My dad has been really abusive to my mom for a while and my mom wants me to give a statement about how he's been hurting her and me. I told her I was on board but i'm kind of afraid now. My daughter is 16 and has a baby, but I feel like she is a very irresponsible mother. She moved to another state with her friend and her mom and as far as I know (from what her friends told me) she has people over all the time, smokes, is always away from the baby, hooks up all the time, etc. She is hardly ever with the baby (probably 3 days out of the week) and she has gone to jail quite a few times and she feels bad for him because he "is going to be away from her" for too long when she puts herself in these situations, like driving without a license and speeding, etc. I don't know what to do. I've called her friends mom multiple times and she says shes good but I know its a lie. The baby daddy is hardly in the picture and her friends mom is always stuck with the baby. What do I do about my daughter and how can I get her to step up and be a mother?

I have a job at a small chiropractic office. It's a husband and wife who own it and the husband is nice but the wife is terrible. Within the first week of working there she threw a X-ray gown at my coworker and is constantly belittle us. I feel so uncomfortable going to work because I never know if I'm going to get yelled for something small. I hate going to work because of it and my coworker has brought her behaviors to the attention of the husband and nothing has gotten better. What do I say when I quit? I really don't even want to give two weeks because I know it will terrible.

I have never felt this state of depression before. It was not a serious relationship and we are only young but he made me incredibly happy. I dated a boy who loved me v much and made out I was perfect.something changed, he started to have doubts, and I felt like he only would stay with me because he thought I was good looking. Ok so a lot of people like my older sister better than me, and I really don't care about that anymore. But what I do care about is lately when I go places people are like "Where's your sister?" Sometimes she'll come home from work in a bad mood like she thinks she's being treated unfairly by everyone...even me, even tho I haven't seen her all day. And she randomly started saying I'm ungrateful and blah blah blah, even though I'm not, and I always say thank you for what she does for me. It's just so annoying when she gets moody and psychotic and it pushes my buttons sometimes cause then I want to argue with her over petty stuff because she has this nasty energy with me for no reason and I don't like how it feels. My daughter has been dating her boyfriend for about 3 months now and I've only met him once, since she moved states away and distanced herself from us. Great Depression was there and you couldn't afford anything, How would you survive?
