Question: 10 year old disliking immature people.? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 06:28 PM PDT So I have a 10 year old son with High functioning autism. He had a good friend his age. My son however stopped being friends with him because he says he's immature. They are only 10 years old so they aren't really expected to be mature. It does make me sad because he was a sweet kid. Should a 10 year old not wanna be around another 10 year old for being immature? Should a 10 year old expect another 10 year old to be mature? |

Question: Was this guy looking for a reaction? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 02:55 PM PDT I was standing on a stairwell for a minute and looked up and this guy that I wasn't speaking to and hadn't seen in a very long time was standing across the hall looking over at me. I tried to walk down the stairs a bit to hide from his view but he walked forward to look at me again. I then looked back at him and then he walked away and I went about my business. Why was he looking at me like that? |

Question: How do you not feel like an asshole and just be happy? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 12:47 PM PDT I've been struggling with infertility for a while now I've wanted kids since I was little. It's been fives years of no success and it's taking its toll. And today my best friend just told me she's pregnant and having twins. Which I use to always say I wanted and she would alway say she never wanted kids. But of course she's happy now and decided to share the beautiful news with her bestie. And tell me how she wants me to come help her and I stayed happy and joyful on the phone but as soon as we hung up it felt like someone punched me in the gut and I immediately started crying. It feels like a cruel joke that the world is playing on me. I want to to be happy for her and help. But literally everytime I think about it, it just hurts and I kind of don't really want to be around her. So tired of everything. |
Question: Is this middle school behavior? ? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 11:58 AM PDT My "friends" who are in their 20s threatened to beat up a person who I care about, the person never said anything to them, never did anything wrong, wasn't rude, or mean. They judged his appearance saying he is gay cause his hair color and he wore really tight pants. They told me I could do better because his hair color. They wouldn't stop threatening him. |
Question: Is always doing the right things, right? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 10:52 AM PDT they say im the kind of person who knows what is right and wrong. and i always do what is right. even my family and friends dubbed me as that kind of person. i always give other people (who are dear to me like family and close friends and bestfriends) chances. i always understands them bc thats what my heart and mind tells me to. i dont do these things to please them, its just that i have soft spot to certain people who are dear to me that i dont understand. its like i have a button inside me that gets activated to be a soft person right away. i dont care what other people think or says to me except for my family and close friends. and right now im just tired of it bc im always the one who gets hurt at the end. im starting to think and feel differently bc of my bad experiences this past year. i thought maybe i just need to let loose and i did. but i feel like im doing bad decisions right now. am i starting to change? am i hating on my self? am i changing for the better or not? |
Question: How to develop a relationship with a guy? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 09:29 AM PDT I met a guy at my friends birthday party, and whenever he sees me at school he says hi ( even when I am walking with friends). Yesterday, I was sitting across a large room, and when he entered he waved at me and I smiled/ waved back. We don't know each other, and we only talked previously for a max of 5 mins.. We have no relationship whatsoever, and I was wondering how to be friends! Do guys do that to girls they want to be friends with? Or is he just polite? |
Question: Should young women be banned from wearing shorts? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 09:20 AM PDT because legs of young women can cause lust in me |
Question: Why is this girl doing this? ? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 08:41 AM PDT I asked her out a few months ago, i already knew what her response would be, and i was right, was that she appreciated me a lot but only sees me as a friend, i just kept calm and said no problem, just wanted you to know. As the months went by i kind of just forgot about her, we didn't talk or anything even though we're in the same class. We greeted each other sometimes but nothing more. The thing is, this last 2 or 3 months i've noticed some rare things, for example, she and my friends were playing cards (we have friends in common) she invited me but i said no thanks, she replied in a kind of sad way "come on, come to play" in another opportunity i was finishing some homework (in classroom too), and then she suddenly appeared in front of me offering me cake, i just said no thanks becuase it surprised me and couldn't think of anything better. I've also noticed that she is constantly staring at me, even other friends have noticed it and asked me "why does she look at you like that?" Not only friends, even people with whom i don't have any contact told me similar things. And last, there was a science event in school in which i participated, and instead of asking me directly if a needed something for that day, she asked a friend we have in common to ask me, because she was ashamed to do it. After that we started to talk again and she even invited me to hang out (thing she have never done before). Any type of help will be useful because i'm very confused. Thanks :) |

