I never fall in love with guys no more, dont Get me wrong I have feelings for guys But... I just dont want to Get married and end up like my sisters. I feel so lost, Why am I like this? I do feel like Its my dads faul. He is always so mean to me for no reason, always keeps pushing me around. He always tries to make me feel bad for myself. He always Gets mad at me for no ******* reason. I just hate him sometimes, Im a Good kid, Im not like those typical teeangers (Im 15) Im really kind and always listen to my parents.. Because of that I dont really have any friends beside fake school friends. And I never answer him if He says something shitty to me, just out of respect. I just want to grow up fast so I can live the life I want and be happy :( |

It's literally everyone's story, isn't it? Yeah maybe u talk to one or a few people, but what about everyone else you were close to? Today was my last day of school and thankfully I survived freshman year which I'll never forget; it was my greatest disappointment, and greatest success I say. In my friends, we have a group of 5 (including me). # of us (inc. me) is freshman, 1 junior, and 1 senior. My senior friend is graduating and the fact that if we get in a fight about anything even so small and that we won't b forced to see each other the next day to hopefully talk it out hurts. Yes we've had up's and down's, he even wrote that in my yearbook. He wrote "I realized forgiving you all those times as you have always forgave me was the best thing we can ever do; you are a true friend." I cried when I read that. The fact that he's leaving hurts and yeah I know, its life! I'm probably gonna do the same. We all say "keep touch over the summer" but I barely talk to 5 people lmao. I'm honestly done with this as I'm actually afraid he might forget me or never even call me. We're so close and yeah he isn't exactly what we'd call "a good influence" but I look up to him;; he's like a big brother. I'm scared to lose my friend and and mostly I'll need some advice. Posted: 12 Jun 2017 05:45 PM PDT I only have 2 days left of my sophomore year in high school and let me just say that this year has sucked. I was pretty distant and moody throughout the year but I've gotten more positive lately. This year started with my newer friend group splitting and leaving me in the middle. So basically one half rarely asks me to hang out and the other half kinda hurts me to hang out with. I'm closer with the other half but whenever I'm around them they talk about things that have happened when I wasn't present. I find myself subconsciously getting irritated whenever I'm around them. I have another friend group which I hang out with every so often. But I can't help but feel like I don't have one person that I'm close with. It sucks to go to school and see people laugh with their friends. I feel like it's too hard for me to find one person because everyone is already paired up (not to mention so many people my age are rude/sarcastic and I don't really sit well with that) .I go to two different schools so it's hard for me to find someone who I can talk to regularly. I feel alienated from my one school (normal public school) and everyone at my nerd school is cliqued up. I'm gonna hang with the two groups this summer and rebuild myself but I'd like to make more friends this next year. I don't want to force anything but it'd be nice to have someone I can trust. I'm good at many things and can fit into different groups but at the end of the day I don't feel like I have one thing to stick to. |

We were friends for 5 years but we had a really bad argument, and told me she was done with me. I never met anyone who cared about me the way she did, everytime we had a fight I would always sneak through her window to talk at night, she didn't care because she trusted me. And to make sure I left her alone, she put the police between us. ( but I don't have a restraining order.). What's bothering me so much is that whenever we want to do something my bff is the one to give me a call and that's fine but sometimes one of them would hold a gathering at her house and my bff is in no place to give me a call so no one does . Sometimes she overlooks it and invites me even though it's not her house. Anyway, I thought we were getting closer until today. I was out to buy something and my bff gives me a call so i went to get her just to hang out when one of the girls calls my bff saying they wanted to go out and my bff told her that we were together and she only got mad at her and not me . And my bff dragged me to the girl's house because she felt guilty about it . And when we were there all five of them were bonding and apologizing and scolding each other jokingly but not me even though i took an initiative and jokingly scolded them too . I just felt so insignificant. Like it wouldn't matter to them whatever I did. I don't think I should stay friends with them but I don't know if I'm overreacting. What do you think? |

