He always wears his headset, too, so I feel like I'm being ignored. He lets me play, but when I play, I feel bad that I'm interacting with him. When he plays, I feel like he just forgets about me and doesn't consider my feelings. If he isn't playing video games, he's either watching tv or reading forums on steam. (Noticed that sometimes he is sarcastic when we are around other coworkers) BUT... He tries to beat me to certain things we have to do at the job like it's a race. He'll compliment me to the patients saying that I'm a "ball of fire", "easy on the eyes" (IF patient gives a compliment), "she does laps around everyone", has said my hair is beautiful, said I would make a great "husband" one day (jokingly said) etc. He always comes in work saying that he isn't going to harass me tonight (says it jokingly with a smile) I had another male coworker ask me for help when "Mark" wasn't around and he said to hurry cause "mark" would be jealous I was with him. I had met him a couple times before then and thought he was cute, so accepted. He began messaging me everyday and kept asking me to hang out. We started hanging out pretty much every second day. I thought we were pretty much dating/seeing each other but I knew he had baggage from a previous relationship. We ended up having s*x after a few hangouts. I thought for sure we were headed somewhere. We continued to see each other a few more times (we only slept together once). Today, we were talking we made plans for tomorrow. He told me he likes me, we have a lot in common and he still wants to hang out with me but he's not ready for dating or a relationship because of his last relationship. That kind of caught me off-guard. He said he still wanted to hangout tomorrow though. I told him since he just wanted to be friends that we couldn't sleep together anymore because I don't want to get attached. He said he was disappointed but that he understood. He was really cool about it. I'm not sure if I should even bother hanging out with him anymore. I wanted more and I'm kind of disappointed. Is it worth it to keep spending time with him? |
