Like 45 minutes away from me. She is very busy with her job. Anyways we haven't talked and we have very busy lives and all. She invited me to her birthday party next weekend but unfortunately I can't go due to work. It's like every time we always have busy weekends. He was asking us about are selves an I went last an was explaining to him that their is a BUNCH of men in love with me on the internet in Nigeria, an he started to LAUGH. I was like "what the hell is so funny?" He said "you realize these men is not real, right?" OMG I was so humiliated, I said "look asshole, I don't know who you think you are..." an he disconnected the interview cause I had "used foul language on the air" an they would get in trouble with the FFA or whatever. Then to make matters worst, he told HR what I had done! I had to have a meeting with the site directer an she was a total *****, I tried to exsplain that he was making fun of me for NO REASON other then he must of been jealous. I am now on a 45-day unpaid suspension an she said the radio station may file a law suit against me to try to recoup some of there losses if there fined by the FFA! I think that is a crock! He should of shut his mouth an let me explain that their is a BUNCH of men in love with me on the internet in Nigeria an there not loosers, there dignataries an models an a couple is stock analysis with the Nigerian Stock Market! One of my friends text me after school and said that my cousin said she was going to kill herself, and that I needed to tell her mom. (my cousin is homeschooled.) My mom decided to call and text her mother, in which her mother did not pick up. Her mom then (probably 20 minutes after worrying) text mine and said everything is fine, and it was just a rough day. My cousin then posted a picture online of her side, showing a stab wound, and blood. She posted every hour, a new picture of her side. To only find out, it was fake. We went camping with them about 2 weeks later, and my mom asked about her side. My cousins mom responded with, "Oh, explains why I found a bandage of lipstick and fake blood." My cousin did not get questioned, or in trouble. Infact, she went shopping that day and spent over $600. Not only that but, she steals photos off the internet and claims them as hers. I can easily tell they re not her; I grew up with her...nor do they really resemble her. She also dug herself into my friend group and school, and has actually broken me up with close friends. She also dated someone who I was talking too at that time. Another key thing was that when we went swimming, there was no stab wound, or any mark on her. I want to tell everyone who is obsessed with her that she s lying, and isn t suicidal. I don t want to ruin relationships however, but it feels as if it has to be that way. What should I do? |

When I start going through the clothes and taking off the sensors, the customer gets impatient and starts taking the hangers off for me. Sometimes they say that they will help me with them but it really just pïsses me off because it's just rude and it's MY job to do that and secondly it's basically like saying I'm slow and they want to speed up the process. Other times its customers that are apparently annoyed that I'm taking "too long" and slam down the hangers on the counter because I'm not fast enough for them. Posted: 13 Jun 2017 04:41 AM PDT I just feel like I'm worthless and I've been going threw a rough part of life lately my parents have been arguing almost every night and the girl I'm in love with has a boyfriend none of my friends have been around usually I can just hang out with friends to escape hard times but they are all doing there own stuff and I just feel really lonely like nobody cares about me I started smoking cigarettes and I hate doing it but if I stop everything just seems worse now all I do is just get out of the house and smoke. school isn't doing great either I'm moving out on my own in a year and I don't know what I want to do with my life and I've really gotten to the point of thinking what's the point of even trying anymore I just fvck everything up anyways and no one cares enough to help I don't really have anyone to talk to and I I just feel really left alone I'm 17. |

Posted: 13 Jun 2017 04:23 AM PDT Two of my best friends have gotten into a relationship,which is great for them,however it has been a year for the one,and 2 for the other. during thir relationship I have always put in the efoort to go and see them and not once since they got into relationship take the time to make plans with me. I have gotten to the point where leaving the friendship is a better option because it has become one sided and i am sick of running after them all the time and them just expecting that i will always be there I had a girlfriend at one point who got very upset with me because i would visit my friends once i spent the day with her, to the point she basically tried to guilt me for spending time with my friends. it has also made me wounder if relationships come at such a price. I get that your partner should take priority,but should never become your entire life? I am just considering leaving that friendship,since its come to this? |

New beginning after new beginning. No sense of stability in life. These last 2 years I have been a truck driver. My goal was to save money then do something else. Now here I am enrolled in college for the fall but for now it's 2 more months of trucking. I feel like I'm losing my mind and the semester can't come quick enough. I'm moving to a new town for school. Something I've done before. I think i can "fit in" and meet people. But I find myself now in the same situation I've been in before. Moving somewhere I know 0 people, introducing myself to people as "new in town." Here I am at age 23. I don't talk to my family a whole lot. I don't have many friends I keep in touch with often. My best friends are the ones from high school. But I'm just that guy that went to be a truck driver and doesn't live in my hometown anymore. Really, I could probably turn my phone off for a week and I would have no missed calls. Sometimes I wonder why is my life this way? Why have I been dealt this hand? I wonder if trucking has made me more lonely. I mean, ive lived in a truck for 2 years. Loneliness has become just a part of life. I feel like it's a type of loneliness that's repulsive to others. I'm just a spare person. I tell myself one day it will all come together and I'll sit back and look at all the battles I fought alone in life. But again, why was I dealt this hand?? |

For the past few years, he has become friends with another coworker, "Kelly." They are joined at the hip -- always together, eat lunch together, take walks together, etc. They are not dating, just friends (I know this pretty certainly, but won't get into details.) As you can imagine, though, rumors have spread that they are a couple. And Ian is so annoyed about them. He thinks, "We're not dating, so no one should think we are!" It's like he is completely oblivious to the fact that acting a certain way will make people draw conclusions. Why is he being like this? It's kinda embarrassing. |

