Posted: 21 Dec 2016 04:44 PM PST my friend always make her problems sound way worse than they are and always dramatizes everything. she s not narcissistic, and she tells all of our friends she has severe manic depression but doesn t really act it, and don t get me wrong, i see her 8 days a week and spend all my time with her, but i just know she isn t depressed, and she only talks about it around friends but never seeks help. she will tell anyone everything about her "sad" life, but in reality she has a good, priveliged life. i don t understand why she acts this way and i ve tried to see things through her eyes but i just think there is something wrong and the only thing she says is that she s depressed, but clearly it s something more. can someone please tell me something other than she s depressed and i don t know anything about her, because i do she s been my best friend for almost 9 years now and she s never really acted this way. I liked her very much. She was my best friend. 3 years later, I moved to a different school and I was unable to find the close friends I really wanted. In result, I poured my heart and soul on this one friend, even though she had changed and became a bit more rude. But at that time I didn't care. As long as she made me happy. Until suddenly things fell apart. She really hurt me, and I was able to put it aside for 9 months, until now. For nearly 4 months straight, all I've been thinking about is her words, everywhere I go. It's actually making me so depressed because aim not as happy as I used to be, and I don't know when the torture will stop. Even words that pop up in daily life from that conversation makes me feel depressed. I just don't know when I'll be able to let this go and live my life again. |

And that she's been cutting people out and doesn't feel like talking much. but a few weeks later she confessed to me the reason she's depressed. after she confessed, she thought I made fun of her when I did not. I'll be going to college soon so I know it shouldn't be such a big deal but I don't know why I can't make or keep friends. I just want someone that's there for me. Now, I don't know much about him, but acts like a young child, wears dresses and has a traumatizing past. When he moved in with his brother and father, he came to our school, and that's when he was immediatly targeted by my friend group. My friends (and girlfriend) call him stuff like "fag" or "retard" and today they even pushed him into lockers. His brother is an acquaintance of mine, and he briefly explained to me why that kid, let's call him blue, doesn't react to what my friends were saying; he doesn't know what the words mean. But when he got pushed, blue started crying for his brother as my friends just laughed, and I walked away with my girlfriend. The thing is, I want to stop them from making fun of the poor boy, but I don't know how. Any help? |

In middle school, the other females were c*nts towards me because they thought I was weird and constantly shunned and picked on me. Even though the bullying is over as an adult, I've had some fake girl friends who either never claimed me as a friend and dropped me or started hating me out of nowhere. Only older guys are interested in friendships with me, but I am not interested because I don't share similar interests and hobbies with them (such as partying, concerts, and pole dancing) The thing is, is that I want friends NOW. And it s been 2 and a half years and I m still completely infatuated with them, and it sucks because I moved half a year ago and I still can t ever stop thinking about them. Theyre a really good friend and I d be really upset if I had to take them out of my life, but I m legit in love with this person and it s the most painful thing ever to think about them because the chances of a relationship ever happening are slim to none. My question is if someone can have high functioning autism and NPD at the same time. Or even be a sociopath. My cousin is diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome but also is very self centered with a delusional Image he thinks people see him as. Besides that he will put someone down any chance he can get. Usually it's passive aggressive but since he's so bad at it other people can tell what he's doing. For example if someone has a scar on their face he will go on and on about how smooth his own face is. This other time my friend was over who is premature balding. My cousin started going on about how he (my cousin) needs to get a haircut. Or he will try to embarrass you in front of people by asking personal questions he knows the answer to already. Another thing is he will start "busting chops" but when people start to do it back he gets all offended. One time he started doing that with my one friend and they kept going back and fourth and gradually my cousin started bringing the dudes personal life into it in a disrespectful way and then when my cousin could think of anything else he spit in my friends face and I had to stop my friend from beating his ***. I then started yelling at my cousin for doing that and he said "I don't take **** from anyone" even though he started it I even told him he's the one who started with the whole ball busting and it's like he couldn't comprehend that other people have feelings or he just doesn't care. | Question: My boyfriend keeps eating all of my food? Posted: 21 Dec 2016 10:26 AM PST Okay so this has been going on for a while now and I've become so angry because of it. My boyfriend and I live together and we have been together for about two years now. We usually split the food shopping 50/50 but he also eats the majority of the food. Anytime we buy snacks they are gone within a day or two. I like to save my junk food and make it last me but he eats everything straight away. I have a big sweet tooth and will often run down to the shop to pick up some snacks and he will just help himself and eat ALL OF THEM and leave me nothing. I have said it to him so many times that it annoys me and he always apologizes and replaces them (when i make him) but he just continues to do it. I don't want to fight over something as stupid as food but I just find it so rude and disrespectful. I used to not mind so much because I made more money than him but I had to quit my job a month ago due to illness and I now have very little income which he knows. I spend my money very carefully to make sure I have food to last me but he eats everything. For example I spend the last of my money yesterday on a few things we needed for the house like bin bags and washing up liquid and the only thing I bought for myself was a packed of juice boxes.I had 2 of them yesterday and woke up this morning and he had drank the other 4 while I was asleep leaving me none. He is perfect in every other way but this is so annoying to me and I dont think I am over-reacting. Any help or tips welcome. |

