Question: My husbands alcohol addiction is destroying our marriage.? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 09:39 PM PDT My husbands alcohol addiction has gotten out of control these last 3 years. He sneaks around all the time, hiding his alcohol and lies constantly. He's been in and out of the hospital due to his alcoholism and has created so many health issues for himself. He refuses to change his ways. I'm getting sick and tired of it and all the broken promises. When is the right time to leave an alcoholic? I'm loosing hope. We pretty much live like roommates. We have 3 boys, a 10, 15 And 17 year old and I think they shouldn't have to witness this. Please help and advise. Thanks |
Question: Would it be weird to write a future husband a letter? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 09:22 PM PDT I got this idea from someone on youtube and i saw a lot of people saying it was weird and others saying it was sweet. So now i'm in a funny phase of wanting todo it to. The problem is I'm a teenager. I've never dated it and i don't even know if I'm gonna get married. But if i do, i think it'd be kinda cool to have. And i'd probably cringe in 10-15 years reading it and not giving it to him. The girl i got the idea from was a teenager too. She wrote about what her life was like as teenager and what she wants in a relationship and wonders what he is doing and other dumb stuff. Do you think if I did that and gave it to him in 10 years (if i do get married) it'd be weird? |
Posted: 03 Oct 2017 08:46 PM PDT If it was NOT all about profit, wouldn't the "system" encourage spouses to go through some kind of counseling process before just throwing in the towel for example or even mandate such counseling?? What about the emotional devastation to children? The divorce attorneys who are the most cutthroat and have the least regard for the suffering experienced by the children of their clients due to their "skill" at tearing families apart are often considered the" best". What's wrong with this picture? |

Question: Relationship Issues (Please Help) (Very Serious)? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 08:28 PM PDT So today I was watching p0rn and I came across this scene when there was this P0rnstar having sex with another guy, it was her neighbor while on the phone with her boyfriend and it got me paranoid. The thing is I have a girlfriend, she recently switched states she's about 19-20 hours away. She moved with her parents but she'll move back in with me in about 3 months. I got paranoid when I was watching the scene like what if she's cheating on me now, or what if she cheats on me with my neighbor when we move in together and I'm not home. She's not the type of person to cheat, at least as far as I know. But she barely texts me back anymore. I've always had trust issues so it's not just her that I don't trust but her not texting me back fast enough makes me not trust her and it makes me feel like she's cheating on me. Also I'm always nice to her and always complimenting her and things like that. I'm never a jerk to her so I'm not giving her any reason to cheat I also see her on social media like sometimes uploading and liking pictures on Instagram or posting on snapchat. How does she have the time to post pictures on snapchat and not have the time to respond back to me. She sometimes goes days without texting back. I'm talking 5-7 days, and that is a lot. If took an hour or 2 to respond back I'd understand but days to send one text? Most of the time she doesn't respond to my texts after 6-7 hours So I know she's on her phone. She doesn't have a job as far as I know, so I know she's not a busy person unless she's cheating on me with someone else. I also created a fake account on social media pretending I was someone else, I pretended I was a girl and she told me that she has a boyfriend and that he's black. I'm not black. She also said that she's been having sex with this guy, Her and I haven't had sex yet. She did show me a picture of her and some guy (he was black) Could she be lying about her this guy? She also did mention some personality traits like the ones I have and about how I was nice to her and how I want to marry her, That's what threw me off. I mean This guys could probably be the same |

Posted: 03 Oct 2017 04:21 PM PDT My husband and I live in Manhattan Ny and we have been married for 9 years, we were married in our teens. He is 28 I'm 27. We are devoutly Jewish and have met with our Rabbi for spiritual guidance as well as his doctors for medical advice. My husband and I are planning on taking a trip to Miami down to his family condo and we'll love there during his cancer treatment since we found they had the best facility for leukemia and the beach would be a stress free location for him to recuperate. When he told me he had leukemia he broke down crying and I just held him and told him everything would be alright, then I made him tea to calm him down. I know this will be emotionally tolling and want to know how can I cope and help my husband cope? |
Question: To move on or to stay with my daughters father? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 04:15 PM PDT I was in a 8 year relationship with my daughters dad... our relationship hasn't been the greatest but we both got comfortable and happy with eachother. I started having trust issues due to him once hanging out with another woman without telling me and without telling her he had a family. I forgave him.. we worked it out.. lived happily again. I started having trust issues 2 years later, I asked him if I could see his phone and he denied it. I said I'd move out if he was hiding stuff.. he didn't show me, I was mad and moved out... we continued contact every day.. everything continued like we were ok and happy... still felt like we were together except that his daughter and i were still not living together. 3 months passed and i asked if I could move back in and he said "not yet, I'm confused" so I found out he had his girl coworker over at our house and I confronted him and he didn't deny it, said she was nothing to him that he liked her but loves me to not worry about her and just met her. So now we are stuck at this... I'm willing to forgive him and work it out because we both still love eachother but I don't know if I should just move on. |

