My mom and I got into a huge fight because I didn't want to go to church and I told her that I don't really care for the faith. Later after church we were driving home and she blamed me for having a horrible Christmas and told me not to bother waking up tomorrow...basically saying she didn't care if I didn't wake up tomorrow

My trainer in the gym became so close to me that he became my best friend. One time he asked 2 thousand dollars from me and promise to pay it every month in installment basis. It is one year now and he didnt even pay it. He borrowed money again 1000 dollars, i hesitated to lend him but when he promised to pay it after a week ( which he actually did), i agreed. During this year, he asked me twice to pay all his stuffs ordered in Amazon as he has no credit card amounting to over 1000 dollars.And when we go out, he buys stuffs which he also asked me to pay but he never told me if this are loan or not. He never paid all up to now! He got married and I was not able to go to his wedding and wasnt able to give him gifts.But i bought him a 55 dollars silver wedding ring and he asked me to pay for a cheap simple casual dress and perfume that he bought for his bride.Now in my mind I am accusing him of being a user but if I distance myself to him would he also accuse me of being a user? In the gym i have a one year membershio but for special private training we have to pay 150 dollars to the trainers. I never do private training but i always asked him the exercises daily and always asked for guide like what food to eat etc. He is also a kickboxer coach but I never enrolled to his class. But one time I asked him if he can teach me, and he said yes.So this is my first question, Is he a user?

Every time I get in a long line at a grocery store, the clerk next over will tell either the person in front of me or behind me that they'll help them out. Even though I have the same amount if not, less amount of stuff in my hands as them. When my husband and I go out to the store, people gravitate to him and ask how he's doing or if they can help him find anything, but that has never happened to me before. When I go out with friends people just look at whoever I'm with and not me. Why is that? I'm 5'4, slim body type, mixed race, dark skin, long straight black hair down passed my chest. I look up when I walk, I never cross my arms. What is going on

I m a 26 y/o male who has had significant issues w/ my family for as long as I can remember. I left home at 17 and have done quite well in obtaining my education and establishing means to provide for myself. Many of my relatives struggle with mental illness as well as seem to be mean spirited people. I ve dealt with abuse prior to leaving. As an adult, Ive had my credit used by them though never reported it..only to have them do damaging things when I confronted them: send letters to my employers, linger around my place of employment, harass my contacts on my social media pages, etc. I ve worked *too* hard for them to constantly find me and make my life hard. I have underage siblings so Ive feared turning my mother in for credit fraud or any of the other relatives who have young children. I d really like to change my last name as one of the things to put some distance between them and I. My mom never married so I have the last name her mother had. I don t know my biological father. I m not sure what my last name would even be. Only through tests from Ancestry and the like have I learned what my heritage is. I have no developed cultural bonds to this heritage. Anyone reading have a similar experience? If not, any advice? I fear talking to any therapists or anyone in person about this as it would get reported and through my personal experience, it gets investigated and dropped unless there are obvious signs of abuse...going nowhere. My mom thinks I'm having sex with guys when all I'm doing is just hanging out with my friends, yes she found out that I had sex with my ex but I just wanted him to leave and go away. I told him no more after this and I meant it. Now she thinks I'm having sex with my guy friends and now she doesn't trust any of my friends. I know I should try to talk to her about it but I don't like talking to my family about my problems, I don't feel computable about this. I should feel miserable about this but all I feel is souless.. seeing food is gross and feeling nausea (pukey) sucks. I don't even feel like talking to my friends but I haven't been talkative lately. I'm just really tired and stress I guess.. I don't like eating much cuz I know I'm just getting fat...

My daughter is in 5th grade. Recently a new girl been trying to become her friend. But my daughter has mixed feelings about her. She told me that the new girl is named Annika and moved to the U.S. from Germany recently. She has a strong German accent and isn't the best at speaking English. She also acts strangely. She says she will randomly mix German words into English. She apparently trys speaking to my daughter a lot, asking to hang out and for help with school. My daughter says she doesn't know if she can be friends with someone she can hardly understand. What should I tell my daughter?

So I was talking to my gf who s 2 years older than me and I am 26. then the topic of motivational speakers comes into the context and she starts speaking about Robin Sharma, and how his inspirational speeches and articles changed her life in the past years.I unanimously nodded to everything she said. then she said this guy (Robin Sharma) personally emailed her and showed a mail which had the standard deep poetic type of words and my gf s name in between so that she thought that the mail was written by that person himself. I dont wanted to sound rude or wanted to fight with her but it was my duty to bring her to reality or someone else would tell him that its not. She got deeply annoyed when I brought these points and started fighting with me and its been a day after it but as soon as I speak that guys name. I am directly bashed. Help is required.

Is it okay to tell your kid or your spouse that if anything happens to them you are the only person there for them and that they have no one else ? Or to remind them that financially they are the only help they have and they would no where with out them? Is it okay to mention it constantly ?

Hey guys. So my husband and I have had a dog for almost a year and we also have an infant. For almost that year I have not been aloud to go out without the dog. I am not aloud to leave the dog home alone for even an hour because I'll get in trouble by my husband. He'll complain about how the dog can't be left alone (again not even an hour.) I had to leave my job months ago because he had to go to work and didn't want to leave the dog alone. I ended up getting a job 2 months ago and I work for 4 hours early morning while my baby is still asleep and he can watch her. Then this got to me &I we got in a fight and found out that a friend of mine wanted to adopt our dog since she was single and wanting company. He said he would give the dog away because I could not handle a baby and a dog. Then he started saying things like"I'm going to change but not for the good when the dog leaves" "she's my best friend" things like that made me a lot more depressed so I told my friend that it wasn't a good idea to give her the dog. I then confessed to him what I had done but didn't say thanks or great just ignored me. I believe I am becoming a lot more depressed idk if someone can help me out with this
