Question: How to get in a clique? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 05:38 PM PDT I don't have very much of a clique. The kids in my school are in cliques. There are Ghetto kids, Farmers, sporty cool kids, intellectual kids, and Jocky cool kids. How can I get into the sporty cool group? Please no cheesy "Popularity doesn't matter" answers. |
Question: Should I ditch my friend? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 05:21 PM PDT My friend has mental health issues and special needs, she's gotten in with the wrong crowd, she rang me at this girls house and was stoned on weed and drunk, and this girl has asked her to have sex with her and her friends and took a picture of her and sent it to guys. Apparently the girl manipulated her into taking the drugs, she has also taken things from her apartment. After that when she went home she told me she had taken an overdose on co codimal and wants to end her life, she says she's really depressed and keeps asking if I'm leaving her, she keeps saying she's terrified I'm going to walk out her life |
Question: Does birth order effect our personalities? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 05:20 PM PDT I'm the middle child and I have almost NO so called "middle child traits". I'm not a people pleaser, I was never manipulative, and I'm not a peace maker or the attention seeker. My parents give me just as much attention as my brother and sister. My sister is the oldest (15 years old)and she isn't bossy nor was she more mature than us when she was our ages. She used to struggle with Asperger's, but now she is the one who is the popular one and the "people pleaser". She is very observant and sometimes needs her quiet time. My younger brother is 8 and he's very social as well. He is the opposite of spoiled and he does not display any "youngest kid traits". Are these birth order personality effects true or not? Most kids who are middle children I know have different personalities, yet very few fit the "middle kids" category |
Question: Is it okay for a 15 year old girl to hang out with a 20 year old woman? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 05:13 PM PDT I'm a Canadian female and I'm friends with a 20 year old (who, btw, is unrelated). My parents are good with it and 19+ is the legal age for our province so I can't drink or anything (I know, the legal age isn't 21 for us kids here). Is it okay to just hang out? |
Question: Should I invite my friend to go to Dairy Queen tonight (read the description)? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 05:04 PM PDT A friend from church and I used to go to Dairy Queen after youth group. I'm 20 and she's 17, and I stopped going to youth group when the young adult group was formed almost a year ago. I was thinking I'd invite her to go to Dairy Queen again tonight when youth group is over. However, she mentioned a while back that she was trying to lose weight, and she looks like she's actually GAINED a lot of weight. I'm worried that maybe she'll feel bad about herself later if we go get ice cream. And I don't think it's really possible to find out how she would feel, since asking would be really rude. What should I do? |
Question: Should I have sex with all my 20 year old daughter's female friends? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 05:00 PM PDT I get so turned on whenever she invites college age friends over. I am a man in my early 50's and I like girls between 18 to 21-ish. In Canada, they are at a legal age for consent. She and her mother do not suspect a thing. I try to tag along whenever they hang out at clubs/bars just so I can see a bunch of 19 year old women shake their butts and twerk. It's too hard to resist, I find myself staring at boobs every time they come over |
Question: My friends are made at me, did I do something wrong? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 03:48 PM PDT Here's what happened: One of my friends met this guy and she liked and flirted with him but they never went out before one day he invited her to his friend's boat and told her to bring some of her friends since some of his friends were going to be there as well so she brought me and two of our other friends. However when we were there the guy started talking to me and we realized we had a lot in common so he spent most of the evening with me and asked for my number and we went out a couple of times afterwards. It wasn't until yesterday I found out that they has a problem with it. They are acting like I stole him from her or something when she hardly even knew him. So I don't see what I did wrong. It's hard cause they are my best friends and we are roommates so its hard living with people who won't even talk to you. |
