Question: Does this mean he wants to be exclusive again? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 06:43 AM PDT Me: What did you mean before? Are we exclusive again? Him: As long as you are good with it. Me: What do you mean? Good with your statement? Him: I'm saying if you're also good with fixing our issues. Me: What issues are you thinking of though? I'm trying to communicate with you :) Him: As I mentioned previously. Anyways I dont want you to bring the necklace part up or neither for nudes simple. Me: Do you mean you dont want me to bring up the necklace topic and you wont ask for nudes? Him: Exactly. Me: I would agree :) Are you seeing other girls though? Him: As friends. |
Question: Why do people ghost? i need advice.? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 06:39 AM PDT I never thought i'd get ghosted but I did and it's honestly the worst i've felt. Me and this boy (both 19) spent three months talking every single day , we would hang out and eventually we started getting intimate . I really saw this going somewhere and the last time we hung out was actually really good but the ONLY thing was that i said no to a "certain sexual" thing bc i wasn't feeling it (it was awkward in a car) He seemed perfectly fine with that, he was actually very kind and sweet. Two days later though he stopped replying to my messages then blocked me on instagram, twitter and snapchat. I can't stop thinking of everything i could have possibly done wrong like my head is constantly full of negative thoughts about myself and what i probably did and i can't stop feeling so low about myself i don't know what to feel at all.. theres a part of me that regrets saying no bc i just miss talking to him every day so much but i should be happy that i didn't let him get everything he wanted right ? i dont know. |

Question: Does he sound like he has issues? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 06:27 AM PDT I went out with this guy... we went to a bar and had a few drinks then walked straight back to his apartment. He lives in Manhattan. We got there, and he has a studio, so no living room, couch, etc. Anyway he was sitting on his bed, and I was standing in front of him. I was saying something, just normal conversation, and I remember him just giving me these dirty looks for no reason. This was our FIRST DATE. This was only the beginning of what was to transpire going forward, it only got worse as I continued talking to him. (Insults, Name Calling) But shouldn't this have been an immediate red flag to me? What's wrong with him? **He is a popular comedian from NYC, I know he isn't going to murder me, so please lets disregard the fact that i went to his apartment with him** |

Question: Should I leave this alone or give it one more shot? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 06:18 AM PDT So, this guy I used to like came back into my life, sort of, by following me on instagram and saying hi. I kindly responded with a hi as well. My feelings for him kinda redeveloped but not to full length as the first 2 times. Considering me and him never actually dated, I thought I'd give it shot but of course take things slow and not jump right into it. So the following day I dm him and try to get to know him a little better. I complimented him and told him that I'd like to get to know him a little more. Everything seemed to be going just fine until he kept leaving me on read. He still likes my posts and views my insta stories, but yet keeps leaving me on read. I haven't messaged him since that night which was 2 days ago. The guy has shown prior interest in me so its hard to tell if he's just bad at leaving people on read or he's subtlety saying he's no longer interested. So, should I try one more time, cut to the chase, and try and get an answer right then and there, or leave it alone? I should specify that when he left me on read, that was the following day and a totally different conversation. Said hi back to me then after that kept leaving me on read. |

Question: Why do these ladies be stalking me for 5 years? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 06:01 AM PDT I showed interest towards a couple of ladies in the past. I basically was like a playa back in the day. But anyways, I apologized to them for that and been working on myself. It's been about four to five years now since I tried to communicate with them. They like to stalk me and keep - up with what's going on with my life even though I live really far. But if I try to be friendly towards them - they make it seem as if I'm bothering them. I just don't understand what there goal is since they like to stalk me but act like they don't want to be in my life. Please let me know what's going on in there head? |
Question: What does this comment mean? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:58 AM PDT What does it mean by "men purchase lavish gifts for their girls and wives out of nowhere is a sign of cheating"? How is that so? Is it because they feel guilt? |
Question: Why does these ladies act mean to me but like to stalk me? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:52 AM PDT There are a group of ladies that I showed some interest in. They don't act like they like me and be mean to me. But they like to follow around often and keep up about what's going on with me. They act like I'm bothering them if I try to communicate with one of them. And if I ignore them it seems to piss them off. I'm so confused on why they do this. |
Question: Why is no ever really happy with their relationship? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:49 AM PDT I'd always thought I'd grow up and eventually find a guy that's right for me. As I've grown up and just started college, I realize that most parents and people who are together are unhappy. The short term ones fall apart pretty quickly, and the long term ones were unhealthy but they still stay. It seems like you get bored of someone you date, and that's that. I would like a try at a real relationship, but I'm scared of falling too deep. The last guy I dated preached that he wanted the same, we had a few arguments and he told me he was too stressed for a relationship. I was understanding but it definitely pissed me off. Will I genuinely love someone one day? |
