Question: Is my husband depressed or just losing his mind? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 06:59 PM PST So my husband is really stressed and is always checking his phone...Anyway I went to his office and I saw him kissing another woman I am heart broken and don't know what to do... He has been using opiates pot and alcohol heavily lately and I fear that he is pushing me away so that I won't 'nag' him into rehab. He is very smart but I fear that he is going to destroy himself...Worst of all I am pregnant and I do not know if I should plan an intervention, talk to him, divorce him, or leave him. He was a sweet guy when we met but he has become a shell of himself...He never eats, I have to sit there and watch him eat. I fear that he will hurt himself either intentionally or unintentionally from all his habits. |
Question: Non-contested divorce process in South Carolina? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 05:17 PM PST I will be separated for the legal one year mark from my ex this month. So we need to move along with our divorce. Can anybody give me the process breakdown for a non contested divorce (no kids no property, just need to get our names separated) How does it work? Do I have to see him face to face again? I just really want this over, quickly. |

Question: My husbands entire family hates me!!!! what should I do! please help! any advice is good.? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 12:02 PM PST so I have been married about 3 yrs& have a 9 month old bby. his whole family has begun to hate me. his 2 siblings & their spouses have loved me so much in the past. me & his dad have always fought. he puts me down and grills me 24/7 & I am the only one who has ever confronted him. Ex "if u truly loved ur daughter u would have baby proofed ur home" mind you she was weeks old at this time!! who says that? its their first grandbaby. after his last visit to our place thanksgiving day... he was so upset it was 76 degrees in our home. he said he couldnt breath &asked if I would prefer him strip down naked to cool off. he shouted this at me and followed it with "how rude u dont have a lower temp for guests" after all that he made all my husbands sibs turn against me , like some sick movie. he is telling so many lies about me &tell the his sibs I dont like his sibs!. im devastated, stressed &my heart aches for my husband cause its his family! they wont speak to me or him or their first grandbaby now. all because I stood up to him a few times. they ended up telling me& the family I am literally abusive to my husband! hubby 6'4 210lbs, me 5'5 125lbs!btw.! he has done much more to me. he has yelled at me while I was 8months pregnant and call me a brat and told me im never welcome in his home... the reason for this ->he asked me if I said thank you to my husbands aunt about a gift a month ago. I said thats personal but yes I did. and he went crazy yelling! . p.s im 24 hisband is 32 |
Posted: 06 Jan 2016 10:47 AM PST my wife and i are going on our second year of marriage and thing were all fine at first but after one night out she started acting different... short tempered , stop touching me and telling me im handsom , and sees no right in anything i do. she disagrees with every thing i do even when she ask for my advice...now when i first noticed that she get mad quick i stopped fighting with her , i became a yes man ,,,i wouldnt fight with her at all and i made sure she was right about everything. she has a very smart mouth . i reached a boiling point the other day and i exploded on her, i dished out everything she ever said to my in one fight. i talked about her parenting all the way to her last failed marriage and at the end of all the yelling she yelled out she was gonna kill me , reason be is because i put my finger in her face saying what are you gonna do THREATING she says it was but any way she left , the next day i went to her parents house and tried to talk but it was a no go and she informed me that she dosnt feel safe at home ......remember when she said she was gonna KILL ME....hummmmmmm......so i grabed my things and on the way out i repeated what she said to me , yes it was childish but i was so angry ..anyway she attacked me and grabbed knives and i had to run out of her parents house. i really want to work it out with her , thats what i got married for thick and thin. |
Question: Did my wife say the right thing? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 09:22 AM PST My wife woke me up in the middle of the night and said, "honey, I love your wiggle stick" then went back to bed. what does that mean? |
Question: How to get husband to talk to you about divorce? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 09:02 AM PST my husband left one day and never came back. He sent a text saying he was ending our relationship. We have a child together and he makes his grandma take her back and forth between us. I want to talk to him about getting a divorce, but he hides from me. I'm blocked on all his accounts, I've tried going to his parent's house (where he's living,) and his mom called the police. They have no reason to do this. I have no way to contact him and find out about a divorce. What can I do? he left 2 months ago |