I never went to a teen disco as I was way too shy and didn't have friends so I've never really went out and don't know how to do it all. But my other friends have. There isn't a big group of us going only about 3/4. I get along with alot of people in our year and have like other friends that will be there but my friends don't really talk to them, so will it be awkard Coz i don't want to leave them. Our usual big group won't be there but we have other groups that will be there from a different school. I was always crying, even before I turned 7 because I didn't have any friends and my sis did. I don't have enough space to go through everything, if you want more details I will comment on your answers. anyway, I would always go to pick my sis up because it was the closest thing I had to friends, was watching my sis's friends. All summer they hung out at Kaylas house with Emmie (the new girl). And I saw them all riding horses(emmie had a ton of horses) bareback, and they were racing the horses and laughing. I wanted so badly to be friends with them. I turned my head away so my dad couldn't see me cry. I think he knew. They all rode up and my sis was like "Oh I have to go" and they all instantly started the usual "Ewww its Graaacie" (I am gracie) "RUN ITS GRACIE" "Grace, Grace the rabbit face" ( I had a rabbit who I hung out with) Now I am 15, and my sis will refuse to even talk to them I know that nothing happened, my sis is just being dumb. she refuses to talk to anyone unless they are male, and she tries desperately to seduce all young boys within a 3 mile radius. Why did she end up with the fun childhood? I wor for everything I get, I worked so hard to get friends, and I had none. she never works and gets EVERYTHING. What did I do to deserve this? |

I just want to be able to talk to someone about what I'm thinking. I don't want to talk to my parents because i just dont feel comfortable and it is just awkward for me to talk to them, Plus they are always at work. So what do you do when you are lonely? I never had a gf before or dated.Should I start? I do have friends but sometimes they are not around or they are busy. Especially with Christmas coming around, i am going to family gathering, but family gathering are something else to me. I'm a full time student so I don't have job right now. I am looking for an internship. I'm graduating in may 2017. I'll appreciate your answers. |

I don't know why I don't have any male friends. I'm not a super extreme masculine tough guy but Im not a nerd or anything. I'm on the shyer side but I can definitely talk to people easily. Not that I don't like having friends that are girls but sometimes I'd like to have a friend who is a guy since sometimes there are things that are more relatable between males. So any tips on how I can make more male friends? Is there a reason I don't have guy friends that I'm just oblivious to? Thank you! |

There's this girl, let's call her J, who is in gifted because she's super smart. Apperently. She sits next to me in most of my classes, and she always gets C's on tests. Everyone was wondering, so I asked her, "How did you get into gifted when you aren't that smart?" She said I was being mean. How? I was just curious! Anyway, I asked er again later, because I was still curious. No matter what time I asked, she kept on ignoring me. She ended up telling the teacher. WTF. She said I was being a bully. Why is she being so sensitive? |

I really liked Her and regarded her a good friend even tho we've never been 'best-friend close' but today one of my friends told me that just today she told her that she shouldn't be hanging out with me because I'm so annoying and everything I say wrecks her head. My friend also said she always reads me. When I heard this I genuinely was really hurt. My friend did back up for me and then walked away from her and I'm glad she told me. But I don't know I should deal with this. I'm obviously not going to pretend like this never happened as I am deeply offended but I don't want to cause a scene. Do I confront her about this? Should I jut ignore her and not talk to her anymore? Should I text her? How do I react? |

She told me to leave her alone, so we spent a month without talking and she deleted my facebook. Last week on Thursday i got flowers delivered to her house. that same night she told me that they were beautiful and that she loved them....... 2 night ago I wrote a sweet text to apologize once more time but she did not answer !!! she also never responded to my friend request on Facebook. I feel like maybe she hates me??? any advice |

