Question: Am I being a bridezilla? Posted: 05 Oct 2017 05:33 PM PDT My to be mother in law very excidly presented me with a cake topper for my upcoming wedding. Being a professional cake decorator I m planning on making my own cake with very elegant designs in mind. She was so thrilled about this topper that she thought was perfect....but it s just so....tacky. It s literally salt and pepper shakers, a guy and a girl that don t have the right hair color, and are in tie dye hippie gear as we are both quite a bit hippy. They re cute but, I feel it would ruin my cake. Am a being terrible if I don t use them? I don t want to hurt her but I also don t want to have to downplay my cake to match a topper I don t like |

We are 23 and 24, we work very hard and have got finally Started to build our house so we are trying to cut some costs but we want a lovely wedding with all the people close to us there - 75 - 80 guests! It's a white wedding with a 5star menu in a venue right next to the ocean in Italy.. I'm curious to what other spent and what kind of wedding you had??? What would you have done differently??? Question: Is it okay to have a black wedding dress? Posted: 05 Oct 2017 12:21 PM PDT Im 18 and im getting married in about a week and a half, and i dont really know much about the ceremony, but i know the dress is supposed to be white. We went today to pick a wedding dress and the lady was showing me all kinds of white dresses and then showed me a black one and dear god was the the most beautiful dress i ever saw, like you wouldnt belive. But i was like "thats just a normal dress right?" and she said no its a wedding dress, they can be black. I never heard of black wedding dresses but this is truthly a beautiful dress and i want to wear it. Is it okay to have a black wedding dress? i never even attended a wedding like moms friends or family, so i have really little experince with this. |
