Question: Is this bad of my friend? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 05:01 PM PDT Years I've been confused and silly and depression and stressed but not rude or inappropriate. Him and his friends made fun of me back then maybe as a friend maybe not. I've known him for years and we've hung out and he's always given me advice and how to behave and be with everyone and be myself and he's helped me and educated me and stuff. But today I was myself and told him I'm thinking clearly with better pills And enjoying life with family and going out etc. he was talking like he didn't care and was playing noises in the background and was being silent and not asking questions or saying good for me and was being negative and long awkward silences and I had nothing to talk about. He's told me people change all the time in the past so maybe I'm coming across new but I can think clearly and smart and understand and have my opinions and be nice and stuff and I wasn't being bad to him so maybe he doesn't like the new me? What's your views on what it could be? |

Question: What counts as sexual harassment? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 03:04 PM PDT I made this question anon because I felt uncomfortable with the inquiry being associated with my account. Sorry this is a long post, but I don't want to wrongfully make any claims. From mid 2019-beginning of 2020 I was in school. There was a kid my age who I'll call Bob (because that's the first name that came to mind lol.) Bob was, originally, a friend of mine. The year before, we had a tightly-knit group of two other kids. My dad was dead, our other friends dad had left her family (I'll refer to her as Amy), and Bob never spoke of his parents- so we kind of connected over that. Bob was clearly not all there- but he was really smart and didn't talk to me much so whatever. He made lots of sexual jokes but hey- so did every other guy lmao. The next year, we kind-of broke apart- I ditched Amy and Bob- didn't feel comfortable around them anymore. I had most of my classes with Bob, and through the year he started interacting with me. I was non-confrontational, so I just mostly ignored him and answered questions he asked- even if they made me feel unsafe. One day, though, in our PE class, he had me cornered alone under the bleachers. He left me alone and I just kind of laughed because "ugh, that's such a Bob thing to do." Later, he asked me if I remembered when he "almost sexually assaulted me." Story continued in photos because it's too long :( Thank you if you've read this far or continued reading, I really appreciate it! |
Question: My friend courtney farted on me? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 02:05 PM PDT she kept farting and it was nasty so I kicked her out of the house then she chased me trying to fart |
Question: My friend has had rape allegations made against him, what do I do? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 11:54 AM PDT Someone approached me with rape and allegations of pedophilia against a good friend of mine, who I was planning to move in with. I am planning to confront him, but then what. I believe the person stepping forward, and they have informed me of another person that also had a similar experience, who actually lived with him for some time and my friend had told me was his abuser. Do I cut contact with him and try and see if my landlord will allow me to pull out? This is a very confusing situation and I want to navigate it as well as I can. |
Question: Why this guy is such a fake christian? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 11:47 AM PDT his name is Hasan Pamudji.... |
Question: Did I offend my female friend jby the way I hugged her? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 11:20 AM PDT I remember onetime I was hugging a female friend of mine. She was wearing a back pack. I like to hug women where I place one hand on their lower back. (She's a close friend of mine, we have known each other since before she got married. ).I remember I laid my hand a little low and I grazed the top of her butt along her waistline. Then next time we hugged, she pointed her butt outward and away from me. She never mentioned it to me, the way I hugged her. We're still friends of course. I always hug women with my hand on their lower back. It just so happens her backpack got in the way. By the way I* |
Posted: 20 Jun 2020 10:40 AM PDT Whenever she sees me get online she gets online too and whenever I play a game she plays a game too. Even though she unfriended me right after she left me. She put a frowning face on her profile then thats when I noticed she was copying me. I can see her constantly getting online and offline. She left me and went back to her ex. She could be using her ex keeping him as a back burner but idk. She keeps copying the clothes I put on my avatars. Constantly stalking me to the point where its freaky. I know I could just block her but this won't stop her from being able to see my avatar and viewing my accounts. She had a frowning face on her status then thats when I noticed she started stalking me even more and copying my stuff. I believe she left because she felt unappreciated. I don't know if she's playing games or really truly wants me back and misses me. |
Question: How to turn down a friend without hurting her? ? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 10:15 AM PDT I have been friends with this woman since we were teenagers. We're both in our mid 20s. Every time she breaks up with some guy, she tries to push the boundaries with me. I knew she had a crush on me when we were kids, which is when we became friends. The problem is that now this guy really did a number of her and she is getting really annoying with her proposals. Last night she got drunk and started to roam around my house naked. She's definitely going through a difficult time, but she's getting angry whenever I turn her down. I don't want her to feel turned down, but I don't want to destroy our friendship either... |
Posted: 20 Jun 2020 09:29 AM PDT I've been friends with a former co-worker for about 15 years. We now live 600 miles away. I've always liked her (not romantically, though). However: 1. Her boyfriend, who now comes with her every time we meet (usually in my city, once a year), isn't my favorite. 2. Last time we got together (at a private club where I am a member), her boyfriend talked about being kicked out of a restaurant for bad behavior, loudly stated the N-word (while we were having lunch, within hearing of others), and had a conversation with my friend in which she referred to African-Americans as "Canadians". 3. She sends a lot of political emails. She's very much in favor of one presidential candidate, who I can't stand, and her emails sometimes dismiss things relating to African-Americans. They aren't directly racist, but I'd say that they're "insensitive" to racial justice issues, from the views of African-Americans...to put it mildly. These days, with people being fired for showing insensitivity on racial matters, I wouldn't want those kinds of emails to show up on my computer if, for example, my computer got hacked. Should I end the friendship and just ignore her from now on? I'm most concerned about being seen as associating with a racist, which could harm me (guilt by association), and I don't like her boyfriend, who is always with her.. Thanks. |
Question: Do you think my roommate doesn’t like me: he never liked my posts in 2 years...? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 08:53 AM PDT Once I told him I think he doesn't like me because we never talk and he said it's not true but he is too tired to talk. I think he doesn't hate me but he doesn't like me much. I have 2 other roomates and he said he dislikes one of them. He stopped liking his posts after they had a fight. He likes my other roomate's posts (even two pictures I took for her). |