I don't drink or smoke and I'm the schools icon student. However I have a tomboy attitude. I'm girly in school to hide my tomboy attitude. But I'm straight forward and I don't like liars. I'm honest and friendly and I have a lot of different personalities to help me overcome any situation in life. I'm on social media but I don't use it because I believe my life to be private it's not anyones business where I travel or what I like to do in my free time. I love and cherish my friends but sometimes I'm forced to abandon them if I have problems in school in order to protect them and not to make them involved. I'm not really a feminist but I believe there should be more to a girls life than just having children and dating people. Personally I want to travel the world. I've been to a lot of places already and I've met all different sorts of people from different backgrounds who I made irreplaceable friends with. I'm also asexual and I think life should be way more than what people really think it is. I don't believe in love but I do believe in physical attraction and wanting someone to be with you forever. Whenever my friends have problems or need a shoulder to cry on I'm always there. I've always protected my friends and cherished them even if it meant giving up my free time. I've received a lot of hate in life for being different. Am I the only girl like this? I didn't say I think I'm better than anyone else. I treat everyone the way I want to be treated. People who said I haven't made real friends know nothing about my life. I was constantly bullied and made fun of for being a foreigner and different. Then I found similar people, people who accepted me for who I was and never abandoned me. We became friends and looked after one another and still do in school. We cherish another and if something happens to one of us all of us care and protect us. |

Every time she has a problem she come running to me and putting me into the problem and every time she does that everyone want to fight me just cause she put my name in tothe problems and this isn't the first time she has done this. She always get me scared that she will fight me because she has anger issue and sometimes she can't control it and she wants to start fighting random people and i get scared sometimes i will be the one she will hit to get some anger out. She is also bipolar. So one moment she is fine and the next moment she is having angry and the next moment she is complete quiet. At times I just want to stop being her friend and stay far from here but i that hard when you go to a really small school and she has fighting problems. |

For 3 years he was her happiness, she was going through abusive relationships and bullying and he swooped in like a knight to protect his princess. They fell for each other but he broke it off with her for personal reasons and issues. Now she s yelling at him and threatening to kill herself because of this. She s not kidding either, actual suicide watch had to be placed on her. I know he still cares deeply for her but she s blaming him for her pain and if she dies, he ll blame himself. He s gonna go with her, he ll die if she kills herself because of guilt. I ve been trying to explain to him that it isn t his fault if she chooses to take her life but he won t listen to me. I dont know how to keep him alive, they re both being selfish, if he leaves he s leaving behind a best friend who talks to him and only him about everything, a mother and brother who loves him dearly, and tons of other friends. I can t handle this anymore, I have no idea how to help him. Does anyone have any advice or any professional numbers I could call? |

Posted: 21 Dec 2016 06:54 AM PST I have been out with my girlfriend for 6 months now, i was introduced to her by her best friend who is guysand someone i know i can trust that has known her for 10 years. We hit it off and everything was well, my girlfriend is still married to her husband but is going through a divorse, she has sent papers in but they got rejected due to some information she didnt provide, she says to me that she will soon send the papers again. Now while being with her on her facebook profile it still says her husbands last name and there's a old picture of them back when they were in high school and it says "The love of my life" her best friend told me she keeps it like that because of her husbands family, she doesn't want to answer certain questions if she ends up changing it. So i let it go for a couple of months until one day me and her got into a fight and i complain about the facebook, and she tells me that she does not care what his family thinks and that they know shes going through a divorse with him. She hardly every updates her facebook, and one time she put up a picture of her and him and her 2 kids as the cover photo, that pissed me off and got into a really huge fight over it, she kept telling me that its only a pic. trying to make me feel like im wrong. She says there's a pic of him and her oldest daughter on the fridge, so thats why she doesnt see it as a big deal. She told me that she will delete her facebook, but why take the pic down and put up a new one if you are going to delete the facebook. Then weeks would pass by and she would say she has not gotten around to it, this basically was pissing me off. Now I told her straight out that she lied to me and that she never intended on deleting her facebook, and now when i bring up the facebook she gets upset and doesn't want to talk about it. |

I don't know what to refer to them as, since they look like a guy, but wear dresses and makeup. Anyways, he acts like child. He has to take special classes, and stuff. Now he has a half brother, who acts completely normal, but he's been in my class since forever. The new kid acts like a child should, but he doesn't know anything about anything! He looks completely normal, yet he acts like a child. His brother has been my friend for the longest time, and he says that the new kid had lived through some traumatizing things. My other friends call him things like "retard" and "fag" (I don't) but I would just like to know maybe what could have happened to him to make him act this way? |

Ive without a doubt always kept the friendship first. he always tried to find ways and excuses as to why he just disappear after awhile. Recently he went no contact with me for 3months ..and had the nerve to call me as if nothing was wrong. but he did tell me that he thought i wasnt being a friend to him and that my focus was more on liking him. and i was confused because ive been doing everything i can to be there as his friend. I always reach out even if im down in the dumps, i make sure my friends are always good. He doesnt reach out to check on me anymore. its like he doesnt care unless it benefits him now. I dont speak to him, unless he reaches out which hasnt really been the case. but i miss my friendship with him and it feels like hes tryna flip everything around on me when its actually him. will i get my friendship back eventually or am i just right by dropping him out of my life? |
