a wife refuse her husband for sex? |
Question: Ex-husband always lurking around and she says its normal? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 10:34 AM PST I have nan ex-girlfriend who really messed with my mind. imagine that right? Anyway during the time we dated she had her ex husband always around putting his nose in our business and causing fight after fight with her about it. She married this guy twice even and divorced him twice but seems to think I am in the wrong for having an issue with him being around all the time. She says its because of their kids however the kids are 27 and 24 years old and adults. Im not wrong for being upset and this isn't OK isn it? The relationship is over. Just has me questioning myself |
Question: Is it unusual to be on good terms with your ex husband? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 10:11 AM PST I was with a group of women at a party and they were discussing how we are all really tied into using our computers and how expensive it was to get them fixed when something went wrong. And how it was impossible to get someone to fix the computers on Saturday and Sunday. Someone asked me how I got my computer fixed and I was a little embarrassed to tell them that when I had a computer problem, I just called my ex husband who was a computer expert and he immediately came over and solved the problem and he would not take any money for doing it. Somebody said (jokingly I think) did you pay him with sexual favors? Going along with the joke, I said "No. Asking him for 1 favor was all I could do. I could not ask him for 2. Everyone had a good laugh except the few that did not get it. Someone said "That is really an UNUSUAL relationship you have with your ex." Tell me what you think. Is it that unusual to be on good terms with your ex husband? |
Posted: 10 Dec 2017 09:47 AM PST If it were really about the kids wouldn't all kids get the same amount of money. So if the top 10 percent of mother's get 20,000 a month and the lowest 10 percent get zero wouldn't it be fair for all kids to receive the average of say $1500 month. |
Question: My parents are getting divorced and I don’t care at all? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 08:48 AM PST So my parents have been arguing for years now and sometime in January Is the official separation. I'm not upset at all but if anything I'm just looking forward to it, like no more arguments, and I have 2 houses, more Christmas parties, and maybe even more vacations. When I talk about it with certain people they'd ask me if I'm angry at my parents for getting a divorce... and NO I'm not. My friends feel bad for be but I'm like no it's not that bad at all. We had a 'family meeting' and my younger brother seemed kind of upset, but I was like ok. I'm 14 btw. Thanks for the good answers (: |
Posted: 10 Dec 2017 04:56 AM PST They think that He is rich! He just works very hard 80 plus hours a week. He has started a business that hasn t turned a profit yet. So this means that we have a considerable about of debt. How do I get my husband to be a man and stand up for himself and us? People have asked for money for medicine, money, just money for anything you can imagine. We have TWO autistic children, a mortgage and bills. I have taken all of his credit cards and will control what goes in and out of this house from now on. It s so stressful. Advice? |

Question: Married and co-sleeping...? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 02:36 AM PST I'm a 33 year old male. I've been married to my wife, who is 29 for 9 years. Due to my demand, our previous 2 children who are now 9 and 13 were sleeping in their own beds at a relatively normal age for sleeping alone. However, our latest child (who is also the first child my wife chose to breastfeed for a full year after birth, if that means anything...) is 3 years old. My wife chose to have him sleep in our king size bed with us so she didn't have to get up multiple times a night to feed. I was ok with that. But now he is 3½ years old, and even after multiple demands to move him to his own room (which I completely remodeled 4 years ago and put a crib in that he hasn't used one single time), she keeps him in the bed with us. I've threatened to move out if I don't get our bed to "just us", on several occasions... But it didn't do a thing. So tonight I said I'm moving to the spare room if he isn't out of our bed right now... And her response was "do what you gotta do". So at this moment, I'm laying in a spare room of our house on an air mattress... Because I am completely over sharing our bed with my child every single night for almost 4 years straight and never ever being able to just roll over and snuggle with my wife any time I want. I feel like she would let me walk out of the house and never return before she goes back to having our bedroom be ONLY ours. Any thoughts on my issue would be greatly appreciated! |
Question: Were my husbands actions inappropriate towards a secretary that works at his job? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 12:32 AM PST so a few days ago my husband & I were at a local concert, with our young son. While there my husband ran into a young lady who works at his firm, when they first seen each other she said hey but said she was running off to the bathroom, when she got back she sat down & my husband walked up behind her & started rubbing her shoulders, made me feel extremely uncomfortable, then he like kneeled down to talk to her while she was sitting in a car, and they were having what seemed to be an extremely personal conversation. He did introduce her to me but he never introduced me as his wife. While the party was winding down I heard my husband say to her "Let's get dinner soon" & as she was leaving he said "Text me when you get home" Maybe I'm paranoid but all of these little things made me feel extremely uncomfortable & I felt like he was being inappropriate. Am I overreacting? My husband is almost 50 & this young lady is barely 25 |
Question: Why won’t my wife sleep with me? (Possible she’s cheating?) BEST ANSWER!? Posted: 10 Dec 2017 12:15 AM PST My wife is 26, I am 25. we have been married for 6 years. She has never been for lots of sex cause she does not want a baby. So when we have had it, we used every kind of protection and precaution to help her mind be eased. When we have slept together, she has always enjoyed it and gotten off multiple times. she would even tell me how she enjoyed and discuss new things she'd like to try in the future, Like places, or positions. Well june of this year, ( 2 months after of last sex), she asked me to get a special kind of condoms & lube that she wanted to try. I did thinking maybe it would help me out with her. Well we haven't had sex once since then. & when I went to check the expiration of the condoms and lube, she had moved them to her safe. She's not willing to open it cause she says that's her private lady things. I have been begging her & expressing to her how it makes me feel that she won't sleep with me & she says she just doesn't want to & that I shouldn't feel like that. Why ask me to get her new lube & condoms, only to lock them up out if sight & never use them. She's ok doing oral once every few weeks or a month, but that's it. I even bought her lingerie that is locked in the safe. I just don't know what to do or what to think anymore & it's driving me crazy and making me sort of resent her. She knows this as I have told her, but she still isn't willing to do anything. She denies any possibility of cheating, but I just don't know. What's your input? |
Question: Is there a game out there for soon to be married couples to get to know each other? Posted: 09 Dec 2017 11:26 PM PST So I'm wondering if there is a game (card game maybe) with guestions that an engaged couple can play before they get married. Questions that can range from what is your favorite color to who was your first kiss/sexual incounter, sadest moment, worst fear and everything enbetween. I have a few friends that are getting married I think a game like that would be fun for them. And not going to lie I think it would be for me to play as well. Ok so i guess i have to be more specific for the people giving the crap answer "conversations". I am looking for a game that my soon to be married friends can play to better get to know each other. They like games hence why i want to get them a game like this. Questions do not need to be marriage specific. There can be questions what is your most terrifying moment or do you think you would win in a fight with a full grown adult or a fight with 5 ninja babies. Actually be helpful if you comment. |
Question: Why do men go for golddigers? Posted: 09 Dec 2017 02:09 PM PST I recently ended a 4 year relationship over this. He was online chatting and webcaming with other women, paying them money to strip for him, he was looking for escorts online as well and the last straw was when he started going to stripclubs, he was blowing over 400 dollars a month on other women. Yet I was there the whole time ! I am fit and younger than him so I don't get why he would rather spend money on hookers We don't have any kids together but he has twin boys from a previous relationship, I feel that he is setting a horrible example for his own kids, but it's not my place to parent his kids, thankfully they are with their mom most of the time but still. Just really losing my faith in men in general after this. |
