That is it.. Your thoughts on this?

Hello! We and my soon to be wife want to travel to Italy for our honeymoon, around April-May 2020. Looking at some websites and travel books, I am feeling a little overwhelmed with so much to see and do! I was wondering for those who have been there, what do you recommend?  First off, we are looking for a 2-3 week trip, enough to hit probably most of the popular spots. I'm not sure how we would travel, especially with luggage and camera gear, assuming we'll have to rent a car. Any website recommendations about finding hotels and rental cars would be appreciated.I am looking more towards a taste of everything, although Museums are low on my priority list. For me as an amateur photographer, I would love to see the countrysides and architecture. My wife and I would definitely love to try all the food, and of course all the wine. So far, Venice, Rome and Florence seem to be all the popular spots, but looking for maybe something not so typical? I know this is a vague question, since there may be soooo much to do. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