Question: I’m 23, but feel 15? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:40 AM PDT I'm not talking about a maturity thing. To save you time, I have a very unhealthy codependent relationship with my mother. She has babied me my whole life and controlled/manipulated me in such a way emotionally that it's hard for me to progress. When I do things that should be considered normal for my age, I feel like a kid playing adult. This is probably why (for example) it's hard for me to date and hold down a relationship. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I can do? If you're a mental health professional, please leave me your feedback. Thanks |
Question: How to ignore ex until he leaves? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:35 AM PDT My ex has this year before he graduates. I had too much attachment to him and it was unhealthy. He was also pretty emotionally abusive. So I broke up with him. He always happens to either have the same classes or his girlfriends/girls he talks to in my classes. I have a girl he talks to in one of my morning classes and she always makes it apparent she is messaging him. I hate it. And he always finds a way to talk to me and make me feel weird. How can I get through this til he leaves |
Question: Check sent to me but wrong amount? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:29 AM PDT Hi! So last week I put a post up for a prom clutch on a website. A couple days after, a woman texted me asking to hold it for her, and she would pay an extra $30 for me to hold it. I did this, and 2 days ago she sent me a text telling me her assistant accidentally wrote the check for $1,000. I didn't believe this until I actually got the check in the mail, and it deposited into my account after her telling me to do so. She told me to give her the extra money through an app, but i believe this is really sketchy. What should I do? |
Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:17 AM PDT My mom and dad have a 4 year old fridge, but my dad wants a new one. The offered me and my boyfriend the old fridge. He doesn't want it, but I do. He says we don't need it and they should sell it and make some money from it. My parents don't like it because they just want to do something nice for us which is a big deal in itself. My parents think I don't have an opinion or that my thoughts don't count. I don't feel that way. What should I do? Help! |
Question: Why is my BF uptight about this when he can afford dinners? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:17 AM PDT Him: I'm always fun. You don't know how to be fun. Asking me for a necklace is low. You didn't earn it yet, nor I had the intentions of thinking about it. Me: I guess we are on different pages. I do enjoy time with you but to break a promise. Him: Yea because youre acting like a gold digger. You think by us going down you can ask me to get you a necklace. Yea its not like I cheated on you. Its just a necklace so calm down. Me: But you've said youll get me the nicest. Him: I enjoy my time with you too. But a necklace I cant do. As I am sorry. But other things I can. It's a materialistic object. Why is he uptight about a necklace because he can afford dinners? Does this mean he will cheat? @ sunshine_mel: thank you! do you mean he thinks we are incompatible? A bit after that convo, he kinda "dumped" me but came back on his own. @ LS: thank you! We are in a relationship. Have been for 2 months. He said he didn't buy for his exes too. What is he trying to say by saying I havent "deserved" yet? @ Kelly: thank you! I just need a necklace for validation because I always feel Im giving. I even offered to split costs with him. |
Question: What does it mean when a girl does this? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:09 AM PDT So we were together on the bed and cuddling, I was holding her in my arms and she was talking about how long she had been waiting for me and all the beautiful things she thought of me the first time she saw me. Then I asked her 'really?' And she just nodded and hugged me so tight. At some point a had a sort of pain in the chest (I suffer from a chronic heart disfuction, which is harmless but has symptoms, like sudden contractions). She noticed and held me tight because she knows about it, and then she said 'I dont know what I should do if something happens to you, I dont want to live'. She let go of the hug and started unbottoning her shirt and took my hand and put it on her chest, where the heart was and said it beats just for me. Then she placed my hand on her left breast and pressed my hand on it. I felt extremely embarassed and caught off guard, so I just felt her skin (it was so soft like nothing I had ever touched) but was too ashamed to actually enjoy it. Then she put it a bit more on her breast so that I could take it in my hand but at that point I head my little sister calling me and both panicked and stopped. What did she mean with it? Was it just a touch, or did she want something more? |

Question: What does it mean if a girl shows a guy a selfie of herself and the guy does this....? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:04 AM PDT He says that's why you wanted me to see your picture! And stares at it with a huge grin and smile for a longtime |
