Look I haven't been confident ever since middle school. I don't know why I just find it hard to communicate and I am very socially awkward when talking to new people or ever family that lives out bush. I have been this way for years and my boyfriend says to my mother. Oh I can talk to the family but she can't talk to mine. He said he has been socially awkward which would have been before middle school because he has many friends in middle school and through out high school. He did move around a lot when younger and even countries his from vanautu. i moved schools in grade 7 and I would always be surrounded by two different groups. My best friends would always be a three way best friendship and I would always feel like the one left out, as they would spend more time then with me. In grade 10 we moved back to my original home town and I went too a new school. Got myself two new best friends but still didn't feel like we were very much best friends more like acquaintances. Then I moved again to my old school and never really fit in with all my old friends. hi i am a 17 year old girl. i love people. i am a people person but at the same time im not. i find talking to people or interacting with others to be tiresome and exhausting mentally. i love having friends bug i dont have many for that reason. i just dont find a lot people worth talking to or anyone that i can " connect " with on that level. they say if youre bored a lot then youre a boring person. but still, it boggles me. any tips or advice? im really hoping this is some kind of loner teenager phase because when i was younger i used to be so social but now i feel like im just here to watch other people live their lives, if that makes any sense.

The story is my ex that I have always deeply loved came back into my life a little over a year ago through our mutual friends. I was emotionally dependent on her and we quickly became best friends again and it turned into a fwb situation. Hi! My best friend and I are both sophomore guys (he just truned 16, I'll be 16 in a couple days). Back at the end of our 7th grade, he moved to a different town, and we no longer went to the same school. Even though that put stress on our friendship, we were still able to go over each other's houses and talk to each other on Xbox Live. Well at the end of our 8th grade year, his Xbox broke, and we couldn't talk on Xbox anymore. That put a little bit more stress on our friendship, be we were still able to hang out. Well over this summer he got a job at McDonald's, and now we can barely hang out anymore. That's when the stress started to slowly break apart. My best friend and I are 25. I hate to say it, but she's admitted she has no self-respect and that she doesn't love herself. She actually has hardcore depression and self image issues. She started seeing this guy in late May. She wasn't initially attracted to him, though gave him a chance and realized she really liked him. Over the past several months, she's become obsessed with him and he treats her like crap. He got out of a long-term relationship (almost married the girl) earlier this year and although he casually dated other girls after the ex, my friend is the one he's been seeing the longest. That's such a stupid question name, I know. So, I have my two best friends that I want to invite over one day over winter break. The only problem is that my house is really ugly and broken. We have 1 bathroom which has a peice of wood as a part of the floor, mold in the shower, the floor is "seperating" itself from the walls (like an inch gap between wall and tile flooring. It's actually laminate tile if that makes sense) My room is always clean and it's a pretty nice room, it's a normal looking room without problems like the bathroom. The bathroom is really my only problem and I'm scared they'll come over and think we are nasty people because of our bathroom. We've been friends for about 9 years now and never really fought about anything along the way and never had any drama between us until lately. For example; she gets really hyper right before bed when I sleep over and will ask me random sexual questions out of nowhere, for a laugh. I usually ignore her questions. Sometimes when im for example on my computer I get curious about how people in my class would react if I killed a classmate now I get that it would have serious problems if I did do it so I dont but if I could I cant say that i wouldnt do it. I'm a girl and I used to live in a flat with this other girl. When we lived together, she never made any effort to speak to me. Ok so, my friend, -let's call him- Ryan has been my best friend for about 6 years. I'm 24 he's 23. He doesn't "look" or "act" gay.. I'm a 20 year old female. Relevant info: (1) My best friends have always been guys, including now in college. (2) I'm also on the club women's lacrosse team at my university. My best (guy) friend has been interested in asking out a girl that happens to be on the lacrosse team for a while. I'm 17 almost 18 and have had my liscense for almost a year. My friend, his family, and my other friend are going snowboarding and invited me, but there's no room in their car so I would drive me and my friend. So I've know this girl since middle school, we're both in high school now about to graduate this year. Shes the closest person to me and we tell each other everything. I work in an office with 11 other women. Most of us are single and in our 30s. We have a 29 year old great looking and I mean great looking boss. He is also a great boss and a great friend. He is always giving us training so we can get promotions and better pay. He is fun to work for. We like to joke with him and he loves for us to do it. It just makes the day go buy much faster. I've known she was depressed for a long time, but I didn't think it would actually come to this. I invited her to my house for a sleepover and then as we're in bed she suddenly tells me that a locked document she sent me a few days ago is her suicide note and she wants me to send it to her parents. I'm so shocked idk what to say. I hugged her the whole night and told her how much she meant to me and everyone else and how smart she was so I knew she'd be super successful one day but she just kept saying "I'm sorry" and "I can't do this anymore" and "I have to" and "you'll get over it one day" over and over again. She said will be dead before the school year ends. She even said she got professional help but it only helped her for 2 or 3 days before the suicidal thoughts come back. I finally told her I will have to tell someone but and she started FREAKING OUT and basically begged me to not tell anyone. Apparently she doesn't want anyone to see her as "that depressed girl" and she said she won't be my friend anymore. I told her I will do what it takes to keep her alive. For now, she promised to try to stay alive. What do I do?!?!? I know I have to tell someone, but who do I tell? And what do I say to them? She'll never trust me again if I tell someone so I'm kinda reluctant to...but I can't just sit around and wait for her to die!! Please please help me. I thought I had really good friends but this is starting to make me question that. We haven't spent time together outside of school in I don't know how long. Am I doing something wrong?