Question: Severe disassociation when away from TOXIC parents? What's the deal and how to heal? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 03:43 PM PDT I experience severe severe disassociation and PTSD like symptoms when I block my parents and I am 24 year old female. It's like everyone is seen as good and I am desperate and don't see the world clearly. If I reach out to them (manipulated easily) i feel immense clarity and roundedness. This is heightened after my dad physically attacked me 2 years ago my senior year of college. I depend financially and he is willing to pay for school to become a teacher. I hate the situation so I am asking for some advice-what should I do? How do I set boundaries and I wonder if I need medication? It's so hard, it's so upsetting and difficult for me. Why do I depend on them and disassociate away from them when i used to use it to cope to avoid their abuse?? It's so messed up and wrong. I am living life afraid/in fear . should i just accept back into my life? i'm so confused. |
Question: All my friends are prettier than me!? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 03:40 PM PDT theyre super popular, have tons of friends, have boyfriends, and I'm just standing there awkwardly. What should I do? |
Question: Is my teacher wrong!? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 03:16 PM PDT ok so today me and my friends wanted to go to the bathroom cz I had to change my pad and my friend needed to use the bathroom. we aren't allowed to take our bags with uus to the bathroom and I was also wearing a dress and leggings meaning I didn't have any pocket or sleeve to hide the pad in oh and also its co education. when we went to our teacher and asked if we could go to the bathroom he asked why for some reason o.o so my friend said bcz we need to use it and I was hiding the pad behind me in my hands so he asked me what I was hiding so I said nothing and he forced me to show him. when he saw my face he made a digusted face and said "change ur pad before coming to school" and turned his face meaning I can go and so when I was going he stopped my friend and asked "u gotta change ur pad too ew.." my friend said no and we ran to the bathroom idk if this was wrong or not but I think it is. pls tell me if it is or not tw I'm 13 in the 8th grade... |
Question: How do you hang out with other people when your parents are strict? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 03:07 PM PDT I'm technically allowed to but apparently kids don't just "hang out" so I have to find something to do other than just hang out at my friend's house. But all I really want to do is play video games maybe but mostly just hang out and talk and stuff. I'm sick of being trapped inside. |
Question: Im 13 and hate my life? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 03:06 PM PDT I just failed 7th grade my mom left when I was a baby i lived with my alchaholic uncle for 2 years of my life and his son who was always trying to fight me i have zero freinds do to having to move again and got suspended twice in the same year and olmost expelled from my school. Question: Do people surprise you some times? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 02:44 PM PDT You thought they were just one way and found out they were multi-facted? |
Posted: 07 Jun 2017 02:30 PM PDT He was saying how he's moved on and I should too. THen when I asked how could he have loved and let go he said one person can take so much pain from someone and was trying to discuss the relationship. Then i said yeah we cause eachother pain and he said that's why i left you to live your life happy why do you keep coming back. He kept saying don't text me i said i wont he said but really promise you won't i said i won't he said last time you said it and you did. I said i realized i don't love you i won't and he said I can guarantee you will text me again. Kept insisting wth. And earlier in the convo when I asked do you love me or have feeligns he said why does it matter? If he's moved on and can say don't text me why not say you don't love me anymore? |

Question: What's the best way to meet new people when you've a limited budget? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 02:20 PM PDT I'm in a new town and starting from scratch - I've no friends and no job. Obviously I'm looking for work but in the mean time I still want to meet new people to make friends, plus I'm single and would like a new partner somewhere down the line and that'd be far easier if I had a social life! As I'm not working and have no friends I've no social life and options to meet new people are limited. I work two voluntary jobs but it's new so still early days, not sure how great this will be in that regard. There are currently no college courses I could take, but even if there were now's not the best time. I'm not religious so churches etc. aren't an option and I don't have any hobbies like knitting etc. I spend time in public places, but hanging out alone in parks isn't exactly how friendships are formed. Meetup.com is obvious but without money it's not always possible for me to go to meetups, besides I'm feeling like a bit of a loner going to the same meetups week after week - I'm not sure how these things are supposed to progress to friendships. I'm so incredibly socially isolated but not sure how to change this. |
