Question: Why do some people make everything about them? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 05:54 PM PST I mean everything is about them. If you go places with them. They talk about them, they don't like this, they have this need, they deserve this, they can't have this, oh they don't like this, and so on. If something happens even if they did something wrong it's someone else's or even your fault for being mean, negative, this reason, that reason, or the other. Then they always have to make sure you know all their wants and needs. They want everyone to know they deserve better. They think their so entitled and instead of trying to get and work for it their selves like normal people they make their selves into victims and act like everyone who is just trying to live their lives are holding them down. Then people who have done everything for them they say that they have been horrible. People who have done everything have done too much and people who are just living their lives have just never been their for them. Even though they see them and everything. They act like they owe them. I will never understand. Why? Why are people thinking the world revolves around them? You can't do anything with them because they ruin it making it about the one and only them. Because their so special. |
Question: I need help with this? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 04:16 PM PST None of my friends talk to me first except for 2 of them so are the other people really my friends? because I have been questioning this for a long time. I have always struggled with having friends |
Question: What should I do if I suspect my rp partner is lying about their age? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 03:37 PM PST I like to rp with people on Facebook and I'm usually pretty careful about who I write with. However I just started rping with this person who claims they're 19 but acts way younger than that. We haven't written anything bad but they had said they wanted to in the future but now I'm second guessing even writing with them at all. What should I do? |
Question: How to keep conversation going online with a woman? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 02:41 PM PST there's this lady i like on my facebook friends list, she has showed interest in me and ive messaged her a few times...but i always leave it weeks, even a month or so to reply back to her, because i'm not confident in myself, are shy and don't know what to say? plus i'm frightened of rejection even though ive been rejected a lot in my life by the opposite sex. i'm a male aged 42 and never been good at chatting up women or talking to them....i get to eager too quick, too clingy and it usually frightens girls off....i have a severe personality disorder which makes communication that more difficult too.....this lady on facebook is 50 years old but shes very pretty and a redhead, i like redheads. i haven't replied back to this lady for many many weeks on facebook, because ive not been confident on what to say or how to proceed without scaring her away? can someone please help on what i should do? or just a little tip would help. |
Posted: 08 Feb 2020 02:06 PM PST For example: say my friend gets really sad and upset over something trivial like someone rolling their eyes at them. Would I be a horrible person in telling them "a stranger just rolled their eyes at you. You shouldn't get bent out of shape over something so minuscule" or should I empathize with them and say "while I don't care if a stranger rolls their eyes at me because and see this as something trivial, my friend is clearly upset about it and I should treat it with the same delicacy." Which one is right? Because I know a lot of people who get worked up over (i.m.o) very asinine things but I look like an a**hole when I don't see it that way. That "because" isn't supposed to be there. It's "while I don't care if a stranger rolls their eyes at me and I see this as something trivial, my friend is clearly upset about it ...." |
Question: Is the person who said this to me my friend? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 01:59 PM PST PLEASE HELP ME INTERPRET THIS - I HAVE ASPERGERS AND STRUGGLE TO. I said to someone on my Facebook that 'I have no friends to talk to anymore' when I was feeling a little down. 'Tom you can always talk to me :) and I don't know of anyone who hates you you're such a lovely person. I think you just need to gain perspective on the situation you feel you're in. Are you at home at the moment? Might be best to get some sleep and think about it tomorrow' Tl;dr - Do you think that the person who said this to me is my friend? |
Question: Please answer! What is my friend getting at? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 01:06 PM PST At work, a co-worker said we have a beautiful friendship that's growing stronger and that he really only comes to work hoping to see me. He said if everyone was asked I'd probably be everyone's favorite. He mentioned he wants to leave but would like for me to go with him somewhere else. We talked about getting a place together as well. |
Question: Gift ideas for 5 year old? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 12:45 PM PST My friend is having a birthday party for her little girl, and I need to bring a gift. The trouble is, I have no idea what this kid likes, and I don't have kids of my own, so I don't know what to bring. Her kid is turning 5, and that's all I know about her. I don't want to show up with the wrong gift in hand, so any suggestions would be appreciated. |
Question: Is this a caring thing to say to a friend? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 12:03 PM PST 'Tom you can always talk to me :) and I don't know of anyone who hates you you're such a lovely person. I think you just need to gain perspective on the situation you feel you're in. Are you at home at the moment? Question: What was my friend getting at? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 11:09 AM PST At work, a co-worker said we have a beautiful friendship that's growing stronger and that he really only comes to work hoping to see me. He said if everyone was asked I'd probably be everyone's favorite. We talked about possibly getting a place together just to watch movies, play music, video games, etc. and leaving our job for another one together. |

Question: I'm having a bad birthday ? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 09:57 AM PST So today is my birthday and so far its really not been good. Both of my parents decided to go to a party with friends instead of have one with me and my friends who I was supposed to hang out with told me that they have to work even though they told me they requested to take that day off. My sister didn't even wish me a happy birthday either. Now I'm just sitting down doing homework cause I have no one to hang out with. Any ideas of how I can feel better? Also I forgot to mention my nose started to bleed and my allergies are going crazy so I've been sneezing the whole day |
