Well the girl that has known her longer always protecting my friend cuz she thinks i am being sexual toward her. Our break up was definitely mutual; she is a very shy girl, does not have many friends, and was overall nervous for her first relationship (determining factors to break up). The months we dated created an amazing friendship though, and she could honestly call someone a best friend for once in her life. 6 months later, things have changed... Right now, she has a small, but good group of girl friends that she has started hanging out with. I m beyond happy for her that she s meeting new people and breaking out of her shell, but I m on a somewhat bad receiving end. Whenever I ask her to do something, she is very reserved in wanting to hang out, usually making and excuse. The thing that really pained me the most was that it seemed as though he never showed he cared for me or put any effort into the relationship. She sent me a snapchat just saying hey and asking how I've been (we talked over the summer, but that's a long story). And we've been talking for a few days now, but there's a little bit of a problem Idk why, but if she doesn't open one of my snaps up for a while, she won't respond. For instance, this afternoon we were talking, and she didn't open up my message until at least 2 hours later. And she hasn't responded yet even though she opened it a while ago, maybe 1 hour ago She has done this a few times. But eventually she will respond saying what's up or whatever I'm stuck because I don't know if I should try to start up a conversation, or if I should wait and let her. But if I wait and let her, I feel like it is making me not seem interested. And if I say something first, I'm worried she will think I'm annoying or she will just open up but not respond until later because she's busy or whatever I know this seems really stupid, but a while back I let her go (not on purpose), and I really care about her and like her and don't want the same to happen You might think she's just not interested, but she shows a ton of signs that she is interested, and I am confident she is. I think this is just how she normally has conversations, but I have no idea Any tips or advice on what I should I do right now? We were all drinking and I gave this girl who I like a sip of what I mixed. She really liked it and she held my hand and made me promise to make her that drink later. We basically shared drinks the entire time. When it was time to go to bed everyone was pretty drunk and falling asleep on the floor. I got a blanket and layed down and this girl layed right next to me and shared my blanket with me. We were laying next to each other in the spooning position with me as the big spoon. But whenever i try to set something up she always backs down which is starting to get really annoying.
