Hello, I am a 23 year old male and I am currently in a homosexual relationship with my 27 year old boyfriend of 5 years. In the entire time that we have been in this relationship, we haven't been intimate a single time and we haven't done anything past making out, because I am afraid. Um, I was sexually abused by my father for almost seven years of my childhood and it was a physically painful and emotionally terrifying experience; I have this irrational fear now, that having sex with my boyfriend will be just as painful and scary. Which I know is stupid because my boyfriend is a gentle guy, with all the patience in the world, but it is still scary to open myself up in that way to him after everything that happened with my father. It's not that I don't trust my boyfriend, it's just I am afraid of the pain that comes with sex and even though I have been to countless doctors and therapists/counselors for help, nothing seems to make me feel comfortable with the idea. I really want to share this type of intimacy with him, because we do plan to be in a long term relationship, but I don't know how to get over my fears. I haven't told him what happened at all and the one time we ever attempted sex, but I ended up slapping him when he started doing things because I got so frightened. I really haven't had an excuse for him and he is starting to worry, so I need help either figuring out how to get over my fears or how to tel him about what happened so that we can try and work around it?

so im 19 (boy) and this week i went to a chalet with my friends(they re 15 to 19 yr old). So it was like 6 pm and and we re preparing to go out and grab some food . He knows the scent gives me a headache, He wouldn't change when I said I smelled it (he just yelled and said he didn't smoke), my mom has cancer so I'm trying to avoid smoke because I'm more likely to get cancer. My boyfriend knows I'm concerned about cancer but starts a habit? He didn't smell like it when we first started dating so I know he didn't smoke. We live together and we also have a baby (smoke isn't good for babies either). I even suggested smoke but change when he's done or vape instead just so the smell wouldn't bother me. Because my mom got upset that me and my bf argue a lot from time to time and she's seen me in tears before so she told me he can't spend anymore nights. And when I told him that he got all upset because he says that all couples have arguements and all. (This is the first relationship with arguements I've had in my life.) and he tells me it's gonna change the way things are and that he won't see me a lo, mornings and nights because I get out of work at eleven at night. I tell him nothing's gonna change. Only the sleeping over part is gonna change but that's it. But he still upsets over it and tells me he won't know where I'm at on my days off because he works mornings to the afternoon etc. I don't know what to do. He's not happy about this. Last year this boy and I hooked up. We did not have sex, it was oral sex. I was just trying to get attention and just doing everything wrong last year, not a good experience. Im not sure how to help my boyfriend. Technically hes long distance so that doesnt help, but hes emotionally drained bc his father "hates" him. His father doesnt like anything he does or says and hes yelled and hit a lot for no reason. His dad seems like he has anger issues tbh. But idk how to help my boyfriend. I had some old toys and childhood keepsakes that were stored in the basement. One day, I went downstairs to the basement to search for my stuff and found out that all of my toys and things from my childhood are all gone! When I ask my dad about it, He just simply said, 'welll I thought you don't wan't it anymore, so I donated it to the thrift store. He just assume that I didn't want the stuff anymore without even asking me. If he doesn't want my stuff to be in his basement, he could've just tell me about it, I'm more than willing to put my stuff back into my living room. He didn't even bother to ask me about it. I really don't understand why does he do that? I was quite shocked by this because he had never done such a thing like that before. In the past, he rarely even goes through my stuff and throw my things away without asking me. My dad is a short tempered man, I was afraid to ask him for an explanation. So I asked my mom to do it for me. When my mother confronted my dad about it, he get angry, defensive and ignores her. He doesn't even bother to give any explanation.

Okay so me and my ex went out for about a year and I think its fair to say we were in love when we in a relationship. we broke up a couple months ago because she thought she saw me trying to talk to another girl. I've fought to get her by blowing up her phone constantly calling her and texting the first few days after breakup. I soon stopped calling and texting afterwards and we stopped speaking to each other in class. but lately we've been speaking to each other whether its just hey or bye. And I've noticed she's started to come around me more like I was having a conversation with my friend that was a girl and she came over and talked with us.And things were going good it seems like we could almost be friends again but 2 days ago I wasn't in the mood to speak to anyone and we ended walking by each other without speaking, and im guessing she was waiting on me to speak first. so the next day in class when I tried to speak to her she told me "dont talk to me" it front of the class. and later that day in class I over heard her talking to one of my friends and I over heard myfriend saying "he just doesn't know what he wants" so im guessing the conversation was about me not being consistent with speaking to her to say things were progressing. so today she came in my class and I noticed her at first but I then thought she left and afterwards I went sat at a table in the back of the classroom and I was doing work I heard a girls voice that sounded my ex's but I wasn't sure. : I heard the girls voice say allot of things that had to do with relationships and her being single but i wasnt paying attention mostly because I didnt know who it was but I do recall her saying" I havent been talking to anyone, and I really havent been talking to any athletes". (Im a football player) So when got up a realized it was her I spoked to the person she was speaking to which was another football player and then she spoked to me and said hey. which confused me because the day before she said dont speak to her. But tomorrow I wanna know if I should send her this poem I wrote about her, which most girls I sent it to said they liked it but I feel like there's no point in trying to to do that if she really doesnt like me

He's in his 30's now. When we met I was young and he was in his mid to late 20's. He did a lot of messed up stuff to me and I kept running back to him. I'd never do that now. We both moved on and got into other relationships, and I truly do not have any type of feelings for him anymore. We didn't speak for about 2 years, but he came back in contact with me in the spring. When my most recent relationship ended, he would constantly tell me he loves me, I'm an awesome person, he was in a bad spot in life at the time and I didn't deserve what he did, etc. And trying to get over this breakup he tells me again that he loves me. In what context is that? He also now lives in a different state, and every time he comes home he pushes to see me but I don't make much effort because he's not a top priority. He's even still trying to push me to take a weekend trip with him somewhere. I'm not sure what he wants but I avoid him not for the fear that I will have feelings again, but that he will. I don't think he is a person that would ever change even though it's been 6 years since we first started dating.

Basically I have a very good friend (of the opposite sex), we have been gd friends for a while now and we are cery close. She is beautiful, kind and funny. As you can imagine over time I started to get feelings for her. My mom planned a really nice evening for us today . First we went to get bagels and coffee ,then looked around at a store. Went to go see a movie ,met up with her friend and her daughter ,after the movie we went to ubran outfitters, and another store .but it felt rushed being with them and it just put me in a bad mood. I just didn't feel like talking and smiling much,even when we went to lunch. Ever since then my friends mom has acted weird towards me. She is married, but will say comments like "I remember when my husband had a body like yours" and "you must do squats, look at that butt". she always does it when no one is around. I've officially lost all of my friends, I didn't really have many because I'm a little shy or shunned by a group. I'll be going to college soon so I know it shouldn't be such a big deal but I don't know why I can't make or keep friends. I just want someone that's there for me.
