We broke up April last year, but saw each other a few times after that. The last time I saw him was the end of November. He's 33 and felt he didn't have his life together. Wasn't sure what he wanted. The thing is I've always had a thing for her, she used to be my baby sitter but I'm turning 18 & shes 37 but we were texting she said I should visit which got me all excited and I said I'd love to. Idk what to do. I still live with my mom so it's hard to lie about where I'm going when we live in the suburbs and she lives downtown and it'd be rude if I told her to pick me up. So the guy I am talking to and I both have Italian grandparents and are always talking about how good their cooking is. He has met my mom and grandma and has been wanting to come visit (we go to college together but we're on summer break so haven't gotten to see eachother as often). I asked him Thursday if he was free this weekend because my grandma said she'd make us dinner. He seemed very interested/excited, said it sounded amazing, and asked if he'd be able to let me know when he knows (he was in a car accident a few months back and has to share a car now, so he probably had to make sure he'd have one). I asked if he could get back to me sometime Friday and he said that he would. I have a feeling he may have forgotten because I didn't hear from him. If I don't hear from him by a decent time today, how can I ask if he can make it? I don't want to be annoying or seem like I'm nagging him.

Okay, so the pastor and leader at church unfollowed on Instagram me once I decided I no longer wanted to be a Christian. I felt a bit annoyed as I had so much respect and love for them. They care way too much about social media likes. Yes! They're a group of young individuals. The pastor is young too. They attend to the young mostly. I live with my boyfriend and his parents. His sister is home for the summer from college and she does not like me at all. I go to work every morning at 5 am, come home around 2 and work on online college until about 8, when I then go to sleep. So the other day, I was watching a movie with my mom and sister. My sister was the one that picked the movie. Later, my dad then joined us to watch the movie with us. The people in the movie just cursed a bit, and my dad then said to change it and it s just boring and why do y all even like to see these movies etc.. So since he wouldn t stop , I grabbed the remote and was looking for a different. I guess since he saw that I grabbed the remote, he assumed that I was the one that picked that movie and he started going on and on about how those movies are innapropiate and how they re a bad influence etc. But my sister and my mom NEVER DEFENDED ME AND DIDN T EVEN SAY ANYTHING on the other hand, my dad watches the most stupidest and dumb movies that he laughs so hard at but you can NEVER judge HIS TASTE . And this not all, the worst part is that my older sister is the favorite child so she is their little angel. So they never judge her, they ALWAYS blame things she did on me, and they care more about her than me so I m the one being judged by everyone in my family. They judge what I watch, if I clean my room or not, EVEN ABOUT HOW LONG I TAKE IN THE SHOWER. And tbh I don t know what to do anymore , I m not 18 yet so I can t do anything Please help

When this boy slapped me he made a stupid "oooh" sound and other people didnt tell him off. They just did the same thing. Whenever I think of this boy I get really angry. I'm 16 and he's a 13 year old troublesome idiot.

My friend and I were talking on the phone and we are super close. (Were in our late 20's) She said something that kind of bothered and hurt me but I didn't say anything. Later she could tell something was wrong, I told her how bothered I was about what she had said (a comment she had made to me) I was tearing up. She said "I'm sorry I hurt your feelings, I didn't mean to hurt you" we talked it out. Is it silly that I confronted something that was bothering me? Should I have just kept quiet, I'm afraid I looked like a baby?

I have a well paying job. Problem is I had another coworker bust me sleeping with a married coworker. She left her phone at work and this guy saw the text message. He showed it to everyone and told her husband. She is going through divorce but we still see each other because the sex is too good to quit.