Posted: 06 Jan 2016 08:37 AM PST We are all 20 right now. besides the friends girlfriend who is 18. My boyfriend, friend, and I have all known each other since high school. Friends girlfriend is relatively new to the group but shes nice and we all get along. Mutual friend was talking to my boyfriend and I about possibly him buying his dads house in several years. It's a decent size and there's definitely enough room for 4 people to live in it together. He then asked if we would be interested in living in it with him,and helping to pay for the bills (sharing responsibility of everything). I am not worried about this friend screwing us over or anything like that - he's a real nice guy, no drugs or alcohol, works tirelessly at his job, etc. I'm excited for the opportunity but I want to make sure I don't get too excited just in case something could go badly wrong... Is there anything you can think of that makes this a bad idea? Thanks a lot for the help! Also put in Marirage & Divorce because a lot of very intelligent people are in this category. Thanks :) I totally understand Ryde 0n. At this point though, id like to move out and be on my own but can't afford that right now. So, while living with roommates I'm sure does suck, it is preferable to still living at home. :P |
Question: Am I crazy for staying? I feel controlled and manipulated!? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 08:20 AM PST I have been with my wife for exactly a year and have been dealing with constant arguments. She has definitely put many things ahead of me. I have never had her trust and that something she says she can never give me. I ve deleted my social networks to show her that she is the one but it s starts to bother me that I can t have one. She hates the facts that s there s pictures of models and whatever and always just thinks the worse of me. Not only but I don t have the decision to hang out with my friend either. I have only seen my friends once last year with only an hour or two to spend. I really need to know if I m staying for the correct reasons. I literally have no decision. The whole point of me writing this is because I was exhausted from work yesterday and became really sleepy. She got furious when I didn t have sex with her and has been blaming that I m not into her anymore. She keeps pushing me away and doesn t realize it. What should I do? Should I take the step of divorce? |
Question: Is my husband an example of a sociopath? I don't know how to describe his character!? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 08:11 AM PST Me and my husband have been together for almost 8 years and been married for almost 4 years, we now have a 5 yr old daughter. He's a good father but not a good provider, I know this sounds crazy but he doesn't have a job, I'm the only one who provides for our family as a freelance graphic designer. His only obligation as a husband and a father is sending our daughter every day to school, cook her food and take her for walks. When he wanted to give something for our daughter he just asks for money from his mom! (he's 26 now, I'm 28).. He's also fond of playing video games and is quite addicted to it actually. Everything seems fine about our relationship until I get to start opening up about my frustrations about our situation. Every time I ask him to look for a job and not depend on me or his mom, he then gets really angry and yells at me . He tells me I shoulnd't tell him what to do coz he's still finding the "right" time to look for a job. Well, he does work before as a call center agent for tech support but he didn't seem to last, as he has anger management issues. He couldn't take pressure from work, when his boss make some negative feedbacks about him he couldn't take it and fights back, cursing and getting personal, which is very unprofessional. He is very immature. He always tells me doesn't want to be mistreated. Every time we argue about things, he always do the "Ad Hominem" attack, telling me that I always think that I'm right and why he's always the wrong one. I agree with everyone here, you all have a point. I can make use of your answers to confront and explain to him. I know I made the wrong decisions for choosing him, we first met each other as being young and stupid, but it seems i was the only one who matured. Our daughter loves us both, and she sometimes tell us to stop fighting which only breaks my heart. I don't know why talking to my husband about money seems like a taboo to him, like he's embarrassed to talk about it or something. |
