We really seemed to connect and had so many similar life experiences. He would time to time lightly touch my arm or knee during a joke or when we talked. When we said goodbye, we hugged and he said he owes me dinner next time and told me what days he's off work. I haven't heard from him, it's been 4 days since the date. She still wants to be friends, because we were friends for like 3 years before dating, but now all I can think of is how she's with a new guy who isn't me while I'm still in love with her. She still asks to hang out regularly and asks me for advice about the new guy sometimes, but also says that when I talk to her about how I feel that it's "emotionally draining" for her and gives her anxiety. This guy she's dating is moving across the country in like a month and a half, but I'm worried that they'll make it work. I know I want her back, and I kinda think she still might have feelings, as she didn't like that I was planning on going on a dinner date a few days ago with a different girl. But then she follows that up with "whatever happens happens." One day she has feelings for the new guy, the next day she doesn't, the next day she doesn't want me to date another girl, and the next day she's ok with it, and she regularly acknowledges that her new guy probably won't last because he's moving so far away soon. Posted: 14 Jun 2017 06:23 PM PDT I still tell myself, the choking, slapping, punching me in the back of my head, name calling etc. was not abuse but something I did to upset him. everyday I wake up angry and frustrated with myself for wasting 4yrs with him. He now lives in Dubai after fleeing from possible charges after our apt neighbor called the police. since then, his actions have been confusing me greatly to the point I have deleted all my social sites because he will write me saying he misses me blah blah blah but then turn around and post nasty memes about me and act like I'm the one chasing after him! why does he do this?? why does part of me still miss him? I hate myself and last thing I told him was I hated him for everything he has put me through and I dont understand why he did it. If I ever posted happy pics on my social sites, he would claim he missed me then once he saw all the male comments under my pics, he would ignore me then postex type nasty memes. It still hurts and sometimes I wonder if he ever loved me or even cared for me. My mom is sick and in a coma, I reached out to him a month ago after we had a argument about a pic I posted for DV month. A celeb liked it, commented and he just flat out ignored me! told me to move on and he was enjoying his life. when I reached out to him about my mom, he ignored me. I still feel stupid 4 even thinking he would respond back after a fight. he never does. why does he do this? advice plz. thx |