Question: How do you turn acquaintances or strangers into friends? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 02:15 PM PDT Generally speaking I find it hard to make friends in part because I'm currently unemployed - thus no money to go out to meet new people - but even when I'm in employment I found it difficult even to make friends at work too, also I'm in my thirties and it's much harder to make friends then when you're a kid. I'm Autistic so I'm used to it taking time to make friends, I've had friends before but they were via school or work and I wasn't able to maintain them once I left school or the workplace. I've never understood how you go from stranger or acquaintance to friend...I'm not entirely sure how it happened when I did have friends. When I try to socialize via meetup I don't seem to establish any acquaintances or friendships there, it's just random conversations, and I don't know if it's at all possible to gain friendships from casual encounters. |
Posted: 07 Jun 2017 02:09 PM PDT I have this friend, we've been friends for about 10 months and I have been as nice as I can be because I'm that kind of person. But in this last month or so, she has been treating me worse and worse. For example, I was bouncing my leg up and down because i was anxious about the upcoming test, and instead of asking me politely to stop because it annoyed her, she stomped on my foot. Another time she got really mad at me for singing quietly (It's a habit i have and I do this often) and told me se hated it when people sung without music even though she does it too. Today, I tried making conversation about this optional reading project and When she said she wasn't going to do it, I started talking about what I'm doing because she seemed to leave room in the conversation for it but she said "I don't care, shut up about it." I quickly ended the phone call and ended up crying. She constantly puts me down and makes me feel bad. I feel like i can't escape this 'friendship' because she has told me things like "Last year before we became friends i was just in and endless cycle of the exact same thing over and over again" and stuff like that. And she doesn't have many friends. I don't know what I can do about this. Please help. Also, she is constantly calling, I try to ignore her on days I already feel bad but she is too persistent. |

Question: Is it rude to ask my friend to film her for a class project? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 12:42 PM PDT I interviewed one of my friends and recorded her voice for a film project. We agreed not to video film her as she is not that comfortable on camera. Instead, I will add shots of the place and add her voice-over. However, when I showed my professor the audio, she said it would be better to include at lease one video of the speaker as it would be weird not to see the person's face. I feel embarrassed to ask my friend to film her again, because she already told me she's not comfortable being filmed and think she might get annoyed. Although, she is a really nice person and think she might agree if I explained to her my situation. I don't want to come across as annoying and she's not a very close friend. Should I try asking her to film her or would it be rude? (If not, I will find someone else to film) |
Question: Help. I need an option? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 12:38 PM PDT So, one of my so called "Friends" stop talking to because I have tattoos, I'm 15, I got them all done in a year, they're only really small, also I dye my hair all the time because that's me, she's a Christian and her mom told her she couldn't talk to me because I got ink, I didn't ever once talk her into getting any because I'm not that type of friend. I listen to heavy metal, she likes pop. Also her mom thinks I'm a devil worshiper because I wear band shirts with skulls, um what the hell its a shirt. Anyways just recently me and her and a huge fight when her mom called me a horrible influence on her because I chose to get another tattoo and I dyed my hair a few weeks ago. Idk what to do |
Question: Is my friend taking advantage of me? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 12:18 PM PDT So my best best best friend is honestly one of the only people right now who I can connect to. We've been friends since the age of one. But recently I've realized she's sort of taking advantage of me. She expects me to buy her very very expensive birthday presents (my family isn't very rich and doesn't give birthday presents worth more than ten or fifteen dollars) and when we go shopping she expects me to buy her stuff when she has plenty of money to spend, and buys me nothing for my birthday or anything. Last week I was using my own money (I'm thirteen and still live with my parents and babysit to get money) to buy some summer clothes and she texted me asking what I was doing I said I was shopping and she asks me to buy her something and when I say no she basically forces me to and when I say yes she's just like "kk! lysm!!!!!!" To cover that she just persuaded me again. And last night I finally got the thumb up to go to a concert in September and I wanted to invite her because why not. I used my own money and she texted me saying "hi love you lots! also can you buy an extra two tickets so my two friends can come??? Please???? I'll love you forever if you do!!!!" And the tickets were pretty expensive. What should I do? I don't want to lose her bc she's the only friend I have right now. |