Question: Is he joking or being serious ? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 05:01 AM PDT I do not get on with this health care worker. I am bank nurse there do occasional shifts and he always making comments to get under my skin! He's only 21 and I am 29 so I shouldn't let him get to me and I am the nurse. Anyway his latest comment upset me, he asked what uni I went to and when I told him he said something like "oh you can tell you went to that uni compared to another uni" I said well one of the other nurses here went to my uni, he said "she must have had additional training then" he then laughed and said "kidding on". Implying I am crap and don't no what I am doing at least that how I picked it up. He said this in front of entire office. Anyway the other nurse has 6 plus years of experience and I qualified last year obviously she more experienced. I am angry at his comment but I could be overreacting and he could be joking and having banter. I feel like telling manager my issues. Or should I just accept he made a joke ? |

Question: How much sex should I be having this year? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 03:42 AM PDT I am in university for the first time and I just want to know if I'm having enough sex I do it like twice per week sometimes more if I find a guy I like (I don't count morning after quickies, it's still part of the night before). Is that enough? I use all three holes about the same, btw. |
Question: How to hookup for the first time? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:55 AM PDT I'm a college freshman and I know most girls are dtf as it's the first time away from home, and when u mix that with alcohol and close proximity with guys you would think it would be easy to have sex. Everyone around me seems to be having sex while I haven't gone past first base with anyone here. Going to a party and coming back with a girl isn't too hard but how do people hookup outside of parties like while sober? I mean you can't just say "let's go to my room" |
Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:50 AM PDT Started talking to a guy online in early July, he was just looking for fun but once I told him no he stop and then we just started having normal small conversations but most of the time it wouldn't go anywhere so I would stop talking with him and he would always try to get my attention. So I gave in he wanted to try to be something but he's in Texas I'm from New York, he's 24 years old has a good job makes a lot of money but still lives with his mom he has many ex's that give him problems he doesn't even have social media because of them he told me he has problems with his father he doesn't consider him his son the guy has a lot going on. He slowly stop talking to me all the time and stop flirting he basically only text me every few weeks recently it's been every week he talks a bit but then that's it...only once did we speak a bit more and I was telling him a story about a guy and it seemed he got a bit Curious to see if I was with anyone and jealous. He watches my snap stories that's the only social media he has ive done care reading on him and it shows he's faithful not a bad guy has a lot of problems the cards are always on the money for the most part |
Question: What should I do about this guy? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:49 AM PDT He is my coworker and we have an immense amount of chemistry, always bantering and laughing and teasing at work. It's been like this for months, but recently he's been calling me every day, multiple times a day, for like 45 min at a time. He asks me to see him when we're on campus, and his car just broke down, so he was asking me to give him rides to wherever for a week. When we are in group settings, he obviously gives me most attention. He ran 2.5 miles to our work one day I was on shift, saying "oh I figured I could come to work and you can give me a ride home after" and teased around with me, pouring pepper in my drink and making messes for me to have to clean up. Here's the gag - he has a girlfriend studying abroad in Europe. But he doesn't like her and often vents about her, saying he doesn't know how to dump her while she's in Europe but that she wishes she were more like me. I can't be spending all of this time and energy on him if we are just going to be pals. I want more than that. Should I just blurt it out to him? Does he seem to like me? Or is he just bored? |
Question: How do I get my ex to talk to me about the breakup? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:47 AM PDT My ex broke up with me after 5 years and refuses to talk about the relationship and what went wrong. Honestly this came out of nowhere so I try to talk to figure out where this miscommunication came in. I don't know what to do to get through to her and have an actual conversation. She stated when we talk it goes to a negative place. Yet I don't argue with her, but it seems like if I ask her something she doesn't want to talk about she deflects back to me. She has literally blamed everything on me and not to mention she cheated right before she left. I got a phone call after her "break" saying she was done that's it nothing. Am I wrong for wanting some explanation? When she comes by to grab some things from the apartment she always acts like she is in a rush, to busy to pick up the phone. I've given her space. I don't hound with calls and texts. I did ask her to stay but didn't beg. I don't get deal on why she is being so cold and care free after 5 years. |