She's told me in the past that she had some traumatic things happen to her as a child but took a long time to go into explaining what she meant by that and then took even longer (just a few days ago) to actually tell me one of the people who was involved. She said one of her male cousins who is 7-8 years older than her (and she was 9 years old at the time) would get her to come to the bathroom with him to "wrestle" and then end up touching her, kissing her, made her perform oral sex and I believe he performed it on her too in the 69 position basically.. She said she didn't know what was happening. She said she was confused because she didn't want to enjoy it and knew it was wrong but she didn't know what to do. She didn't even know what sex was at the time, like most 9 year olds which is how it should be. This happened multiple separate occasions until she eventually mustered up the courage to say no. That same year it happened with another family friend who was also over 5 years older than her and then she got touched inappropriately by another family friend who was old enough to be her grandpa. She told me who the cousin was and I don't know how to handle it because she made me promise not to tell anyone. She's held this secret in since she was 9 years old and she's 20 now. I was always short of cash so I checked the job out. It was for a sperm donor. I thought this was a good way to get badly needed money and help women who could not have a baby at the same time. I told other guys about this "job" and they must have told some of their female friends. Sone of these females refused to date me because I was a sperm donor. This did not make sense to me so I ask them why. None of them could give a good reason. Now when someone ask me about my job, I tell them it is in inventory control at a bank. This is true. I stock the inventory at a sperm bank. The few people that know what I do tell me I am deceiving people. Do you think I am? |

Anyway, I'm black, and she is mixed with Asian and African American. However, she does not look mixed; she has brown skin. Anyway, she always complains about her "dark" skin and how it's "ugly", and she's no fun to be around when she does that. Also, she has really pretty curly hair, and she's always complaining that it's "nappy". So, I don't want to be around a person who complains about themselves 24/7, it gets annoying. Then, one time, one of my friends asked me if she could use my lotion because her hands were dry, and Julie said, "that will never happen to me because I'm not black." Those are the comments that irritate me. Then, I took Julie home from volleyball practice, and she told me that my minivan smelled like black people, because every black person she knows has the same air freshener that I have. Then at prom, she kept leaving me alone, and afterwards, Julie drove me and another friend home, and they made plans to sleep over, and they didn't even invite me. Even though I was in the car with them. Then, she invited me to her grad party, but I don't know if I should go. |

Things started getting fishy after he started being friends with this jerk. My friend is an adult and the jerk is a teenager. My friend is very popular in the fandom I'm in. One of the jerks friends told me that she was no longer friends with him because she found out she was using her. And now I realize that my friend is being used as well. Ever since he became friends with the jerk, he's been acting very mean.... Which I know isn't like him at all. I know my friend is an adult and can make his own decisions but he's a big influence in the fandom I'm in. If he starts behaving badly, then the whole fandom will. The fandom consists of mostly teenagers and there's a lot of drama. I don't want the entire fandom falling apart. How do I help my friend realize that this jerk is just using him for popularity status? |
| Question: My friend started cutting. How do I stop her? Posted: 12 Jun 2017 05:40 AM PDT So, I have a friend, let s call her Friend A . Friend A started to... well... cut. She sent a photo of her arm to me, with a message telling me that she "now knows how good cutting feels". I used to be a cutter as well and at one point, I accidentally let Friend A see the scars. I feel like this partially inspired her to do this to herself and I honestly can t stand the guilt. Friend A also called my other friend(lets call her Friend B ) telling her that she wanted to cut herself (before Friend A sent me the image of her arm). Friend B called me and she was panicking and crying a lot. I tried to comfort Friend B but I myself am worried about Friend A. I m worried that the first cut that Friend A inflicted on herself will escalate into more and more scars, and I don t want that. I want Friend A to be able to deal with her emotions properly and not look to cutting as a quick escape. I want to convince her to talk to us before doing anything that is damaging to her body. I m also worried about Friend B. She is under a lot of pressure right now and I think Friend A s actions is stressing Friend B out even more. I feel like Friend B will snap at this point. Can someone please help? Thank you. So you think that this is fake? Hah, making up something like this. I'm not a sick ****. Why the hell do you think I would make up 'silly questions'? Right at that moment I wanted to beat the **** out of him right there but he's pretty strong. It's only 10 euros but him just being like that and getting away with money for no reason pisses me off. About 2 years ago everything was fine until i started not going to school because of my social anxiety.. i only go to school like 3times a week.. my bestfriend always sticks with me and go everywhere i go.. we are in different class and we cant talk more often like we used to in middle school.. one day i noticed that she goes with other people instead that is her classmates who is a very bad students like smoking, breaking the rules, stubborn and a slut.. i told her why dont she go with more and she said because they will hit her if she don't.. I told her its fine but declined and go with instead.. she always declined me whenever i told her to dont be friends with those sluts! she always talk to them instead of me.. even though whenever we talk she always just.. acting like a different person.. she was a shy girl and innocent.. and now she's just a different person i know like as days passed by she became more used to them and in the end she doesn't talk to me anymore and tried so hard to ignore me.. and she and those sluts became bestfriends. It made me so depressed and mad.. i tried talking to her again.. but.. i don't know what to do anymore i don't know what to say im so depressed and i can't move on and get over this.. and i sometimes dream about me and her bestfriends again.. doing the things we used to do.. whenever we pass she tries so hard to not look at me.. and now im all alone.. i don't have friends and i don't know how to make one anymore. |

