Sophomore year, I transferred and she stayed at the school. Well it s Christmas break and we re both Home, but we are going back to the college town where all our friends are for New Years to see them. She has a BF that lives there to and me and her were planning on leaving Friday and taking my car and staying 4 nights there. Now she wants to leave Thursday by herself (I can t leave Thursday) and basically just ditched me and I ll have to drive myself up there on Friday. I don t particularly like driving there by myself cause it s about 4 hours away but I ve done it several times before, I just don t like it and she knows I get driving anxiety when I have to go further places by myself. Anyways, I m a little annoyed because I feel like she s ditching me for her BF and she changed the plans on me last minute and I feel as though it s kinda of like her sa"sorry I m leaving a day earlieown.... bye!" and I m frustrated with her right now because of it. I mean we re already staying there 4 nights and she will get to see him all the time while we re there because we will practically be staying with her BF and the rest of our friends who are all roomates while we re up there. She said she wants alone time with him, but like she ll get plenty because she will be staying in her bfs room and I ll be staying out in the livingroom. Should I be annoyed? |

At times they flirted with me & told me how beautiful I am & just gave me endless compliments & at other times they would be super laid back & I would just question if they were still interested. One of the guys, I truly thought was going to be the one. We have so much in common: hobbies, views on life, activities, & he even told me that I'm someone he could see himself being with. Both of them seemed genuinely into me & actually wanted to get to know me & were not only after sex. I didn't hook up with either of them but we did flirt. I think I'd take it a little more personally had I hooked up with them & then be told that they only want to be friends with me haha. Their both really nice guys & I know they didn't mean for me to have felt lead on or played. They both told me that they only want to be friends, which is great, it's not a bad thing to remain friends with someone you clearly like as an individual regardless if they are romantically interested in you or not. This does get me wondering however if I give off too much of a friendly vibe which I guess could be a turnoff? I don't want to have to constantly open up to new guys just to have them only want to be my friend in the end. I'm moving to LA to pursue my career once I finish school so perhaps this is life's way of telling me to stop seeking a relationship until I move there. | Question: How to deal with drama after a promotion? Posted: 28 Dec 2016 07:16 PM PST I was just recently promoted in my job, which would be a huge reason to celebrate; except I might have lost my best friend because of it. He and I were coworkers and both of us were gunning for this promotion. But when I got the position he became very indifferent towards me and doesn't seem to serious about the fact that I am his supervisor now. He is well liked by everyone in the office, but now he thinks he can get away with to many things, including cheating on the hours he puts in at work (which he has been busted for before) and showing up to work late. How do I de al with this? |

It's been 4 months. I dont know what to do. It's my first relationship so it would be my first kiss. We're both sophomores. |
