Posted: 16 Jan 2018 05:28 PM PST I m really scared that I m going to get in school tomorrow, I ve been pretending to be sick for two days now so i could avoid going to school. Basically I was with my friends and three hall monitors were walking out to go handle something with the bus situation. I threw a snowball at them and we all ran. We were standing outside when they were walking back in and they glared at my one friend, Because my one friend knew that he wasn t going to get in-trouble he gave them a hard time saying it wasn t him. I m worried they re going to check the camera or my friend is going to rat me out. He got suspended for one of the days and I think that means he took the punishment and didn t snitch on me. Anyway I m really scared to go to tomorrow, i have the awful feeling in my gut when I think about getting called down in one of my classes. I m fourteen and a freshman in high school. any tips to get rid of being scared? I m also a really good student who get s good grades and not in-trouble to to much. Yes I m really stupid for throwing it but it didn t hit any of them and I know i m really dumb for doing this but what should I do? |

Now it shouldn't be a big deal all but one of us can drive and she's riding with another girl. My problem is, I don't like to drive in the area the restaurant is in. It's always busy and stressful and it's hard to find parking. I also don't know the area well so that's another problem. I tried to get out of it but they seemed annoyed at me for that. Which I can understand since it's not the first time I've said no. Though the other times I actually had other plans. I don't feel comfortable with this at all but I also don't want to make them mad by saying no. And no I can't tell them I'm not comfortable because they'd be horrible to me about it. I don't know what to do. Any advice? |

Im not sure why she ignoring me but I think it has to do with my CLOSE group of friends which would exclude S. So this is the thing for thanksgiving my group of friends and I always get to together and last year we invited S. My close group of friends and I agree that last year felt awkward and weird inviting people who were not close to every single one of us On top of that we knew that S did not like some of us from the group and had recent fights with some us so we were like let's not invite her. Turns out she was apparently waiting for us to invite her but I don't understand why because she has never hang out with us outside of school and we constantly invite her to go places so we thought what's the point of inviting her to thanksgiving Oh also before thanksgiving she had said that she did not see me or my group of friends as people she would still be friends with after high school And I told her this bug me and she said that it'strue that's she lost connection with people from middle school as soon as she enter high school. | Posted: 16 Jan 2018 01:13 PM PST For me it is languages, at everything that is related to them I beat everyone. Because of that everyone thinks that I am super smart and good at EVERYTHING. The thing is that I am not. I suck at maths, physics, chemistry, rarely but geography and history gets in my way. How do I get people, especially my classmates, not to think that I am a goddamn robot? I am tired of people saying "Oh you're so smart! I am jealous", when they get straight A's in those subjects that I am terrible at. If they meet another person that's good at those subjects as well, they brush them away saying ''So what that he's good at chemistry?" When it comes to me, I can barely understand anything the teacher is saying, but everyone assumes that I know everything and say "You're so good at chemistry, can you help me with that?", when all I get is C's, D's, very rarely B's. How does that even happen, are people just fascinated by languages, or other people's abilities to learn them faster than everyone around them? It's been going on since 2nd grade, I think, and right now I am in year 9. And those smart people don't suck at languages as well, they always get B's - not lower, not higher. |

The problem is, I have a friend problem. I don't understand guy-girl friendships. Ok, here's the juice: Me and my friend "Aquarius" (not gonna say her name) have been friends since September (beginning of school year). We have 3 classes together, though we used to talk mostly in French. So, I started noticing that she didn't keep up a conversation with me anymore, and she knows I'm trans (she knew from the beginning). Recently she started screwing up my pronouns really bad, always calling me "she". It agitated me, but only for like, a few minutes, never held anything against her. Now, Aquarius keeps shooting me looks for the past week (the "I'm gonna kill you" look) and it's creeping me out. Now I don't know what I did wrong. These looks she's giving me, I get this kinda look a lot from girls who hate me or are mad at me. In the past I pissed her off and she was giving me the same look. In Instagram DM, I used her as a metaphor saying I was mad because she was being distant with me. I'm not a touchy-feely person and I can't talk to her because I get very nervous and anxious. I never feel that anyone is genuine with me. That they actually care for me. I spend most of my days alone, My mom and sister i dont spend much time with because theyre quite mean to me nd i have one friend i hang out with at times. But my relationship with my mom, my sister and my friend arent genuine either, i have no religion and i see myself as queer and thats something i can never share with any of them. thats why i cant hang out with them, cause i cant show the real me and im too lazy to put up a made up character. What can i do to change this, how can i make friends without thinking theyre not genuine? |

