Posted: 07 Jun 2020 01:45 PM PDT I didn't do it. She says because my step mum manipulates my dad and gets away with not doing stuff in the house and she lives her own separate life for convenience. I told her I speak to my dad but he doesn't listen..she said this will open his eyes. I'm confused.
Posted: 07 Jun 2020 12:50 PM PDT I tried last Christmas and she did not respond. We have been estranged since last July. She is a selfish person enabled by our mother.

Posted: 07 Jun 2020 11:04 AM PDT i'm 17 and live in the USA and i was trolling and harassing this 18 year old girl from england because it was funny to see her reaction and harassed her friends too but then i found out she's getting the police involved there, can they do anything? |
Question: My sister started screaming at me ? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 09:53 AM PDT My sister and I left at 8AM to go into Atlanta. We got there around 10:00. I guess she didn't eat anything. I had planned to go to a few shops. Well, we ended up in Walmart then decided to go to this specialty store we love. Well, they were sold out of what we were looking for. My sister was hungry but I didn't want to stop for lunch I wanted to eat home and save money. She started screaming at me. She got really upset that we drove 1.5 hours just to go to Walmart when we have one 5 minutes from our home. The plan was to stop at a few other stores but I did not feel like it. We ended up leaving Atlanta around 11:30 so we stayed about 1.5 hours. She was really angry with me for using all that gas for such a short amount of time. She was really screamed at me flipped out that she was hungry and mad. The traffic was REALLY BAD at one point she slammed the car in park and said you drive so I have been driving home. I'm almost in tears I'm so stressed out I'm shaking we just stopped to use the restroom. I'm staying with her for 2 weeks and honestly after the way I was spoken to this morning I want to go home. She told me I'm a selfish b*tch for making her drive all that way to only stay 1.5 hours. I'm just not looking to spend money on lunch when we have tons of food at home. Was I wrong? Thoughts?
Posted: 07 Jun 2020 09:51 AM PDT So I'll be up front and admit I cheated on her. But, you have to understand that it was done out of stress. As a white ally to #blm, I am absolutely horrified at the racism in our world. It is all around us and I want to stop it. The stress of allyship led me into the vagina of another woman. I just had had enough of white silence and oppression and needed the outlet. I explained this to my gf when she caught me in her sister. And she didn't understand. In fact, she only went to one night of protests and even complained once about the "rioting" (which is a right wing myth). I'm starting to wonder if she is a racist.
Question: Persuade my parents to get a piano? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:50 AM PDT so i am grade 8 sax and also play the flute and have been thinking about learning a new instrument, i landed on the piano. i spoke to my mum about it and she seemed up to the idea of getting one. i said i would pay for it or we could split the price as she would be interested in learning too. the only problem is...asking my dad as he is always the harder parent to persuade!!!! 🤣 i don't know how to approach him so could someone give me some tips? 🤔
Question: Mom is never around and dad is unstable, will I be like them? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:42 AM PDT My parents have been married for years and it has all gone downhill since I was born. They have a 23-year-old difference, for starters, which is terrible enough. My mom used to be my best friend, and out of nowhere, she started detaching and spent most of the week leaving to live in another family lot we have. She barely called me and did not want to come back, all because she was done with dealing with my dad and it was now 'my turn'. This started happening when I was 15, and I'm 18 years old now. My dad has never been physically abusive, but his words are more than enough to hurt for days. His humiliation and insults have doubled on the daily because now it's mainly just me, since my mom is never here anymore. I don't mind waiting until college because its been like this since I was born, but I'm truly terrified I'll end up like them. Either like my mom who saved herself but left her daughter behind (her mother did the same to her), or like my father, who terrorizes me and everyone on the daily, being diagnosed with Narcissistic and possibly bipolar disorder. How can I be better and avoid their tendencies? I have their genes, after all.
Question: Woke up to my mom screaming and crying, what should I do? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:25 AM PDT I woke up and she hunched over the kitchen sink and she was hollering prayers in her native language and crying. Recently a family friend sent her a picture of her (my mom's) mentally ill sister, who lives in another country. In the picture she was just skin and bones and she refused to eat anything. I think something happened to her and that's why my mom was crying. When I asked her what's wrong she pushed me away and said nothing. I called both of my sisters and asked them to talk to her but they said they don't want to make her more upset. She's calmed down now and I don't know what to do. I have to go to work later so I can't be around for too long :( What is she hurts herself or does something reckless? Right now i'm hiding away in my room and she's making breakfast. I offered to help but she's ignoring me. My sister says to keep her company but idk
Question: My Dad lied to me today. Should I call him out on it or just let it go? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:18 AM PDT I am the person who writes about my father's repetitive lies. Like last winter when he lied about a trip at Christmas and I had altered my plans for it. This lie was much smaller but do I call him out on it or just let it go with disgust like usual. He is a deceptive person.
Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:16 AM PDT I am not allowed to come to any family activities if she is there which is the majority of the time. I called the sister out a year ago and we have not spoken since. My mother (who controls my father) has since said to keep the peace for me not to come at times like Thanksgiving. She allowed me to come Christmas Eve but that was all. I have no problem seeing the toxic sister but my mother does not want me around if the sister is around. Am I right that this is enabling the narcissism and how do I fix this so I am not segregated anymore? My sister screams like a child and if she yells enough she gets her way. It has been like this since she was a kid and it is how she became a narcissist.
Question: Why do some people ask me weird questions regarding my hot mom? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 08:10 AM PDT So I'm a normal 16 year old who just happens to have a 36 year old hot mom. My friends are really curious about her and it's really annoying. Yesterday one asked me if I would have sex with her if she offered to.🤢🤢🤮🤮

Question: Am in the wrong for disobeying my dad? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 06:03 AM PDT So I like being outside and doing a lot of stuff like going to the beach or meeting friends. I like playing video games too. I do the normal stuff during the daytime and then I play from 20-01 usually. My [41] dad doesn't like that I play this late and he told me that I should stop. I told him that I had no responsibilities on the next day and that I am on vacation so it's ok to stay up late. He just said whatever and left. Well my parents had scheduled a date for yesterday to some restaurant. My [35] mom said that they would be coming home at around 1 in the morning. I just told them to have fun and kept playing my games. Well I played at night and they eventually came home. I didn't greet them because it was so late. After a little while I start hearing weird noises from their room though. I turned off my PC because it was late and I wanted to go to bed. I stepped out of my room and knocked on their door and opened it right after. I walked in on them having sex... I asked my dad "What are you doing to mom?" He answered: "I'm ******* her man. I told you to go to bed early but you didn't listen so here you go. I just closed the door quickly and put in some earbuds and tried to sleep. I could've clearly heard their noises if I hadn't worn my buds. So AITA here?
Posted: 07 Jun 2020 01:45 AM PDT I know someone who when he was 11 his mom got so mad at him she threw him on the bed he was standing still and his mom grabbed his arm and he lifted off the floor and landed on the bed. Was she?
Question: Help i accidentally flashed my best friend's dad? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 01:21 AM PDT i was at a sleepover with my best friend of almost ten years and had just gotten out of the shower, i feel close enough with him and his family for him to see me naked, changing, showering, etc., i had just gotten out of the shower when i went to get my clothes and thought that i should work out on the exercise ball, his dad thought he was in there and barged in (his family 'doesnt believe in knocking') and he saw me, asking if i was wearing clothes, calling me creepy, and saying if i do that again he wouldnt let me come over anymore, now im scared that his family is gonna get mad and tell my mom, what should i do? TL;DR: i flashed my bffs dad and now hey might hate me

Posted: 07 Jun 2020 12:25 AM PDT "I will NEVER approve of you dating my daughter or being a father to my granddaughter. You continuously beat up on your mother, your sister, and your nieces. You are violent....Very violent and your mom warned me of that. And you never admit to hurting your mom or anyone else. You never admit to anything you do that's wrong. I could NEVER trust you to live alone with my daughter or my granddaughter because if they say something that you disagree with, you may blow up and hurt themselves . You have serious anger issues that you need counseling for. I wish you the best but not with my child or granddaughter." That was the text that her mom sent me. First of all, I never beat up on my sister my mom or my nieces. My mom did tell her that I had anger issues, but never violent. I mainly had a big mouth and always wanted the last word, which has gotten me into trouble in the past. She knows full well that my mom is the one who sometimes chases me out of the house with a weapon during arguments. and I be trying to get away from them and I sometimes hurt them by accident. Heck, one time my sister punctured my elbow for NO reason at all. Yes I was a cranky person and would get mad easily (because of my childhood) but never violent and that's not what my mom said. I've been in counseling for a while now and I am making progress. The only way I get mad like that is if I'm physically or verbally provoked and I never had hit anyone on purpose. If my girlfriend knew that I was a violent person she would not want to be with me period. This mess all started when one day her mom kept talking to me like a dog because of a misunderstanding and I got fed up and went off on her verbally on the phone, then all of a sudden she says "Your mom was right about you" and "you need counseling" doesn't realize that everyone gets fed up and goes off it happens. My girlfriend and I is currently 19 she stays with her parents. They're trying to make her break up with me and block me and stop texting me all because of that. She even took her phone yesterday and went through her phone and tried to send a break up text to me which I did not fall for because of how proper her mom texts lol. She's on their family plan, so it has been super tricky trying to text secretly. Luckily we found textnow and whats app and some backup account attempts. She's currently 22 weeks pregnant (baby is due in september) she graduated from high school (K12) and is going to cosmetology school downtown in the fall (doesn't have dorms), and I'm taking online college classes while on a $11/hour job and is currently looking for an apartment. I've seen her parents act controlling sometimes, and I'm just now seeing it. We're both fed up with this. I've been trying to figure out a way to get her out of the house secretly. Me and my girlfriend known each other for 4 years (3rd relationship) and is very close so don't say nothing stupid. My girlfriend has been wanting us to get engaged for a while now. My girlfriend's parents used to help me out big time a lot in the past. Like they were basically my second parents. By the way, around the time that the baby got conceived I was living with them for about a month. My girlfriend can't even sleep peacefully anymore because she always has a feeling that someone's watching over her. I've never seen her so stressed out, sad, and pissed off before. Also, her parents have been talking trash about me too. "we're not going to talk about him anymore" and "I wish that he would come to this house, I'll call the cops on his a" Like they even be stalking her phone so we only text when she's in her room.
