I have known a few older women who were I shocked I am single and tried to get some younger women to go out with me etc. It used to be there was someone for everyone and women would be more than happy to go out with a professional dude with the job. But today the state is the father. The millennial women don't want dudes with jobs they are so brainwashed by the media they want to be apart of a ghetto Harem with someone who looks like Brad Pitt. Then I have to pay for that welfare etc. These days men are not typically the ones graduating from college as a whole. I have an engineering degree and a engineering job. Why is it said women want dudes who would be the "best fathers" then go for dudes that were partying, doing drugs, and spending 8 hours a working out while I was studying and working hard?

I've been hanging out with this guy for a month. The first time we went out together I wanted to talk with him about work and he turned it into a date which lasted 5 hours. Since then we have been meeting up every few weeks. On our meetings he always opens every door for me and pays for everything even when I insist that I pay half. He asks me questions about my interests and my life and remembers everything I said on the next meeting. He stares and smiles a lot at me for no reason during our meetings and he always wants to prolong them. If we have coffee he asks to go on a walk afterwards or if I want to go for dinner. We end up spending 5 hours together every meeting He hugs me at the beginning and end of each meeting and teases me a lot in a playful way. I was out with him the other day and we were sitting next to each other on the bus and I was talking to him and I noticed that he was staring at my face and smiling for no reason and I felt a bit awkward I'm really confused as to what this relationship is. How can I ask him?

My coworkers keep making jokes about me, talk behind my back . I ask them why don't they make jokes, scream at each other, they said I'm too sensitive. I been there for 7 months. I'm 17 going to be 18 in August and I feel soo very depress because I have not done one thing that a typically teen would do. I have no friends, don't go out, have never had a boyfriends or been kiss, etc...... I feel that once I turn 18 I have to change and can't fulfill the things I haven't done and once I'm 18 that is it I can't anymore. I try my best to take care of my roomate and my pet cat. But my roomate keeps giving me a hard time. I guess I am depressed over not getting hired for a decent paying job. We all 3 desperately need me to have. The cat is loved, treated well, well feed, played with, cleaned after. I forget from time to time, but I think when 1. The weather changes up north. 2. I get a job, that is full time and permanent. 3. I lose weight and get a social life. 4. I make them change the laws and get rid of discriminatory tax credits against women and families in the rust belt, bible belt, east coast, and south east. ( I am working on that plan.) We both share her ( the pet cat). I guess I don't like my roomate not having any faith and trust in me like she should. Sometimes, people have to be assertive and stand for true, actual, respectful, realistic change for good. I never take my negative feelings on the cat. What do you think?

So today is my birthday and tonight we were suppose to be going to Las Vegas. All of the sudden when me and my brother started packing we hear my parents yelling at eachother. So I saw what was happening since the door was open and he pushed my mother on the floor. Now we are in the car while it's raining and we can't drive away because he took the keys. What do we do? He also threaten me and my brother to go in the house and if we didn't he said we would be in big trouble and he would kick us out.

I have noticed my grandfather hitting my kitten. He hates him so much but loves my cat to the moon and back. He has Alzheimer s so I m worried that when I do call him out on it he will forget and continue abusing my baby kitty. How do I prevent this ??? I think he's being dry because I had a discussion with him about his stinginess. We live together and split the bills. He got a super large bonus and spent it all on himself. I asked him why he doesn't ever buy me anything, a flower, some jewelry, a gift card, etc... and he told me because I don't do what he tells me to do. So I reminded him that I'm an adult and it kinda turned into an argument. Then he told me that he wished he never met me. We have a kid together. Since then I just feel hurt but I know talking to him about that will make him argue again so I've been trying to just let it blow over and go back to how it was but he's being cold and dry with me. I currently go out of state to grad school. The school is small, and my class size is 200. I connected with a few people here but I have not really become close with anyone. After the first few weeks, I was not able to connect with new people, as in I tried but failed. Should I still reach out to the people I actually connected with? My program is 2 years long, and I am in my first year. The only thing is since the class is small, people talk to one another. Does that matter though since I only care abut being friends with the people I connected with. My life back home is alright. I met people in undergrad but no one really stuck around. I have friends here and there but I need to get back in touch with them. I have my family back home.
