A month into lockdown my mum kicked me out of home so I moved in with my boyfriend. She was so horrible to me for years so I was actually relieved when she kicked me out because she would always make me feel crap about myself. She would always insult the way I looked and the way I live my life, I didn't do anything wrong she just didn't agree with me not accepting job offers because she thought I'd enjoy them more.  My siblings still live at home which is an hour away so I visit them when I can but I always do it when she's not home because it's come to the point where being around here brings my mood down. Whilst visiting my siblings this week they had told me all the horrible things my mum had said about me. She told my family I cheated on my ex and have cheated on my fiancé which I haven't and never will. She takes the p*ss out of my own business even though I've worked hard on it and she's told them so many times that she's glad I'm not there anymore. She's always trying to get in my business and if I answer her that's it she won't message until she wants to know something else. She's always been horrible to me and treated me she doesn't want me which she has told me on many occasions. I honestly just don't want to talk to her anymore or have anything to do with her because she brings me so much anxiety. Before everyone says to talk to her about it, I have more times than I can count and she always denies everything and says I'm a liar.  What should I do? 

(Due to limited space, many details are cut out) I'm 24, I'm in a PhD program where my tuition is free and stipend is $24000/year pre-tax, which is just above poverty line in Hawaii. My dad makes at least 3x as much as I do, but claims that he's taking a paycut due to the pandemic, where he is still comfortably making over 2x as me. My brother and his wife both make $100,000+ each, but my dad claims he doesn't want to take money from them because they have a child, and has even given them at least $20000 to help them pay for a new house. My dad claims that I'm a huge expense for him because my health insurance (through his company) is "$300"/month, but on paper it's $200/person. I understand he may be including phone/water/electricity, but up until the pandemic, I only went home to sleep, with the occasional meal with my family at home. I pay for most of my food, clothes, and other necessities. He has not had to pay anything for me besides health insurance and phone bill ever since I went to college, as I got a full ride + $16000 stipend, which he stole $12000 of into his own bank account. He's also stolen $3000 of my birthday money that was from other relatives, that I had saved up for 20 years. More details below.

I've been trying so hard to motivate her. There's just no spark. I cant get intimate unless I think of some one else or a hot celebrity. Shes starting to bore me with the same routine and it's depressing. She does not think she has to work or make me work. It's this love me for me thing. Her excuse is still a bad marriage that left her "damaged goods"? Things arent like they were in the beginning. She doesnt try anymore to turn me on or be spontaneous. Or stay in shape. I feel crappy lately.  Is it the quarantine?  I feel I'm always picking her up to stand on her own two feet.  If I left her she'd really give up.   We live together. 

She'll make lies claiming that she was with my dad for 14 years. But I remember him being living with me and my mom until 2010ish. She doesn't let me have my dads number and they claim they see me all the time and contact me. Which they never do at all. I once went 2 years without seeing my dad and they never contacted me. I'll be 17 in a couple weeks. Should I even attempt a relationship with my dad? 

Moste you have likely heard about th BLM stuff going on in America. Out of sympathy, someone in my town is holding a protest. I was stupid enough to ask my parents, and they won't let me. Because they think I somehow can get hurt during a peacefull protest. 

so i was planning on calling my friend today at 12 and i was at my grandmas house but my phone died and her charger didn't work so i had no way of charging my phone and now he's mad at me cause i didn't answer I've been delaying the call for a week cause stuff keeps coming up 

I went to my grandmas house and I usually use her phone charger but it broke so now I can't charge my iphone. I also brought my 2009 27' iMac and iPad Pro 2018, the iPad Pro uses a usb c charger which I brought. is there a way to charge my phone with any of this stuff we also have an Apple Watch charger 

I respond to it as I've been edgy lately. I feel like she just not give a F about anything or herself sometimes.  She gets so lazy and has an attitude about everything. I'm also not attracted to fat people and shes gotten too fat for me.  Shes a totally telling me to leave, but its reverse psychology and guilt trips.  I feel like I cant make her happy. Or get her to exercise and eat right. She stopped working last year and quit her job and its left us financially in struggle. I feel like she likes being poor and messy. Im.trying to change her but we argue and fight. I feel like it's too much of a struggle to bring back the good times. Mentally something is wrong with her. Maybe covid is driving people nuts

My mom told me that she had a bad dream about me getting molested if I were to leave the house and she says that shes not going to take me back when I realize that I'm wrong for leaving. My mom keep saying shes going to kill herself every ******* day and im tired of it , it takes a toll on me and then sometimes she lashes out on me saying that im an obstacle and burden to her. Im ******* tired and plus Im confused on what to do because Im going to be left on my own and now she installed a fear in my head. I dont know what to do

Not fight, my parents never physically hurt each other. How many times a week do parents generally argue? Also do other peoples parents get a divorce which lasts a few days then get back together regularly or is it just mine??  When I was younger my dad told me they only stay together for me and my siblings.  So is my family normal or?? 

I was upstairs in my bedroom watching TV when my step mother yelled "Lets go so we will not be late". Trying to stall for time, I said "I'm coming". She said "Don't get it on the sheets. That makes them sticky. Oh My God, she thought I was j - -king off. I did not know she knew I did that. She has a wonderful sense of humor so I hope she was joking. I love and adore her. She is the best mom any guy can have. How did she know I had been doing that? Do all moms know guys do that?