Question: Wives - how long would it take you to get fed up with a husband who prefers...? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 07:53 AM PST Pleasuring himself to a spouse who'd rather enjoy pleasuring you? There is a gentleman here who would rather go solitary. I tried to explain that is rather counter-productive to a happy marriage as far as I know it. My wife and I have been together for twenty years and I am still crazy about her and we still make a point of having fun a couple of times a week. Any thoughts to help give this man a different perspective? He is in dire need of advice before he ruins his marriage. |

Question: How should I address this with my husband? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 06:43 AM PST We just finished paying off a lawyer for my husband's DUI case. We were paying $500 a month to this lawyer, and I am so glad it's over with and opened up the extra income for us. My husband has decided that since we have an "extra" $500 a month he can spend his tax return on a down payment for a new truck. I agree, he could use a new vehicle, but I told him it would be better to wait 6 months and work on paying down some other debt that we have before adding on another big bill. Now he's mad at me because I won't just agree that he can go out and buy a truck. I've tried explaining to him that we need to take care of other things first. He told me that I can take care of it with my tax return. I love my husband, but sometimes he can be so childish and selfish...especially when it comes to money. He is still stuck on his/my money when it comes to something he wants to do that I object to. If there was an immediate need for the truck, I would be all for it. But, he has a good running truck right now, he just wants something newer/nicer. We have credit cards to pay off, a lawn mower to finish paying for, and a few other things that need paying off. I also doubt he's going to get enough back on tax return for a decent down payment, and I would rather he save up some money and put down a big down payment. How can I get him to understand that it would be better to wait, pay off other debt, and save up some money? @Caroline, I don't even know how we are going to file, yet. He doesn't handle any of that mess. This will be our second tax season after being married. Last year I filed us separately because it worked out that we received more money doing so. I'll be on turbo tax this year, trying out separate or jointly to see which yields the best return. I'd like to pay off MY vehicle, first, and am thinking of doing so with the tax return. I had to buy a vehicle last year because my car died. But I did not get a brand new vehicle, it's 10 years old. We paid $7500 to the lawyer, btw, if anyone is wondering. That is a new/used vehicle! He really has no clue when it comes to insurance. The DUI charge is probably going to be dropped, but until that happens, it is showing on his account. I tried adding him as a driver on my vehicle and it increased my rate a bit. The truck he's currently driving belongs to his parents, and they still pay the insurance on it. That's why he doesn't even factor in insurance. But I'm sure they won't pay it for his new truck. And we can't use that truck to trade in or sale for the new one. @Owen, we have been living check to check, and sometimes not even making it to the next check. It's been VERY hard. I really just wanted some BREATHING room for a while. You know? *sigh* |

Posted: 06 Jan 2016 05:08 AM PST ok so my ex and i bought a car (we were married at the time) and it was in both our names... when we got divorced, the judge said he could take the car but he has to get it refinanced to get my name off of it. this was November 2014, Shortly after that i moved to Germany and he still hasnt gotten my name off of it.... i cant really take him to court because i dont live in the states, i called the bank that financed the car and they said he is past due 2 years on his payments... its ruining my credit. i have a court order that says he had to get my name off but i dont know what to do from here. any ideas? do i need to go to the states to take care of this? thank you |
Question: Should I leave her for this? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 05:01 AM PST My wife is 49 and I've been married to her for 6 years. I've found out that she's been sexually active with a few of her sons friends before I met her. They were in mid twenties when this happened. When she sees them now she hugs them and have seen them checking her out at parties. I don't think she's doing anything wrong though. This past summer out on the lake at Island party I did see her hug one of them and when she went to put her arms around his neck her top raised and she hugged him with **** out and he looked at them an said something to her. She didn't rush to cover herself up. Every year she invites her son and and tells him to invite a couple of his buddies out on our boat for annual lake party. They bring beads to toss to girls who show off. She ends up showing off for them too. I climbed up on boat one time and she was standing with her top pulled open talking to one of them and he put beads on her. She just said that he admired her breasts. While driving back to our boat dock it got stormy and I needed more weight up in front of boat. My wife and one of her sons buddies went down in cabin for the ride back. It was very rough and about half way back my wife pushed open cabin door and told me to slow down it was too rough of ride. When she opened the cabin door it was obvious that she had no top on and everyone on board saw her. She just said she was going back down and pulled door closed. She collected these. https://s.yimg.com/hd/answers/i/7af3da5b13cb4ead97753bb156e00dce_A.jpeg?a=answers&mr=0&x=1452126379&s=11bf176ecd8bdb08e5a746887d5fc79b |