Posted: 11 Jun 2017 11:35 PM PDT I'm 22 a lot of my friends from college are getting engaged or married right now, so I looked at my own love life since I was mostly focused on school at university. So making a long story short there are two girls that I could see myself with for many reasons both of them I'm good friends with our career goals can match up and other reasons as well. One of them I have been friends with for about 7-8 years me and her brother are also really close friends as wel, a lot of the time we will go out to eat or see a movie that we want to see together not really dates but pretty much dates. A lot of people including our parents say we would be a good couple but it seemed like it could be really weird due to some other reasons. |

She used to be a really cute girl, in her looks and personality. All the guys liked her because she was simply the most kindhearted, selfless and innocent girl. It was always like a competition to get her attention. These days, she looks uninterested in everything, always has a gloomy expression. People are afraid of even getting in her way. She glares at anyone that bothers her and mind you, that sh*t is scary. She's walked past me many times in school with a blank expression and I have to call to get her attention. One of the guys asked her why she looked sad and she laughed and told him that it'll take a lot to get her down and some other dark stuff. All this started one day she came crying to me and told me that she was going through hell and that she couldn't tell me or anyone. She just wanted me to know that she was going through a really hard time. I told her I wouldn't tell anyone and she could tell me but she said she just couldn't. I really want to know what's wrong but I know she is someone who will die with secrets if she was asked to. She doesn't hang out with me anymore. Instead she chooses to hang with the girl that verbally abuses her and brings down her self-esteem. I don't know what to do, I feel so...empty. I'm worried about my best friend and it's causing problems between me and my gf. What should I do? |

All I want to do is lay in bed and watch shows on my phone all day. I want to go out and do things but my body just feels heavy all the time. My best friend is the only person I sometimes talk to because I feel like if I don't she'll get upset at me for ignoring her and I don't want her to be upset at me. What's wrong with me? |

| Posted: 11 Jun 2017 10:10 PM PDT So while at work my friend and I decided we should hangout at the park later that day. I get home and my mom gets home 2 hours later. She asks me if we can go watch a movie that night. We were in a hurry and I completely spaced out that I needed to ask my friend if it was okay with her if we could change our plan to the next day, instead cause I wanted to hangout with my my mom since we hardly get to, because she's always working. It's just me and my mom living in our house because of a situation with my brother and dad so it's been rough and my friend knows that so I thought she'd be understand about canceling the plan. Yet when I finally text her I first apologized for asking too late and she freaks out. She says, "I hate everyone. I'm so tired of this bulshit everyone puts me through. Ignored and blowed off." So I felt like absolute crap that whole night and I didn't enjoy that movie with my mom. My anxiety kicked in and I wanted to die. Was I in the wrong, other then asking too late? |

I have recently graduated from hiugh school at the top of my class and I also earned my associates degree with a 4.0 gpa. I ve never partied, drinked, or have had a boyfriend. I m just not allowed to. I have never been to a sleepover! My best friend is having a graduation party tomorrow and has asked me to sleep over with some of her other friends. I feel like I am too old for this ***. My parents are way too protective and I am getting tired of putting up with it. I am not the type to act out or anything. I respect my parents very much. I m their golden child. Do you think I m being over dramatic? I feel like I have had the same restrictions that I have had since 5th grade! |
