Question: Why doesn't she text me first? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 03:10 PM PST I have a friend who I go out places with and we have a good time. Like I always text her first a lot, but she doesn't with me. I asked her does she see me as a friend and she said yes but she doesn't text me. I have another friend that texts me and invites me out. My other one seems to be fine if she doesn't have friends, she doesn't text any of her other friends, they all text her. Maybe she's fine with or without friends. |
Question: Do I Owe My Friend An Apology? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 02:07 PM PST Last month, I was at a holiday party with some friends from the gym I belong to. At the party, I was hanging out of one of my friends who is somewhat quiet and introverted. I made a sarcastic comment on how exciting he was to be around and told him that I was going to the restroom, as a way to ditch him in order to talk to other friends who were at the party. Since then, he's been subtly ignoring me. He stopped going to the same gym classes that I used to see him at, he unfollowed me on social media and has told others that he doesn't consider us to be friends anymore. Do I owe him an apology? |
Question: How to make your friend delete pictures of you from their Facebook/Social Media profile? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 01:39 PM PST I'm 24 years old. my friend - or as I'm starting to assume - so called friend likes to take pictures. He has pictures of us posted on his Facebook profile. (Mostly pics of us clubbing/having fun). It's not that those pictures are intimate or generally inappropriate. It's just that I find some of them to be unflattering, putting me in a bad light and spoiling my reputation. although some of them I just simply, personally don't like. So, I asked my friend to delete them, to which I received a response: "I will never do that. It's life memories" I'm really concerned about my privacy and how those pictures would impact my future. Is there any other way I could have him remove those pictures? Or should I stop worrying about it, and just let it go? |

Question: Girls do you say I love you to your female friends? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 12:03 PM PST I dont see how it can be bad. Its good to love your friends as friends of course. Why are so many people homophobic? |
Question: My twin sister who neglects me, got me a gift for my birthday. How did she remember? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 11:51 AM PST We've been at odds with each other for years, but she remembered my birthday. Is she putting everything behind us and trying to make piece? Since she didn't forget my birthday this year, I'm wondering if that's good news |
Question: Is this weird to do to avoid bullies? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 10:51 AM PST So, I know this girl and she is my friend and someone had been bugging her and I told her to tell the principal and she did but that never works. They have been telling her not to come to school and she going to get hurt if she does. She doesn't see them until lunch and at the end of the day. I meet up with her in the morning and she was complaining that her stomach was upset. She said she didn't to be at school but her mom made her go. Well to avoid her bullies that would never leave her alone and to get out of school. She Intentionally Pooped herself in the morning to get out of school so her mom would pick her up. This is the farthest thing from a joke she is fine now it's been taken care of but that is what she did to get out of school. I Am glad to see her happy again nobody bugs her anymore and I love to see the smile on her face. |
Question: Wait, so not all girls are rude and make fun of shy and quiet guys.? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 10:21 AM PST Highschool was hell for me. The girls would always trash-talk about me (except for one girl who'm I'm still friends with) they called me names and such and would make me feel embarrassed at times. But here in college people are different. They're so warm and friendly. I no longer feel anxious or oppressed here and can freely speak. I had it easier to make friends with people here including two girls. We chat for hours and hours on whatsapp and they love memes just like me. They told that I'm not weird in any way and it's ok to be shy and a little socially anxious and awkward. So are people in college more mature and accepting. I'm not sure whether I have autism or not but my life is definitely better than what it used to be in highschool |
Question: How to join a friend group in high school? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 10:19 AM PST So I'm currently half way through sophomore year. I've not been very happy with the two girls I sit with at lunch and I want to find a new group to sit with. I have a group in mind and I'm friends with most of the people it's just they seem pretty close so I don't know how i would do that? Please help |
Question: What means if your best friend treat you like trash? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 09:48 AM PST she is suppose to be my best friend but she hates very much when i feel confidence and she always tries to put me down and convince me that i am ugly also What is her problem?? i cant understand.... I am always nice to her |
Question: Is this a bad friend? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 08:26 AM PST I visited New York recently, and when I returned I started talking about it w/ a casual friend, who quickly changed the subject. Obviously, he didn't wanna talk about it. Fyi, I couldn't have invited him cuz he's a grad student w/ no money. Fast forward a year later, he visited Boston, and when he came back he had no problem telling ME about HIS trip. This guy's a **, right? He's jealous I went on a trip, but if he goes on one, he expects me to hear about it? Thoughts? What would u do? |
Question: Should I turn into a mean girl myself? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 07:49 AM PST I mean, I've been thinking about it. Ever since middle school, I've always had issues making female friends. They were always bitchy and catty towards me because of how "weird" I was. Granted it was true, but I was never hateful towards them. Flash forward to adult years and I'm still having issues fitting in with other women. I've dealt with snake friends & jealous women who would hate me for no reason. I've given up on trying to make female friends because I'm in my late 20s & everyone is already set with their friends. I feel like I'm better off treating other women the way they treated me to cover up my inferiority complex. |