Question: Would it be stalkerish to add a guy on my fb? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 06:28 AM PDT We liked each other and I recently quit and lost connection of seeing him anymore but we have a mutual friend and wondering if that is creepy or seems like I'm chasing him. |

Question: My friends cut me off from them. Is it my fault? Or theirs? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 02:50 AM PDT There were four of us, we were really close. One summer we had some arguments - I was going through a hard time in a relationship they did not approve of. Then i started uni. I really struggled, I felt very alone. I had one friend from home at uni, and he offered me support and tried to invite me to things so i could meet people etc. I was grateful for his friendship. The problem was he was the ex boyfriend of one of that group of four. When they found out I was still friends with him, they removed me from social media and cut me off for good. It hurt so much, we were so close. We used to promise that nothing would ever come between us. I miss them. But was it all my fault? Did I deserve this? |
Question: Is my "friend" using reverse psychology? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 02:13 AM PDT This guy is friends with seems to be a good guy and seems to be nicer than me or so i thought, i noticed he used me throughout the highschool years and my first college semester, i wouldn't call him out in front of people, but when we are alone i tell him i know he uses me for money, and he says "if that's what you think", it ended up not bothering me anymore cause maybe i was just delusional, but a couple of months ago him our female friend, and me went to the store to get some snacks, he had a long jerky stick, and he put it like vertically at his crotch resembling his private part, he slide it up my friends leg and towards her butt, and she was very uncomfortable since shes a nerdy type of girl who doesn't party or drinks, i saw the whole thing and he did it on purpose i just didnt want to say anything, a week later she told me she felt so uncomfortable and she cried and she told her byofriend, we were all in the same car going home her boyfriend was at my house ready to pick her up conformation happened, and after he and our friend left, we talked and he said he didnt do it on puporse and did it by accident, but i knew he was lying but didnt want to get into drama, i felt horrible for my female friend, cause he told her the same thing as me, "If thats what you think". I found this out because she talked to me and told, and we both knew what he was doing. Im just wondering was this some kinda reverse psychology or is another word? |
Question: How do I deal with fake friends? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 01:12 AM PDT I had a best friend of 7 years & one of 3-4 years. Lets just call the first bff "Jade" and the other one "Ashley". "Jade" and I have been friends for 7 years, we literally did everything together and a few months ago, her and I stopped being friends. We were on break (from school ofc) and normally we would text or call to talk to each other everyday, but she left me on read and stopped answering my calls. I got tired of it and stopped texting and calling her. She missed my sister's birthday party (jade and my sister were really good friends btw) because "she wasn't feeling well" when she actually went camping with my other bff. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with it, but instead of lying she could of just said that. When her and I finally hung out again, she became really distance and it was weird because like I said we did everything together. She also lied about a lot of other things & when I exposed her for it, she called me a female dog and we stopped being friends. Throughout the years I was friends with her, she was possessive and didn't let me have many friends so when her and I stopped being friends, I didn't have many friends left. my other "friends" took her side and stopped talking to me. Months later, jade and my sister talked on insta and they became friends, she then apologize to me but i don't really know what to do because I was tired of all of the bs. I also know for a fact she talked shiz behind my back so idk. What should I do? Pls help. |
Question: I Get Too Bothered When My Friends Get Insulted? Posted: 20 Jun 2020 01:06 AM PDT People can say whatever they want about me. Their opinions don't matter when said opinions are about me. I like to think the same is true of their opinions about my friends. But, sadly, my friends getting insulted has a very big effect on me. My friends don't seem to care what people think of them, which is great. Most of the time the insults are behind their backs anyway. It feels stupid bringing up things they probably didn't even take note of. I just get so angry to the point that I feel physical pain in my stomach and chest. I want so badly to hurt the people who are slandering and to avenge my friends. But I know I can't. This seems to be a very uncommon issue, otherwise I wouldn't be posting this. Is this a problem for anyone else? |

Posted: 19 Jun 2020 08:34 PM PDT Hi, I was just chewed out by my mom for this being stupid and that we should not be isolating together but hear me out... So all 3 of us were in close contact with 2 people now who are confirmed to have covid. We all are scheduled to have covid tests tomorrow. But I have a big apartment and little dog that i was going to isolate with when i though of my friends parents and siblings... both my friends who weren't symptomatic have high risk parents at their home and siblings that are young and one of my friends sisters has a very bad lung disease.. We are all 3 in our early 20s and no underlining diseases and are healthy. We are still practicing social distancing in the apartment and regularly cleaning our hands and spraying the bathroom with lysol and using hand sanitizer and even wearing a mask to protect my dog. We are being i think very smart and not spreading this. what are some more tips we can do to stay safe. Its now day 3 and we all have head aches, no fever but really fatigue. |
Question: Is there a such thing as travel Behavior Analysts (BCBA)? Posted: 19 Jun 2020 08:26 PM PDT Hi! In a world without COVID-19, can BCBAs travel? My friend is a travel nurse and has made some great experiences traveling. I just finished my Master's in ABA, and sit for the BCBA exam soon. |
