Posted: 02 Feb 2020 11:29 PM PST I'm been Dating this man for a couple of months like 3 months. I've known him forever I've known him since I started college when I was 19 but I never found him attractive until he started we started having this deep conversations and we started to actually hang out. We can talk for hours and hours and hours we have a strong emotional connection. He has me laughing so hard sometimes I can't breathe. We share the same humor. However we had sex 3 times and it was lack luster. I mean it was in the car because neither of us have our own place and hotels are expensive but I was expecting to reach an orgasm. Anyways. I've only had two sexual partners my entire 28 years of life so I'm not a pro at this whole sex thing but I like to think I know something. I feel like he doesn't know how to put on a condom. First time we had sex the condom came completely off and we didn't even realize it until after the fact. I have anxiety and so I felt like I couldn't breathe when I realized this. I'm terrifying of having kids. I don't want kids and he said he doesn't want kids either. So I had to immediately buy and take plan b. So now I can't really get into sex because i feel like ima have a pregnancy scare again like last time. 2nd time we had sex the condom didn't come off but i looked down and it was almost bout to come off during the act. 3rd time same thing happened it was close to coming off during sex. This is so weird to me because I was with my ex boyfriend for 6 years And we never had a scare not even once and the condom never broke or came off in the slightest despite us going at it hard |
Posted: 02 Feb 2020 10:45 PM PST Hi all, I've been struggling with the question of whether or not I'm a bad husband? I have been with my wife for almost 16 years now. We have two beautiful girls who are absolutely my world. They are the glue that has kept me in this relationship. I find the thought of ever having to leave them absolutely heartbreaking! Let me start out by saying that I have always been a great provider for my family. One of my biggest faults is that I work way to much. I own a business and that requires so much off my attention and time. In fact, when I'm not working all I really want to do is relax. To prevent this from being a book I'll just get into why I'm asking this question... My wife doesn't work because she doesn't have to. Let me also say that I'm grateful she doesn't have to. I rely on her to keep our home clean for me and my girls because I honestly don't have the energy to do that also. I have severe allergies to dust and it also irritates my daughters allergies too. I cannot possibly relay how many times we have argued, civilly of course, about this one topic. There are many more examples but my characters are limited here. I'm not complaining about occasions that happen here are there. I'll notice that she completely stops dusting for days and weeks at a time. I've found myself becoming bitter about it and even threatening to leave for years. Is this a form of mental abuse because I constantly blame her for the same things over and over? What do I do? |
Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:39 PM PST They split last June and were officially legally divorced a few weeks ago. My Dad is already dating a woman. I found out this weekend and he asked me to join him and this woman Marie to my aunt's house to watch the Super Bowl with them and two cousins of mine that were over at my aunts. I said okay and went and my Dad was holding hands the whole time with this woman. She was perfectly nice but it seems so wrong to me. I understand if it were 7 years from now but it seems like he is still married to my Mom though technically has not been for 3 or 4 weeks. I wonder if he was seeing this woman before the divorce was finalized January 6th. My mother called the marriage off and I trust my Dad was not cheating before that. How do I let this go as I know it is none of my business and he is divorced so it isn't like he is cheating. Yet, it feels so soon and wrong to me. This is my Dad and my Mom is my Mom. They have always been together for 31 years. They have not had a happy marriage but they have been married and so it feels like a death to me. Christmas was awful this year because of it. I am 26 and female. Also, do I tell my two siblings our Dad is dating? Do I need to treat this woman Marie like she is my 2nd mother? |
Question: Why do people make it sound like a life obligation to get married? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:31 PM PST is this a rule somewhere? I didn't think so! |
Question: Is it necessary to make a wedding? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:31 PM PST I found the love of my life but I do not want to spend money on a stupid wedding inviting hundreds of people. I just want to celebrate with my new husband, my mom, sister, uncle and best friend... this way, I will be happy being with the ones I love and care about while also saving money |
Question: Women: Do you realize Men are starting to hate you ? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:26 PM PST Thanks to the MeToo# movement that ruined many lives of Men for being falsely accused of rape, now Men are fed up with this nonsense. Many men don't even want to work with women or even date/marry anyone. |