Question: How should i handle this situation about my friend? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 10:39 AM PDT hi i was talking on the phone with my girl friend and she mention she and her husband recieve some tickets to an amusement park since they got married.she name everyone she gave a ticket to including my ex husband.long story short i didn't hear my name mention and she says oh yeah i was going to asked you to watch the baby and in july when we go to sesame place you can take my husband spot since he doesnt want to go.I feel some type of way because what makes you think i want to hang out with you with kids i want to hang out with adults ? how should i address this issue with her even though i know she will get offended |
Question: I think my best friend is ignoring me? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 10:37 AM PDT My best I friend and I literally talk every single day. We're literally face timing, texting, sending eachother stuff on social media or hanging out. Yesterday she was at my house and that afternoon she left to hangout with another friend. I don't know if that friend likes me that much, I mean my best friend says she does but idk. Before she left she said she would call me later. Then after she left to hang out with another friend she didn't Snapchat me back. She didn't open my snapchats or the things I sent to her on twitter or instagram. And she didn't send me anything either. She didn't answer my FaceTime and she didn't text me back. I thought that maybe she was busy doing something with her other friend so I didn't think much about it. I thought maybe she just spent the night at her house. But this morning she still hasn't texted me back or anything. The other friend posted a picture of them and she liked it but she didn't comment. She has not been active on social media or anything all day or yesterday. I'm worried maybe she got her phone taken away for some reason? Or she might be ignoring me but idk why she would be ignoring me. |
Question: What should you do if your friend is using you? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 09:31 AM PDT My friend (ex-friend, really. She kind of ditched me and my other friends in middle school.) recently got into a huge fight with her friend group. The type that completely destroys relationships. After ditching me in middle school, she s suddenly come crawling back, and I don t think it s because she really wants to be my friend again, it s because she doesn t want others thinking she s lonely. She always takes as many pictures as possible of us when we re together and posts them on social media, probably to make her ex-friends jealous or to show she has other people to go to. She s not a bad person (honestly, she just got mixed up with bad people), and I think she s actually doing it subconsciously, but I still don t like it. She s always asking me to hang out, which she never used to do, and I m kinda an introvert who likes her space. I hate feeling like I m being used for such vain reasons, but I also feel bad for her. Any advice? |
Posted: 07 Jun 2017 09:14 AM PDT I have a friend who lies constantly--nearly everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie. I know better than to believe what she says, but it does bother me. The thing is, she will lie so as to spin a situation around to make it about her. For example: If I complain about pain or anxiety, she'll tell me an extremely intricate story about why she KNOWS I should go to the doctor because one time the same thing happened to her and she had cancer or cystic fibrosis etc. (she's lied about having cancer 6 times before). Or if a celebrity comes up in a conversation, she goes on to tell me how her *cousin*--who she's never named or shown me a picture of, went to school with them & hangs out with them all the time. Our conversations consist of me saying something, and then her lying about how she relates to whatever subject I brought up for the next 30 minutes. I'm not trying to stop her because I can't do much about it, but I just want to know if there's some possible logical explanation for why she does it? Why does she lie to make everything about her? |
Question: I'm lost and don't know what to do...? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 08:29 AM PDT Ok so I met a friend on PS3 When I was in 5th grade. I'm now a senior in highschool. He's a bit older, just graduated from college. Recently he has become super depressed and wanting to kill himself. I have told him to get help constantly over and over again but he refuses. He refuses to help himself and I don't know what to do. It's really starting to effect me. I don't want to wake up to messages from the night before where he is drunk and saying "You don't know how much I want to die. If I had a gun you would all be sorry and wish you cared. Everyone would be fine without me." And stuff. It really puts me in a bad mood. I was gonna say I'll just say I have to stop contacting him (Facebook friends now), but he said earlier if I were to ever stop talking to him he would kill himself. He lives in a different country than me (US and Canada). I just don't know what to do. It's rough |
