Posted: 07 Oct 2017 09:46 PM PDT It's so freaking simple I'm a genius Why don't married couples think of this Just become best friends with your spouse !! It's full proof Once you become each other's best friend and see each other as each other's best friend of the opposite sex Neither of you are gonna grow bored or tired of each other and neither of you will think of cheating or leaving betraying hurting each other because your already so happy in your marriage already And youll both realize that no one can replace him/her You think I'm On to something ?

Question: How can I comfort my wife ? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 08:29 PM PDT My wife is upset because she keeps getting mean Facebook messages about me and her. I married her when she was 15 she's 16 now I'll be 40 in December people keep calling her a slut and a whore saying we shouldn't be together. Age doesn't matter to me when it comes to love I don't listen to others shes too young to be on Facebook anyway she said she's had it since she was 12 her friend set it up for her. How can I comfort her ?
Posted: 07 Oct 2017 08:27 PM PDT My husband & I moved to Florida a little over a year ago & we love it here. We don't have family or friends out here. We have great jobs, nice little apartment, great neighborhood & we recently got married here. I've been feeling really homesick (we moved here from Indiana) but I feel like moving back would ruin the nice life we have going for ourselves here. I really don't want to go back to that crappy town but family is really important to me. my husband says it's up to me what to do but I don't know. Any advice on getting over being homesick? What would you do?
Posted: 07 Oct 2017 07:58 PM PDT All though he don't care about her my husband and I married 2011 no kids together. We don't live in the town where he went to high school. He only met her when he was 21 they were only sex partners.Since Facebook 2010 I think the re connected I think they had sex once after all these years in 2012 We are 6 hours away from where she lives. They're only sex buds but they communicate allot.
Posted: 07 Oct 2017 07:29 PM PDT I'm remarried now and so so happy. My previous marriage was annulled. I feel pain though about being abandoned. I don't think about my ex husband, just how I felt all alone for so long sticking it out and keeping hope when I should have moved on sooner. I saw right away that I was hanging on to nothing and it took me 8 months of the marriage to leave ( we also moved in together after marriage, otherwise I wouldn't have married him of course) I feel like I'm still carrying this pain. I don't remember my ex husband much, like if I saw him walking down the street i'd feel like he was a stranger (possibly). I have moved on but the pain is there. I'd like to hear from others if you too are experiencing lingering pain - even if you're so happy now otherwise. It's like it just sticks in the back of my mind, like an attached memory or something.
Question: Husband left me for his mistress? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 06:14 PM PDT I had no clue he had been seeing someone else until he brought her over to our home, sat me down, and told me he was leaving me for her. He even had the audacity to try to take our children with him! We have 2 twin boys age 6 and they didn't understand why he was trying to take them away with another woman they didn't know. I was up all night crying my eyes out trying to comprehend why he would do this to my kids and I. I'm fortunate to have a job that pays me more than enough money to raise them on my own but it'll still be hard. To make matters worse he sent me a text saying that he's filling for full custody. The emotional stress this has put me through is unbearable. I haven't been in to work in 3 days and I don't know what to do or where to begin? What do I do?
Question: Do people who relationship hop really fast have problems? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 04:09 PM PDT My ex jumped into a new relationship 4 weeks after a 5 year relatonship engaged to be married with a child no way doing something like this can be healthy are people like this afraid to be alone ?
Posted: 07 Oct 2017 03:43 PM PDT Not the first time he lied either and each time makes it harder to trust him. I talked to him and he said it was stress didnt help how I felt any and am at a loss as to how to feel and what to think. Is my marriage in trouble ? What do I do and if we get counseling and it doesnt help scary thought. Could use some input.....thanks
Posted: 07 Oct 2017 02:41 PM PDT I am hurt by how my Dad rejected me. He died last year and I was sad he died, I loved him still. We'd see him twice a year but he would not speak to my husband or kids other then a nod of the head. We started leaving the kids at home. He called them "the monkeys" so he was hard core racist. I feel guilty I love the man who is SO HORRIBLE to my husband and kids. I am supposed to be glad he is dead and want him in hell, instead I don't. My mother never stood up to him and she is more polite to my family but always treats them as 2nd rate to the other grandkids. She was only racist to the degree that my father installed in her. What do I do?
Question: Am I being selfish with my fiancé? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 02:34 PM PDT My fiancé just finished her PhD over the summer. I've lived in the same town my whole life. My entire family is here. I'm not willing to relocate. She wants to teach at a university but there are only two in the local area. She can't get a job at either she's been trying for awhile now. She refuses to take any job until she can get in at either institution. She's been offered a position at a university 4 hours away. My company has a branch there so I could transfer there but I'm not comfortable with it. I do not want to be far from my family. I've asked her again if she'd reconsider and just stay here and try to find a different job. She feels like I'm holding her back. Should I end things? I'm not willing to move that far from family.
Question: My fiance gets mad at me for “spending too much time” with my friends? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 02:24 PM PDT my fiance used to hang out with my best friend& her husband but one day he lied to my best friends husband that he had attempted to cheat on me to see if he was a"loyal" friend. My friends husband told my friend what my fiance said&my bestfriend was worried about me ,telling me what my fiance said. Anyways i went to my fiance and asked him if this was true. He admitted to saying that to my friends husband&told me that he lied to see if my friends husband coumd be trusted even broke up with me saying im taking my friends side. we talked it out and are together. My fiance&i live in a area where we dont know anyone besides my friend &her husband but after that day my fiance doesnt want to go out anywhere with us &gets mad at me saying i dont spend time with him. I explained to him that i do want to spend time with him but with is being broke and no car all we ever do is stay in the house. He admitted to me he feels lonely because he doesnt have any friends but when i invite him places he doesnt want to go.i feel torn. I want to spend time with him but it upsets me how he gets mad when i spend the day with my friend and says im choosing then over him idk is he being immature or am i being messed up? Before moving here he used to go out all the time with his cousin and leave me at home alone knowing i didnt have anyone living in that area back then so I understand how he feels but i never got mad at him for being gone for hours and knew he needed his space he doesn't understand me
Question: Did you know you'd found your soulmate right away? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 02:24 PM PDT Did you know when you first met your husband/wife that they were the one you were going to marry? I've been with my boyfriend for 3 1/2 months now and I'm not convinced as of yet he's the one I'm going to marry. I'm 29 he's 32 so I kinda feel like we are both running out of time. I'm not in love with him and he's not in love with me as of yet. Is this normal 3 months in? I've been out of the whole dating scene for 2 years while I completed my residency for med school.