Question: I think I am starting to see the light in married life? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 07:46 PM PST In typical dark interrogation room with single lamp swinging from ceiling. Collective Married Woman sits in chair/table opposite a young, brash Xavier in uniform. Collective Married Woman: "Why am I here" Xavier: "You are here to answer some questions. Lets begin! Did you or did you not have many lovers before marriage!" Collective Married Woman (in sexy voice): "Yes and I enjoyed myself thoroughly to excess" Xavier: "Good! Do you use all that experience to keep your husband happy in marriage?" Collective Married Woman: "But of course, I wouldn't have it any other way and he goes to sleep with a giant grin every night" Xavier: "Excellent. However you forget one thing. A man always desires side action. What then?" Collective Married Woman: "Well that would be the end of it and I would take more than half of everything in divorce" Xavier: "Horrible. Aren't there any other options?" Collective Married Woman: "We could simply negotiate to have an open marriage instead?" Xavier: "Well then, why didn't you just say that to begin with instead of going with the nuclear option" Collective Married Woman: "Because I have my dignity, never mind all of my past misadventures and freebies! A vow is a vow! This is the only thing in life that I take seriously....booo hoo, hooo.*Sobs and collapses into a pile on floor* Xavier: "I understand now. Guards! take her away" A lone Xavier sits and contemplates how to use this newfound knowledge. To be continued..... BTW this is within the confines of marriage prison where Xavier is the warden. Now you must excuse me. The wifey just stepped out in her new sexy time outfit! |

Question: Husband fed me something I am allergic to? ? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 04:39 PM PST Please tell me I am not being unreasonable for being upset. He cooked dinner last night and we had left overs and ate it again for lunch. Now, im allergic to all seafood and he added a small amount of shrimp paste into the dish without my knowledge. And he also made a side salad and added shrimp salt. I have really bad eczema which I finally got to cool down but My skin was flaring up so much I wasnt sure why. I finally found out when he offered his friend some food that he said to his friend that there was shrimp paste in it. I was furious because Im extremely itchy that I just want to strip my skin off. I confronted him and he apologized but is now mad at me for being mad at him. What the hell should i do? |

Question: How to make her feel beautiful? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 04:20 PM PST So I met my wife 5 years ago. I used to be like the biggest ****** on Earth. Why she stuck around is beyond me. But there was a point when she was gaining weight because of a birth control and I kinda told her I won't be with her if she gains any more weight. 4 years into the relationship, I completely changed my views in life and now I love her unconditionally. But she hates herself because she gained 40 lbs and have a hard time losing it. I've been telling her how beautiful she is and compliment her daily but she just responds with "only you think that". I scarred her so much and I wish I could go back in time and kick my past self's *** but what can I do realistically? Can the same person, who destroyed her self esteem, fix the damage?.. |
Question: What does it mean the person i wanted i can't have? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 03:46 PM PST So my wife says she cant have the person she wanted because shes married and he is married. What does that mean? She been lying to me all these years she never really wanted me? |

Question: How soon post-divorce should I wait to start dating? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 11:17 AM PST My divorce was finalized last month and we separated in June. I want to start dating but is it too soon and if so why? |
Question: How am I ever supposed to understand married women logic? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 11:13 AM PST Under the umbrella of a healthy sex life, you were able to have an excessive amount of lovers before marriage. Under the umbrella of finding happiness, the same thing. Marriage, it seems is the only time where women have any type of standard to uphold. Remind me again why is cheating such a big deal under the same pretenses? Also, If the above behaviors are no longer frowned upon but celebrated, why is cheating still a bad thing. The same goes for sex workers and swingers. These people are all having healthy sex life and some are earning money for it. Explain that. I'm struggling and failing to wrap my head around this logic. |
Question: Should I say something to her, or keep my trap shut? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 10:44 AM PST My cousin and her husband came to live with me 7 years ago. They are very considerate, and I try to be the same, and we get along very well. About a year and a half ago, I began to notice he didn't follow conversations well, things had to be repeated, and he didn't comprehend things well. I didn't want to mind their business, so I kept quiet about what was becoming increasingly obvious. I finally mentioned to her, I'd noticed he wasn't the same. She, of course was aware of this, and told me she was able to, after months of persuasion, get him to see a doctor. The doctor's preliminary exam determined he'd had a stroke. He there after refused to seek recommended further examination, and treatment. Since then, he's been deteriorating and talking to him is like playing charades. I finally suggested to him that he seek some treatment for him and his wife's sake. He told her about it and she was very upset and told me to stay out of it. I have since done just that. This month makes 2 years since he had the stroke (my cousin was able to pin it down to one day when he had a terrible headache). He's outside, as I write this, mowing the lawn in 40 degree weather, just as he did last week; and she knows it. The truth is I couldn't have afforded to pay a pro for some of the repairs he's made around here, and i don't want her to stop him from helping out. I realize he's not hurting the lawn, but I expect it will be something else next, and I don't want him to injure himself either. |

