Question: Physics problem. I keep getting (a) wrong, have to write it in Newtons. Please help? Posted: 02 Oct 2019 12:45 AM PDT There are two match officials carry an injured rugby player from a rugby field on a stretcher. The rugby player weights 95 kg and the stretcher is 2.5 m long. One of the stretcher-bearers (bearer A) is able to lift a weight of 60 kg; the other bearer (bearer B) is unsure how much weight he is able to fit. (a) How much weight must bearer B support? (b) How far from bearer A must the injured rugby players center of mass be in order for the stretcher-bearers to carry the load without tipping the injured player out? |
Question: My friend has the same wedding colors as me....? Posted: 01 Oct 2019 10:46 PM PDT For a little while now, I have really wanted sage and blush as my wedding colors. My friend just got engaged and I am thrilled for her! She told me she wants sage and blush as her wedding colors, without knowing that's what I planned to use for my wedding. Not long after she got engaged, I also got engaged. Our weddings are going to be about 4 months apart now. At first I thought it wouldn't be a big deal if our weddings weren't too close together, but now they are close together. We also have a lot of the same friends who will be attending both weddings. I would never in a million years ask her to change her colors. But do you think it will be weird if I use those colors now? Of course it's definitely not the most important part of the wedding, the marriage is. It's not like my wedding or my marriage will be ruined without them lol! But I did kinda had my heart set on those colors and have been imagining my wedding that way for a while. I just don't want it to look like I copied her wedding to all our mutual friends. |

Question: Mom dosent like my idea for my wedding and hurt my feelings? Posted: 01 Oct 2019 04:33 PM PDT So my moms friends are crafty people and offered to help out doing crafty things (decor) for my wedding. We got an idea for burlap leaves and to use them for place cards for the table. They turned out cute and i loved the idea. My mom was being mean over the phone about it to the point her friend took my phone and texted my mom saying it was her and about the idea. That we were just testing out the idea it wasnt a final product. I did buy place cards just incase this idea wasnt liked. Everyone likes it but my mom. My fiancé saw and said he loved the idea. I do not know what to do. He tried talking to my mom too and she said the same opinion that upset me but when my fiancé went on about it she ignored his message but replied about something else. My mom thinks this wedding is about her just because she paid for it even though i offered money hundreds of times and she didnt accept. She only took the money when my fiancé gave it to her. She didnt know half was mine. I really had my feelings hurt. What do i do? If i do not use the place carda i can sell them and get my money back :( |