Question: Why do I bother being alive with literally no one likes me? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 08:43 AM PST My supervisor keeps talking to me about putting the wrong things on the carts and saying "this doesn't go here" And "you need to fix this" I feel like I'm retarded of something because nobody else is getting talked to and I'm making a fool out of myself because everyone can hear her talking to me. I noticed she was talking about me to others and giving others annoyed looks like I'm annoying her. Now I'm embarrassed to go to work now because I'm probably the laughing stock of my work. Nobody likes me. Nobody at the many places I've worked at like me and nobody at school liked me and I literally only have 2 friends which one of them talk to me if nobody else is around but the other friend lives out of state so I never see her. I feel worthless and every one of my co workers are probably making fun of me. Most of them already do. I'm embarrassed and I hate myself. I feel like a complete jackass and I'm embarrassed that she talked loudly about me messing up so everyone can pretty much hear her and is talking crap about me to everyone. |
Posted: 08 Feb 2020 07:31 AM PST Is it ok to hardly ever talk to your friends and just keep to yourself? |
Question: Why do people ignore your texts even when they’re on their phone all the time? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 07:14 AM PST I had to ask a friend what's happening at my soccer practices after missing a couple from a death in the family. She's on her phone all the time.. She has been opening my Snapchat's and stuff so why can't she answer my text? She usually does right away. |
Question: I tried to call my friend but it got sent to voicemail. reasons? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 07:13 AM PST So I was trying to call my friend to see what's up. but it got sent to voicemail. My friend likes me. |
Posted: 08 Feb 2020 02:48 AM PST My boyfriend of 10 months bought his female friend a fancy 480 dollar bag. It had a funny meme on it. They are friends a long time. Am I right to be a tad upset? He's only ever given me cash to buy myself a present? |
Question: Me and my best friend haven’t talked in a month. What should I do? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 02:03 AM PST The reason why we are not talking is because after New Year's I told her she need to start answering my text more and actually talking to me. then she said that I don't support her and it made me really mad. Because i always try to support her no matter what. I don t know if it's because of her family issues right now. But I feel like she's been really distant and haven't been talking to me. i Remember when we used to be able to talk about anything and everything.I just feel like she is taking her anger out on me. But after the argument, I changed my number and I didn't give it to her. I tried apologizing but she didn't respond. I want to go pop up on her and talk about what we need to fix on but I don't wanna apologize because I feel like I shouldn't have to. If anything I want her to apologize for saying I'm basically a bad friend. When i know im not i have never not been there for her. If anything i feel like she lacks being supportive of me. In 2018 my nana passed away and I asked her to come to the visitation or funeral but she didn't but in 2019 her boyfriend uncle passed and she went to that funeral and supported him so I feel some type of way about that. |
Question: Being beautiful is lonely? Posted: 07 Feb 2020 09:46 PM PST Women generally auto hate us. Look at comments about celebs like kim k online. Men want us but usually just for sex and nothing more or they are too i intimidated to really ask us out even if they have good intentions in mind toward us. I have no friends. Ive seen it before; a beauty with no friends and hasnr had a BF. She was bullied so bad she became homeschooled. My life was so similar to hers. We are both sweet ppl who do not try to hurt or insult others. Women are envious. We can do nothing right. I have no one. |
Question: Can a long distance relationship work if you see each other every two weeks? Posted: 07 Feb 2020 08:26 PM PST For 8 hours per day? This would only be temporary until I'm able to see them more often. And I would eventually want to move in with them. |
Question: Why is this kid at school so rude? Posted: 07 Feb 2020 08:00 PM PST So he legitimately back in the day used to be a nice kid. He used to talk to a lot of people. He always had a temper and short patients. There where always people he never faired well with. BUT... It seems not he only talks to a few people now. He sits alone at lunch since Jr. High he stopped talking to anyone. We are now in High School. He sits alone and people have tired to sit with him but he is very rude about it. He moves away or makes some snarky comment. I don't know why he does not like really anyone anymore. He seems to have a lot of issues because of the way he acts I don't think there is much he can do about it and I feel kind of bad for him. But why is he like that? I remember him talking to people and being honestly a good friend and really funny too. It makes me sad to see him like that. |
Question: How can I move on from someone I cared about deeply? Posted: 07 Feb 2020 06:53 PM PST Hi everyone! I'm currently getting over the loss of my best friend. I've been trying to get close again for a while now. He looks lonely, and sad. Which makes me feel guilty. My friends claim that "he did it to himself", because honestly why we had to cut ties wasn't both of our faults, he just wanted to distance himself. He left without warning, that was so stressful. I care so much, I hear that he hasn't been doing his assignments anymore and I usually was the one helping him with them. I hear that I don't deserve to feel like this and to never question myself, but it's so hard not to care about someone I cherished so much. He brought me through so many tough times. He was the best friend I've ever had at that point. I feel awful he felt the need he had to leave. He no longer has anyone to sit with at lunch, or to walk with to class. I always see him glance at me when I'm with my friends but I feel like he doesn't care. Because if he cared he wouldn't throw away our friendship with no reason. When I go home, and I'm away from my friends. I feel alone, What brings me peace now is all the memories. The memories mean so much to me because before I met all my friends, including my best friend. I was lonely then too. You'd probably catch me eating lunch in the bathrooms alone, or hiding during pep rallies. I feel like having friends makes me feel confident, and they shape me to be the best that I could. How can I move on? Please help me, I think it's time that I stop trying to chase him. |