Question: Is this normal for a 16 year old? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 10:31 AM PST Dear all, I live with my dad and his new wife and her small kids after my mum kicked me out. I grew up with my mum and I never spent a lot of time with my dad, except for the holidays and weekend until I was about 12, 13. But I always had a great time with him. I truly admire and love him and I used to think he loves me. At some point, we kind of stopped talking to each other when he met his wife and had his new kids and I had my first girl friends. I thought I would have the chance to spend more time with him when I move in with him. But this is not at all the case. I have a fulfilled social life, I have a girl-friend who I spend a lot of time with, and lots of friends. I'm the clown at school and nobody knows how I feel inside. I miss my dad even though we live in the same house. He never talks to me, he even forgot my birthday and we only communicate via notes that I put on his music stand. I know he is terribly busy. He travels a lot. And I totally get it that his wife and her little kids are more important and need more attention. After all, I'm glad he lets me live my life. But I wish that I could just talk to him alone once in a while for a few minutes, that he would show some interest. Or that I could even do something fun with him maybe once a month. All of my friends talk to their dads every day and some of the lads even share hobbies with their fathers. How much time do other 16 year olds spend time with their dad? Do you think it's normal that I miss him? |
Question: Is my ex wife entitled to half of this money? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 10:10 AM PST Many years ago Janice my mother in law wanted to start a home based business. The business required she become very familiar using a computer. She needed to do inventory, accounts payable and receivable, customer lists, etc. She ask me to train her. I gladly did but it took many months of training. It was a difficult learning curve but she finally mastered using a computer and started her home based business. She said she would pay me for the training if the business was successful. I told her that was not necessary. She put in many long hours working on her business and it became very successful. Fast forward to the present. She is now my ex mother in law. Her daughter and I are now divorced. She recently sold her business for a lot of money. She decided to pay me for the training I gave her many years ago. She found the current rate for computer training and multiplied it by the approximate hours I trained her and sent me a check for that amount. It was a very pleasant surprise as I had nothing in writing that she owed me anything. The I got another surprise. My ex wife said that because we live in a community property state, she was entitled to half of the money her mother sent me because when I did the work I was married to her. I want to do what is right. Should I share the money with her? |

Posted: 02 Feb 2020 09:31 AM PST And we are sexually active so it effects me too if she gets something. She's in the mall all the time trying on clothes. She says she still wants to be photographed in it even though she can't afford it. She takes about a million pictures in the outfits and then puts them back. I was like you do realize you aren't the only one trying on clothes right. I don't think she realizes diseases you can get then she wonders why she's constantly has problems with itching peeing and stuff. What else should I do with her? I can't make any sense into her |
Question: Is this a reason to stay in touch with your ex? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 09:18 AM PST Hello, my husband is still in touch with his wife occassionally because of their children. However, the children are 34, 31 and 28 years old and the parents have been divorced for 15 years!! I think this is absolutely unnessecary. For example: - they both attended a concert the son gave together because all the other guys in the band had invited their parents - when the daughter moved houses they both helped and they sometimes talk about presents for the "kids". -when the son was hospitalized, they took turns in visiting him at the hospital and kept each other up to date about his condition - the eldest daughter will give birth of her first child in a couple of weeks and my husband and his wife are talking about gifts for the child. Sometimes, when either my husband or his ex is worried about one of the kids they talk to each other on the phone. I'm not usually a jealous person, but I think this is absolutely ridiculous. If their kids were small, I would understand, but they are adults and don't need their mommy and daddy any more, so why should the parents still be in touch? Do you think having 3 grown up kids is a reason to stay in touch with your ex? If you were in my shoes, would you accept this? Thank you |
