He said he was moving and asked if I wanted her and said ''I've done my bit now'' and my friend said her dad called her a burden and wants nothing to do with her.. After getting if the phone to her she text me saying her dad is in hospital and she's only just found out, said he went in yesterday with a heart attack. But why would he say all those things if he was in hospital?? |

I wanna have a boyfriend like all the cool kids. They always go to the pool, or bowling or skating with each other and the few friends I have never want to go out. I also want a boyfriend. What makes it worse is that the girls at my school are so ghetto and I don't like the way they act. I have to act like them to be friends with them. Half the time I don't even understand what they're talking about or what's going on. I just want to fit in! Is it where I live (I've lived here my entire life) How do I become friends with the people that do like to go out? How do I get a boyfriend? Is it possibly because I was sheltered? I don't know,I'm just tired of wasting my teen years. All the adults say these are the best years but I'm not feeling it. She said "you should stop caring what people thought of you". This hurts me because this means she knows I was bullied. Instead of helping she gave me a stupid advice! She always says "I ve never been rejected before" and "I ve had to turn down so many guys." She also tries to make me feel bad about myself by saying "I can t believe you ve never had a boyfriend before" I ve told her numerous times I just haven t met someone I have an interest in dating. However, it s funny because she completely ruined my one chance of possibly dating someone. We were all hanging out, and me and this guy were holding hands, flirting, etc. The whole time she was clung to his other hand. She didn t leave us alone for two hours. She kept budging into our conversations and wouldn t let go of him. This guy liked me at the time and I m still upset about the fact that she ruined it. When he was leaving he said to me, "text me later" and before I could even open my mouth to reply my friend goes "oh I will" After he left I told her that she was completely ruining it. Her response was "he s single" and "he gets to choose", though it was obvious he already chose.... Every new guy we hang out with she refuses to tell them she has a boyfriend. I brought a skatetool (skateboarding equipment) with me incase I needed to use it. We eventually left, I am almost certain I put it back in the car. He ended up forgetting his skateboard in my dad's car (he drove us), so I said he could come by and pick it up while I was at work the next day. When I went to look for the skate tool in the car i found nothing. Do you think he took it? If so, what should I do? My friends never invite me to anything! They make me feel so bad! I have been friends with them for about two years and so far have only been invited to two things, it's horrible. I get that I can't be invited to every single thing, but they get together atleast once a month, and I'm never invited.I have a few other friends who are super kind and I get together with them a lot, but it's my main friends who are leaving me out. So this is how it usually goes, they leave me out of something, I find out, I confront them or just don't talk, they ask me what's wrong and I ignore them first, I tell them how I feel, they say something like that they could only invite a certain amount of people, they don't talk to me or get mad at me for no reason, i pretend to be happy so I don't lose them. It's always that there's not enough room in their car etc., and I told them that how come it's always me that gets left out then. And they didn't say anything. All my other friends can t come along because they too will be leaving during summer. One of my friends will be spending his summer at home as well, so we thought it would be nice for us to keep each other company during our well- deserved break. To be fair, my parents don t know my friend all that well, but they HAVE said he seems trustworthy and a mature individual- for his age anyway. Even with their understanding of my point of view, they still refuse to allow him to come along. I understand that another person s child is a lot of responsibility, but we know how to take care of ourselves well enough for being 15 years old. It s not like anything CAN happen either; all we ll do all day is mess around in the yard, propably. My parents are very strict when it comes to as simple things as a walk in the neighborhood or in a nearby park after school, not to mention when it involves boys. I d really love if he came along because I ve nevef met a person that can so enthusiastic about nature but at the same time be so hilarious and silly. We d met awhile back and this was our first time hanging out just the 2 of us. Her family was there but had all gone to bed at this point. Things started out fine. Then at one point my friend became very upset and without divulging personal information, understandably so. I ended up joining her in her chair to hug and comfort her. She was upset for a very long time over what she d found out. So the rest of the night involved a lot of mutual hugs, cuddles, and kisses to the head. It was very loving and affectionate. A couple things may or may not have happened and it s slightly foggy because we were both pretty drunk. I m pretty sure she put her hand on my butt after a hug at one point and it could have been accidental but I m not sure. She also may have touched my butt at one other point while on the couch. Again, may have been accidental and was very brief. But then the one situation that is pretty clear to me is toward the end of the night. She had gotten up to go somewhere and when she came back I was in the recliner. She put her arms out and then climbed on top of me to where she was lying on top of me for a bit as we embraced. What I don t remember is if I put my arms out as if to welcome her in or not but regardless, is that normal for a woman to lie on top of another woman? Was she hitting on me that night? |