He owes me $29 because I loaned it to him Now, he tells me I need ciggs, I need snacks, I need something to eat etc.. can you fix my cousin a plate of food? His cousin lives with him and short changed him. Only pays something on the rent, but nothing on the lights. I called him out yesterday and told him, I don't like users. I'm a good person - woman and I don't mind helping sometimes, but I don't help out the way you asking like this for just a friend. I would help my bf out esp if he was in a rut and we were dating. seems he only makes him available to me when he needs something. How do you deal with users? People who try to take advantage? It seems he never had a good woman or friend in his life? Merlin I have not supported his ciggs, etc..if you read my question right you will see that. I included that in there to show how this guy is. This is an over grown man who works who can support himself. I have told him no on many counts. I have 3 kids to support. No problem saying no here ! Every other weekend, this boyfriend makes her leave her home since his son (who he gets every other weekend) doesn't like her. At first, my friend was staying at hotel rooms but lately I've been letting her stay in my apartment, but I don't want it to be an every other weekend event. I have roommates also, and they say that they don't mind, but still. I feel bad, since my friend is battling cancer, but is it wrong of me to also want some privacy and space in my own home? Also, it's not fair that I pick up the slack from her relationship. Any advice? Thank you so much |

Her computer screen keeps flashing and she keeps clicking in the screen with her mouse. She just acts weird when she's doing it. I understand that she needs her privacy and I'm not going to look at her computer when she's not here or anything, but she just acts kind of uncomfortable or something when she's doing it. My best friend asked me if I would take this woman's paperwork to the office. I said I really didn't want to BUT if I did do it, it would have to wait until Tuesday when I had my next shift near the office and made it clear I am not taking a trip to the office just to drop off her paperwork. Keep in mind I only go to the office on rare occasions, my shifts are spent in the homes of my clients. Also notable, this woman has a boyfriend whom she lives with, as well as a son and a daughter who all drive, not to mention my friend's mom is her best friend and also drives... So I felt they shouldn't have even asked me. This woman is just an acquaintance, but not anyone important to me. Anyway, my friend and I end the conversation on Friday that they will try to figure something out. Well, as expected, she messages me tonight, Monday, asking if I could take this paperwork tomorrow, suggesting they hadn't made any effort to figure anything out and just planned to leave it to me. And then she tells me I will have to drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction of the office, and work, to pick up the paperwork from this woman because she has it with her at the hospital, and that I have to drop off the paperwork not only at the main office, but she also has paperwork for a secondary office... Anyway, I told my friend "Sorry, I don't want to deal with it." Should I feel bad? |
| Posted: 15 Jan 2018 11:39 PM PST So after work since it was snowing I threw out the idea of drifting with a couple coworkers. I drift really well and I wanted to show my coworkers just that. All of a sudden I didn't know what happened but the car lost control and hit the sidewalk. Not only is the side of my car wrecked, but my coworkers came out of the car and started snapchatting it and were laughing. I could tell they were making fun of me, and they sent it to our work group chat. I feel so bad, but I keep telling them the car lost control and they are like roasting me. I don't know how to handle this feeling. Somebody please help. |

But he constantly looks at me and it's been 3 months he also smiled when I caught him a couple times and he said hi when we ran into eachother. He doesn't always smile and he'll have this serious expression on his face when he looks at me so that's how I know he's not being friendly. It seems as if he wants to say something with his eyes but I break eye contact and look back and he's still looking. |

