When it was my turn, he started paying attention, and watched me the whole entire time, while messing with his hair. This guy, btw, I like him, and he has shown many other signs of liking me- staring, smiling, fixing hair next to me, shaking, etc. I think, he may like me? but I'm not sure. Despite going to the same university and living within ten minutes of each other, we only hang out once a week I understand he's busy with work and school and friends, and still having time to sleep and to himself. but I still feel like we could grab lunch or coffee in the morning during the week occasionally. We could even go somewhere and do homework and study together. I'm really not a needy person. I value spending time alone, I'm involved in a lot of activities outside of school, I take 6 classes, and I like to make sure I spend time socializing with my friends separate from anyone I happen to be dating. And I need a lot of sleep to function. I don't have a job, but in all other aspects of my life I think I keep myself pretty busy. I just wish we could hang out more often and more casually. Like, he could just call me up and say hey, wanna meet up on campus today? or want to go grocery shopping together? I'm not asking for fancy "dates" where he come picks me up and takes me to dinner and a movie. Is that normal, or am I being clingy? |

When I eat lunch with my friends I see him walking around my area, staring at me, and I see him behind me all the time (I eat near a building that has one way glass and it s like a mirror). When I leave my group of friends, he follows me from just a few feet back. I went to the bathroom and he followed me to the entrance, a little bit behind me, and when I exited the bathroom, he was three feet away from the entrance. When I went to my math class with my friends and waited for the teacher outside, he followed us there, but thankfully my friends told him to go away. But then he said they weren t friends anymore. 8 months in, I discovered that they were still talking almost every night. I got upset and went to my moms for the night, and he got drunk and started telling a girl he had met a month into our relationship how much he liked her. I didn t find out about this until I d come back and started trying to work through the first betrayal. This was too much and I broke up with him. We were both miserable for a few days and I took him back. We ve been together for over a year since then, and I still have occasional breakdowns. I can t seem to get over it and now it s escalated into me being insecure and jealous of his past, even before he met me. I found out that he talked to girls the same way, took them on the same first dates he took me on, told them the exact same things to woo them... it was like I got messages that he just copied and pasted. I now have this need to feel "different" and "special" and "better" than any of the other girls. At my school, you can, if you want to, go to a county vocational school your junior and senior year. It basically helps you get into the workforce early. Well, my crush goes there, but I want to stay where I am next year (I am a sophomore and he's a junior). In the morning all of the kids that go wait outside of the school for a bus to come get them, so that is probably my best chance of seeing him. We do have and after school activity we both participate in, but I'm pretty sure it's over now. When we saw each other during that activity, he would always talk to me a lot and he was very nice to me. He always encouraged me to do my best, and I've never known a guy like that.