Question: Having sex with my car driver in absence of husband. Should I continue or stop ? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 02:43 AM PST I am a housewife. My husband has 2 wives. I am second one. My husband is 50 years old and I am 25. I am always given attention by other males whenever I am out or whoever interacts with me. But my husband is always giving most of the attention to his 1st wife. When he comes to visit me, he talks to me for few minutes, drinks alcohol and then sleeps. 1 month ago my driver started flirting with me and in need of a man's attention I started flirting with him. Now its like he and I are having sex daily and I love his size and strength. Can't marry him due to our different religions. He is hindu and i am a muslim. What should i do ? Should I stop sleeping with driver or just go on ? He is an amazing freak in bed. Note. I have no kids and my husband doesn't have a clue. |
Question: My husband has a SUPER SMALL Penis.Should I divorce him? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 01:25 AM PST We have been together for 1 year already and I just can't take it anymore. His penis is like an inch and 3 inches when horny.Sex with him is terrible and I get no pleasure.I always pretend to enjoy sex with him,but in reality I never do.I mean he is just so good looking and hot,but his tiny penis ruins it all.No wonder he ended up with me cause the other bitches probably didn't want him and now I don't too.I deserve a hotter sexier man who has a 7 inch penis at least and not a really tiny bitty one.So help! How can I divorce him and tell him the truth? Thanks |
Question: Legitimate penis question, Married? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 01:20 AM PST I'm married, and probably insecure about my manhood. Look I'm 7 solid inches long BUT, not super girthy. I don't have my measuring tape anymore so I did the toilet paper tube test and my penis fits with a little looseness. So idk wtf that means. My wife never comments on me having a large or small penis but just says it's never been a problem for her. I bring this up cuz she exclaimed with apparent excitement at a picture of a large penis and she's never reacted that way with me. And I hear girth is better than length so I'm just confused. Am I overreacting? My size is fine? Thanks |
Question: I was raped. Should I tell my wife? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 12:11 AM PST So me and a few of my coworkers went out for drinks after work last night. We were just at the bar having a good time and flirting with the ladies that walked by (nothing sexual). The bar was about to close, so we all grabbed our coats and went our separate ways. I don't live far from the bar, so I decided to walk(stumble) home. This is when I was raped I was a few blocks away from my house when I saw my coworker Lauren car stopped at the red light. I waved goodnight to her and she rolled down the window and yelled "Where are you going drunk man?" I said "Home! Where else would I be going this late?" She offered me a ride and I accepted. When I got into her car, she said she needed to make a quick stop at the gas station that was nearby. Instead of going to the gas station, she pulled over and started parking her car. I said "What are you doing? I thought you were taking me home." Without saying a word, she reach for my penis and start massaging it. I stopped her but she was persistent. After a minute of struggling with her, I gave up the fight. She removed my penis and begun performing oral sex on me. After 5 whole minutes of this unpleasant toture, she lift her dress and climbed on top of me. She forced me inside of her and I immediately ejaculated out of fear. I cleaned myself off with a wet wipe she gave me and got out of her car and ran home to my wife. Why do I feel horrible when I'm the victim here? I want to tell my wife, but she may think I'm lying. |
