Question: Am I making the kids pay? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 07:49 PM PST I dated this man for several months; long story short it ended badly. I discovered he was petty, resentful, nasty, unfaithful, mean, and has a fetish for overweight women! However, during our time together our children bonded. I also feel in love with his children. Since he doesn't have custody of his children they will be in town for the holidays. My children wants to spend time with them since they haven't seen them in months being that they live out of town. I'm not certain I should allow this.1 reason is because he's in a relationship and I believe this would be disrespectful to her. 2nd, he and I are not in any way shape or form are and will ever be friends. 3rd, it means I would have to communicate with him and I don't want to. I honestly lack respect for this man due to the things I discovered about him after the breakup and what makes it worse is that he is a Minister. However, I dont want to make the kids pay for my dislike; his or mine. What should I do? What's right? |

She has 1 friend - her "boyfriend". and apparently one month ago she decided she wanted to move to North Carolina with him (he is like the man you'd meet at a bar on a Thursday night, nice, but no job, highschool dropout, etc.) All this stuff happened after her second divorce (my father, then stepfather. I know she doesn't want this, she is ruining her life and I can't stop her anymore.. help me. |

Question: My best friend told me that he is in love with me, but I'm married. What should I do? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 05:19 PM PST Okay so I have been married for a year and a half. We are about to hit four years together. I'm not exactly the happiest in my marriage, I will admit that... but we make it work. The reason for any unhappiness is the fact he cheated on me a few months after we got married when he had to go away for work. Other than that, besides the fact he's somewhat controlling, we are great together. My best friend of a year recently confessed that he is in love with me. We talk daily, pretty much all day. We have all the same hobbies, humor, etc. My husband has similar hobbies, but not like my best friend and I do. My best friend is single, and has been for a few years because he has been heartbroken over an ex. He asked me what I was going to do with this information, and I said, "I don't know. I don't want to lose you, or lead you on... and I can't tell my husband because he would force me to quit talking to you" he is OK with this decision. He said he doesn't want me to act any different, he wants to just continue our friendship. Honestly, there has always been tension with him because he is really attractive, personality and look wise. Neither of us have ever acted on it. I don't know what to do. I've been lost the last couple of days because of this new information. I have been reading a lot of articles online. I have come to the conclusion that he chose a safe new love because of his heartbreak (4+ years ago), OR maybe he told me this because he thought I was going to leave my husband for him? I just don't know why else he would tell me that he loved me? What does he have to gain? I feel so awful. He said that I didn't lead him on, it just happened and that it' a human emotion. I told him that he will find someone else, it's just a phase... he said that he will never settle, etc. What should I do? I have been crying throughout the day because I really don't want to lose him. Am I supposed to just ignore this and go on, hoping it's a phase? I told him that I wanted to keep being his friend and that we should just ignore that. He said okay and seems fine with it, but I feel like he's really hurt. :( |

Question: Will he propose on Christmas? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 04:23 PM PST My boyfriend and I have been living together for a year and have had a lot of conversations about marriage and our future together and basically everything is planned except the proposal! He asked what my fantasy are when it comes to that and I said a few things I thought were cute one being to find the ring in my stocking. That was a while ago and I usually have a bad memory, so I m assuming this is why he told me that wants to put something in my stocking, I gave him the idea, and that its not my Christmas present. Now it might seem pretty obvious that he s planning on proposing but I know he s not the best off financially right now and he hasn t shown any signs of doing any ring shopping. Was he just saying a passing thought or do you think title actually happen. I know, I should just be patient but its hard :) sorry for the writing errors. :/ |