Posted: 07 Oct 2017 09:42 AM PDT My ex husband left me for an other woman.. after so long he begged to come back home and make things right. I stupidly aloud it for our marriage. But after he came home I kept catching him talking to her. He picked up a terrible drinking addiction and put his hands on me drunk one night in front of his friend. His friend confided to me the next day that my husband had been cheating on me and hiding more secrets so with everything going on I left him. One week later he moved this same girl in. After our divorce his friend and I started talking. Now I have him emailing me trying to make me feel like a piece of **** for talking to his friend And throwing in my face how much better of a person this girl is.. I'm trying to ignore it, but it's hard..

Question: Is it normal for a husband to be jealous of his child? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 06:54 AM PDT My husband is jealous of my relationship with our daughter, because he feels that she takes the time that I would usually give him. My husband and I do spend alone time together. He acts like our child isn't really his. I wanted a baby and he didn't.

Question: Advice needed dealing with over indulgent grandparents.? Posted: 07 Oct 2017 01:33 AM PDT My fiance and I both recently received job offers from the same company and are moving to the town where my fiance s parents live. We really want to have a child after we get married but there is one thing that I have been worried about: his mother. She is a lovely woman with wonderful intentions, but I am worried about her role as a grandmother. My fiancé s brother has a two year old and has had extreme problems with her "spoiling" her granddaughter. She has always purchased a ridiculous amount of toys for the child (including a baby iPad when he was 4 months old), but recently this behavior has increased. She will give her daily presents and, if the child does not get her daily present, will throw a huge fit. My fiance s mother spends a large amount of time with the child (she baby sits her since there are no daycare agencies in town) and visits them daily. The brother s wife has experienced frustration to the point of tears. She hates the attitude that her child is exhibiting and there are FAR too many toys in the house. She has been slowly throwing toys out but it is impossible to keep up when gifts come daily. These gifts are also usually dollar store items so they break easily and make a mess. She has talked to the grandmother on several occasions begging her to stop purchasing toys, but she always says, "I m her grandmother! It is MY JOB to spoil Alexa". I am wondering if any of you can relate and what you would do if you had a MIL like this?
Question: Are you obligated to spend anniversaries with people? Posted: 06 Oct 2017 11:40 PM PDT My partner's sister wants us to go to her place tomorrow and watch her and her husband cut their cake and celebrate their 1st year wedding anniversary. I found this a bit narcissistic and attention seeking. Arent anniversaries supposed to be between the two people who are married to each other? I understand milestone anniversaries but this is just a "come by the house and watch us cut the cake and eat it!" I shouldn't have to drop my weekend plans to witness this.
Question: My mom wants grandchildren and wants me to get married, need advice? Posted: 06 Oct 2017 10:48 PM PDT Recently, my mom and I were talking. I'm her 25-year-old daughter and she really thinks I should be married by now and should think about having kids. I really do not want marriage for many reasons. One of them is seeing my parent's marriage completely fall apart. Another reason is I haven't found anyone I want to truly marry - I have liked a few guys a lot that I've dated but not enough to marry. She keeps pushing it in my face that she always wanted to be a mom when she was young and that it was one of her biggest goals in life. She has me and my two brothers. Now, for the children part. I have never really wanted to be a mom even from a young age. I don't have that maternal instinct. I like kids from afar but they often annoy me so I can't see having my own. Even if I did get married, I just wouldn't want kids because I am not intrigued by the fact. I've always just wanted to date a guy and be happy. How can I stop her from talking about this?
Question: My husband is refusing to sleep with me, how to fix this please? Posted: 06 Oct 2017 10:45 PM PDT Me and my husband have such a great sex life. He satisfies me beyond belief and I love him dearly. I am extremely sexually attracted to him. Married for 5 years and he just keeps getting more handsome. I always try to catch up to him with fitness and I can't say he isn't attracted to me anymore. I think he is refusing sex to get back at me. We've been fighting lately like any other normal couple does and he is always complaint that all I do is "nag" "complain" "b**tch at him" "act like his mom". I just want to get his act together. He claims I annoy him and I always complain but I'm just trying to make him stop certain habits he has that are bad and be a little more productive. Lately he rejects sex with me coldly and now has decided to sleep in the coach downstairs. I feel if we have sex he can ease up a bit. Help!?
