The divorce in 2001: The father/husband filed for divorce. The judge did not order DNA tesingt for the father, and the divorce papers were sent to the wrong person (with the same name as the wife/mother); and, because of that, the divorce was finalized without the mother realizing that all this took place. She found out about 3 years later, in 2004, and was told it was too late to do anything about it. She could not file for child support, or do anything else in regards to the divorce. Is there a way to "fight" this now? He committed perjury, falsified document, and intentionally sent the divorce papers to someone else. Because of this event, the child has lost their CRBA; which is their overseas birth certificate because the father denied paternity. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

I noticed that a lot of people just seem to get married for their kids. Me and my boyfriend are having a baby in July after it's birn he said he wants to get married I think it'll be too soon we've been together since April by then we'd been together for a year. I don't think a year is long enough to get married especially just because you have a kid. I never understood why people do this. One of my friends is 16 her daughter will be 2 next year she's not married. She's not even engaged. Why do some people only get married for their kids ?

So my wife and I sex life has really sucked. She used to be all into it. But now she just lays there and pretty much does not even moan. I'm not sure why. I try to make out and do other things and nothing. She used to be sober but now drinks because she says it relaxes her. If she is not into it then I don't feel into it anymore. What do I do.

So me and my husband separated in September just a week after getting married. I was crying my eyes out on the phone begging him to come back and he said that he didn't want to see me. I was devastated because he saw how much I was suffering and was acting like he didn't even care. We were texting quite a bit into about a month ago and now he's completely stopped talking and says he's done. He always said how I was his everything and his world and now he's acting like I never even existed and I wonder why he even marrrid me. I had a really bad experience. My childhood best friend, was always tomboyish, burped, farted in public, and was not emotional, sensitive and in fact, quite cold and selfish. I didn't know she was gay at all. She never told me, amid she married twice to men. However, I started receiving anonymous letters that my husband was cheating on me. This went on for years, then our mutual friends started spreading around that he was(none of them even knew my husband because we didn't live in the same town) They were basically childhood friends who she kept in contact with. Then she invited me and my husband to her sisters wedding where she tried to get my husband in trouble by dirty dancing on him, but he left. She didn't come out of the closet at this time, and her husband was in a different state. Of course, I didn't get mad at her. I don't know what she was thinking. Then she used social media to get ahold of my exboyfriends and high school crushes to talk about me....and a few of them actually got ahold of me to hit me up. I think she was hoping I'd cheat, maybe? Anyways, she quickly turned everything around on me to everyone, then lied to me and said it was all in my head. She got caught sending me an anonymous letter on Facebook, just like the others, except this time she used a friend of hers picture. That's how she got caught(This friend lives in another state, I don't know her, other than she always posts on her social media) Wth, why would she do these things Then after this,Moshe leaves her husband for a woman. They are living together are inlove for over a year now. My husband thinks she is attracted to me. I've known her since I was a kid, I can't explain her behavior. It's crazy. I've never done anything to her to make her want any revenge, or anything. She was trying to break up my marriage, I guess. She always hated my husband, and any guy I dated. I just thought it was because she was jealous they took time away from her. But, really....would she go that far. We both have kids, and I am married. My cousin Petey thinks I'm a bad guy cuz I fool around on my fiancée. But because i love my fiancée I fool around. I love her and don't want to treat her like a whore, the other women I have a good time with but they can never compare to my fiancée. He's such a.sqaure. I only have a couple of cocktails in the morning before work, a couple more at lunch, and a couple more before bed to unwind. I am clearly not an alcoholic. I can stop whenever I want.

I'm pro gay marriage and there is nothing wrong with old people who can't have kids getting married, but why if you can't get the other person pregnant at least? That's so dumb.

My husband feels a lot of things aren't a big deal to tell me, he just forgets to mention them or he doesn't feel it's my business to know. A lot of these things are really small, pointless things to lie about but they only are brought to light when I find them out, not by him telling me himself. I feel this is a huge problem because communication is very important to me in a relationship and it's not to him, as he only tells me what he thinks I need to know. He told me he feels like we are in a solidified relationship but is having a hard time adjusting to being married (after almost a year). He told me there is no difference between a wife and a girlfriend. he feels like his money is his money and he has a female best friend that gets treated equavalt to me he helps her out by giving her money which I feel in inappropriate and he feels like as longs as he takes care of me I should just go along with whatever he says am I being too sensitive

We have a 5 yr old, an 8 month old and a baby on the way. So I can't work. Also, we discussed that he doesn't want to stay home and he wants to work. Where I would rather stay home with our kids. He has never really held a job for more than 3 months. But he just got a really good job and lasted maybe a month. He quit because his shoulder and back hurt. About a month later, he called that good job he quit and they said they would check around to see if any departments needed workers and it was looking good but to call back at the end of the week. It's long past that week and I keep telling him to call but he always says "later" but he never does. I just feel like he doesn't want to work. We can't afford rent anymore. I've been having to borrow money from my dad the past 2 months to keep up with it. I'm getting very frustrated and I tried talking to him about it but it's like he feels ashamed and won't tell me and gets mad or whatever. I sure can't work, I'm very pregnant and was told by the dr I need to take it easy as best as I can. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm stressed out every single day. What do I do? He won't listen to me. I'm past the point of getting mad about it. I've tried everything.
