I have always been the slow type. I am an author, quiet and stay to myself I like relaxing and time to myself. I just turned 20, I am in college for cosmetology and I have recently met a guy I like but I am extremely shy and mu bff has always had to force me into talking to guys, but she is no longer in my classes. Since school started back in may I have been wanting a family of my own, kids, my own house and a husband, but I have ALWAYS said I was going to start my career, get a house of mu own, get married, then have kids in that order bc I didn't want to make the mistake my parents did. So I am not sure what to do.

I'm 27, he's 24, we got married almost 4 yrs ago. I feel like I can't talk to him in depth, in fact sometimes he literally doesn't respond, or he'll change the subject towards something about what's on TV. I've started going to counseling for a biblical perspective on how to feel, but it's not helping like I'd hoped it would. I'd suggested he come with me to counseling, & his response was "I'll go once to try it out," which I don't completely understand. That being said, he has yet to go. He's had about 8 jobs in the last 2 years, &we have 4 kids. I do so much for the family, & I'm tired of asking him to pitch in around the house, or with the kids, etc. We tried going for a house this past week, & we have to work on our credit scores, but also because he couldn't remember each job he had in the last 2 yrs in terms of start & end dates, we have to go back. I asked him if he could call each job & get the dates, & he said "I can try...". I feel like it's either a "sure I'll do it" or no I won't. I'm just not as happy as I thought I would be with him. He doesn't have great hygiene habits & it makes me feel like he's not clean, which impacts our sex life, even kissing is difficult for me because he brushes his teeth once every few days.He's not religious (I am), & it makes it hard to talk spiritually. How do I move past how I feel? I hate the thought of leaving, but I also know that's coming from not wanting to be a single mother of 4, as well as not letting God down.

My parents are probably fixing to kick my wife out...so I'm just wondering, by law, if they kick her out, do I have to leave too, or can I stay?

I live in Georgia and I am needing to renew my driver's license. I need to get in there by my birthday which is one week from today. However, I have some problems. The lady at the DMV told me that it is required that I MUST bring in my birth certificate and marriage certificate or else she told me they would not be able to renew my license. Problem is I do not have either. I know this is bad and I should have been more careful. However, I do not have them and I must get them, and quickly. These are the ideas I had. On the birth certificate, I was told I could get a temporary birth certificate by going down to the Social Security office. I hope so. My other idea was to contact the city hall in the city where I was born. I assume cities are required to keep a record of birth certificates. I am 85 but I hope they would still have it, maybe on microfilm or something. As to the marriage certificate, that may be harder. I know the exact date and location of my marriage, but we were married by a judge in a location in a place I cannot remember, only the city and state. I again would guess that city's town hall would have a record of the marriage, like a birth certificate, but am not sure. I am worried about this because it is only a week away to renewal day deadline and I obviously need the license to drive. My husband cannot drive due to sickness. These are my ideas. If you can think of any others please tell me as time is of the essence. Thank you.

My husband and I had sex the day before he headed to Australia for his one month business trip. next day I had sex with 4 strangers that I met online. The reason i did that because one guy kept telling me how hot and sexy would be to have group sex with strangers. Me and my wife 40 years old with no kids I work third shift she works first shift so we don t see each other that often. Last Thursday through Sunday I had off in we did stuff off for days. Thursday night we had a couple over and we grilled and had cocktails on our deck. Friday night we went to Mohegan Sun Casino and did a little gambling. Saturday night we had another friend come over we did some barhopping and went to a karaoke bar and had a blast. And Sunday we went out to eat and met up with a friend who is having a small party. We never turned on the TV or the computer. When I asked my wife if she had a nice four-day weekend with me she said it was only ordinary that this is what couples do when they re on the same schedule every weekend. I disagree I don t know any couple in their 40s that go out four nights in a row or even tonight s in a row every weekend . What are your thoughts and opinions.

This has been a topic of arguments. I refuse to take my husbands last name - it is unfortunate and means something terrible, he has married brothers so his dad s name will live on - my dad doesnt have sons, and my cousin has her dad s last name, so my family last name will die unless I can help it. Am I wrong to want keep my last name? Does it go against anything biblical (an argument my husband uses)?

Your 33 yr old husband liked to smoke weed, but it's not legal in your state. So he gets it from college kids who have roommates, even females, who run around the house naked. Lol...Should I have been worried...but I didn't care. Should I care, or do I not care. He's over there when I'm at work, too... Well, I did ask him...he said he's over there long enough to get a bag of weed. I don't trust anybody, and I do mean nobody...so trust has almost nothing to do with it. I was married to a "wonderful" woman for 4 years before she gradually decided to come out and tell me that a) she had fallen "out of love" with me b) she'd been seeing someone else for the past 6 months and thought she was pregnant and c) she wanted a divorce. Add insult to injury, she moved her new beau into our apartment right after I moved out. To eliminate the chance that I would ever see or hear of her again, I quit my job and moved several hours away to another state to start over. Fast forward 5 years later, even though there has been ZERO contact between us, I will still see her profile appear a few times a year in the "People you might know" section in my Facebook (which happens when someone does a search for you). I set everything to private and several months later, I got a random friend request from someone I didn't know. However when I accepted the request, she deleted me a few hours later--and I then decided to look through her profile to discover (surprise!) my ex was a contact of hers. If she is the one who ditched me, and is still with the guy--why the hell would she care what is going on with me? I'm really not getting it! Happy-2: Over 1 billion users on facebook, and her face out of all those people somehow "coincidentally" appears in that section 3 to 4 times a year??? Come on now!

How do I fix this, I can't 'un say' it and it struck home because it is the truth he's about 4 in my ex was 8 in but I have mortally hurt him with that stupid comment and he's such a loving caring guy.

I cheated on my husband three years ago. I went with a colleague after an office celebration party. I thought I was in the clear but a woman in the office saw me in his car at the car park topless . She sent a letter to my husband and it all came out. I begged him to have me back and he did. Now life has returned to normal but I feel so guilty and it's getting worse. I dated many divorcees and single moms but they all had flop written all over them. I can clearly see why they were divorced or left on the curb with kids. My husband ( 41 ) of 20 years was doing some work at his mother's house today. She lives an hour away. It got late and he was exhausted so I suggested he just stay the night. My issue is he slept with her. Like in the same bed! I'm not concerned about anything incestuous but still WTF? Am I crazy to think that this is totally bizarre?

I have a 4 year old daughter from a previous relationship and her mother hates my wife simply because she's my wife. My wife and I have been married for two years now and she has never meant my child's mother because my child's mother refuses to meet her. My wife has tried reaching out as have I and I'm just at a loss of what to do now. My child's mother is very immature and does things out of spite to hurt myself and my wife. I honestly feel bad for my wife for having to deal with this, my child's mother did not act this way until after we get married and for some reason it's been extremely bad this last few months. Anyone have any advice on what I can possibly try to get her to at least be civil with my wife? My daughter adores my wife so I know this only going to confuse and hurt her in the long run.