Ordinarily I would think that s fair but everyone else could leave the dishes for days and nothing was said. Many incidents like this happened to the point where it was so clear I wasn t involved in the group and it got to the stage where I would cry everyday I spent all my time in my room I didn t want to be around these people. She's really skinny and is always posting selfies of nights out with her friends and I'm not allowed out as much as she is. On top of that, Denise always talks about how much she hates this movie or this music when I just talked about how much I liked it. Is this how normal friends act around each other? They used to hate each other and always talk behind each other's backs. Now they've suddenly made best friends and are kind of ignoring me. I would make new friends but the end of the year is coming and one of my "best friends" is going to the same high school as me and we're the only ones going there in our whole class. At first I was happy that I was going with her but now I really regret choosing that high school but it's too late now. What do I do?! |

She used to have a crush on him when she first met him but she said she doesn t think of him that way anymore. But these days she s been acting really childish and competitive over him. Like she always has to be next to him when we hang out. If he s sitting next to me she d ask him to switch seats with her so that he would be sitting next to her instead of me. She always eyes us if me and him talk and sometimes tells us to be quiet because we re "too loud." And these days I feel like she s looking for every excuse to leave me out so that she can hang out with him alone. I don t have any feelings towards the guy but we re still good friends and I d like to be able to actually talk to him and spend time with him without her cutting me off of him all the time. I tried ignoring it and letting her have her way but then I just feel like I m letting her manipulate me. But if I don t ignore her I feel like I m just competing with her over a guy I don t even have feelings for. It s getting really frustrating and its affecting my friendship with the guy also. Any advice on how to handle this? |

Last week I made friends with this guy who is 18 and his friends became my friends one of his friends is a gang leader which I didn't know they were in a gang and they made me apart of their gang. I didn't sign up for it and there are some scary mother ******* there. I'm a white boy not black and they forced me to do it. I'm just trying to get my education and I have nothing to do with gangs. I'm speechless right now. I never thought something like this happens. |

He's about 20 years older than I am (45yrs) He picks on me A LOT. (But he jokes with everyone) Mostly is playful teasing with me though. (Noticed that sometimes he is sarcastic when we are around other coworkers) BUT... He tries to beat me to certain things we have to do at the job like it's a race. He'll compliment me to the patients saying that I'm a "ball of fire", "easy on the eyes" (IF patient gives a compliment), "she does laps around everyone", has said my hair is beautiful, said I would make a great "husband" one day (jokingly said) etc. He always comes in work saying that he isn't going to harass me tonight (says it jokingly with a smile) I had another male coworker ask me for help when "Mark" wasn't around and he said to hurry cause "mark" would be jealous I was with him. He said it jokingly and smooth so I didn't react. But I was like thinking "why would he say that?" |

I've made friends, hang out with them and the year wasn't so bad but the thing is I'm not really satisfied with how it's going so far. I feel there's some disconnect with my friends because they don't share the same ambitions as me or really are into the crazy **** I'd like to be doing such as sneaking into festivals and stuff like that. I wanna live life to the fullest but I feel they hold me back and are rather pretty boring. Also one of my friends I'm starting to get really annoyed by and am growing kind of a dislike towards him. I need some new friends that I can truly live life with. And at this other school no one knows me so I can start fresh with a clean slate. Plus it's bigger, has a nicer campus and has more electives and academics I'd be interested in. So should I switch? Cause I also don't got much to lose. |

I've called him quite a few times these past months, but he's apparently always busy or he ignores my calls. He hasn't called me at all, and we used to hang out all the time. So we've been texting since normally n sexually even nudes I think I got him crushin but not sure. He asked me if I liked him even during scool but idk if he just wanted an ego boost. Whats confusin me is weve txted about hangin out n hookin up sexually but when the day comes we planned he doesnt txt me.. n that was just that day. Then I decide to take matters into my own hands n ask him to drink n hang out obviously to hook up n he says "I gotta see" even tho he already told me he had no plans for that night.. so I'm thinkin wtf. Later that day hes txting me asking where I'm at n stuff n I tell him I'll b near u soon n all he says is oh I'm home n I say "lol" boom don't hear from him all night n he was online 2.