Question: Rejected as a friend by a married man...? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 08:15 AM PDT I have a friend who recently gave her number to a man that she has been into for months. She says they get on quite well and she likes his personality. She thinks the fact that he hasn't called or texted means he doesn't want to talk to her and isn't interested in her as a friend. I on the other hand think that she just gave this guy her number (like 5 days lol) and she needs to be patient (esp if she wants to be friends). I also think he may not contact her because she has a bf and he has a fiancée (which she clearly stated they needed to be friends only because he was getting married and she has a bf). I told her he may not want to be friends with people he finds attractive. I do wonder though if you gave your number or showed interest with someone and they haven't bitten quickly (in days I guess) does that mean they don't care to be friendly? I also know she is feeling rejected because she feels like he doesn't like her personality enough to be friends. I think the opposite, that she is temptation and that's why he is not wanting to deal with her. Anyway how do men approach this situation of friendship with women esp when it seems that you like the woman's personality. Just help please I'm trying to find something that can help my super over analytical (she's an engineer...she has to pick things apart lol) friend out |
Question: How do I send mail from my house? Should I buy something without my parents permission? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 07:43 AM PDT A friend of mine who lives far away is having financial issues and is doing art commissions. My parents probably wouldn't let me buy from them cause y'know "don't talk to strangers over the Internet blah blah", but I know that they are extremely trustworthy. I'm at home all day by myself except for weekends, so id be able to get it from the mail without my parents knowing. Is there a way for me to send the money to them through the mail without going to a post office? Or should I just not commission them? |
Question: Help! Copying personal stuff from my phone!? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 06:30 AM PDT I went for lunch with a guy I don t know very well and during conversation my Samsung phone battery died. He offered to charge it for me since he had his charger with him. After a while I went to the bathroom and when I came back he seemed a bit suspicious and I noticed he was charging my phone from his laptop. My paranoid mind starting thinking about it afterwards and I m trying to think what he could possibly either be copying from or copying to my phone? Any ideas and what precautions can I take? I was in the bathroom maybe 2 minutes. |
Question: Help?! Should my adult aunt get evaluated for autism? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 06:27 AM PDT My adult aunt's naivety and child like mentality to the world around her have both caused concern among my family. Are these signs of Autism in your opinion? 1. She's 35 and has never been attracted to anyone. 2. wears the same clothes over and over. 3. The said clothes must be at a certain length, have a certain pattern, and can never be v-necks. 4. foolishly counts money(about $100 bills) in public and was robbed, not a surprise. 5. stutters and blinks excessively. 6. always has a stiff face and doesn't understand when someone is teasing her. 7. can calculate large numbers in her head but can not drive without supervision. Doesn't have a driver license 8. Doesn't get it when someone is mad at her. 9. When a stranger was at the door, she tried to push them out without asking anything, like a little kid. 10. She takes her purse everywhere literally. 11. Is paranoid her family would steal her items and follows them wherever they go. 12. Didn't have much friends as a child 13. Crack her joints all the time Some of the things I listen may not exactly signal Autism but something is certainly not normal with her. I mean, she acts like a freaking kid! People talk behind her back and she still gets tricked. I highly doubt a typical adult would count one hundred dollar bills in public, especially late at night, or just ram into someone at their door. |
Question: Is it awkward for a 19 year old girl to be friends with a 16 year old girl? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 05:03 AM PDT So last year my senior year of highschool I had next to no friends. I didn t really have anyone to sit with during lunch. I was brave enough to approach this new girl, three years younger, who sat alone and we became friends, in the sense that I sat with her a lot. When her mom asked what grade I was in, she did a double take and was startled when she learned I was so much older. Do you think it could look like a sign of immaturity to hang out with someone that much younger? |
Question: How do I convince my mom to let me have social media? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 04:01 AM PDT So my mom took away my social media because a couple girls have been bulling me online., which were also the girls and boys who were bulling me in real life. I know she took it away to protect me but now I get bullied for having my mother take away my social media! Another reason I had it taken away was because I have depression and anxiety and those social sites made me feel horrible because of those people. |
