Question: I am socially awkward, boyfriend says get over it, that he had been socially awkward.? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 05:46 PM PST Look I haven't been confident ever since middle school. I don't know why I just find it hard to communicate and I am very socially awkward when talking to new people or ever family that lives out bush. I have been this way for years and my boyfriend says to my mother. Oh I can talk to the family but she can't talk to mine. He said he has been socially awkward which would have been before middle school because he has many friends in middle school and through out high school. He did move around a lot when younger and even countries his from vanautu. i moved schools in grade 7 and I would always be surrounded by two different groups. My best friends would always be a three way best friendship and I would always feel like the one left out, as they would spend more time then with me. In grade 10 we moved back to my original home town and I went too a new school. Got myself two new best friends but still didn't feel like we were very much best friends more like acquaintances. Then I moved again to my old school and never really fit in with all my old friends. My old best friend doesn't even like me and I feel like it's all because I am this person I have made myself to be. Btw I might as well mentioned. I have had depression 14-16. |
Question: I gave my friend tissues? Am I bad person? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 05:39 PM PST I gave my friend a tissue box for Christmas along with a keychain and stuffed animal from Hot Topic which cost around 28$ |
Question: I'm "antisocial"? How do I become less antisocial? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 05:32 PM PST Apparently I was told by some bitchy girl that I was "antisocial." I responded nonchalantly and walked away ignoring her as she continued speaking because she pisses me off. Someone else thought I was antisocial because I'm quiet. How does quietness make one antisocial. How am I supoosed to engage in conversations if I have nothing to say? I'm not very witty but I'm a fun person once you get to know me. How do I become less antisocial?? |
Posted: 18 Dec 2016 05:27 PM PST hi i am a 17 year old girl. i love people. i am a people person but at the same time im not. i find talking to people or interacting with others to be tiresome and exhausting mentally. i love having friends bug i dont have many for that reason. i just dont find a lot people worth talking to or anyone that i can " connect " with on that level. they say if youre bored a lot then youre a boring person. but still, it boggles me. any tips or advice? im really hoping this is some kind of loner teenager phase because when i was younger i used to be so social but now i feel like im just here to watch other people live their lives, if that makes any sense. |

