Without being pushed to say this (we weren't even talking about this) he let it out that he thought I was a cute girl. That was nice to hear because, well, I like him. HOWEVER, he added that I was on the low end of his "hot meter." Meaning, he thinks level 1 (lowest level) is pretty 2 cute 3 pretty cute 4 gorgeous 5 hot...and so on and so forth. I was in shock and kind of hurt. I mean, what kind of decent human being [that likes the other person] lets something like that out? I didn't even ask. My interest in him went downhill from there. Weirdly, I have crossed paths with him twice in the last month after not seeing him for over a year. The first time, I was walking on the sidewalk and he was biking on the road going the opposite direction, but he stared at me for a good 10 seconds, even when I looked back after he passed, he was still looking. Hes heard it at least once when I broke down. Many people talk about exes and the thought of getting back with them like the ex was no lnger a human being. I forgive my ex for cheating. I just want to be with him. I know if we get together its not going to be walking on cloud 9 especially after a year or more of no contact. We'd have to be friends first to see if we are even still interested in one another. I can alost guarantee I would be with him though. Loyal like a dog. I forgive him and I know he will hurt me again somehow, and that hes not going to be all good, he will still have bad in him like I do. The whole point to me is holding on as if he was the last man on earth and not tossing someone to the side. I've tossed him to the side before and came running back after each time. Hopefully I've learned my lesson. |

I thought he was just going to be a guy on my friends list but since May, we have been having conversations. We found out that we had a lot in common. Sometimes we chat the next day or start a new conversation in a few days. The thought of dating did cross our minds a couple months ago, but we thought we should get to know each other first. We did talk about face-timing and we talked on the phone once. We mainly text through messenger. When we do that, sometimes he would stop texting mid-conversation. I do follow the rule where I won t add any additional messeges until he replies back. One day, after a few days of not texting back, he says hi and sorry for being gone. I knew he had somewhere to be so I said no problem. After that he said I could text him whenever I wanted. Should I start a new conversation myself? I just wouldn t want to sound needy. He accepted my apology, and I reminded him how much it meant to me. He is wanting to buy me a new one, but I am offering to pay for some of it, since I am the one who misplaced it. And I don't want him to be paying for the entire thing since it was my fault. He is wanting to pay for it all, and it can count as one of my Christmas presents. What should we do about it? We've been on around a lot of dates now lol. We hangout every single weekend. last time we hung out which was Sunday ,we just went to Boston to watch some football. He's like do you wanna split something? I was like yes, what do you want? He's like christina you gotta tell me what you want. I was like no no you tell me lol we kept going back and forth. He's like okay.. I'll pick but you can't get mad if you don't like what I choose lol. I said I won't, don't worry lol But he was talking a lot. He was like so what are you afraid of like he was going through the scary movies and I told him. And he's like does gory movies scare you or suspense. I said both lol. And then I mentioned how I wanted to go to the pumpkin patch and he's like you haven't been before? I was like no lol , sadly I haven't. He's like I wanna go to the corn maze the thing that they have in the falls I was like okay let's go! So will probably do that .. Then at the end of the night we were walking outside of Boston pizza.. he's like you might need your sweater it's kinda cold. And I was putting it on but like he was lingering and just standing in front of me and he gave me a hug after I put my sweater on . he still hasn't kissed me yet. I'm fairly positive that he's at least somewhat interested; He gives me hugs goodbye whenever I leave, but I'm still waiting for that kiss |