Posted: 07 Jun 2017 01:25 AM PDT Okay so I post a picture in Facebook and this friend of mine had nothing better to say and commented something negative. Now I deleted it and he's all trying to do a cover up. Now leads to him having to be Mr. Wannabesmartboi on a Facebook argument saying "Mines are facts and you need to learn how to quote your stuff" and now he points out my flaws that I failed English twice in college (which I was lazy) because he's basically saying I passed and know more stuff than you in a argument and that doesn't even have to do with the point that he commented something stupid. It's Facebook and this dumbass wants to sound intelligent. Are these people worth keeping? |
Question: What do you think of this, is it weird? Posted: 07 Jun 2017 12:53 AM PDT I'm 20 and I have a lot of friends but I have much older friend who is in her 60's (I hope that's not weird) she's helped me through a lot of hard times, were extremely close, she's an amazing friend to have. Her mom died last year and it's about to be the 1 year mark since then, she's going to be so upset this month. She got a new pool recently and I was thinking, what if I wrote a short sweet hand written letter and sent it to her along with a new comfy pool (chair) float. Just to boost her spirits a tiny bit.. Would that be weird? |

Posted: 06 Jun 2017 11:43 PM PDT Or only if u knew it would hurt their feelings, and you had other options, but u still did it anyway? I feel like if u hurt someone's feelings it's a nice gesture to apologize regardless of the extraneous circumstances. But sometimes I seriously feel like I'm the last person alive who thinks this. Am I just hanging out with assholes or has the world changed and we only say sorry when we deliberately decide to hurt others for no real reason?? |
Posted: 06 Jun 2017 11:18 PM PDT - pulled me on to sit on her lap, she grabbed and hugged me from the waist first. - massaged/rubbed my shoulders when she saw me in the school library studying. - gave me a lot of random hugs however she normally hates hugging people - when she sits next to me she puts her arm around me - she rested her head on my lap multiple times and dragged my arm on top of her so it was kind of around her waist and just like on top of her boobs? - her hand is always touching my thigh. Does she like me? I'm a bisexual Girl? Why does she want my scarf? |
Question: I'M NOT STUPID!I know I'm not...? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 10:55 PM PDT So, here's the thing: I used to get good grades last year, but now school is much harder. And I know I'm smart, even if I don't get the best grades. It's just that, I didn't get an award for best grades, and all my friends did. One friend came with me to see my average, and it was not good. I thought she would respect my privacy and not tell anyone, but... So I was joking around, playing with my friends when I said I was smarter than I looked. And it hurt so bad when they all laughed and said "ha,you wish!" "your the one who's failing every class," and "you got no awards,so stop talking."then the friend who came with me told them my average! She said, "You got below a 75 for ur average. So don't u talk."And it hurt.i was sad but not that sad when just they called me stupid, but now everyones calling me names, stupid, fat dumb, idiot.yesterday at school my partners in math said I was so stupid that I had to cheat to get good grades, and when I said I did the work bymyself, they all laughed and said sure. Then they looked at the girl beside me and she said,"we all know ur copying off of me."i felt so sad saying, "no,look,i did it all by myself!"all my friends ganged up on me and started calling me stupid and laughing...it rlly hurts my self esteem.Am I maing a big deal out of it? |

Question: Is it safe for me to get a taxi tonight? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 10:51 PM PDT So I'm a 16 y/o girl and tonight me and my friends are having a party at a house about 30 minutes away by car from the city. I am only allowed to stay until midnight and then me and my other girl friends are taking a taxi because there's literally no other way we could get home. I am very paranoic and I'm scared to get assaulted or raped on the way home because I'm the last girl that is going to be dropped off. Of course, my last friend's who will be dropped off house is 3min away from mine and I'm not sure if something could happen in such a time but it still makes me shiver. I am considering not going to the party because I don't have any other option. Any advices on what should I do? Maybe safety tips or anything? |

Question: Why is being a teenager hard??? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 10:15 PM PDT I'm 16 and I just really hate my life!!! I find my parents so irritating like sometimes I just want to run away and never see them. School is so f*cking hard and teachers are so irritating. I'm so glad I'm in summer break cause school is hell I failed everything and ended up getting kicked out from school and sent to a school for people with behavior problems. Now I'll have to spend my Junior year in that school. I always get in trouble in school and it seems like my teachers hate me. I had to see the school psychologist to test me if I have ADHD or something. I got into a huge argument with one of my friends a couple months ago and I'm still angry about it. My mom won't let me hang out with my friends everyday cause she thinks I smoke weed or do other stuff. I'm always moody and get annoyed over stupid sh*t. I can't even talk to my crush cause I get nervous and my friends have babes and it makes me so jealous. My life is a mess :( |

