Posted: 07 Jun 2020 03:35 PM PDT I'm currently in mediation (pre-lawsuit) with a former friend who cheated me out of a lot of money in a business deal. The former friend is treating as a pure business transaction and it's just too bad if I don't get repaid what I am owed; in his view, we each try to get the best deal for ourselves. The mediator discusses things with each of us separately and the former friend and I never communicate directly. All I want is for the former friend to pay me what he's now agreeing to pay (less than he originally was obligated to pay) and most of all, I never want to see his name ever again except on the check that he's obligated to send me. Is it a jerk move for me to make that clear to the mediator? I'd like to ensure that the former friend never contacts me ever again except to pay me, once. Thanks.
Posted: 07 Jun 2020 01:27 PM PDT This year has been the worst, I lost my first love, quit a job in retails that made my life hell cleaning toilets so now im unemployed with no car. Although I'm at the bottom, I've had zero interest in going out or even socialize. Originally his gf wanted to do a surprise party today before his birthday which is tmrw but lucky me my sister was celebrating her birthday today. He called me today wondering why I didn't show up amd I explained but then he invited me to go lazer tagging with his friends and I kind of made it seem like Id be interested but my heart dropped. I don't want to go the party knowing that I won't be myself but if I don't go again then I might come across as fake. Even though I've known him for 10 years since middle school and always supported his weird rap career lol and we always hung out during spring break every year. I love being at home and talking to people is ******* draining and it sucks that people domt understand that. Now that ive hit rock bottom I don't have the strength tos socialize. Idk what to do?? I also have anxiety which I can manage at times but lately it's been off the roof. Im 23 and i cant afford treatment. Asking my parents is going to get her to ask me 1000 questions as always. She claims recently to believe in mental illness but I don't believe her. She has never taken my depresssions and anxiety seriously.
Question: How do you fix a broken friendship? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 12:37 PM PDT So I was friends with these two young women (K and B) in the past and the friendship ended when they blocked me on social media without warning. At the time things were toxic between them and I. I didn't "fit" into their friendship and constantly felt excluded. I have Aspergers Syndrome so it is hard for me to socialize and voice out my concerns in a way that isn't turn-offish. I constantly told them how I felt about it and the responses I would get just seemed robotic, like no genuineness behind the answers. I was not the bestest friend and know I could have been a better friend, but they equally treated me the way I treated them. K (before the friendship ended and they blocked me) needed help when she and her fiance moved into an apartment and asked if I would help her, saying she would buy me dinner afterward. It bothered me because it didn't seem like she wanted to see me unless I helped her. She could make the effort to ask me for help, but can't make the effort to contact me or make individual plans? I leaped at the opportunity, but it never happened. She never mentioned it again after that conversation. I don't know what either one want from me. Do they want to contact me? You can't even see anything on my Facebook page because its private. B is always unblocking me every once in a while and I'm not sure what for. K doesn't do it as much as her. Should I try to contact them, even with another account? We are all adults but I have Aspergers as I said.
Posted: 07 Jun 2020 11:19 AM PDT Every time we get on a plane she always says she has so much anxiety and so scared and I never make fun of her for it. She is always coming for me about something and making fun of me about something and some of the stuff is just what she thinks I'm thinking but I'm not

Question: I want to lose my virginity? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 10:15 AM PDT Hi I'm a 26 year old virgin, and when I was younger I said that I would lose whenever. Then I went to college, and never lost it. I'm not used to talking to guys and guys never looked my way, because I'm not that attractive. I started working out to become more attractive and started wearing clothes to accentuate my body so men can look my way, but that never really worked. This was in my late teens/ early twenties. Now, I've matured and know that's not how you get men's attention. I've decided that there's no rush. However whenever I talk to men, it's like they can smell my virginity from a mile away. They are really hostile with me and calling me names like "whore" ,"tease", or "lesbian". They touch me in weird places such as grabbing my cooch and touching my behind. They treat me like I'm inferior, and that's why I want to lose it. Just to get it over with for me and for them. There's a lot of pressure on me. I've always had a weird relationship with men. They've always treated me as if they owned me or if I owe them something. They treat me inferiorly special if that makes sense.

Question: Is it time to dump this friend? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:14 AM PDT I traveled four hours to visit my friend for her birthday "weekend." I didn't have much cash to dish out because the corona virus cut my hours, so I got her a round birthday cake from Publix's bakery. It was a small gesture to make up for not having a materialistic gift. After all of the hanging out, listening to music, and playing card games- it was time to cut the cake. We cut the cake and it was actually a good cake. I was hungry after running around all day- so I had 3 slices. It was four guest there and no one else really cared for more cake. She told me out loud I couldn't have anymore cake because she was saving cake for her new guy friend. It was still a lot more cake left (I added a photo to show how much was left) - and it really ticked me off because this was someone she just met and now I feel like she's been acting shifty. This "cake situation" isn't the "end all be all." It's been a collection of things that has been bothering me with her. For instance, I sent her a funny meme that sort of bashed men- she responded back "I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that anymore." I'm still single, and when we were both single the narrative was much different. Now, it's as if she's in a relationship and I'm just the single friend that is having a hard time. What should I do? We haven't been talking that much as is since she's got into this relationship of two months- and this birthday weekend really pissed me off. I'm ready to end the friendship entirely.
Question: How to make people think I’m tough? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:07 AM PDT My roommates and I are having a toughness competition and we're going around doing random **** to show off that we're tougher than all hell. What can I do to convince them that I'm tougher than **** without doing anything too crazy or hurting myself? I'm really a ***** but wanna trick these pricks once and for all. Thanks.
Question: Is donald trump a pedo? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 07:46 AM PDT I saw a pic of him kissing a 13 yr old girl passionately on the cheek next to epstein. . there are rumors
Question: Is it ok to hate overly happy people? ? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 06:40 AM PDT I honestly can't stand people who are happy 24/7. I can't be around them. For example this girl I worked with at Starbucks was so fake happy and overly friendly to every customer at 5 am and I wanted to hang myself. Or this annoying basic white girl on Instagram that posted a picture of her toast with songs and lyrics with it. It makes me want to DIE