Question: How to get over this depression? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:58 PM PST The story is my ex that I have always deeply loved came back into my life a little over a year ago through our mutual friends. I was emotionally dependent on her and we quickly became best friends again and it turned into a fwb situation. She didn t want to date me but was acting like my gf everytime we were together which was 3-4 times a week. Her life is always full of friends, family, diffrent people, plans and fun things so it was very exciting to be apart of her world. She has a 3 year old and I have a blast spending time with him. But things took a turn for the worst and she started hanging out with her old friends again from back before she had her son who are bad influences (druggie, convicts, lossers, ghetto thugs). She still explains that she doesn t want me as a bf and now she has one of her convict friends living at her mom s house with her. I m basically non existent to her now and she acts totally diffrent like we never had anything between us. My days are filled with women that I don t love and an empty house. My life was so full and meaningful before and now it s empty. Everyone says I m the best guy that has ever been in her life. She s not used to guys like me expecially after her baby daddy of 6 years on and off abused her physically and mentally. My life feels stuck ever sense I fell off with her. We share mutual friends so it s hard to kick her out of my life and still be friends with the group. My life as a whole feels stagnant and empty now. Plz help |
Question: My Best Friend And I Are Slowly Growing Apart? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:56 PM PST Hi! My best friend and I are both sophomore guys (he just truned 16, I'll be 16 in a couple days). Back at the end of our 7th grade, he moved to a different town, and we no longer went to the same school. Even though that put stress on our friendship, we were still able to go over each other's houses and talk to each other on Xbox Live. Well at the end of our 8th grade year, his Xbox broke, and we couldn't talk on Xbox anymore. That put a little bit more stress on our friendship, be we were still able to hang out. Well over this summer he got a job at McDonald's, and now we can barely hang out anymore. That's when the stress started to slowly break apart. This is breaking my balls, because we've been best friends since we was young. We go way back, and it used to be us vs the world. It ain't like that no more, and it's killing me. What do you think? |
Question: Is it okay to slut shame a model? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:55 PM PST So me and my friend are both 12 and we were looking through Instagram pictures of Victoria Secret angels. There's this model who's only either 18 or 19 and she looks like a slut. We eventually got bored of all the social media searching so we decided to find out more about her and it turned out she lives in our very city with her parents and she's met up with people in public before. We know based on the info about her hobbies and her school and home life that she loves shopping and hangs out at this popular mall that's within our bus distance (where we are we're allowed to go to public buses alone at 12). Is it okay if we and a group of our other friends go and tell her straight up that she's really slutty? We've also read that she's been bullied in middle and high school and had mental health issues when she was about our age because her parents never really did anything and the school refused to do anything. I wonder how mentally crazy she is now. |
Question: Is having only one friend weird? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:51 PM PST i have a really good friend who i tell everything too and we laugh, and i love to spend time with her. i would consider her my best friend, and she would consider me hers. we are both in the same boat, we both have "acquaintances" but no other true friends besides each other. i'm in high school. is this weird?? i've tried to make more friends but i'm shy (so is she) and i don't have much in common with anyone i talk to except for her. advice? |
Question: Gift ideas?!?! (Boss and old family friend)? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:49 PM PST I have to buy a gift for my boss and an old family friend (male). Both are over 40 so no cheeky gifts, especially for my boss. I'd like both gifts to maybe be 60-70 and below? And the one for my boss has to be a family gift because it's for him and his wife. My boss is white and the family friend is Asian if that helps. No gift cards, candles, or food items. ~ thank you so much |
Question: Making friends at a private school? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:47 PM PST I'm a 16 year old guy. My parents recently came into some money, and they've decided to send me to private school. I've been there before during orientation, but tommorow is my first actual day. There's no dress code, but what I can see during the orientation, most MOF the kids dress pretty preppy. I'm more into leather jackets, denim jackets, hoodies, skinny jeans and boots. I'm worried that some of the kids are snobby. Are they? Or are they nice? How can I fit in? |
Question: Why don't I like hanging out with my "friends"? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:40 PM PST I hang out with them at school, but I don't really like socializing with a lot of them anywhere else. Is there any particular reason for this? I have a really close guy friend I hang out with almost every weekend because he's the only one I can really stand |
Question: How can I make up with my guy friend? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 04:38 PM PST I have a guy friend that is a virgin and is 21 years old. He occasionally jokes about hiring a prostitute to get rid of his virginity. I on the other hand lost my virginity a long time ago. Anyways, it bothered me so much that I had made plans and cancelled on him three separate times because I really did not want to hang out with someone that talked like that. He has been there for me in times of hardship in the past though. He sent me a text saying that it was disrespectful of me to make plans and cancel then reschedule and cancel and so on. He said that he was standing up for himself and wasn't going to have any of my nonsense. I replied that I don't know how I felt about him talking about hookers because I wish I had my virginity back and he just freely talks about blowing it. He responded that it sounded like I was jealous and we argued back and forth. Is there anyway we can become friends again? |