She would say she's skinny and I'm fat which even isn't true, looked at me and said she's judging me, didn't want to go to the stores I'd want, disrespected my rules and took my sister's weed, refused to kill a spider and set it free IN MY HOUSE and pissed me off >:( my mom got angry at me. Herself repeatedly bragged about being beautiful and always announces her accomplishments subtly meaning I can't do what she has and she's awesome. This year one of them suddenly texts me to come at his birthday party i say no and we never talk again. Now there was this other friend in my previous high school who left for abroad and then we texted a little but the last two years we had no or very little contact, now he suddenly comes back and texts me. I haven't replied. I have new, better friends, i've moved on. But some of my previous high-school friends probably don't get that, i don't know why they're trying to contact me or what they want and i don't want to know. How do i put them off? Or make them stop contacting me? I can't tell them straight forward because it would be mean. I'm afraid of them ruining my day by turning up at my house(without my consent) because i didn't reply to them. What should I do? |

I often don't get jokes people my age make. I listen to classic rock instead of pop and rap. I worry about the consequences before I do something instead of doing it and dealing with the consequences later. I've never really done anything wild and crazy. I don't really have any friends my age. I don't talk much to the ones I do have because I get mad at them for doing things teenagers normally do. Most of my friends are above the age of 30. Posted: 13 Jun 2017 12:10 AM PDT All my life, I seem to form friendships that only exist on the basis of benefits or worse, fade overtime. However, the worst heartbreak I've been going through is only recent and for a good 1.5 years. My friend relocated for a job overseas and it's been almost three years. She initiated the friendship 6 years ago. I was always the silent one while she was the smart one. I opened up to her 1.5 years ago about how much I missed her and how much more she meant to me after she left. We bonded over this for about a bit after which she seemed to change slowly. We are a gang of 6 pals and she joins them in making me the subject of our jokes. She hardly speaks to me anymore and even if she does, it's usually for some urgency. I enjoyed her social media tags in meaningful quotes but I am no longer a part of it now. I did everything I could to show that I'm a true friend. I treat her, her family and friends every time we go out. Sometimes, her honest remarks hurt me and I've changed myself to show that I can be funny just so she doesn't find me dull. From SMS birthday wishes to Facebook mentions, I get simple wall posts now and that hits me hard. Maybe I care too much because she once did so much for me and I feel indebted to her for her kindness and for just who she is. I will always have a soft spot for her but I want peace of mind. I don't want to buy her friendship. I even visited her abroad but that didn't go too well. I don't want to ruin myself. Advice to move on, please? |

So my parents do things like kids they throw things around like a kid would a tantrum. They poke play around like kids do with their siblings etc. They say I have no sense of humor when in reality I just find their behavior plain out immature and stupid. They don't take things seriously when it comes to me they play everything like people are kidding around and not being serious. I have a sense humor it's just I feel uncomfortable with myself doing things like they do. I understand that everyone wants to be like this every once in a while but their like this pretty much 24/7 I feel like sometimes I'm the only one who knows how to be mature and not be stupid. I try to say this in a nice way. I have talked to them about how I feel but they do the same thing. Obviously there's no way to change they way they are however I want some help of how I can handle this. It can be very stressful when I have things going on in my life and I can't talk with them in a serious manner. So what can I do to make things better for myself to handle them. Take that I'm 22 years old and in school right now plus don't have money to move out can't work either cause my school takes up most of my free time. First I took it as a bootycall wasnt serious about it but after few times hooking up we ended up doin couple things together he would always invite me over for movie going out to eat hanging out he would come over hangout with me n my family buy me gift n call me on to tell me his personal problems n about his x ( he claims he loved her a lot) so we agree to see each other exclusively or we would let each other know if we are seeing someone else untill time goes by I started to catch feelings I don't know if he did too but I feel like he did but I wasn't sure but. Posted: 12 Jun 2017 11:12 PM PDT For the past 2 and a half months, I have taken it upon myself to clean up after my roommates as well as myself. My roommates would leave dishes, garbage empty beer bottles, etc all over and I would take it upon myself to tidy up almost every night no questions asked, I never complained and everyone is happy. But since I got a new job and my schedule is crazy, I don't have the time or the energy to do it except on my days off when I'm back at it. Now the mess has piled up and my roommates are talking to me to do my part. I got upset and told my piece but they refused to listen to me and they say they don't care what I have to say and it made no sense for me to argue. My position is that I've been doing the cleaning for everyone so I don't need to hear or have to hear about it from the ones who I've been cleaning up after everyone I don't want a gold medal or a parade, I just don't want to be implicated when things get messy. If I wasn't doing it, it be one thing. Am I in the wrong for arguing with my roommates? |
| Question: Went to visit a friend but got ditched? Posted: 12 Jun 2017 11:10 PM PDT Just recently I went out to Chicago to visit a friend. I'm from New England area of the country. When I get there he tells me that he actually isn't gonna be hangout with me for the four days I'm here. Cause he decide that he's gonna go to Minnesota and that his flight is leaving at 12:30 which is within three hours. So we go walk around some of the tourist places in Chicago and he has the neverve to make me pay for this parking. He drops me off at my hotel and I don't here from him for the rest of the day. Moving on to my last night here he says he's gonna be flying back to Chicago from Minnesota and that we can hangout that night since I'll be leaving the next morning I changed my flight time twice loosing money on it so we could hangout more. He first off says he's flight is coming in at 10:30 than he's says it not gonna be there until 11:30 than he changes it back to 10:30 again. I wait up at my hotel 10:30 past 11:30 and than it's 12:30 so I text him asking if he's coming his response is this: "Hey I stop by my friends get together & we got to playing this drinking game and had too much to drive" weird thing is he told me he didn't have any friend in Chicago area, but now does. I text him back and tell him how rude it was to do this. He tell me I'm mean! How is that mean? Anyways should I still waste my time talking to someone who acts like this. Btw this friend is 27. |
