Question: He wants to wear something to symbolize our engagement as well...? Posted: 05 Dec 2016 08:50 PM PST I have my engagement ring, but he said he wants to wear something to symbolize our engagement as well. I was thinking about getting him a bracelet or necklace. What are the best places to get this done? I've checked out EverMarker, Etsy, and Things Remembered, and I am yet to find something I love for him. Any ideas are appreciated. I plan to give this to him for valentines day. |
Question: I want to marry her, but debt? Posted: 05 Dec 2016 07:01 PM PST I want to marry my beloved girlfriend. The only thing stopping me, is that we both have debt. She owes $6k in child support, and some student loans. As for myself, I have around $10k total with my student loans and credit card. Is it wise to get these paid off before we decide to marry? |

Question: Is it possible to leave your fiance and end things before the wedding day? Posted: 05 Dec 2016 06:49 PM PST I might be living in a whole different world, but personally I haven't seen that happen before so I am curious to know. Like why go through all that trouble to propose and later decide to leave that person? Any thoughts... I thought that when your engaged, you are more secure to your relationship with each other that it makes leaving one another an after thought. |

Question: Wedding ring only cost $99? Posted: 30 Nov 2016 12:01 PM PST I have been married since February and my wife got me a $99 ring. I am not the type of person to be materialistic or anything but when I found out it was only $99 I got upset because I know she spent almost $500 for a ring she got her ex. I thought "wow I take care of everything financially, buy you expensive things that you ASK FOR and you can't even drop a couple hundred bucks on a ring I am going to wear for the rest of my life?? I only make her contribute $600 to our bills which leaves her close to $500/ month to blow on whatever her heart desires. She has asked me to buy her Xbox One, Timberland boots, an Apple Watch...And I always do it. I pay for all our vacations. Am I being petty that I want her to have to actually work a tad bit harder to save for a ring that I will wear forever?? I feel like I give, give, give and she takes, takes, takes and it just doesn't feel like this is equal at all. I don't know. Any insight?? EDIT: I think you all think I expect this ring that cost thousands of dollars. All I want is a ring that will stop turning yellow. I feel like it's so easy to call ME selfish. I love this woman. I would do ANYTHING for her. All I want is a ring (Hell maybe even $300) that will stand the test of time. How is that selfish at all? Also in case anyone is confused...I am a woman. Not a dude haha just so there is no confusion |