Posted: 06 Jun 2017 09:04 PM PDT I recently got on a team. We usually play casual 2-2-2 comp. I am the Reinhardt . So here's the thing, out Phara keeps asking our mercy to pocket him. And In my experience playing Phara , she is just a flying Junkrat , really easy to play. And I as the Reinhardt die wayyyy too much cus i usually only have a Zen or a Lucio taking care of me , and of the entire team. And I dont know how to tell them without sounding like a ***** that I think our Phara thinks he's the best in our team ( usually gets POTG thanks to our ******* amazing Zarya ) and feel like he's doing all the work. We usually scrim against other teams , and we do Ok sometimes ( most if the time we dont ) and I feel like our phara is dragging us down. Not only that but i am unable to be aggressive as Rein with basically no heals. No one else has said anything and everyone seems to be ok and feed this guy ego. I really like them as individuals , but as someone that plays overwatch competitive and wants to go to actual tournaments , i dont know how to tell them "hey this is not working because of you and your attitude " |
Question: Which one should I get him? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 08:57 PM PDT So I have a friend and he's mentioned he needs an aux cord. He hasn't said anything about it but I know he needs a water bottle because he doesn't bring one to practice and just drinks from the water fountain at the very end. So aux cord or water bottle? |
Question: My friend is so vulnerable ? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 08:51 PM PDT I've got a best friend with severe learning difficulties and autism, she also has mental health problems. I rang her today and some girl was with saying they were smoking weed and getting drunk and this girl is really chavy and not nice person. I spoke to my friend after she told me she had taken an overdose and wants to kill herself because this girl threatened her to sleep with men and told her to take the weed. She is on her own and is really vulnerable any suggestions ?? |
Question: Advice on (ex?) best friend? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 08:42 PM PDT This weekend my best friend of 3 years stopped talking to me altogether. I texted and facetimed him to try to see what was wrong but he ignored them both. I don't know if I should even try to fix anything because our relationship has been incredibly rocky and borderline toxic starting about a year ago. I know that seems harsh but I don't know if it's even worth fixing. A mutual friend told me he (the ex-best friend) wanted to make a new groupchat because he didn't even want to see my name on his phone anymore. This has come completely out of nowhere. He told my friend that "I know exactly what I did" but I honestly have no idea. Should I confront him? Should I just let it go? I have a strong su[pporting group of friends and honestly he won't be missed lol. TL;DR my best friend stopped talking to me with no explanation, should I try to fix this toxic relationship or move on? |
Question: Friends crowdfunding campaign failed. Should I offer advice or keep my mouth shut? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 08:16 PM PDT Friend sent me links to his sister's Kickstarter campaign and video when first posted, proud and excited. So far it has bombed and he is now believing crowdfunding is a fixed, corrupt system. But, I see mistakes his sister made and see why if likely failed. But also see great potential in the idea. I want to help, but afraid offering advice might come off as a smug know it all. He sent me links to show if off, not ask for advice. Should I remain silent or offer my opinion? |
Question: What do you think of a person who seems really friendly with you? Posted: 06 Jun 2017 08:13 PM PDT They seem really friendly, and when you ask for their name and number, they give you their number but only mention their first name and exclude their last name. |
Posted: 06 Jun 2017 08:10 PM PDT Long story short my friend said we can't be friends this summer. Well, she wants her movies back and expects me to drive 45 minutes just to give them to her. I don't want to because I don't have much time. I also don't want to ship them to her because I'm a poor college student. |
Posted: 06 Jun 2017 08:06 PM PDT There is an elderly neighbor, maybe in his 70s who used to walk by my house everyday. I also would see him walking while I would walk my dog. Lately, I haven t seen him. It s been months now. I only know his name is Dale. I couldn t find him on Facebook, doubting he s even on there. Anyways, I m not sure if he s dead, alive but in a nursing, or moved to be with family due to health or finances. Both our back yards share a section of wooden fence. Thanks. |