Question: Is this normal for teen age girls to do this? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 07:39 AM PDT My problem started when I invited some of my high school friends for a sleep over at my house. These girls bonded with my mom who is a doctor mostly because they could ask her questions about their body and mostly about their reproductive system. Mom gave them correct information and corrected MANY errors in their thinking about their bodies. This info really opened their eyes and hopefully made for less teenage pregnancies. These girls told their friends about the sleep over and several other girls ask if I would have another sleep over and invite them. I did this and had the same result. They all wanted to talk to my mom about their bodies. I did this 4 times. I am not sure how I should feel about this. I feel a little bit unusual about sharing my mom with these girls. Mom is always available to answer their questions as she has seen the tragic consequences of bad information on teen girls lives. Should I be proud that my mom is available to give these girls the facts of life. Why is it they feel so free to talk to my mom with their questions and will not talk to their parents. |
Question: How do I thank my co worker for this kind deed? Posted: 15 Oct 2019 07:11 AM PDT I unexpectedly had to work late which was a problem for me. My 15 year old daughter needed a ride home from school. I asked a co worker and friend Bob if he could take her home form school and he agreed. She had met Bob previously. He picked her up from school and was driving her home. He asked her if she had any food for dinner at home and she said no. He ask her if she would like to join him for dinner and she immediately said yes. She thought they might go to Sizzler. He took her to Ruth Chris. She told me it was the best meal she ever had in her life. She was so excited about the great meal she called me at work and told me about it. The next day at work I thanked Bob for driving my daughter home from school and especially for the great dinner they had. My daughter said beside the great meal Bob was a lot of fun to be with. I told Bob I would pay him for my daughter's meal. He said "No Way" would he take any money. He said I was happy to be able to help you. Would it be appropriate for me and my daughter to take Bob out for a meal? The problem we can not afford anything near as expensive as Ruth Chris. |

Question: Friend only texts me when she is bored? Posted: 14 Oct 2019 10:25 PM PDT Serious answers only please. My friend only texts me when she is bored. Her way of asking to hangout is basically, "im bored as ****, & nobody's home" or she will text me, and say what's up, and I'll respond, and she will reply that she's bored. One time she wanted to go to the movies, and her way of asking me to go with her was, "I want to go see the new lion king, but I don't want to go alone." Please tell me your thoughts. Thank you. |

Question: Sites/apps to make friends? Posted: 14 Oct 2019 07:39 PM PDT Does anyone know any good sites or apps for making friends? Its so hard between work and college making friends. I don't have the schedule to go join clubs and whatnot. |
Posted: 14 Oct 2019 07:33 PM PDT My roommate and I don't have the best relationship, but we tolerate each other. So it wouldn't be easy to talk to her directly about this issue since she didn't take into consideration when she did this. But I don't know what to do! Friends and family have given me different advice, so I am turning to all of you! About 3 days ago, I was with some friends in my room, and we were pulling an all-nighter before going home to get most of your work done before we left. Around 3 am we hear the shower running, and later, we hear moaning coming from the shower. It turns out she was having sex, and since walls in dorm rooms are paper thin, we heard everything!!! I felt disgusted and very uncomfortable, so my friend recorded the noise we heard just case we needed as evidence. About 5 minutes later we start leaving my room because we felt embarrassed, but I needed to use the bathroom as soon as I went in I saw her dirty underwear and realized why she was having sex in our SHARED shower. She was on her period and had left her underwear in the restroom. I couldn't believe she would be this nasty and not clean up after herself, either. I didn't want to tell my friends, so we left, but they needed to use my restroom, so I told them to beware of that. Now I don't know what to do! Should I confront her about it, or should I talk to an RA directly? I feel that if I talk to her, she really won't care and honestly I just don't want to room with her anymore. What do you guys think?😭 |
Posted: 14 Oct 2019 07:33 AM PDT People can do **** to you for no reason, come at you just to get in your bussiness, and do hurtful **** because they CAN. Lol, school systems are so CORRUPT that they don't do sh#t about it. I'm sick of self righteous bitches attacking people for no reason just because they think they're hot ****. People have to transfer just because they feel bullied—they can't even focus in the damn class. I don't care if y'all haters have some witty reply. I couldn't give two f@cks. @ Daniel Thanks my dude. |
