I feel like I'm bad at everything I try. I'm bad at school, I'm bad at keeping friends, I'm bad with sports. I'm bad at everything else that I do. My sister is way better than me. Why do I suck so much?

I was wondering if it is worth it to go to an inheritance or family planning attorney for wills and estates in order that I can access my 529 plan funds when my parents cut off my college funding for ideological reasons? My parents are fundamentalist christians and I defected from their faith for reasons related to scientific facts and now because of work i published they cut off my college funding affecting my right to an education because of what i did to exercise 1st ammedment rights. There is still 2 years of tuition remaining in 529 plan that has me designated as a beneficiary, but my father says that I will no longer receive funding, As of now, my mother will still try to get at the funds but how can she continue to fund from an account that is owned as a joint asset if the father refuses. Is it possible to get my inheritance now as i logically would inherit the 529 plan funds if not specifically excluded in the will. How does one manage this situation, do i need to find a lawyer?

I'll try keep this short as I want to get straight to the point. My husband and I are married 8 years with no children yet. Monday night we had a huge intense argument, one like we've never had before we said things that hurt each other, me telling him ( purposely to hurt him) that I hated him and regretted marrying him. The next day I told my H who I was talking to and that I thought he seemed genuine, my H flipped out at me, and told me to never mention his name to him again and put his fist through our bedroom mirror, I never seen him this way with me before. Any advice on how to handle this?

That I've expressed in the past and I am seeing a therapist for. But my brother seems to be mocking me. He makes nooses and hangs them throughout the house and puts tic tacs in a bottle and labels it sleeping pills and leaves a note telling them to take them all. He even leaves thin razor blades in the shower now. My mom died when I was younger and my dad is a comedian for a,living and things this is funny and doesnt take the situation seriously enough to say something to my brother. I live with my grandma, little sister, my uncle and his partner. My grandma only get 80 dollars in foodstamps and my uncle and his partner don't really buy groceries at all. Ok so some lady that wasn't like family came to my house to check on us today. She was speaking with my mom and sister. I was still in bed and haven't gotten up yet. She then asked if I'm alive because I had a blanket covering all over my self and my face wasn't showing. She looked like she didn't want to come around me or step near me while talking to my mom and sister. I felt like she was disgusted and squirming just thinking of checking on me. She swayed her hand for me to go back to sleep with a weird disgusted face. What do you think of this situation and should I be offended?

I lost my father and my grandmother almost a year apart from each other and I have sort of had a change of heart in how I view the world since then. I am not bitter, I feel like time is running out and I need to really enjoy life while I have it. How did losing a loved one change you?

 I'm really struggling at the moment. Guy issues and trust? When I was about 13 we were with family and Friends and I was swimming the lake we were camping at, our close family friend who is about 40 came into the water and swam around as well, he had a few drinks. Once again I froze, I haven't told anyone. But now I'm 18 and guys are starting to talk to me I don't like to get to close I get scared and panin. When a guy even touches my arm I panic and think.of these situations. It's really starting to effect me and my life

She has mild dementia and is in a Care home. She is on medicare and medical to stay there and it's costly. She hates it there and frankly they don't really do much for her that she cant do for herself already and that I could do for her. They don't supervise her much, although by the very nature of the enviroment, there are people there always. She met a guy there and they want to be married. I want to bring her home and perhaps rent a room out in the house(maybe in lieu of rent and a small income ,have that person watch her when I am gone working, etc. ) The problem being she doesn't want this, but this is all we can afford because with medicaid they don't pay much for in home. care. She is okay,most of the time, just very forgetful and functions well. She knows not to cook for herself and she has not been labeled as demented by the state and she knows her house well. She understands not to do laundry again, when she fell that there are tiles lose there she can trip on and I will keep that area locked anyway . Should I just bbring here home and trust that she will be fine while I am at work,with her hubby there who is fine also physically, or should I insist that the only way she can come home would be that I rent the room out? I am currenlty not working, but should be in a month or so. She is very strong willed and when I bring up the issue, she get's angry. Well she did have someone living there before who ripped her off ,but I am living there for her safety. Furthermore, if she knew she could she could sign herself out of the place tommorrow because she hasn't been deemed anything by the state. I just don't know what that place is really doing for her-she can walk well and uses her walker. To further complicate things;the boyfriend will be discharged ,but returns there to see her. She thinks if they are married they will be able to return home The boyfriend has done this several times.The administrator there says that he thinks they will not survive long without each other.

He's 20 years old and he doesn't have the power to protect himself. Many of his classmates, know about his weakness and they to try to annoy him. Once, they caught him in the WC and they stripped him, completely naked. They've hitted him many times. They've robbed him, his stuff. The only defence he has for his self is crying. He's too oppressed. I'm taking him to multiple counselors, since he was 10 years old, untill now, but he hasn't changed at all and his classmates keep annoying him, although i've called the police and i've threatened them many times. He's too submissive and silent. He's also very innocent (he hasn't done anything illegal in his whole life and although he's in the age of consent, he nor smokes, neither drinks alcohol). This guy has known me for 5 years, he's seen me though my good and bad. Through my setback of needing multiple surgeries and not having vision. I do now but I used to not. We see each other everyday but that's all our relationship is now. He's homophobic & Islamic. He claims black lives matter is extremist which is weird cause we're Latino & his mom has black skin but his family doesn't even believe I'm related to them. I hate myself because I overheard his mom say they haven't done the DNA test on me. I feel like a monster a ******* reject. I'm almost 17 & im scared to fall in love again cause I just get hurt @ school they tell me to hang myself & this girl who's 21 we've shared emotions for each other but she's hasn't answered my texts lately. Is this genuine interests or just an act for attention?? - this person stares all the time when you re not looking. - stares at the ground when you re close to him. - ignores you every now and then. - seems upset when u don t acknowledge him. - doesn t say much unless u speak first. - tries to act confident around u even though he seems more nervous. - tries to distract himself when u look at him. - dates other people but still watches u. - tries to get you re attention without being obvious. We've been together 10 months. He got me a small diamond necklace for my birthday in November. We've had our ups and downs, and he actually broke up with me once already because he was listening to what his friend was saying and not realizing what the reality of the situation was. So now the woman at the jeweler says I'd have to pay for it to be replaced because I didn't go every 6 months to get it inspected. I don't carry the necklace with me nor wear it due to the diamond missing, so it's hard to remember to bring it with me to work to go at that time because it's closer to me. But I still wear other things he got me, and superficial items isn't what's a big deal to me in our relationship. Well he's pissed off I never took the time to get it fixed yet. And he's considering breaking up AGAIN. Am I at fault? He also hardly uses what I got him. Only things are his wallet which he has no choice but to use, and a winter jacket.