Question: How do I tell my friend I am no longer willing to babysit their dog? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 11:08 PM PDT So my friend goes on vacation about once a month and asks me to take care of her dog. It's a husky mix with something and a year old with MAJOR behavior issues. Behavior issues so bad that it puts us both in danger when we go on walks. Nipping that breaks skin, revenge pooping in the house (even if given adequate time outside.) Barking as soon as I get on the phone or take my eyes off of him, jumping up on me when we try to cross the road as if to get us both killed. But I'm a full time student online and no amount of walking this dog will make him be quiet enough for him to let me do my homework cause he doesn't like it when someones in the same room as him not giving him attention. And she makes excuses for some of the behavior which is annoying cause it's like... Just train him tf Anyway I feel like my kindness is being taken advantage of cause at first I only babysat him ever so often but now it's like every month and I'm getting tired of coming home with fresh scars, or having to go to leave to do homework or talk on the phone, simple stuff a dog should not have a say in. Like how should I bring it up without sounding like I'm being critical of her as a dog parent or making a big deal of it? Thanks
Question: How do you bond with someone? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 10:45 PM PDT i used to be an introverted kid but now i feel like i want to be surrounded by people so I need advice on how to bond with someone so that they wanna be around me.
Question: Why would a teacher pretend to sit on you? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 10:30 PM PDT When I was in middle school I was laying down under a sleeping bag and the teacher aid pretended to sit on me she didn't actually sit me she just kind of squatted her butt on me. why?
Question: How do you come to peace with someone having untrue perceptions of you? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 09:51 PM PDT My best friend and I had a falling out and I'm now learning through mutual friends what he thought had happened— she spread this information to two other friends who I also then lost (I'm guessing because of what she told them). The thing is, she ghosted me after I tried to mend things. And my other two friends did the same, never asking my side of the story. Our mutual friends that are closer with me have told me stuff she's said about the situation and there's so much stuff that is plain untrue. I refuse to reach back out to her though since she's being a ghost to set my name right, I guess it's a pride thing. How do you come to peace knowing a friendship ended over a misunderstanding and the other person/people having a forever skewed view of you that's untrue?
Question: How do I make friends online? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 09:43 PM PDT I can't find any place where I can find people I can relate to. Where online do people find friends?

Question: Help! I’m in love with my best friend.? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 08:36 PM PDT I am madly in love with my best friend.... I try to keep it to myself because I'd be devastated to loose him as a friend. We do almost everything together and sometimes we sleep together.. I feel like he has to know how I feel but I've never voiced it to him. I'm slowly dying inside I'm not sure what to do. I just don't want to push him away. Sometimes I feel like if I don't tell him I can just keep things the way they are and he will eventually fall in love with me too. But that's wishful thinking. I just don't know what to do.
Question: Someone is stalking me. Help? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 06:55 PM PDT This boy and me were friends for a long time. He said he's 10 years old, and I didn't really mind because I always play with my lil bro. I'm 15. then he started acting weird, and copied everything I did. Basically obsessed with me. Literally wanted to be ME. I got tired of it, and unfriended him on discord and a game that we play. He started to dress like a girl, stole my outfits and styles. Anyways, after I unfriended him it was peaceful. Then about 2 months past, and this kid somehow figured out a way to join my game, and stalk me on there. I made sure he wasn't allowed to join, and also BLOCKED him. And I told him to LEAVE ME ALONE!!! He left the game, and all was good. THEN LIKE 3 DAYS LATER, Comes on with a female friend, and joins my game. I was like how are you on my game? and said to him leave me alone. And this kid says "I'm just playing with my friend. You think I'm here for you?" No. Out of all the millions of servers, he joined mine. Please help, this boy is getting on my nerves and interrupting my life. Why me!?
Question: Should I Tell My Old Friends About My New Friends? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 06:37 PM PDT I've become friends with a new group. I'll be working with them. It's a great opportunity for me. I'm not sure if I should tell me old friends about them. My old friends live in my neighborhood. They will see that I'm gone more and won't be able to hang out with them as much anymore. So they will know something is up. I've dated one of the guys from my neighborhood. A couple others are attracted to me. Will it cause trouble for me if I spend less time with my old friends and pursue my new friends and work? I'm not quite sure how to handle this. Especially when there are personal feelings between my old friends and I. They told me before they want me to have a commitment to them. That they will be there the rest of my life. I'm not sure how well they'd take it when they find out there is a new exciting group I will be working with and hanging out with.
Question: TIps to stop the nostalgia? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 06:07 PM PDT I, not that recently, decided to let a friendship die in the distance. Normally, missing them is like a passing wind, manageable and doesn't interrupt my day to day. (I guess really I've grown so used to missing them that I don't even notice it) On the way home, today, It suddenly popped in my head that I missed her voice. Just as quickly it was dancing around my head. I guess the best way I could describe it is the feeling petrichor gives you. Since then, it seems to have spread to my chest and I fear it...I fear it. If it's just what I feel, today, I will be fine, but I'm not sure I want to feel it, tomorrow. help? to clarify, they aren't dead, we are just mutual ghosts.
Question: How are people able to play video games for 10+ hours a day? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 06:00 PM PDT I just don't see how it is possible unless you don't have anything going on in your life, no relationships, no friends, and no responsibilities and someone taking care of you and paying bills for you.