Question: How do I get my friend to let this guy go? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 03:39 PM PST My best friend and I are 25. I hate to say it, but she's admitted she has no self-respect and that she doesn't love herself. She actually has hardcore depression and self image issues. She started seeing this guy in late May. She wasn't initially attracted to him, though gave him a chance and realized she really liked him. Over the past several months, she's become obsessed with him and he treats her like crap. He got out of a long-term relationship (almost married the girl) earlier this year and although he casually dated other girls after the ex, my friend is the one he's been seeing the longest. She wants a relationship with him. He has said before that he doesn't want a relationship with anybody. All he can offer is lots of sex and cuddle time. She thinks it's because she's "not good enough". He'll tell her he loves her, when he doesn't. He'll go days without responding to her and then gets upset if she makes him feel bad for not talking to her. There's just so much, he's a prick. We went to two concerts together this year, one being a band that we had started liking all because he introduced her to them and she wouldn't stop listening to them around me. She tried to get him to go with us to that concert and he said "maybe" and didn't end up going and she couldn't even enjoy the concert because she was too busy pouting over him being a douche. My best guy friend passed away a few weeks ago. He and her were friends too, but her way of coping is to not acknowledge the pain his passing has brought her and instead, she spends her time obsessing over this guy. She hasn't tried to be there for me once since our friend passed away. She didn't even go to the funeral with me. She claims she loves this guy, although I think it's just a strong infatuation. He has no redeeming qualities. When I asked her what positive there was regarding him, all she could say was he was cute and that they have things in common and she has fun with him. Big whoop! How do I get my friend to let this loser go? He won't take her on dates, he came over to her house for the first time last week. Usually, she has to go over to his house. He didn't end up staying the night, although she always spends the night at his house. He won't bring her around his friends (minus his roommates), he flirts with many other girls and even tried getting with one while he's been seeing my friend, he got fake-engaged to his best female friend recently on FB, but they deleted that. He's just awful. |
Question: I want to hang out with my friends but my house is ugly? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 03:38 PM PST That's such a stupid question name, I know. So, I have my two best friends that I want to invite over one day over winter break. The only problem is that my house is really ugly and broken. We have 1 bathroom which has a peice of wood as a part of the floor, mold in the shower, the floor is "seperating" itself from the walls (like an inch gap between wall and tile flooring. It's actually laminate tile if that makes sense) My room is always clean and it's a pretty nice room, it's a normal looking room without problems like the bathroom. The bathroom is really my only problem and I'm scared they'll come over and think we are nasty people because of our bathroom. I invited one of my bffs over (one of the bffs im planning to invite back) before and she said the bathroom was fine but I didn't beleive her. We don't have money to move so that's out of the picture. Should I worry or just be thankful? I don't want them to go to school and say my house is "nasty" or something. -Disclaimer: my parents are really cool with having people over and letting us stay up late and eat junk food and etc. Their parents aren't and they know that my parents are "cool" parents and they really want to hang out. I'm just scared of what they'd say about my house.- Thank you, serious answers only please |
Question: Does my best friend take me for granted? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 03:36 PM PST We've been friends for about 9 years now and never really fought about anything along the way and never had any drama between us until lately. For example; she gets really hyper right before bed when I sleep over and will ask me random sexual questions out of nowhere, for a laugh. I usually ignore her questions. Recently I was curious as to how she would react if I asked her an inappropriate question in return. Well.... She was genuinely disgusted and got so annoyed that she went to bed early than usual. Then the next day we went out shopping and I said something in the car about I bet I have Italian in my blood cause my family reunions are full of a butt load of food and loud people. AND SHE WENT OFF. She gave me this 10-minute long speech about how I'm a horrible person because I "offend Italian people". And I listened to all of what she had to say and just told her it's not offensive because that's how people act in a large family. But she wouldn't hear of what I had to say. Then when we got home I changed the subject and started telling her about this easy homemade icecream recipe that I did recently, and when I was done explaining this, I looked up and she had this dead-off-in space-not-even-looking-at-me expression on her face. When I asked her what I just said she just told me whatever and got out her drawing book and continued to ignore me. Then she only shows interest in me unless she initiates the conversation. |

Question: Why is my best friend mad at me. PLZ HELP!!!!? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 03:20 PM PST So first she texted me that she is on the way to the mall I feel like she is trying to brag cause I think she knows I love the mall but we don t usually go there cuz we do not live near it. She called me and said some stuff she would say and she said do you want a squishy bcz we love squishies and I just keep hanging up as a joke. And when I kept doing that she said she would tell this boy in her science class that they both have their number and she said she is going to tell him I like him even tho I barerly know who he is. Then as a joke I said I was going to send him an embarrassing pic of her and she got all sensitive as she likes him but won t confess it. She said if I text him anything she would hate me forever and then she said FOREVER with the 😡 emoji. Then I said it was a joke. She did the 😒 Emoji. And I said I don t even has his number then she did the 😒 emoji again. So I said okay bye and she did the 👋 emoji which means bye or hi. She even try s to brag about her other friends like I m going to my friends party tmro or who is going to be your twin tmro for twin day and she will be like hey how do you make a group chat? Cuz me and my friend are going to be twins tmro. Look she just has to ask me how to make a group chat. She doesn t have to brag in my face! Back to the texting I said hate me for nothing and she said I didn t say I hate you I said I will hate you if you text (the friend in her science class) HELP PLZ? IM SO CONFUSED ON WHAT SHE WANTS FROM ME |
Posted: 18 Dec 2016 03:12 PM PST Sometimes when im for example on my computer I get curious about how people in my class would react if I killed a classmate now I get that it would have serious problems if I did do it so I dont but if I could I cant say that i wouldnt do it. I dont get it why would I want to kill someone if it had no consequences to just see how they would react to their best friend getting killed |