Posted: 10 Dec 2016 12:28 PM PST I've been married for 4 years and I have a set of twins with my wife. Back in 2006 when I was 23 I met a girl while on vacations in the Caribbean, she's from Montreal and I'm from Toronto but at the time I was living in Ottawa so after we got back we kept contact and actually dated for over 6 months I then decided to go back to school and moved back in Toronto and then New York, living there I met my now wife she's from Hamilton, Ontario we eventually got married and now we have a set of 3 2 years old twins. My wife is awesome and I really love her but the problem now is that I'm very confused. After I ended up my relationship with the girl from Montreal I never heard from her again it was in 2007 the last time we spoke but 7 months ago andamp; 7 years without knowing anything about her I met her here in Toronto at a restaurant, we right away started talking she gave me her number, I called her, we went out etc and now we've been dating for over 6 months. I'm falling in love with her, back in 2006 I had the best time of my life with her and seeing her 7 years later and see that she still keeps those gorgeous blue eyes, that radiant smile, that amazing sense of humor and that wonderful personality is beyond me. She says that she never forgot me, she also got married and now she's divorce and has a 3 years old daughter. This situation is driving me crazy, I don't know what to do. I want to be with my wife but I want to be with this other girl too. Is it normal? Some advice please. |
Posted: 10 Dec 2016 12:23 PM PST She is still upset. Was a silly argument and she started having an anxiety attack. I am OK now, but she is sad because she said I seemed ok if she would walk out. I was mad at the time and didn't care. Thoughts? |
Question: How many young married couples (22 y/o) last? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 12:10 PM PST 2 of my friends got married right when they graduated college, and they're both 22 years old. They both got engaged when they were 20, at the beginning of their junior year. I know this happens, and I know of a few other couples that got married that young but I'm just wondering, do most couples who get married that young stay married, or do most of them get divorced? I really hope that doesn't happen to them but I was just surprised when they decided to get married that young. |
Question: Are children a good reason to hold together a dull or regretful marriage..? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 11:44 AM PST As in, you no longer are interested in eachother, but since you already have a kid, you may as well deal with eachother and not divorce |
Posted: 10 Dec 2016 11:37 AM PST People are getting married to friends, because the sex isn't a part of the equation any more. And the birth rate, and thus the future population of Japan is set to reduce drastically. Now maybe Japan's population could stand to decrease by millions, but what in the world is going on with women not wanting to commit to a life of sex anymore? |
Posted: 10 Dec 2016 10:52 AM PST I just married my wife about two days ago, but today I saw the most sexiest woman alive, and now I don't like my wife anymore. So what should I do? |

Question: A few questions for Women who've remarried after their husband's death? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 09:13 AM PST Do you still love your first Husband? Do you love your second husband as much as the first? How are you able to love another man the same way you loved your late Husband? Don't you feel like cheating? Especially when you have kids with your first husband? Hypothetically, If your late Husband came back to life, would you go back to being with him and leave your new Husband? Thanks. |
Posted: 10 Dec 2016 08:45 AM PST So with Christmas right around the corner my Wife asked me for gift ideas. My list was nothing short of all women's apparel, accessories, Lingerie, boots and shoes and even some new wig styles. FYI she knows I Crossdress and is supportive but I don't dress full time, although I do enjoy dressing up from head to toe and have quite an extensive boot collection already ( over 75 pairs). Should I give more practical ideas or go with what I'd really like? |
Posted: 10 Dec 2016 08:09 AM PST My wife claims that she doesn't have time to babysit because of her work.... as a result she's always asking my mom to babysit. I'm not happy at all! I don't like my wife bothering my mom... My mom deserves respect. I have told my wife that she should take the children to her work that way she can work and babysit at the same time... but she didn't like my idea. What can I do in order to my wife to stop asking my mom to babysit? |
Question: How do you convince your husband he needs a hearing aid? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 07:39 AM PST My husband has a lot of hearing loss. The company he works for gave all the employees free hearing tests and confirmed what I've been telling him for years. He is almost deaf in one ear and has a bunch of hearing loss in the other one. He runs the TV so loud I can't stand to stay in the room. He can't hear the phone ring at night. I've tried to tell him how much he misses because he can't hear people. It's hard for him to join in a group conversation. He refuses to get a hearing aid. Says he's not going to spend $$$$ for something that he won't use. How can I convince him to get a hearing aid? Has anyone else been through this with their spouse? |
Question: My wife says i waste too much money? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 07:37 AM PST About two weeks ago I had to take a toe nail out because it was getting infected. I have insurance it's just that the place I went to didn't accept it. So I paid $300 out of pocket including $200 that my wife helped me with. Today I want to take a moler out because it's hurting me and its going to cost me about $2000 plus the cleaning. The problem is that my wife is angry because she wanted to buy our baby his car seat today. She is 37 weeks and 5 days with our third baby. I think there is still plenty of time. We still have next weekend. She told me 'I work and can't even pay to get my crooked teeth fixed or to go to the doctor to get checked and you waste the only money we've got?' Half of that money is hers, yes. But I don't like having my teeth hurt or my toe nails hurting my toes. That's why there are doctors. How can I make her understand? |
Question: Husbands jealousy about my past relationship? Posted: 10 Dec 2016 06:13 AM PST My husband has recently come to discover who I was in a previous relationship with and it has pissed him off because, 1) who it was with and, 2) the fact that I didn't tell him. My ex and I were engaged and I always felt he was my great love, he is a pretty desired guy but just like it started, it ended. Our reasons for breaking up are private and I was destroyed when it ended but we are both married now and happy. I rarely see my ex but my husband knows him a little through work and he respected him for his work. My friend from back home was visiting and she let it slip who he was and my husbands reaction was not what I was expecting. Now he keeps pushing for more details and why I didn't let him now and making it seem I don't trust him enough to share things. My reasons for not disclosing who my ex was, was that I felt it wasn't important to our relationship and I really didn't want to open up old wounds that I struggled to close and I'm afraid if I go into details about that part of my life it could ruin my marriage, My ex had a powerful effect on me at the time and I am scared it would happen again. Am I in the wrong here? |