Question: I told off an old friend I checked up on on fb, but he changed and was a jerk to me? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 06:42 AM PST I made a joke on his post calling him a hypocrite because hes all political now and very left wing, but used to say to me he doesn't want to talk politics ever. He then got all defensive and flipped out on me. I responded with a long reply. He's also a fancy hipster now, so I called him a rich snob. I feel like I should not have bothered to say hi, bit dont want to apologize because he stalked down to me like he was better than me. He also hates Trump and is pro antifa. I realize people change, but why do I feel so drained and miserable? Do I feel guilty how I talked to him, or because of his anger towards me. He had so much hatred for me. I sarcastic said "nice to see you to". He then denied we used to hang out, watch friends on tv, and walk his dog. He denied ever having a dog or watching friends before. He treated me like a pos. A part of me feels saddened by all of this like it is a bad dream. |
Question: My sister in law jelous of me? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 06:16 AM PST She copies me in everything and shes rude what can i do |
Question: In love with my best friend and they don’t feel the same? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 05:10 AM PST I recently confessed my feelings to them, but they said they're confused? They said it would be better if we just stay best friends and I wanna respect their decision but I don't know how. I need to get over them but I just can't and that's why I need help with this. They say that they feel something towards me at some points but other times it's just as a best friend. I'm so lost. |
Question: I'm in love with my friend's mom, what should I do? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 04:51 AM PST My friend's mom has known me for most of life and we used to be neighbors. She is so beautiful and I don't how to make a move or express my feelings to her. Any advice? |
Question: What should I do if someone is hurting my reputation due to jealousy ? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 04:20 AM PST I am a young teenager and some nasty rumors have been spread about me due to jealousy, which is lowkey ruining my life and my personality. I live in a very religious and close minded country (not gonna disclose the name) and those rumors could destroy an innocent soul. About 2 years ago i was in a mixed school, and i was pretty popular with all the girls and the boys even though i didn't talk with the boys, but at the end of the year my friends started making groups with the boys and at first i didn't really talk, but they later convinced me to. When i did the boys were pretty interested in me more than the other girls. Some of the girls had crushes on the guys but the guys didn't really care for them. In front of me they acted all friendly, but behind my back they would spread rumors that I went out w the boys and we did some stuff together. The people who i thought were my closest friends turned on me, only few stayed and fought for me. They made many group chats and added me and they would fight me, but i never responded to it. It resulted me into moving in a all girl school and changed my very open and outgoing personality to a tough to crack person, little by little i started becoming the old me, but the rumors have reached to my new school by the same girl!! I have many new friends in this school but its very big and filled with girls who have no future and too much free time. What should i do? Can i report the girl, fight her or ignore it?? |
Question: Am I ok? ( details below)? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 09:56 PM PST I'm still in my early teens if that helps with the answer...ok so lately I've just felt...off. I don't like speaking much and I hate that. I try hard to talk but no one really listens. I'm jealous of the people who have friends who they can talk to without getting talked over. I like being around my friends but I feel like I'm boring and then I distance myself. They probably think I'm rude now... Its like I'm an introverred ambivert. Am I ok? Serious answers or I'm going off. Not in the mood for bullshït. |
Posted: 08 Feb 2020 07:18 PM PST Is it bad that I don't hardly ever talk to my best friend? I still care about her though. It's just she is so busy that I feel like I should leave her alone |
Question: Why did this guy who started talking to me stare at my face so intently? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 06:40 PM PST I was sitting down staring out the window. He sat down across the table from me and started talking to me. We were both there for the same reason btw but usually people are not that friendly. People are generally shy at least with me and I am a quiet person. So then I faced him and we were just having a normal conversation. And being the socially inept quiet girl that I am, I had trouble being super chatty and I had a habit to look out the window and every time I looked back at him like after a pause his eyes were actively searching my face ! He wouldn't keep his eyes off my eyes/face even when we weren't even speaking. Some may say its a sign he likes me or sees me as pretty. But I am not satisfied concluding there. It was kind of mysterious and i feel that it was more than just him looking at a girl he finds pretty. I feel like he was examining my face in a mysterious way and trying to find something out or something out about me...which would be weird because we just met, why the heck would a guy be that curious/suspiscious/seeking on a total stranger? Or are some people just naturally that curious? I am actually a super curious person myself about people but not THAT curious. What do you think it sounds like? |
Question: What do you do if you want someone on Instagram to leave you alone? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 06:28 PM PST I have an Instagram that I just post art and cute stuff on (yeah, that's my cat). Nothing else, nothing more. There's someone on there that is commenting on my stuff a lot, I don't know them, help. Basically I made a post saying happy birthday to my friend and stated that I had a fever. He commented saying, "Get well soon," which is totally fine, but after a really really long time he commented "Feeling any better?" which kind of creeped me out... How do I respond to this? I'm nervous, and I don't want anything bad to happen just in case. And just to add on, he commented on my friend's stuff (Lillabeth) and found my account, started commenting on mine. I'm nervous. I dunno if he's bad or good ;-; |