Question: What to do about my addict husband? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 12:07 AM PST So he was abused as a child emotionally and physically by his father and I don't know how to help him. He has nervous shakes, night terrors, and he barely ever has time to work on his job. His boss is a good friend from church and he is trying to work with him but I fear that he will lose his job soon. I was forced to explain to his boss when he fell and hit his head and got a severe concussion. He then had to go to the hospital because he was mixing pain pills with alcohol and its just been a roller coaster. He is 23 and I am 21 we've been married for two years but I just don't know what to do. I love him but he has really pushed me I've already talked to the Bishop at our ward as well as his family about it but I just can't come up with what to say to the man I married for all the pain he has caused me... He just drinks and drinks and I need to know what to tell him so that I can have the man I fell in love with back. So I packed up my bags and told him I was going to my parents for a week to reevaluate things.... As I was walking out the door he started to cry and said don't leave I don't want to be alone....he then said that he'd get help but he doesn't want to go to a rehab facility for his drug and alcoholism. While I held him I couldn't help but think how overwhelmed I am... Is Alcoholics anon for people after rehab? I am not sure where to go from here I thought I had done this but apparently not so here is the deal there was an intervention but he said we were crazy and he went to a motel. |
Question: Confused about if the other woman Is pregnant by my husband or not?!? Posted: 06 Jan 2016 12:05 AM PST My husband and I separated over this past summer for a few months . We completely hated each other . He was so mean to me and didn t want to be with me anymore. We would still have intimate times every now and then. I ended up getting pregnant and while our separation was going on him and this other girl were always hanging out and going our places etc. my husband and I have already one child together and when I told him I was pregnant he was speechless . Then a few days later he turned his whole self around and said how we needed to work things out and how he was sorry for leaving me and his daughter to begin with. Well, the other girl he was talking to is pregnant and die the same time as me. I confronted him twice about it he says it s not his and stressed that point and when I asked her she told me "apparently so" which idk what that means and didn t give me a yes or no answer. He swears he didn t sleep with her . I am worried all the time and it s always on mind how she s pregnant with not a man in her life. Her Facebook has her gender reveal party with no man next to her just girlfriends and family. And when I stalked her Facebook it said she s having a girl and if it was a boy she was gonna name it Ethan (the name my husband and I wanted) . But she s not contacting him about anything they don t talk. Any advice!? |

Question: My husband always likes naked girls pictures on Instagram? Posted: 05 Jan 2016 11:43 PM PST I always see him looking and liking those kinds of picture, mainly ones with girls who are skinny have big fake breasts etc. it bothers me because he knows that it hurts me when he does that, I'm struggling with my weight right now (I'm overweight) and I'm trying to lose weight to get healthy. He always asks me why I'm trying to lose weight and it's because I feel like he doesn't think I'm beautiful or that he would want me to look like them. I gained a lot of weight after my miscarriage and I'm very self conscious about my body and how fat I am. Is it bad that I feel hurt when I see him liking pictures like that or am I in the wrong? Do all men do that? Please someone help I'm desperate.. |
Question: Is it legal for mother to keep children away from their father for no reason? Posted: 05 Jan 2016 11:37 PM PST (Sorry this is long but the details matter) My wife and I have been separated for a long time now. (she cheated on me several times, included when I was away on duty) She filed for divorce some time ago but neither of us showed up and the whole thing was voided. (She has custody of my kids and I want to change that) she is an aweful mother who dates abusive men. I ve filed charges on her current boyfriend for putting his hands on my six year old daughter. When this occurred and I told her my two Kids were not going back to stay with her, she called the police, they called CPS, the case worker dismissed the bruises she found and because I was taken away by the police due to a warrent popping up (it was a mistake caused by an old driving charge from 2013 and I was released three days later) I was not able I be there to say "no they are staying with me" my kids had to leave with her and since then she either refuses to accept my calls, answers only to cuss me out and call me a piece of **** paint, or agrees to let me see them only to never show up (she did this one on christmas) she has me blocked on all social media, she blocked my phone number and refuses to let me know where she lives. She is in every sense of the word forcing me and my kids apart simply because she is being mad and spiteful. (I've raised and paid for everything for my kids since they were born) what can I do legally from here? I live in Indiana. If anyone knows those state laws please fill me in. Thanks |