Question: Ladies, on your life checklist, what did you reserve for marriage? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 09:08 AM PST Like gorging yourself in before embarking on a long voyage where resources may be scarce, most women over indulge with an excessive amount of lovers before marriage. This is how you are able to avoid the temptation to cheat until death or divorce. Not only is this not perverse, but it is encouraged, honorable, and celebrated way to do the single life. But, what else do you have to look forward to after doing it all before marriage? Also, what reward do you get from being faithful and expecting faithfulness from your husband?Having kids, growing old, death?Maybe cheating is on the checklist? You have to have left some kind of kink for marriage. What is that special thing? |
Question: Can I ask my husband to take down the pictures of his children? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:53 AM PST he has three children with his ex-wife. they are 34,31, and 28, two girls and a son. I like the girls but I don't like the son. I don't want to see his face every day. another thing is that the three of them are very attractive and when I feel bad about my age and looks, I don't want to be faced with their beauty. Does he really need a picture of his GROWN UP children on the wall? He also has a few when they were kids in the living room. I moved in with him so I haven't had the courage to ask him to take them down, but maybe I should? At least the one where they are grown up thx |
Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:21 AM PST My husband and I have been together for 20yrs. 10 yrs dating and 10yrs of marriage. Recently, my husband did a whole 180 on me. It started on Christmas when we decided to talk. He said that he does not know if he loves me and I hurt him. He basically, said that he lost his self worth. I told him how I did that? I thought that we were happy, since we go to Disney every year and we recently bought a home. I must say that I do have a problem when we argue. I do have a loud tone voice and get really upset. I am currently working on it with my therapist. Also he is bring up things I did with my ex when I was 16yrs old. Which, this was before us. Also, he stated that he found a text from my ex co-worker. Along the lines my co-worker just stated that if I delete my texts messages. To my respond I said no. However, this was an issue with my husband. But, I told him that if I was cheating on him, I would not have my phone available to him to look at. I told him that I have been faithful and loving wife. Now, we are having individual therapy and couples therapy. We have been separated for 3wks and I am staying at our recently bought home. I am very sacred that he will ask for a divorce. I love him very much and I am thinking that he is going through a phase. I am not saying I am perfect, but I thought we were happy. |
Question: Is it OK to do what my ex wife wants me to do? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:10 AM PST I got a call from my ex wife's mother that she had bought a new computer and she needed help setting it up so she could get on the internet. She was such a nice person when I was married to her daughter that I was happy to help her get her computer connected and running. She very much appreciated what I did that she cooked me a fantastic meal. She was a great cook. She must have told her daughter what I did because a few weeks later my ex wife called me and asked me to do the same for her new computer. We had a friendly divorce so I did not have a problem doing the same for her BUT there was a potential problem. My ex wife had remarried. I did not think her current husband would want me at his house. I asked my ex wife to check with her husband to see that it was OK with him that I came to their house and hooked up her computer. She assured me that her husband did not have a problem with me coming to their house and working on the computer. This does not seem right to me. I can not imagine ANY husband wanting the ex husband around. Should I personally talk to her husband and ask if he is OK with this OR is it none of my business what goes on between my ex and her husband and go over and hook up their computer. I would really like the opinion of guys on this situation. Thanks guys and everyone else. |
Question: Military life crisis councling? ? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 06:21 AM PST So I'm married and recently my husband has cheated on me leading to a whole bunch of other events, I left for 6 months and came back because of the fact that he told me he was going to councling for himself so he's seen our councilor about 5 or 6 time sense I've been gone, but long story short we agreed to go to councling (with the same councilor) Instead of going and paying for it. I want to be able to talk about my husbands cheating as that's the main thing I want go to councling for but he feels if we talk about it he might get in trouble with his career, which I would rather not do because I'm not trying to ruin his life or job or anything. Is it okay to talk about infidelity in military and family life councling without him getting in trouble because I feel like he just doesn't wanna deal with our counceler knowing that. |

Question: My husband has no interest in sex ? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 12:26 AM PST We got married at Christmas and it was so romantic. We used to have a great sex life but recently it's dried up. I'm 19 and my husband is 32. At new year his father was diagnosed with cancer and shortly after both of his grandparents died. Since then he's had no interest in sex. We haven't done it for 9 days now. Should I be re-evaluating my marriage? I feel it's gone stale |
