Posted: 01 Dec 2016 10:21 AM PST Looking in the surrounding areas of Latham, schodack, Averill park, Pittsfeild MA etc. that is reasonably priced. we were really not looking for a place that is about 80 or more a head. we are looking for something between 30-50 max and i am having a hard time finding some place so i wasn't sure if it exists. |
Question: Is this a good proposal Idea? Posted: 01 Dec 2016 08:09 AM PST My 32 yr old gf and I (38) will be dating for a year in March. We've both talked about getting engaged, so I know she's thought about it too. I'm once divorced. I was thinking of making our one year anniversary the night I proposed and turning it into a scavenger hunt, giving her clue cards. First card would be a riddle to a bar for drinks. Once there, the bartender would give her the Second card, which would take us to dinner. At dinner the waiter would give her the Third card which would take us to a ferris wheel that overlooks a local park. Once we're in the (enclosed) ferris wheel and it's stopped, at the top, I would pull the 4th card out of my pocket which has "Will You Marry Me?" written on the card but, before giving her the card, I would profess my love and tell her how I feel and that I want to spend the rest of my life with her. Then hand her the card and have the ring in my hand once she got done reading it. Is that corny? Thoughts? |
Question: I don't want to have any guests at my wedding? Posted: 01 Dec 2016 05:21 AM PST I did not have a very easy time growing up and have an abusive parent and was kicked out of my parents house and disowned when I was 18 because I started taking birth control and moved in with my boyfriend. We have been together three years now and when we first got engaged one of my sister told me she would not come to the wedding because it was not in a church. My parents think it is a sin to even attend a wedding not in a church so I am unsure if they will even come when push comes to shove. We dont have the money for a big wedding and even though thats what I would love it isnt possible. I am in school and we are in the middle of buying a house and no one is helping us financially. Honestly, I just want to elope and avoid all the wedding drama. Its our day and I just want to have friends their who are supportive of our marriage and will not ruin our day. If we had a big wedding no one would walk me down the aisle and I wouldnt do a father daughter dance. Everyone keeps telling me I should but I have no interest. Am I comepletely in the wrong??? |
Question: I am so overwhelmed and having a mental breakdown and no one understands? Posted: 01 Dec 2016 05:09 AM PST Im in college and it is almost finals week and I fell the other day and got a concussion. This made it so I cant work almost all week or go to class for a few days. I am not going to have enough money to pay my bills or get Christmas presents for people. On top of it all I have a bunch of end of the semester papers due that I am having trouble getting done since I am getting sick and headaches from looking at a screen. At the same time as all of this I am trying to plan my wedding for next year and buy a house with my fiance and its all so frustrating. We cannot afford to have a big wedding and no one is helping us financially or even helping me plan. I just want to elope with my fiance at this point and have no one there because everyone is getting so opinionated and unhelpful and the day isnt about them. I keep having panic attacks about all of this but my fiance doesnt understand. I feel so out of control I just dont know what to do |
Question: Should I propose to my boyfriend? Posted: 01 Dec 2016 04:52 AM PST We talked about getting married a lot. I thought he will pop the question very soon. But yesterday he said that he wants me to propose to him. I am confused. I wonder if he even wants to get married now. I will appreciate any response. Thank you. |
Question: Can you tell me some Legit marriage matchmakers or Agencies in Russia? Posted: 01 Dec 2016 01:24 AM PST I am interested in getting a ukrainian or Russian wife. I've been doing some research for the past couple of months. I even tried out Anastasiadate, loveme.com, International Cupid. But the money I spent there all felt wasted. I realized that it was too stupid to simply trust their overpriced 'virtual mails' as according to alot of sources, most of them are scams or partially scammy. That's why I think going to U/R personally to meet women would be great. I have researched a foreign affair and while I don't have a problem with the price, I am skeptical about their 'ways' of arranging socials and dates. But about 1,2 weeks ago a friend of a colleague of mine (who has a ukrainian wife. I went to their house yesterday and saw the couple. They've been married for 8 years now) told me to try out daisybrides or kievconnections for Ukrain. As he met his wife (2 years older than him, a moderately hot black haired girl from kiev) through kievconnections. I digged around the net and didn't really find any problems. I actually quite liked it even though they don't have a rooster as huge as AFA. So for Ukrain, I got daisybrides and kievconnections. Is there any for russia? A similar LOCAL marriage matchmaking agency with reasonable price and a good rep? Thanks. |