My dad is abusive because I remind him a lot of his ex wife. He remarried and now has a son, my half brother who I love so much to every fiber of my being. I raised him since he was born, we always play together (I'm 18 and he's 8) and stick around with each other through everything. A few days ago, my dad left me out to starve and no water. I had to cut the front lawn with office depot scissors which gave me blisters and made my body sore and it was burning hot that day. All of my family members saw me but couldn't do anything because my dad owns the house they live in. My brother saw me outside and stuck around until 10pm because it was getting really cold. Then my cousin saw me, still outside at 10:30pm, shivering. It's been 11 hours by then since I've been kicked outside. My cousin talked to me saying I really need to get out of here. I need to move to Jersey with my mom. And it was a good idea that I decided to take, but I kept mentioning how it will absolutely kill me to leave my brother behind. He's literally my only reason for living, besides the two cats we have. I already told my aunt in Jersey if I can go live there and caught her up with my situation, she said I could. So the plan is in set. But it's terrifying. I can't leave my brother. It hurts too much. But I can't stay here with my dad. What do I do? Or rather, how can I get through this?

My parents were quite young when they had me, 20 and 22. They were not married thus I was born out of wedlock.

I want my mom to call me beautiful right now I will never adjust in life she called me ugly today so I broke the tv and pulled her hair and moved to my dads house my parents divorced 

Soo i don't really know how to explain this, but i try my best as i could. i still live with my mom, since i'm only 21.  and we have a cleaning lady and she is like 56 or something.. her company makes her clean at each house for 4 hours straight.  one time she was finnished cleaning. and she still had more than half an hour left. and my mom said: "well you can go home then.."  and she replied: "No i can't, my company doesn't allow me to, i need to stay till 4." so my mom asked if she wants to iron the clothes that have been washed. wich she agreed to. she even mentioned she used to work a long time for a company that irons clothes and repairs them. so now everytime she has enough time left. we let her do that. but my mom noticed a while ago that she seems to be far more blunt than before. and refuses to do a few things.. like cleaning the windows upstairs from our bedrooms. because its too "dangerous" and she might fall outside. anyway.. she ruined my T-shirt. my mom has washed it and ironed it before. but now she did. and some of the print came off.. for someone who used to iron clothes for a company soo long, she should know that she needs to be carefull with printed clothes right.? now she didn't seem to be interested to iron anymore. and i think she removed a part of the print on purpose so she doesn't have to do it anymore. i don't mind the T-shirt, if it "Really" was an accident, fine. but i just think she did it on purpose. what do you guys think i should do?  Picture 

I really thought of her as a friend.  Anyway, she has moved outcof town and even the last time I saw her I thought she was a friend. For months I did not even call her. There was no one to remind me of her. But suddenly now I miss her. I sometimes ask myself wheather I am getting attracted to her. But  is That possible. The last time I saw her n spoke with her I felt she was only a freind. So can I get attracted to her while we have not met again ?

Does throwing someone by their arm off their feet in the air take much more strength than picking them up and carrying them? When I was 11 my mom got so mad at me she threw me on the bed I was standing still right by a bed and she grabbed my arm and I lifted off my feet in the air and landed on the bed on my side.

my siblings are very reactive to small things, letting it put them off and make them angry for no reason. My brother will attack others' character when he is in this state, and becomes very passive aggressive, not letting his own opinion be heard and speaking as though he is in a business meeting. My other, trans-gender sibling has struggled with mental issues in the past, and is improving, but still can be triggered easily.  My parents are opposite of each other, my Mom being unstable emotionally and swooping throughout the day from beaming smiles to low sorrowful moods, which makes me question the legitimacy of her displayed emotion. She does not respect what I have to say, and because I am the youngest, continues to treat me like a little child despite me recently turning 16. My dad is a hard outer shell businessman, who becomes aggressive or more quiet when he is facing negative emotions, but ultimately is the man of the house. I know I am not perfect, and I do have my own flaws.   but I find it difficult to live at peace in a family with these underlying issues.   What am I supposed to do to help?

they knew they could get caught so they just talked about it...sound possible? they also tell stories about other people being raped in prison alot as well as other sex abuse fantasies anyone heard of this

She warned me as we both know what a beast my sister is and she didn't want me to get hurt again like last year by this sister. Her and her boyfriend (God help him) are coming 4th of July weekend.

Hello, I live in Las Vegas with my brother Chris. We have two cousins in Florida Traci and Kole. We are a huge Raiders family and as you may know the Raiders are a Las Vegas team and kick off this fall! I've heard behind my back my cousins when they come to town they want to take Chris (who is very popular around the family for some reason) to the kick off game excluding me. I'm nothing but kind to my family and Chris is a big show off and narcissist. If I confront them that would start a huge family drama. WWYD?

She keeps promising to quit weed and clean her room too. I told her im.also embarrassed to be seen driving her old beat up car. I feel like I'm with the wrong woman. Like she makes me feel anxious. How can I change her? I told her weed causes depression and anxiety. She did not smoke when we met. Shes either hyper or gets very depressed. We have neighbors who listen to everything we say so I'm constantly telling her to keep her voice down. She likes to yell and tall so loud outside Ok plus she got fat. Financially I cant leave. We moved to a small town.