Question: How do I become closer to his wife? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 03:32 PM PDT I'm madly in love with a friend of mine, but he's married. I am trying to convince myself to love him as just a friend. Me and his wife have spent a little time together, either while he was present or while their kids were present. We get along decently well, but I have also begun to realize we barely acknowledge each other unless we're obligated to. How do I become closer to his wife? I'm really trying to be a friend to her or at least friendly, but it takes the effort of two people and I feel I put more effort in than she does. I also don't ever really know what to talk to her about lol I'm 26, she's 38. I'm trying to become friends with his wife so I can try to get over him. We go to church together. It's a small church and we run in a similar church circle so it's not like I can avoid them. Heck, I was leaving my small group this past Sunday and he was walking by and we said hello to each other. It wouldn't be easy to avoid them. Also, don't tell me to find another church. I have spent my whole life trying to find one I belonged at and this one is it. |
Question: How can I get that spark back with my husband? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 03:01 PM PDT My husband and I have been married for a year now. But, we have been together for 4 years. We have an almost 3 year old daughter and somewhere down the line we have lost our spark. I feel like things have changed. We don't have sex as we used to and when we do it's just sex. No kissing, No foreplay, nothing. We don't hug, or kiss. We don't even hold hands anymore. By the time night comes, I am so tired from keeping up with our home, and our daughter. I just want our spark back from when we first got together. The distancing started when we would have fights/arguments. He would say hurtful things when we would argue, threaten to leave me. But, that's the past now and I just want us to get back in our groove. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. astronyc: We have semi talked about it. He says he doesn't want his life any other way. He says he still loves me, and when we do have sex, it's just not intimate. Kathy: I never beg him for sex, he's the one to always do that. When he would threaten to leave I would always tell him bye. He'd pack his things, leave, and a couple hours later he comes back. With I am sorry, this and that. I have told him to leave if he's unhappy. He doesn't leave. |

Question: Is this cheating? What would you do? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 11:45 AM PDT I have been with this man nearly a year, and he has made me so happy. He is from Africa but has been here for three years (he has a green card). Recently, an old friend added him on FaceBook (she is in Africa) and I seen messages between them. She asked him for pictures, he asked for her phone number. They now talk, I believe on WhatsApp. She posted a selfie on FaceBokk and tagged him, he did not remove it, yet I put a picture of me and him and he took it down. He says he does not like my pictures up because a friend disrespected me and he is protecting me (he said this three months before this woman was involved). Well, he says this woman is his sister, yet she asked him how his parents were. His best friend asked him of he was busy with *******. All his friends know about us, he puts us on SnapChat and I am his background picture on his phone. He says he loves me and he talks about 'when I marry you...' Should I be worried about this woman if they are texting even though she is in Afrca? |

Question: What does it really mean? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 11:07 AM PDT My husband of 16 years suddenly came to me on August 26, 2017 asking for space. He said he felt that I focused on our children for the past 10 years and he feels disrespected and unwanted. He wants to "BE FREE" and explore what else is out there and feel happy again. That he "Loves me but not INLOVE with me". He hasn't slept in our bedroom, goes out and spend night over his friends house but occasionally still have sex. We had fights regarding this through the years but I just didn't pay attention to him and was so involved with the kids. Now knowing that this might be the last draw, I realized what he's been through and can't forgive myself for what I did. How can i be so numb? No matter how much I say sorry doesn't seem to turn him around. He said he knows that I am sorry but don't think he can give it another chance. He still comes home everyday other than the days he decides to sleep over his friends house. We still go out on the weekends and goes to church as a family but made it clear to me that he is doing it for the kids. We are also going to a marriage counseling. Some of the things that the counselor says that I should do like not let him "EXPLORE" because I am still the wife, did not work. It made him more angry when I tried it. Does he really mean he wants out? |