Question: Was my whole relationship a lie? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:34 AM PDT I dated this girl for 5 and a half years and boom just like that she became a different person. She started sexting this guy and when we went on a team trip out of town they went off alone for awhile (without my knowledge at the time). It's like the lies just keep pouring out of her mouth. Almost as if she believes them herself. I just wonder if she has been lying to me this whole time. I mean we talked about kids, marriage buying a house. Now I feel like it was a bluff, like she enjoyed the attention but never planned to follow threw. U know when people lie you can somewhat tell by the gestures ,postures. And tone changes but not with her. Idk my biggest issue was when we talked about kids she wanted to wait 5 years due to 2 miscarriages from previous relationship were the dudes were less than thrilled to be a father. So she stated she wanted to make sure I was be around for the long haul. Well he we are and prior to this cheating **** I started to bring it up and then everything just changed like she ran for the hills and thought hey it would be a good idea to cheat blame me and haul off..who does that ****? Maybe I'm just venting but why waste my time all these years. I'm 35 now I didn't not necessarily want kids this late but I loved her and knew I wanted to be here so I stayed. |
Question: Have I done him wrong? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:26 AM PDT So I just got out of a bad relationship I had been in. The man I was with was really nasty. Anyway, about a month later, I met this guy in a bar, where they have live music. He is a young guy, in his late 20s, tall, very handsome, and certainly didn't lack for confidence, but not arrogant though. I'm in my mid 40s. We started talking, and things went really well and arranged to see each other again. Well over the course of a few weeks, we started hooking up. Have been doing so for about 6 months now. And I will say the sex has been incredible. He's young, but knows what he's doing in that department. He's a very sweet and decent man . Yet for me he is or was a rebound, and the problem is he's gotten very attached to me. I feel guilty, like I've taken advantage of him. Not what I set out to do not at all, and I figured he'd realize the situation for what it is. Yet I can tell that for him this is the real thing, he wants something real. I'm a little conflicted. I never saw him as a long-term thing, yet I do not want to see him get devastated, not at all. Yet at the same time the idea of him possibly hooking up with another woman bothers me, which I am surprised to feel that way. I really do care for him. He's an amazing young man. The last thing I want is to see him get his heart broken. Yet I still can't handle the thought of him hooking up with another woman. So what can I do? |
Question: Is Sexting cheating? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:23 AM PDT So I found a nude photo that my girl no ex had stored in her phone. And she explained that one night she had a conversation that "went to far" but has yet to apologize or feel like she cheated. I say yes because there is intent and it is intimate. She deleted the messages so I have no idea what was said I'm more pissed that she just blows it off like nothing. But if that was me world war 3 ,4,and 5 would have broken out. |

Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:06 AM PDT So I've been hooking up with a girl for a while now, several months, like 6 or so, and anyway during that time I gotten to like her, and was interested in taking things further than a casual hookup. Anyway, I asked her if I was the only guy she was hooking up with, given she was the only woman I was hooking up with. She paused, looked off to the side for a moment, and then said: "What if I said no?" I have Aspergers Syndrome, a high-functioning form of Autism, which I hate a lot of times and struggles I have, especially understanding certain forms of communication, like body language for example, but I do the best I can. Anyway, I took her answer as a non-direct way of saying: "No you're not, I am hooking up with another guy." I was deeply hurt to hear that, but tried not to let it show, not sure how well I did, but I told her: "I'm sorry to hear that. I really am! Since that is the case, I cannot continue seeing you. I know we weren't exclusive, but even so, I'm not comfortable with the idea of sharing the woman I'm sleeping with with someone else. I just can't do it. Good luck with everything. I wish you the best." After I said that, I walked out her front door, two weeks ago, and haven't spoken to her since. And I have to say that was hard to hear, that I wasn't the only one, felt all busted up inside, and I grieved later privately. Did I interpret her response correctly? And if so, was I rude in how I responded, or the decision I made? |
Question: Was it wrong what i did?Do you think it was justified? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 02:01 AM PDT There was a girl who i asked out and she rejected me.I was cool with that. Until she told everyone that i asked her out and that she rejected me.Because of which people made fun of me and i got bullied.Later on i realised that she rejected me because she thought i was weird....and people also bullied me for that reason.....and thats why no one liked me and i had no friends.I got to know this when i asked a classmate and he told me that this is the reason it was happening. That shook me up because i didn't agree with it. I don't think I'm weird at all.I also think I'm good looking. Im also intelligent, creative and talented and I'm good at many things.I certainly don't deserve to be treated that way by the peers.I deserve to have friends and girlfriends because there is nothing wrong with me as a person. But that wasn't happening.People always looked down on me........the same who i look down on...... people who don't look nearly as good as me..... People aren't as smart as me. This isn't fair.I don't deserve this at all. This was the biggest injustice. So i had enough and decided to serve justice by making an example of that girl.So i made a hurtful social media page making of her and putting her down...after which some people turned on her......she got made fun of.She still doesn't know who made the page.So i did whatever i did in order to fight for what i believe in....and after all the pain I've been through it feels pretty good and i think it was justified. |
