Question: Why do I hate BTS so much? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 07:09 PM PDT So I really hate BTS. Me and my friend. My sister is obsessed with them. I have to go to the concert with her and I kinda wanna like u know. John Wick style (; Any advice because I get really angry when I and my friend see them we wanna cry. Thanks!! |
Posted: 22 Oct 2019 05:59 PM PDT And just ignore you and youre almost always alone and not talking to anyone. Its weird. I know nobody owes it to talk to me and that i dont make it easy because i dont talk first to them... I'm kinda over it and it doesn't bother me as much but its weird how people just talk to each other in front of you over and over and never say hey to you or try to include you. I'm not even that ugly or gross. |
Question: My best friend wants to break up with his girlfriend who has depression. How? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 05:19 PM PDT He is only in 7th grade and she's in sixth, so you know it's not a serious thing (in fact, it's barely lasted 2 weeks.) I am a grade above them, but not much more experienced. This girl has experienced issues with depression and anxiety, and from what I can piece together, actually attempted suicide at one point. She has expressed to my friend that he has helped her work through many of her problems. My friend just doesn't feel like he wants to stay with her. I know you would assume that since they're so young it doesn't matter, but my friend is seriously concerned she might try to hurt herself. I've tried to tell him he's not responsible for someone else's happiness, but that's clearly not enough. Any advice? |
Question: Why do some ugly men still think they can use women? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 04:30 PM PDT Knew this asshole who just kept hitting on me, one time I ran into another neighbor who was just so fat and mexican that he began to try and touch me he would tell his friend he was willing to jump in the shower if he could it was so gross. Then when I thought of the other asshole that I known my whole life I wanted to die. It was so weird how he made a friend that put up with his stupid *** the whole time. Can't understand why mean guys still think they can get laid, they can't even respect women so why on earth do they harrass them. |
Question: Heartbroken over my friend? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 03:48 PM PDT One of my close friends from school alerted me her best friend passed away and I don't know what to do. She said she doesn't want to talk about it but I don't want to let her suffer |
Posted: 22 Oct 2019 03:41 PM PDT Wrong with me? I've tried asking my family, but they don't answer and just tell me not to worry about it. |
Question: I have friend troubles (long)? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 03:16 PM PDT I'm a girl in high school. It might just be me being selfish or my friends just being busy, but I feel like my friends don't like me as much as I like them. I surprisingly want to hang out with them (I say surprisingly because I don't normally want to be with anyone, I go through phases where I do and don't). Some of my best friends don't even text me unless I text them, but again it might be because they're busy. However, when I text the busy ones they text back pretty soon, but our conversations are kinda dry. My close friends don't text me, only like one of my friends text's me on her own and we don't really hang out outside of school, only a couple times ever. If I want to hang out, I propose it and not them, this is okay sometimes for me but not all the time. I want them to want to hang out with me too. I don't want to always be the one to text first. I truly value each of my friendships but I don't feel needed. I feel like I'm the one holding (one) of my friend groups together. I don't know why I want more friends but I think it's not for the right motive. What should I do? Advice? |
Question: Should I be looking for a new job? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 11:39 AM PDT My boss who is in his 50s brought in his new wife who is in her 20s and introduced her to his employees. When I met her, she said "you look vaguely familiar, have we met before"? I told her I did not recall ever meeting her before. I ask her what her maiden name was and she told me. That night when I got home, I found my high school year book from a long time ago. OH MY GOD, I had went to high school with her and even went on a date with her one time. This is not good. If she comes to our office again I plan to avoid her as much as possible and hope she does not see and/or remember me. Do you think it would be a problem if my boss knew I had dated his wife at one time or am I worried for nothing. Should I be looking for a new job? |
Question: Should i tell him?Would a good friend tell him? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 08:09 AM PDT There is a friend of mine who people are making fun of. It only happens behind the back and he doesn't know it.They make fun of his looks, and his walk, and his talk and stuff. So do you think i should make him aware of it.He is happy in his ignorance.... telling him would make him sad.Do you think a good friend would tell him?Do you think he must be aware of the fact people are making fun of him and be aware of what they are making fun of and the exact comments they are passing? |
Question: I really like my friend? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 07:51 AM PDT how do I know if shes into girls without asking and possibly ruining our friendship |
Question: Was this sexual harassment by our boss? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 07:40 AM PDT I work for a small department of a large company. There are 11 other women in our department. I really enjoy my job mostly because of our great boss and great co workers. Our boss sees that we are well paid and well trained. He is good friend of all of use. We love to joke around with him and he loves for us to do it. One day at a staff meeting Carol said "Boss, the next person you hire someone, make it a great looking young guy that likes older women". He said "I will keep your suggestion in mine the next time I hire a new employee". "You want me to change my previous qualification for only hiring beautiful women with a D cup or larger"? We all had a HUGE laugh at that. We were still laughing in the employee lounge when people from other departments told us we were subject to sexual harassment. If we were bring it on. We want MORE of it. Do you thing we were subject to sexual harassment? |
