About a year ago I started noticing that my friend copies me a lot. I got my nose pierced and a few months later so did she. I started shopping at certain store so she did too. My flat mate has become incredibly difficult to live with of late by deliberately behaving standoffish towards me and damaging my property. I have spoken to him twice about his actions, once alone and again with my other flatmate. For as long as I could remember, I've also been socially awkward. I have no clue how to communicate with others and hold conversations. I lose friends so fast because I'm so awkward and boring. I literally have 0 friends and the girl I've been "friends" with for 15 years only calls me when she has nobody else to talk to. So, before Christmas my friends asked me if I wanted to go to a bowling alley (kind of far away, about 25 miles away). I asked my mom and she told me I could go, only after Christmas and early in the day. I texted back my friends that I could go this Thursday and around noon. So, then everyone agreed said that we are going to the bowling alley on Thursday at noon (some people could not make it since they were traveling and so me and 2 other people were going.) The day before we went, I asked my mom about it and she said that she cannot drive me to the bowling alley since she was busy, and to text my friend to have their mom drive me with her to the bowling alley. I texted one of my friends and they texted back that they had an idea to drive me and my other friend to the bowling alley. I told my mom this and she was furious. She told me I could not go if my friend was driving, but my friend's parents were busy. I kept asking my mom if my friend could drive me, because she has lots of experience since she has to drive 30 minutes to school and home, but my mom said that I am dumb to think that is much driving experience. My mom said that the bowling alley was too far away, too. Eventually my mom and told me to text my friends that I will not be going. I think when I am partying I'm not boring or anything like I am in the moment and having fun and taking risks etc. But I rarely party because it's very hard for me to get into it, I don't go to a uni (I go to a cc) and I get invited by my cousin and friends to go to their uni for the weekend to party. It's like the mood to party doesn't occur until I'm actually there and it's starting. The idea of getting ready, makeup, dressing up, getting there, drinking nasty liquor, trying to get all lit and whatever is tiring and too much effort to me. But I want to be more motivated for it. I had my birthday a week ago. I spend my birthday on the day itself with family. Three days after, I decided to treat my friends. I work in a call center and there are twelve of us in the team plus my manager. I teally wanted to go to this buffet place near our office but its a really expensive one. That's why I took the chance of purchasing several vouchers for my team and I to eat there. However, one of my team mates decided that I ahould just giver her one of the vouchers to her and she can just go to the restaurant by herself. Thinking that ahe'll go there first so she can reserve us a table, I gave her one. However, I found out that she didn't do that and decided to go to the same place with a different crowd on a different day. I'm a little bit hurt and confused. Is she wrong or should I just brush it off? I did purchase the voucher to treat my friends anyway. Its the same thing? Any ideas what should be my approach?

Just as the title says. I'm in my mid-twenties, she's an older woman, around 40, very attractive and sexy, yet married. yesterday my best friend posted about her great grandmother because she died. i didn't say anything at the time because it was late and i bought she's want to be left alone. i woke up and was out with my family for most of the day. while i was out i saw the picture and liked it and planned on texting her about it when i had the chance. so later on i texted her asking if she was okay and she just replied with "yup." i then checked her snapchat and it said "don't talk to me unless your blah blah blah" she named three people and my name wasn't one of them. i then replied back to her and said "i was just checking on you. i'm here if you need anything" and she just read my message. i saw her post another snapchat later and sent her another message saying "it's gone be okay! she's in a better place" and she still didn't reply. do you think she's mad because i took so long to talk to her about what happened. i thought she'd want time alone and to spend with her family since she is with them right now. should i text her again and apologize? i'm not sure what i'd apologize for though because i did text her about it? i asked my mom and she said to wait till tomorrow and try again and if she's still acting like that then ask if she's mad? any advice?

I m 18 and had loads of friends all throughout my school life, over the years the group got smaller and smaller but now that I m out of school, I literally have nobody to talk to. It s also partly my fault because I have severe depression so when I fall into my depressive states, I shut everyone out in fear that no one wants to hear what I m going through and then they never come back. All my life I've mostly had made friends. I feel like it's mostly to the fact that i have stereotypical male intrests, like video games, anime and skateboarding.