Question: How to write a convincing divorce scene? Posted: 05 Jan 2016 11:25 PM PST Do you guys have any advice on how to write a realistic scene in which the main character tells her husband (who is having an affair) that she knows about it and wants a divorce. Any must-have elements that might be helpful to know? I just don't want it to come out sounding like every other break up scene with the whole "How could you do this to me" and "It meant nothing I swear!" Let me rephrase the question: Are there any do's or don'ts that come to mind when you think about how a break up scene should be written. Anything you've read that made you cringe or had you particularly moved? |
Posted: 05 Jan 2016 11:05 PM PST I was married to my wife for 6 years and we have two children. A 4 year old and a 6 month old daughter. Five months ago we separated. Our temporary custody arrangement right now is we have a 50-50 physical and legal custody arrangement with my 4 year old. It's 3 day and switch arrangement. My 6 month old who is breastfed exclusively I see 2 hours, at her house when we do pick up and drop offs for our oldest. My wife told me she might have found a job in another state. It wouldn't start until the summer. I have left my lawyer an email to get his advice but I'm still nervous. I don't want to lose the time with my oldest daughter and the little time I do get with my youngest. To ad I do have legal joint custody of the youngest, just limited visitation because of the breastfeeding. There will be a court battle before she gets to leave. |
Question: Trying to help my mother? How can I help? Posted: 05 Jan 2016 11:01 PM PST My parents went thru a divorce about 4 years ago and it really disappoints me when I try to have a conversation with my mother and she brings up the past I've tried so much to tell her to live her present because the past does not bring anything good and instead of having a nice conversation I get really upset and rather drop it and not even talk to her anymore, I really don't know what to advice anymore because everything seems to just go out from the other ear |
Question: Should I text him this ? Posted: 05 Jan 2016 10:39 PM PST My friend has blown me off too many times, I'm done with his bs, but first I want to text to give him something to think about, don't care if he replies and don't care to ever speak to him again. I'll text, "You say you want to hang out but you blow me off. Uncool and rude. Your disrespectful behavior has made me lose all regard for you, and although I wish you luck, I don't think either of us would benefit from future contact." Should I start with a "hello" text before sending, or randomly send it without pretext? |
Question: NEED HELP with child custody! EX PARTE CALIFORNIA? Posted: 05 Jan 2016 09:46 PM PST Our daughter 2 years old. I am the custodial parent, and her father started overnight visits one night(alternate weekends) Jan 2015. Her father had a domestic violence incident with his wife while our daughter was present. The cps contacted me and we had a case open for 31 days. Things progressively got worse, and I knew nothing about my daughter s dads behavior with our daughter and his wife. She ended up leaving him and now telling me everything he did(IN DETAIL) She wrote up a testimony, gave me the police reports dating from the first time he had her overnight, the abuse/neglect on our daughter. I am shocked because for 1) I never lived with him and we were a short term fling and I became pregnant. 2) now our daughter has experienced all this, but she is voiceless in all of this. I had papers stating he would yell at our daughter saying "shut up, shut up, shut up" or say comments to his wife like, "she can sit in her **** or change her diaper herself" I m scared for my daughter, I m sad to know the man who is suppose to love her unconditionally treats our 2 year old baby this way. She also stated how this behavior was ongoing until she moved out in July 2015. We were both ordered to take a parenting course for 6 weeks before Feb 2015, and HE NEVER DID. The judge didn t even ask him for a certificate, but I had mine in my hand. I filed in court and the Judge denied my request saying these accusations, proof of his wife's restraining order, as well as her testimony on his behavior throughout their short marriage with our daughter is old information and not recent. I just don't get it. He locked our daughter in a closet, he tied her up when she was 14 months old and left her in a room, he neglect her and he tells his wife if she calls the police he will shoot himself. It doesn't matter because it's months old? Also, how does his behavior change just because it's months old. I just found all this out because his wife told me and gave me all the copies, but because it didn't happen yesterday, he's all of a sudden a loving caring father? ALL I REQUESTED WAS FOR HIM to take DV classes, parenting classes, and supervised visitation UNTIL he takes those extensive class. Marine corps made him take A ONE DAY dv awareness class and obviously it didn't cure anything. What do I do? He had a lawyer!! |
