I want to surprise a very dear friend of mine for her birthday this Monday; I'll be showing up at a coffee shop and waiting for her sister to bring her, but I need some way to surprise her and perhaps scare the daylights out of her, but in a special friendly way 😂 any suggestions?

El es buena persona,pero en estos 3 años de noviazgo me he dado cuenta de cosas que no me gustan, una de ellas es que se queda en muchos aspectos por ejemplo nunca renueva su ropa, su casa la mantiene más o menos limpia, el auto no lo lava ni lo lleva a lavar (como mucho 2 veces al año), su familia se mete mucho en nuestro relación preguntando cosas por ejemplo hijos, cuando viviremos juntos, opinando sobre cosas privadas, que la verdad que no me dan ganas de verlos. Hacen muchas comidas y son muchos de familia, siempre hay un cumpleaños y a mi no me gusta mucho ir con ellos, primero porque no me gusta reuniones de tanta gente y segundo porque son entrometidos en la relación. Por otro lado lo veo a mi novio como un persona estancada, siempre hace lo mismo, no progresa en nada, jamás tiene detalles conmigo, jamás me ha dicho que bien me veo cuando me arreglo. Además el siempre anda desarreglado y con ropa vieja. Solo se arregla si hay reunión o cumple de su familia, para mi nunca lo hace. Y me pregunto como sería el día de mañana conviviendo o casada con él y no me gusta para nada. No se si estoy equivocada o que. Yo lo quiero pero no me gusta todo lo que conté.Será que en una relación hay que tolerar, que no todo puede gustar?

people don't take meeting each other's parents, dating, getting engaged, investing time with each other anymore? Why is that? 

My friend is a couple of hours away from me, and I asked if I could come see her. Her mom said no because of something I did a few months ago. My friend was being severely bullied and said that the school wasn't doing anything about it and wanted me to talk to the bullies to tell them to stop. I tried, but they started yelling at me and I ended up yelling back. I later apologized, but she still hates me. For the past few years her mom has also thought I was a bad influence on her although before a few months ago there was no reason to think that. Any advice? 

Ok so whenever I'm in my house I hear voices outside talking to me and I don't know how ho they are and I don't know what to do. I want to call the police on these people but I don't know who these people are. What do you think of this situation and what should I do? 

if you ask your mutual friend to ask as a friend to a old friend if she will tell others not to add them cause it me and they open and ignore it do you think that they did?

A long time ago, I think in 2002 or 2003, I was 15 or 16, and my friend and I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings and when we were leaving I wrote a note as a joke to the waitress that she was a waste of space and worthless. It is a quote from a movie that I wrote down to be funny. We saw the waitress pick it up and look at it and throw it away. I feel beyond terrible this many years later and there is no way for me to find her to say sorry. I don't know what to do. I hope she is okay and we didn't know each other at all but she went on working after that so I have no idea how she felt after work. Maybe she forgot about it or it stuck with her. I don't know how to move on without knowing what happened to her.

Me and my friend had plans to get dinner last week and she didn't show without explanation. I texted her and said okay let's just do tomorrow? She she said yes. Didn't show up again or text me without explanation. I decided to let it go because she was going through a breakup. Her and her man got back together. So, I have asked her a couple times to hang out again and she just keeps leaving me on read. I feel like she could at least say hey I'm busy or anything... I'm confused because a couple weeks ago she got mad at me for not asking her to hang a lot ( my Uncle died, and I started new job, So just needed some time to get in my groove) and now that I'm asking she won't even reply. I want to text her and ask why but the last time I texted her "hey is everything okay" she kind of got mad at me. Should I just give it up? Was just trying to be a good friend :/ 

For example, I was polite to the new janitor at work, just "good morning" and quick 2-5 minute chats but that was it, but I've noticed he's getting a little too comfortable with me. he tries to distract me from my work to talk to him for extended periods of time which is whatever I just let it slide and humor him, but last week he started talking to me like a child, which infuriates me (Personal issues relating to that) so I told him right then and there, we're both adults so lets talk to each other like adults and he seemed okay with that. now today really crossed the line and I snapped at him, Not only did he continue to baby talk me but my name is Marc and he's calling Marky Marky like I'm his child or something, So I snapped and Said "That's not my name, don't call me that, you know what my name is and stop baby talking me through the office" and I didnt talk to him for the rest of the day, but on his way out the door he yelled "Have a nice day Mr Marky Marky" and now I feel that's out od spite because he knows I dont like it. I'm a quiet detached person and I go out of my way everyday to be polite to people I interact with but I think I'm done with that. People have been doing this to me all my life to get under my skin and I'm over it.

I've known her since elementary, we are about to be seniors and we've never once even hung out. Seniors in high school!! 

this guy i know is being a massive wanker and hes being kinda/very misogynistic and i got like really mad and called him an incel behind his back to my friend and she reacted kinda weird like id just told her he was actually like an INCEL incel but like i dont THINK he is but hes kinda acting like it like is it weird that i called him that?

So basically one of my so called friends she easily gets upset with me and then ghosts me and come back after a couple of months.  Whenever I ask she never tells me why. This time she did the same thing again. So I asked another mutual friend and the person said that she said I'm annoying and a weird drunk that I have alot to work on . As a friend shouldn't she tell me instead of always ghosting me . Recently she posted alot of pic with friends but didn't post pics of me and her.shes too complicated.I think this is rude or what do you all think 

I never ever have anyone that can understand my feelings like everything has to go right for that person their is not one day I can be emotional like today I was talking about how I dont want a roomate when I have my own place then my sister is all like wow so all the sudden your a king & her boy friend pretty much told me to shut up. Also everytime I complain to my brothers they get really angry just because im angry I told him is why do I have to buy all the food & you guys dont help me then he gets all super mad Is like I have to do everything he says. I dont want a roomate because all my life I always been with a roomate or with someone If I ever get my own place I would like it to have it all to my self I was not even complaining thats all I said then they think I was complaining. Imagine if you were in my shoe paying everything for your mean brothers having to live with someone forever dont you want a change dont you just want someone to cheer you up? For reals in my all entire life no one never ever has cheer me up because everytime when I talk to anyone about these stuff they all shut me down.