Question: I need advice pls help? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 12:58 AM PDT So I met this guy and we get along and everything and he wants to have sex for the 1st time with me but I have HPV and i know it's common but i dont want him to get it and if i say anything it will probably ruin everything. Question: Why do people act like sex degrades women? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 12:45 AM PDT Im not saying this is wrong or right, just taht its weird to me and im confused. ok so a girl has sex, she must have been degraded? girls feel insecure after htey lose there virginity. if a girls older brother or father knows she had sex with a boyfriend or husband, they wanna kick his a$$ to defend her honor, right? or something llike that? so if u have this view does this mean sex is inherently degrading to the women or something. if i had a daughter and she was above age 16, then i dont care if her boyfriend/husband has sex with her as long as hes a good guy and there relatoinship is going well. thats just weird for me to let it bother me. and after shes 18-20 shes her own woman. so,does sex taint a girl and does it disrespect her in anyway? does any sex outside of marriage and the guy has to be perfect and not mean to her at all, does it degrade her? please explain to me all of htis view. does girl feel shame in any pleasure she recieved from the sex, due to her dad and brother or other male figure who doesnt like its reactoin? thats so weird. if i was a girl, It would make mefeel |
Question: Is my boyfriend a bum? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 12:13 AM PDT Ive been with him 4 years and when we got together he paid for everything. He moved to my city so he wasnt working right away but when he did start working i noticed that he could not keep a job. He's literally worked 10+ jobs in the last year. He'll get a job then quit and have some lame excuse as to why he quit. Its always some excuse about a bad manager or boss. Anyway, he does recieve a disability check every month so that may be why he quits his jobs so easily but he spends his check in two days then he's back broke looking for another job just to get a paycheck. Im sick of it. We live together and he does pay the rent and mostly food and i only paid utilities. Is he a bum? Should i break up with him though he does his share. |
Posted: 18 Oct 2019 12:11 AM PDT this female asked this guy his age and he asks her why she's asking and she goes something like you know those little girls who try to dress older and then later on asks her what she's trying to say and she mentions how someone who knows her bf made a comment to be careful and referred to her as jailbait. Keep in mind earlier she tells the guy she's over 18. Why would she make a comment of someone telling her bf to be careful when she's over 18? Is she just trying to say she's mistaken as younger? |

Question: Should I continue to be with a girl that denied me on the phone? Posted: 17 Oct 2019 11:59 PM PDT I have a girlfriend whom I'm in a long distance relationship with. she recently broke up with her boy friend reason being that he cheated on her. Now two months down the line ex came to her home threatened her not to leave him also physically abused her. She was hospitalized after sustaining some injury. Later on she still maintained contact with him as they both have a joint business together and just recently he came to her apartment again to harass her. I get to know this because I called during the time he visited and my girlfriend pretended as if It was an unknown number she keeps telling me she doesn't know me, at this time the ex collected the phone from her and warn me not to call her again. Prior to this, she had started to fall in love with me.i felt betrayed, sent her emails , asking her to explain what's going on she replied that she pretended not to know me because she wanted me to get off the phone at the time and pleaded with me. Now I'm confused should I continue with her or not |

Question: Long distance relationship ? Posted: 17 Oct 2019 11:12 PM PDT So me and my boyfriend have been dating for 2 years . Last year I moved from England to Switzerland so we have been doing long distance for a year . At first it was all good but then I changed school and I started going out more because you know I had more friends and all. A guy also liked me and that put my boyfriend in a bad place. Me and the guy just talk occasionally and he has a gf now . Anyways, we are both 17 and I am in year 12 in sixth form so I have like 1 and a half more year of skl. Then I want to study law and the thing is the law you study is the law you will be working with . So I have to do law here in Switzerland because 1) im from there and 2) I just think the quality of life is better and you get payed better than in the Uk. But my boyfriend wants to be a boxer and obviously Switzerland is not the country for that . And it just feels like we will never be together in the same country ever . We do come visit each other every month or so but I don't want to be doing long distance all my life . And I don't know what to do . We have also been arguing non stop on dumb stuff . Like literally everyday. What should I do ? Should I wait until I finish school and if I cannot go to the uk for uni should I break things off? I really do not want to but I can't be living with a bf 2 thousand miles away |
Question: Do you think this would be stupid to talk to my boyfriend about? Posted: 17 Oct 2019 11:12 PM PDT I have always had OCD and a fear of getting sick. A few weels ago he said he fell very ill with something and I've been worried about kissing him and catching something and wondering how long he may be contagious for. I'm also paranoid it could be mono since he is overworked. Do have to catch that from someone or can you get it simply from being run down? |