Things at my house are kinda bad, so they've never came over even though we've known each other for 2-4 years. And we all go to the same school, but this year we have no classes together while they have literally all theirs together. And I would try to text them but one of them would leave me on read for 3 days and the other would be like "I'm tying to go to sleep but my flash keeps going off" and I feel like she was referring to me. I just feel really lonely and when we have school events during school we would sit by each other while they would talk to each other and would get up and leave once it was over and not even wait for me. I just feel like I'm not important to them anymore. But this is what I should expect if we barely hang out of school together. Do you have any advice on what I should do? |

The sad thing is that I agree. I thought I would have been better off being patient and waiting for the right friends, but it's driving me crazy because it's about to be 3 years and that's too long. Sometimes I would rather trade my success for friends because I'm tired of feeling alone or that I'm in competition with other women (only the ones who were childishly hostile towards me, not all women). I would rather have a group of friends than to be unsuccessful and unhappy. I wasn't always well liked with a lot of friends growing up. I don't care if I'm smarter and more successful than some of the teenagers who constantly bullied and shunned me. My only concern is that me feeling unwanted is turning me into an angry and negative person. |

Lately, I've been feeling more than just a friend feeling for her and I have a mini crush on her. I told her my feelings and she said she was flattered. We're both not gay, and I don't want to label myself but I've never felt anything like this for any girl besides her. She will say not to get a boyfriend right now because she'll get jealous and she isn't a jealous person but she's really Protective over me. She lays on me and calls me beautiful and compliments my Body and says I'm the cutest and we call eachother baby, love, babe. I kissed her and she didn't really kiss me back but she never moved away or was bothered by it. She just said we just really love eachother. She'll say we'll get married one day too and she will also say she has this deep kind of love for me that she can't explain. I'm with a guy who has liked me since childhood & even after I kept turning him down, he was still persistent. There's been times when I stopped contacting him but he still pursued me, so I just gave in. I made it clear to him from the beginning that I don't like relationships because I don't trust easily & I'm not the lovey-dovey type like most people. Relationships just have never been my thing - but after he told me how he felt, I decided to give him a chance. It's been years of us on and off dating and we are back on, however I'm getting really suspicious. He had a coworker whom he claims he talked to about me all the time. During the time we were "broken up" he claims that he always told her about me, blah blah. This coworker left the job they shared, but now he's trying to get a job at her new job. It seems like he's following her and he always talks about her too. I have met her & she confirmed everything he says but I still don't feel right. I feel like he may be chasing her in the same way he chases me and I don't have time for it. I feel like if given the chance he would be with her, but she has a boyfriend. They are pretty good roommates, but one thing has really gotten on my nerves - they do a ton of laundry. They each do at least 5 loads per week. I am a pretty hardcore environmentalist and I also don't like to pay a lot in utilities. We all just graduated from college, and in those days we had to use the laundromat, which was a hassle, so I think it may be the freedom of having our own machines that is causing this. Nonetheless, it really does bother me. At the same time, I don't know how to confront them about this. Neither of them are environmentalists like me, so if I come at it from that angle, I will be resisted. If I approach them from a utility-cost perspective, I am afraid I will look very cheap. I have an easier time doing this with something like the heating/cooling because it is something we all have a stake in - but I would feel weird telling them how much laundry I think they should be doing. Would confronting them be weird/out of line? |

Every now and then, not very often, she turns her computer towards herself(our desks are right next to each other) so that I can't see it. Her computer screen keeps flashing and she keeps clicking in the screen with her mouse. She just acts weird when she's doing it. I understand that she needs her privacy and I'm not going to look at her computer when she's not here or anything, but she just acts kind of uncomfortable or something when she's doing it. Should I be worried? I don't think she's taking pictures of herself. Does anyone what she could be doing? |

Posted: 15 Jan 2018 07:16 PM PST Whenever I interact with people I get vibes that they just find me repulsive.for example I have this one friend who will compliment all my other friends but when it comes to me, there's nothing.also when i try to persue a friendship or relationship I feel like people act super disinterested and that im just not worth their time.this happens to me all the time.i also don't feel feminine around people i just feel like this gross ugly beast.am i just paranoid or am i hanging out with the wrong people? |