Question: Am I wrong for feeling this way or no? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 02:54 PM PST My "bestfriends" birthday was yesterday. she ditched me to hang out with her boyfriend and completely ignored my text that asked did she have any plans for the day? And didn't hear from her for the remainder of the day. My feelings are really hurt and the next morning she made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. Am I wrong for feeling like this? Am I blowing this whole thing out of proportion? We've been friends for 10+ years and always spent our birthdays together whether dating someone or not. |

Question: What would you do if you found out someone close to you did Marijuana? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 02:46 PM PST I am from an upper middle class background. I have never smoked pot, or done any other drugs. I am against the legalization of pot, however I don't want to ruin this bond. I have many friends that do this, however the person I'm worried about would have never struck me as the type to regularly smoke. I want what is best for him in the long run. |

Question: Why did she completely ignore me? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 02:14 PM PST I'm a girl and I used to live in a flat with this other girl. When we lived together, she never made any effort to speak to me. The only time she would was when she was in a good mood because something great happened to her that day. All other times she would act like I didn't exist. She also bought a clock and stuck in in the shower because she used to complain a lot about how long i would take to shower. She would write long messages to me accusing me of spending ages in the shower and drying my hair for too long The other day I saw her and she was talking to this guy and the guy stopped talking to her and talked to me and congratulated me on a piece of work I did and she completely ignored me and looked at me coldly What's her problem? |

Question: I apologized and now it's awkward? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 01:38 PM PST I apologized to my professor for giving him mean faces everytime he gave me bad marks, but he didnt give a **** and said he didnt understand what i was apologizing for (even though everytime i saw him he gave me a very angry look, but was very nice and fun with everyone else). I feel awkward now because: 1) he didnt even seem to know what I was apologizing for, which makes me wonder that maybe the apology was unnecessary and kind of inappropriate/breaking the student-professor barrior. 2) i kind of got emotional because I just felt really stupid for being so immature, and i was embarrassed as well (i hate apologizing just like everyone else I think), and maybe that was inappropriate as well 3) embarrassed he may talk about it with his collegues/friends (I already have a bad reputation at my college and dont want things to get worse.. i was trying to make them better..) Thoughts please |
Question: Is my friend overreacting? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 01:28 PM PST I have a guy friend that I was going to hang out with. However, I had to cancel on him because I was invited to a party, so I told him about this at the last minute, but said I would like to reschedule. We then rescheduled for a few days later and then something else came up, so yet again I cancelled on him. In the past month, I pretty much have been ignoring him so I think he has been getting upset with me. After cancelling on him twice, I asked if he would still like to meet up. He responded by saying that I was being disrespectful to him and he is not putting up with it anymore. He went on to say that if I got dumped at 5 am in the morning and I needed to talk to him, then I should not call him anymore. I have called him at 5 in the morning once because I got dumped by a guy and I have called him at three in the morning to pick me up after I guy dumped me once and left me on the side of the road. Is he overreacting? |

