Question: I’m a white male but black women flock to me, why? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 05:30 PM PDT I'm a 30 year old white male. While white women have complimented my looks and are friendly towards me, I notice black women seem to really like me. I'm not complaining though because I like black women a lot. I just wonder why they like me so much. Do I give off a certain vibe? I've been described as kind, good looking, smart, and hardworking. |

Question: An excuse to move? ? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 04:14 PM PDT My boyfriend and I just moved out of state and are living with his friend and it's just not working out. It was supposed to be a temporary thing but they're telling us we should move to a place in their area when I'm attending a school 2 hours away in a major city. We're trying to figure out an excuse for why we have to move 2 hours away other than we want to be closer to school. The people are wanting to influence our transition to this new state. Any suggestions? |
Posted: 27 Jun 2020 04:11 PM PDT My digital artist friend's hard drive quit, so they asked me+my fiance to help recover files. I knew there might be some p0rno, so I tried to ignore filenames, but I saw one I couldn't. "(mutual friend first, last name)bl0wjobpicedit" or something. Fiance didn't notice,I didn't mention it,but I asked that he let me know when the recovery software finished, so I could check for "specific art [friend] was working on" (lie). Once it finished, fiance left the room& I searched. My friend had photoshopped the face of a mutual friend on to multiple x-rated images/vids,& did it to MULTIPLE othes, from social media pics,& also pics they had clearly been taken in secrecy (pics of ppl sleeping, bending down to pick something up, etc. I found the original pics).I know I did a bad thing by violating my friend's privacy. However, I feel that these edited pics of our other friends is a much bigger problem. I cant believe my friend was taking secret pics& doing this. They weren't physically hurt by it,& I don't think the pics were posted anywhere, but it's still disgusting to me. I deleted every file I could find like this,& I'm gonna hope my friend assumes that the files were lost.I wanna confront my friend but they have various mental health issues,& have already made attempts on their life in the past, for things most would find trivial. I'm afraid that if I confront my friend it will cause a freakout+suicide attempt. But I feel it would be an injustice to my other friends to not address it. |
Question: Do you have or have you had good friends of the opposite sex ? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 03:35 PM PDT In the Navy I had about 6 real close Male friends and many good friends. The ratio of men to women were 20++ men per every 1 female. |
Question: Any way to repair this friendship? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 03:28 PM PDT What would you do to repair this friendship? I was friends for about 15 years with another guy from church who was in the same line of work as me. He hired my company to do some work for him, and we sent each other clients over the years. He was a groomsman in my wedding. He was also a board member of a charity that I founded. (He resigned.) He loaned $300k to my company (which I founded) and me. That was a lot of money to pay back; after we went into mediation with a lawyer who was acceptable to both of us, I repaid the principal and promised to pay the interest, as I calculated it. He said that I wasn't paying him his total out-of-pocket costs in making the loan (as he borrowed the money that he loaned to me). Unfortunately the settlement agreement that we signed ran into some speedbumps; he said that I didn't give him a fully-signed version so he revoked his signature, even after I had repaid the principal. I told the mediator that I would sue the friend to enforce the settlement agreement. The mediator told me that my friend does not want to see me ever again. I don't find that fair- I repaid the principal and agreed to pay what I calculated to be my friend's costs. What would you do to fix this relationship? I'm a middle-aged adult and friendships are hard to come by. |
Question: How do I make more friends? ? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 03:19 PM PDT I'm a 21 year old guy and my parents got divorced this past year, we're selling our house soon and I'm going to be moving soon to another state, but it's pretty close to the state I grew up in. Now I don't have many friends to begin with and I feel like moving away is going to cause me to hardly ever leave my house but I do have a car so I can always drive to hang with friends but the state I'm moving to is completely foreign to me and I do not know anyone who lives there. How can I create a larger social circle that can open up more opportunities to make friends and hopefully find a girlfriend? |
Question: What does, “I am going to be biased in your favor” mean? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 03:05 PM PDT I had asked a friend can I use them for a reference (for this volunteering I'm doing). It asked for someone who is a co-worker or friend who is not related to you who knows you well. I have no friends and nobody knows me! All but that one friend. The friend said "sure although i love you, but I am going to be biased in your favor". What does that mean? I had forgotten he likes likes me but that wasn't what I was thinking! This friend is like the only one I have who knows me well! |

Question: Why does social gossip fly over my head? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 02:12 PM PDT I pretty much feel like a dumbass. I never know social gossip, I never know the people my friends are talking about and I just don't know where they get these things. I pretty much just act like I know stuff or people. How do I fix this lack of social awareness? |
Question: Was this good advice I gave my ex mother in law? What would your advice have been? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 01:22 PM PDT My ex mother in law who I really liked when I was married to her daughter Ann sent me a text message asking if I could meet her for lunch. I said sure and we had lunch. At lunch she told me her other daughter Connie's husband had ask to borrow money from her 4 times and each time she had lent him some money. He had never paid her back any of the money she had loaned him. He has now ask her for a 5th loan. She asked what I thought she should do. I told her this is a very hard situation. She should probably consider the first 4 loans a gift as there is a very low probability she will get repaid for these loans. I told her I think she should tell Connie's husband that you will consider a new loan when he pays back the previous loans. I warned her she should expect a bad reaction from Connie's husband and possibly from Connie. I hope I gave her good advice. Do you think I did? |
Question: Why do people praise you on social media, but in real life, no one gives appreciation? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 11:01 AM PDT People tell women how beautiful they are on social media, guys messaging them nonstop, girls asking for fashion and makeup advice from them, but in real life, they don't receive the same adoration |
Posted: 27 Jun 2020 08:10 AM PDT her mom doesn't believe her and she invited the man the molested her over to their house to hangout. she invites him over without telling her and makes her interact with him. she cant get out of that for a while longer. (a few months) and shes currently having a breakdown cause he's coming over for a pool party, is there any way i can help? i already asked if she could come over to my house. picture below of her crying to me over discord about the fact that her mom called her a "lying *****" for claiming her uncle raped her. (im the one cursing sorry.) she hasn't come over yet, hes at her house and trying to find her but shes locked herself in her room and hiding in the closet. there's nothing i can do till her mom decides to bring her over. i don't know how to help, my mom wont let me borrow her car to go pick her up. |

Question: Are woman actually physically stronger than guys? Posted: 26 Jun 2020 08:40 PM PDT I've seen in movies and tv shows when woman carry someone which isn't that often but when they it's always someone bigger than them? and girls are cheerleaders they lift and carry more than any guy does in sports in fact cheerleader is the only sport where they lift and carry people and it's a girls sport. and when I was 11 my mom threw me on the bed I was standing still and she grabbed my arm and I lifted off my feet and landed on the bed on my side and woman give birth which from what I've heard is strongest paid to suffer. are they? |