Question: How do I sort this RIFT between my daughters? Posted: 07 Jun 2020 12:05 AM PDT I have two daughters. My eldest daughter is very insecure because of the way she looks. My youngest is not, she is breathtakingly beautiful and is reminded of that every day and when family gatherings happen and friends come over they can't stop gushing over how beautiful she is. I always try and uplift my eldest daughter telling her that beauty fades and there is more to beauty, and that she is beautiful, but doesn't believe me. Nobody ever pays attention to her and they all just want to talk to her younger sister. Her self-esteem hit an all time low when she had a crush on this guy and they talked for a while and it was all going great and after a while she brought him home to meet us. Her sister went on a girls weekend away but came back earlier so she joined us for dinner and they guy was shocked at how beautiful my youngest is. He turned around to my eldest and said 'You never told me you had a sister - she's stunning'. This happened after dinner when she went out with him after. All of her friends comment and worst of all so does my husband. He always praises my youngest daughter's looks and I told him to at least do the same with my eldest and he turned to me and told me that he'd be 'lying' if he did. That killed me inside. I believe that my youngest daughter enjoys this, sometimes she'll smirk and doesn't get a long with her sister. She pretends not to know her when they are out. My eldest daughter said that she wants to disown her younger sister.
Question: How do I convince my granddaughter to dress modestly at home? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 11:57 PM PDT My granddaughter is 20 years old, but she has the face and the body of a 14 year old and she's rather petite and thin. She's been living with me and her grandfather since the beginning of the lock-down and she studies via Internet and works as an online translator to pay for her needs. She's a good girl, but she wears really short shorts indoors and I'm afraid my husband doesn't like it. He doesn't say anything to her, but I know he doesn't like it when she dresses so immodestly. She dresses just fine outdoors, but at the house, she wears such tight and immodest clothes, because she says it's too hot inside. I told her a thousand times that no one is interested in seeing her exposed backside! But we always end up arguing. It's obvious that she's just counting the days to get back to her college dorm, so that she can become independent again! She's such a stubborn girl!
Question: I called my sister and I got some good news? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 10:36 PM PDT I called my sister to test the waters.. And the news that I got, while might sound devastating to some who don't know me, don't know my sister and don't know my family.. Is actually good news. She told me.. "You're dead to me, leave me the f)uck alone, get off my phone" So I actually have good news.. That good news is I don't have to put up with her negative northeastern bullsh!t that doesn't do me or her any justice here.. And really doesn't anywhere, truth be told. I don't have to put up with her hypocritical, if not even sexist attitude toward towards me. Her social retardation is not in my life to cause me a lot of grief anymore. :)
Question: How should I tell my roommate I can’t live with her? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 09:00 PM PDT Right now I live with two roommates let's call them Cindy and Mary. Cindy doesn't get along with Mary or I and since our lease is up soon we've all been looking at options. Mary is moving in with her boyfriend and Cindy and I were planning to get a place together. My great grandpa was just put on hospice and isn't looking to well and my younger brother is very sick and has to have surgery soon. I've always been very family oriented and it's difficult to be away from any of them so it might be easier to move back since I'm an hour away from all of them. I also work back near home, I drive an hour one way to work so it's a very big toll on me and my car. My roommate has already applied to an apartment and paid an application fee, she also bought new kitchen supplies so I feel awful about doing this to her but I think the best option would be to move back. The last thing to mention is that 18 and not going to college. Please help me.
Question: Mom has her will in my sister's name but then says it's 50/50 between me and my sister? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 08:51 PM PDT what do you think? should i just ignore it altogether? mother is stupid? she makes no sense?
Posted: 06 Jun 2020 08:21 PM PDT The wife was perfectly nice to me but emotionally abusive to her husband and very unforgiving to the adults in her life. Not doubting that divorce causes irreparable damage to the children as is the case here, but curious if it is normal that a spouse is nicer after.