Question: I went to a high school ball and my friend took my date away? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 12:43 PM PST My friend started talking to my date and then they talked and danced. I sat alone and tried to have fun but very dance I go to weather it's friends or a date everyone ditches me. I'm really f'in tired of it. It makes me sad and I have social anxiety and hate people looking at me. Is it normal to be mad? Neither of them realize what the did wrong my date was a friend I mean we went together with corsages and stuff but it was as friends. I have feeling for him and my friend knows that. Would you be pissed too? I still talk to him. But not my friend she should have known that I liked him and she can't do that. He shouldn't of let it happen either. I feel this is more rage then question but still |
Question: I think my best friend is gay and afraid to come out? Help!? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 12:38 PM PST Ok so, my friend, -let's call him- Ryan has been my best friend for about 6 years. I'm 24 he's 23. He doesn't "look" or "act" gay.. He drinks beer with us and watches sports, knows a car inside out, hunts, doesn't dress feminine, goes with us occasionally to strip clubs, and is just very masculine in general. He says he has a girlfriend whenever we ask him about it, but we've never seen her and he tries to avoid the subject. I've also seen him looking at guys whenever he thinks I'm not looking. He has a strong alcohol tolerance but when he does get hammered he has absolutely no word filter. One night we were on our way back from a bar, just the two of us, the other guys went with some girls, he kept blabbering on about something or the other and I -this might've been selfish/mean but I had to know- took the opportunity to ask him about his "girlfriend". He said "what girlfriend?" or something like that, I don't really remember. I asked him again and he started talking about some guy....I have absolutely nothing against lgbtq+ people. but we would probably tease him lightly about it... What should I do? |
Question: Is this as totally inappropriate as it feels to me? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 12:34 PM PST I'm a 20 year old female. Relevant info: (1) My best friends have always been guys, including now in college. (2) I'm also on the club women's lacrosse team at my university. My best (guy) friend has been interested in asking out a girl that happens to be on the lacrosse team for a while. When, in a totally separate, random conversation, he realized that our locker room showers are wide open, communal style, he began obsessively asking me what she looks like naked etc. At first I thought he was joking, then I told him no it wasn't appropriate, and meanwhile its not like I've been staring her down in the shower. But he keeps asking, and more or less says he expects me to go make sure I pay attention and report to him. He keeps saying if I'm really his best friend, and if I have knowledge thats useful to him, I'd tell him confidentially. That I owe him more allegiance than a girl I barely know who happens to be a teammate. I just feel like its really inapropriate, and breaking the trust of shared locker room space. But he seems to take it as a real shot/violation of friendship that I won't tell him anything. Thoughts?!? To be clear, I'm absolutely not seriously considering answering his questions, I'm asking more because he seems SO confident in his view on this, that I'm curious if I'm skewed/biased in my view......or if I'm right that this is really out of line. |
Question: How to convince my parents to let me drive up in the mountains? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 12:29 PM PST I'm 17 almost 18 and have had my liscense for almost a year. My friend, his family, and my other friend are going snowboarding and invited me, but there's no room in their car so I would drive me and my friend. My parents said I can go but I can't drive because it a dangerous drive for a "new driver". I'm good at driving, got a perfect score on my test, and will be extra careful. They still say it's dangerous. How can I convince them to let me go? |

Question: I think i'm in love with my female best friend.? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 11:51 AM PST So I've know this girl since middle school, we're both in high school now about to graduate this year. Shes the closest person to me and we tell each other everything. We hang out every day at her house, and just want TV or listen to music. She also has a boyfriend who knows how close we are, he gets a little jealous that we are together so much but she still wants me to come over almost every day of the week. We have a lot of things in common, we finish each other sentences all the time, and we also know exactly what the other is thinking about. Everywhere we go people think we're in a relationship because of how much we laugh and get along with each other and how close we are. My parents often question me why we aren't dating and I simply reply with "She's not interested in me." and I've always wondered why, I'm a smart good looking guy and we get along amazingly. She always complains to me about all of her boyfriends and how they all treat her wrong, and I honestly can't believe some of the things these guys do, I could easily treat her better. Her current boyfriend rarely even calls her beautiful. I just want some opinions on the situation that i'm, I would give it all to be with this girl. I've even started to try and do better in school and live a healthier life style. |

Question: Am I being unrealistic? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 11:38 AM PST I offered to let a friend stay with me at my apartment because she and her mom were having an argument. She moved in last week, but I didn't know her boyfriend was coming with her. Out of the week she has stayed, he has only been gone for two nights. Their first night, they did help me out by helping to straighten up the house because I work 50+ hours per week. Other than that, I don't see a point in him being here. He's here when I leave for work in the morning and he's here at midnight when I get home. He has no job. Part of me feels I should give him a chance. Another part is looking at him like a freeloader. I have no problem with him coming by sometimes, but he is here more than my own boyfriend. He practically lives here with us when he doesn't feel like staying at his mom's. Am I being unrealistic to expect him to just come and go sometimes? |

Question: Was our boss being mean to us? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 11:08 AM PST I work in an office with 11 other women. Most of us are single and in our 30s. We have a 29 year old great looking and I mean great looking boss. He is also a great boss and a great friend. He is always giving us training so we can get promotions and better pay. He is fun to work for. We like to joke with him and he loves for us to do it. It just makes the day go buy much faster. One day at a staff meeting, jokingly one of us said "Boss, I can not get much work done today". "I am missing a period". Instantly our boss said "No problem, I will get you a new keyboard". We ALL had a GREAT laugh at his answer. It just made our day. In the employee beak room we were still laughing about it and employees from other departments heard us. They told us our boss was being mean to us. We told them we were just having fun. What do you think? Was our boss being mean to us? |
Question: Guy friend's ex still around him? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 11:04 AM PST I have a guy friend who I possibly think that has feelings for me and he gets kind of awkward when talk when we re alone or while I talk to other guy friends. But, I noticed that his ex sometimes comes around me telling him who needs to see him or what he needs to do. Her and I are friendly towards each other and I have no problem with her at all, but the idea of being played by an possible love interest is pissing me off and worrying me. She also told me she is going to attend the same college I attend next fall (He s possibly will to) and majoring in the same college as him, which will turn even more damn awkward. What should I do? |