Posted: 15 Jan 2018 07:11 PM PST She and I have been best friends for 10 years (yet have very little in common as we grew up). We used to talk a lot during school, but eventually not as much (besides plans and sharing incidences). I made a new friend just recently with whom I have *so* much in common with, thus I talk to him every day. I tell my best friend about him because she asks about what we talk about and I like sharing it with her. Although, lately, she's been telling me how she feels left behind because I talk to my male friend more (obviously because I have things in common with him, whereas I don't so much with my best friend). However, I still talk to her just as much as way before I met this guy, so it's not like much has changed. Still, she feels like I'm going to stop being friends with her, but I keep trying to tell her that it's highly unlikely esp. with ALL we've gone through together. She still can't help feeling this way, though, and worries about losing me. What do/can I do?? It's not completely my fault that she feels this way, as she's assuming something that's not true. I still hang out + chat with her. All I can think is just not to tell her about him anymore, but then it would be just as bad, as she would feel bad that I wouldn't be sharing the chats with her (because we usually tell each other *everything*). I've also tried to motivate her to find friends of similar interests to her, because she doesn't have anyone else to hang out with...Still working on that... |
| Question: What does it mean when a guy asks if you want to hangout? Posted: 15 Jan 2018 06:46 PM PST There is a store that I go to and over a year or so ago. My mom and I started talking to one of the male cashiers. He just asked us questions like what were we doing for the weekend etc. Just general conversation just being polite. So one day I told him I was going to Massage Therapy school. So he told me that if I needed anyone to practice on I could practice on him. So I said ok and gave him my number awhile went by and he never called. So it's been about four months and the other day he called me. Asking when could I practice Massage on him. I told him that I am no longer in Massage Therapy school. Because I decided to change to something else. But I told him I may end up going back next year. So he asked me if I still remembered some of the things I learned I told him yes. So then he said he could come to my house and I could practice on him. I told him I lived with a roommate I actually still live with my parents. He doesn't have his own place but he said he will soon. So then he asks me if i want to hang out and I told him I would let him know. So I don't know what to think about this. I'm not overthinking it I'm just curious about what he wants. I never said it was four months but he's been asking about the massage for the longest time. |

Lately, I've been feeling more than just a friend feeling for her and I have a mini crush on her. I told her my feelings and she said she was flattered. We're both not gay, and I don't want to label myself but I've never felt anything like this for any girl besides her. She will say not to get a boyfriend right now because she'll get jealous and she isn't a jealous person but she's really protective over me. She lays on me and calls me beautiful and compliments my body and says I'm the cutest and we call eachother baby, love, babe. I kissed her and she didn't really kiss me back but she never moved away or was bothered by it. She just said we just really love eachother. She'll say we'll get married one day too and she will also say she has this deep kind of love for me that she can't explain. She will look at me and just smile and sometimes I'll say like just be mine and she'll say if she was gay she would already be dating be by now. But then other times she'll say maybe I will just go gay for you or if I mention about my crush she'll be like I'm happy to be that girl or it's more than okay. She even says she loves more than she should. But sometimes I feel like her words and actions confuse me. |

Posted: 15 Jan 2018 05:04 PM PST My friend is beautiful and all the boys want her she has the perfect thick body and tan skin that everybody likes I guess I'm pretty but I don't get as much attention as her. People are very racist and shallow since I'm darker skin and thin I'm not craved as much. This guy has had a crush on me for months and has been trying to get with me forever even thou he's very shy. However my new friend happens to have a crush on him too since she's used to "getting so much attention" she just assumes he wants her and she has a chance just because everyone else likes her.. I heard my crush say the other day that didn't want her when his friend asked him he said that he only wanted me and I was attractive too even tho she may look the way she do but I still cant help but to be jealous and insecure overall what to do? |