Posted: 06 Jun 2020 06:45 PM PDT I don't like her because she is pure evil but wanted to extend an olive branch. She is in the high risk category because of Crohn's Disease. What do I do if she replies all nice? What do I do if she writes something nasty back?

Question: I'm I the worst daughter in the world? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 05:18 PM PDT ok, I am 13 years old and live with my mom. I argue with her almost daily, which makes me feel like ****, but today I setup a fun spa evening but she wont come because we were going to play a card game, she hates games so then we weren't going to play them. still she would not come because it was a surprise. so we got in a heated argument. so I wrote her a letter to apologize but it just made things worse. I feel so stupid. I think I should go to like a insane asylum. help.
Question: Should I be ashamed of my uncle? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 05:13 PM PDT He's a 40 yr old man, still lives with my grandmother and acts like a teenager. He loves shows like "Hannah Montannah" and "Austin and Ally". Everything from his childhood he has an obsession over and he seriously wastes my grandmother's money by overindulging. He buys himself enormous fast food meals and will go in stores to buy all the books, dvds, cds, any media that they have, and he tries to resell them. It hasn't been making him any money and now my grandmother's house is a mess because of it. He watches children's shows constantly, even during church. He once went on a rant about how female characters need to be more domesticated and there needs to be more dominant fathers in sit-coms. As a female, this was an awkward moment for me. He doesn't take care of himself or his surroundings. No one in my family likes him, but of course, we don't tell him that. My friends want to meet my extended family, but I'm scared he'll try to give them a bunch of old dvds or something. Yes, he's actually done that with people he's just met. Should I feel this way?
Posted: 06 Jun 2020 05:07 PM PDT My dad and I were having a discussion about something, and I told them the reason why I don't like his family is because they bullied me, telling me I was a thief, loner, and an idiot. and they would talk badly about each other and especially behind my dad's back. His brother would constantly bully me calling me a j*ackass and I would tell my dad and he would say he was only joking, but my uncle would say it when we're alone or if he was around the corner telling someone about me and i overheard. Im 19 and i finally told him about some of the most heartful things to me in my life and he didnt even care and it really hurted me like wow, the first i told him something personal i felt like it was the wrong time, the next time he didnt even care. i just dont understand, like iam wrong for what i believe in my life? iam just another random person with dreams that wont come true? iam playing the victim?

Question: His mom ask to see our child but he won't bring me around her. Is she too young? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 05:02 PM PDT My Baby father mom wants to see our daughter. And he keeps telling them that she's too young which she's almost 3 weeks. He takes his 1 year old son over to his mom house every weekend while I'm stuck at home with our daughter. Is she too young to be around them? Like I don't understand.
Posted: 06 Jun 2020 04:49 PM PDT I'm 21 with a really great job and apartment is the city. However I needed to stay with my mom for a week while my apartment has renovations. I've had many problems with family before. My dad stopped talking to me two years ago and all I had for close family was my mom. Since being here for the week she's attempted to "kick me out" at least ten times. She's brainwashed my younger sister into hating me and they always take her side when it comes to anything. We got into an argument due to her being rude and ended in me nearly getting kicked out again. My 13 year old sister constantly says "get out, leave, I can't wait for you to leave" and they allow it. After our argument my mom and sister went to my stepdad and said how much I ruin the night by being here and to do something about it. I feel so helpless as this has gone on for 21 years with my mother and now I feel so alone. Does anyone have any advice. I've been told many times by people around to me cut them out of my life however I've always been scared.
Posted: 06 Jun 2020 04:34 PM PDT I have this neighbor who likes to flirt with me. The other day he whistled at me and says he's been watching me ride my bike. He even says I'm attractive and said some dirty stuff to me. Mind you, he has a wife and kids. If you knew he was watching you ride your bicycle and made you feel uncomfortable, would you continue to ride down that street (he lives to the right of me) or would you ride down the left side of street? I am 30 and married. He made me feel uncomfortable and violated. I don't even want to talk to him.
Question: Sister jealously?? ? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 03:51 PM PDT So my sister is 2 years older than me. She has 2 kids 1 from an ex bf of hers and 1 with her current partner. I have 2 kids and am engaged to my partner. She has been kind of insecure about herself I think because she had a rough time with 2 different partners etc. I announced we were having our third baby and 2 months later she announced she was pregnant also?? It seems like she did this to copy me and I feel bad for saying it but I feel it's true. We had family dinner at our parents house 2 days ago and she was constantly talking over me about her new buggy and her experience with labours as if she was the only one having a baby?? The vibe just wasnt right. Not only baby topics but anything we discussed she would try to top it. She has always been a bit jealous I feel that I'm in a secure relationship and all my kids have the same dad and I worry that she will constantly try and compete with me.. It's at the stage where if I went for a 4th baby so would she 🤯 anyone have any experience with this??