Question: Woman I work with best friend moved in next door? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 05:51 AM PDT her best friend happened to move into the condo next door to me, and they are terrible (they blast music and put dog poop on my porch when I asked them to turn it down.) So I posted a meme on FB saying "The neighbor from hell just drove in." And I'm friends with my coworker on FB so she obviously saw it and I don't care b/c they're hoodrats, is that rude? *The question here is IS IT RUDE that I posted that meme about my neighbors being the "Neighbors from hell" When I work with a woman who is best friends with my neighbor?!!! |
Question: What does it mean when someone of the same gender is copying your clothes day after day? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 05:16 AM PDT For example I wore a neon sweatshirt and black sweatpants yesterday, and today they do the exact same thing. They do this day after day, they don't talk to me, but could this mean they like me more than a friend or what?? |
Posted: 22 Oct 2019 04:31 AM PDT We have all been friends for over 7 years. Friend 1 calls me maximum and i tell him more stuff than friend 2. This one time. I told Friend1 not to tell friend2 something because i had reasons. He nearly blurted it out to her and tells me its my fault for keeping secrets between us and that everything should be open. I am not hiding a secret that will harm anyone but in the end, it is my secret! I dont see why he decides. I cant help but get mad... It is like I trusted someone and I never should have so much... Can someone help? |
Question: Why did this boy stop being my friend? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 04:03 AM PDT I had this friend for like 2 years. He always wanted to go further and told me he was in love with me. I just wasn't feeling it and told him id rather just be friends. I met another guy however since a few months ago. When I met this other guy, he told me he couldn't meet me at weekends anymore and was busy with college work etc. Then when summer came, I tried to meet up with him and he told me he was too busy for the summer doing things and meeting others. I stopped texting him and left him be. We haven't spoke since June this year. It was like he wanted me to miss him or something by distancing himself? Like a game? Playing hard to get? Why did he do this? |
Posted: 22 Oct 2019 03:53 AM PDT I am kind of noticing that my social circle is becoming smaller and smaller with each passing year. Is this normal? What can you do about it? |
Question: Never been to a bar. Should I go alone? Posted: 22 Oct 2019 02:18 AM PDT I am a 26 yo woman but I've never been to a bar. I am really shy (social anxiety) and don't even know how to like... order drinks or how it works. I keep asking my friends to take me, actually they all recommend the gay bar for my first time, but it never ends up happening. Do you think it's a bad idea to just go alone? Honestly I would probably have to have a shot before going in order to get the courage to actually do it lol. But do you think it would be too awkward to go alone, or a good thing? Thanks |

Question: How can I politely tell my friend I changed my mind on her coming on a trip? Posted: 21 Oct 2019 09:35 PM PDT So I invited a friend of mine to come on a pretty big trip. It's my senior trip to Paris & London. I originally thought it'd be fun and we'd have a great time but now I've kinda changed my mind. I know. I'm an absolutely terrible person and there's a special space in hell just for me. But I do want to go on a trip with her! She's a huge Disney nerd and I really really want to go to Disney world with her instead of the Paris/London trip. I just think we could have so much fun! The Paris/London trip is so serious and I want our trip together to be fun and goofy. So the question is, how do I bring up going to Disney with her instead of Paris/London? And should I? Many are saying to go to Disney Paris which is good idea! However, here's the thing, Disney in Florida is kinda a sentimental thing for her. It's literally her favorite place on earth. And while the Disney Paris may be great, I don't want the Disney part to just be one day for her! I want it to be a Disney packed vacation! And seeing as it's Paris and I may never go back, I'm packing it full of activities and a day spent at Disney is a huge chunk that I'm not sure I'm willing to give up. |
Question: What can i do about my friend? Posted: 21 Oct 2019 08:18 PM PDT I have this friend, we have been friends for 3 years. We decided to go the same college, which is 30 minutes away from where we live. Since we going the same way I decided to give her a ride to school and back home. But the problem is that she wakes up late so I end up waiting for her, I'm literally going the other direction to pick her up and then going back where I live to go to campus. She doesn't give me gas money, I tried to talk to her about gas money but all she says is the she's broke. She lives with her boyfriends family and nobody in the house have a car. But I feel bad because I feel like she is going to that school because of me? I have high anxiety about driving and this is making it worst. What should I do about her? |

Question: I'm jealous of my friend? Posted: 21 Oct 2019 06:26 PM PDT We are both in a show together. She got the part I really really wanted which stung but I'm happy for her. In the show they have a love dance with the male lead and I heard it's amazing and they are both amazing. Is it normal that I'm upset a little? Like I'm happy but still really sad. This was my dream role and I'm just not coping well. I literally said "Is it normal that I'm upset a little?" |