Question: Is it weird that I am - as a boy - friends with as many girls as I am with boys? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 10:25 AM PST I have as many girls for friends as I do boys, which is apparently odd. I have noticed that the only members of the opposite sex who my friends ever hang out with are their dates, and yet I have many female friends, none of whom I am dating. I have even been to their houses and to their bedrooms, but never done anything romantic. They are as much friends as the boys are. And yet, it is - as I have been told - "weird." I, personally, don't see any issue with having friends belonging to the gender opposite my own, yet I cannot shake the need to confirm the regularity of it. Hence my question, is it odd to have friends from both the X and Y genes? PS: Who liked my genetics joke? |
Question: What drives people to want to make others jealous? and what should I do about it? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 10:08 AM PST I have this friend (with a lot of 'issues') and I always feel like she has to flirt with another guy that shows interest in me or wants to start talking to me just to show that she's prettier than me or to make me jealous. It's honestly just really annoying, but she claims she's on my side and that she's my friend. She sounds more like a frenemy that an actual friend. Why does she do this? |
Question: How do you tell a friend you knew for 3 years that love them? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 10:07 AM PST When is the appropriate time to tell someone how you feel about them? This is my first love and it's really scary step but I know it must be done. |

Question: How Can I Get my Friends to Stop Being so Polite? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 09:27 AM PST I'm a little frustrated with how some of my friends can act so polite and submissive. It bothers me because I wish I could get the real deal when it comes to them. They don't need to be so courteous around me. How do I tell them to stop and lighten up? |

Posted: 18 Dec 2016 09:10 AM PST I really wanna go spend the night at one of my friends house (its gonna be a 2 day sleepover) and my other friend is over there also (and she is moving soon and i wont be able to see her again after she moves) and i really wanna go but my parents keep saying no. Question: My friend is going to kill herself?!?!?!?! Please help!!!!!!!? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 09:04 AM PST I've known she was depressed for a long time, but I didn't think it would actually come to this. I invited her to my house for a sleepover and then as we're in bed she suddenly tells me that a locked document she sent me a few days ago is her suicide note and she wants me to send it to her parents. I'm so shocked idk what to say. I hugged her the whole night and told her how much she meant to me and everyone else and how smart she was so I knew she'd be super successful one day but she just kept saying "I'm sorry" and "I can't do this anymore" and "I have to" and "you'll get over it one day" over and over again. She said will be dead before the school year ends. She even said she got professional help but it only helped her for 2 or 3 days before the suicidal thoughts come back. I finally told her I will have to tell someone but and she started FREAKING OUT and basically begged me to not tell anyone. Apparently she doesn't want anyone to see her as "that depressed girl" and she said she won't be my friend anymore. I told her I will do what it takes to keep her alive. For now, she promised to try to stay alive. What do I do?!?!? I know I have to tell someone, but who do I tell? And what do I say to them? She'll never trust me again if I tell someone so I'm kinda reluctant to...but I can't just sit around and wait for her to die!! Please please help me. She's an AMAZING friend and she's only 18 and she is very very smart and will be a HUGE asset to the world. |
Question: Do you really need friends or do you really just need family? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 08:42 AM PST To be honest there's no such thing as friends only associates. To tell you the truth I don't have any friends at all and I'm okay I'm not saying that i don't want friends I'm saying that I don't have any friends and I'm okay even though I hate being lonely I'm use to it. I'm use to not having any friends I don't have friends and I'm ok with that |
Question: Friends don't want to hang out with me? Posted: 18 Dec 2016 08:27 AM PST Hi, So I'm a sophomore in high school. Usually my friends and I are really busy with school which is why we don't hang out. At least I thought that was why we didn't. Now it's currently break and I'm trying to schedule a time for us to hang out. When I said I wanted to spend time with them, they said they wanted to hang out with me as well but when it came time to schedule a time they just completely ignored me. I thought I had really good friends but this is starting to make me question that. We haven't spent time together outside of school in I don't know how long. Am I doing something wrong? What should I try doing? Thanks! |
