I think this because she acts the same as past girls that have liked me before, she shows more skin while around me, she tends to sway closer to me while talking, she'll pick me on her team whenever we do something like a sports thing always at the first chance she gets, she'll also touch me like sometimes put her hand on my knee or yesterday she randomly gave me a hug from behind. She offered to slow dance with me earlier as well. She also laughs at all my jokes even the terrible ones. So before school ended there was this guy who had a crush on me he tried asking me for the number would always hit on me, but I pretty much rejected him so he gave up on me and got with a different girl but then they ended. So after that we didn't talk till school ended which was like for 2 weeks. Anyways I realized that I did kinda like him so I told his best friend. At the very beginning of summer his best friend explained everything to him, and told him that I liked him "he was like what the heck why didn't you tell me this before". So he message me now its been two months (School starts up in a week). And we messaged non stop all threw out the summer, but the thing is we haven't had romantic conversations. We legit have extremely stupid ones. Ofcuz when i saw he wanted to break up, I was broken. During our relationship, I saw his text w/ women inviting them out etc. He never knows i know bout this. I was rly hurt enduring that quietly on my own. He was the first guy i had sex with. I was hurt/damaged. Early of our dating he was the one after me putting in a lot of effort for a few months before i let down my guard. When he texted to end it, its hurt way too much to have any kinda contact whatsoever. I did my best as a gf but that was it. I needed to move on. I needed to save myself. He found out i blocked him everywhere n got upset sending me abusive email n followed by apologizing email. Every week, I got email. its the pattern of angry/ blunt /apology over it. All of them about ''MEETING UP' that he wanted to talk. It dont sound like he wanted to get back. It sounds angry that i didn't allow to meet as planned and end in person. What I don't get is that..he wanted me out of the picture. it was his call. I left, right away. Perhaps not in the best way since i just gave no reply and cut all contacts, but he got what he wanted/needed. Last week Friday afternoon, she instant messaged me through instant messenger with the following: Hi, (Name) :) (smiley face emoji), when you have a chance, I would like to speak. Please call me at (personal cell phone number) or IM so I can assist her with setting up a VPN token. Today, 5 days later at 8pm I sent her a text Hi, Name. It's Name, Hows everything going. Point is... I work with someone that I think I am falling for. Oops... So we slept around a few times and I really thought that is all it was going to be... it was a little uncomfortable after, but we kept it professional and now we act like best friends at work, talking about anything and everything... making each other laugh, having a blast. Now I hear he is going to look for something else because the job itself is not fulfilling. So when I heard this, I felt a knot in my stomach... I am a great "sidekick" friend type person, but am extremely shy and scared when it comes to being vulnerable or having a serious conversation with someone... especially when it has been a great friendship and very light and funny most times.