Posted: 03 Oct 2017 11:02 AM PDT My wife recently asked me what I would do if something happened to her. I told her I would mourn her loss, but eventually I would try to move on and find a mother figure for our kids. She furrowed her eyebrows and said she didn't want me touching another woman if something happened to her and she didn't want another woman playing mother to her kids. I acquiesced when I saw how furious her face was, but do you think a wife has the right to dictate her husbands life from beyond the grave? |
Question: Is my husband cheating or did he get framed? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 09:27 AM PDT My husband of 2 years after having our first baby together he seemed distant he was always in a bad mood we weren't intimate as much as we use to. When I asked him what was wrong he claimed that it was the fact that he didn't have privacy because my mom had just moved in. After this we went on our anniversary out of town and he still seemed distant I felt like I had to get his attention a lot he was always on his phone like crazy. When we got back a couple of days later I got in the car with my mom and my 3 kids. My daughter was playing around with some sunglasses at this point my mom had stepped out of the car and I told my daughter put those glasses back they are gramas. She did. My mom came back in the car and I told her here are your glasses and she said Those aren't mine. And my heart just stopped pretty much I was in shock. I asked my daughter where did she find them and she pointed to where the passenger puts on the seatbelt. She said it was tucked in it was right there where you can see it. Almost as if someone got in the car and accidentally dropped them. I came back home and confronted him. And he said his never seen those glassses and doesn't know what I am talking about. He begged and said please believe me. He seemed very convincing but I still think his liying. Any advise please!! |

Question: There is no physical contact between my husband and I! Help!? Posted: 03 Oct 2017 04:47 AM PDT We are at only 9months into our marriage and my husband doesn t wanna have sex with me and is really distant even when we sleep. What happened is that I was in another town right after our wedding for work purposes and he was even encouraging me since it was my first job. We only used to see each other during weekends and it was the only time we had sex and I even got pregnant 4months after I left. Since I got pregnant I had no sexual desire, and even if I faked it I had the feeling that something was burning down there, I was dry and so so tight. So it was hell for me. He complained that we are not having sex anymore, that I am not willing to do some effort. I explain everything to him and even my doctor did but nothing. Still complained. So my only solution was lubrification. With my miracle lubricant, he said that it s not natural, that he wants to have sex naturally. I said I can t becoz he can barely go in when he tries to penetrate and he snot small. I am almost 6months pregnant. It s really hard for me to think that I am doing some effort and he doesn t care. Still I try to touch and caress him and he rejects me saying he is tired. When I tried to talked to him about it, he said that I got him used to not have sex. He loves me and is the best husband and I know he is not cheating. I understand him but I also want him to understand that it s pregnancy. What can I do to rekindle our sexual life? I am lost. It s too early 4 that 4 a new couple. Help. |

Question: I had a dream about a man who wasn’t my husband? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 04:13 PM PDT It turned sexual just as I woke up. Question: My husband is a Republican and is asking his mistress to have his baby. What do I do? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 01:58 PM PDT We have two kids together under 5. My kids have met this girl and my oldest son says "daddy's friend is really nice." We have been married for about 6 years. He is 38 and I'm 34. My oldest son said daddy kept asking the girl if she wants to have a baby. I think I saw text messages from him to her. He calls this woman "my baby." The woman told my husband that she isn't ready to have any children. I did a social media search and she's childless and like 6 years younger than me. I would go far to say I'm better looking than her. He has asked the girl in a text message how many kids does she want to have and what kind of names she likes. The woman text back that she isn't ready to have kids and asked him why does he have baby fever? We already have children. I figure she's his mistress. My husband asked to separate plus he moved out. I saw my husband's browser history and he was searching up baby names. He even searched up what it's like to have a daughter. I thought we'd be together for ever. I really want to beat this woman up. She knows he has a wife and kids. Why would he want his mistress to have his first daughter? He told me he didn't want anymore kids and was done. We fight cause he's conservative but I'm a liberal socially. |
Posted: 01 Oct 2017 03:32 PM PDT But has been together for a long period of time. |
