Question: How come people are marrying later in life in their mid 30’s now? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 10:18 PM PST Some of my friends are 35 and are just starting to get married now. And some have babies at like 38 or so. It seems this new generation isn't in a hurry as much |
Question: Signs he’s in love with his work wife? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 10:17 PM PST Husband joking calls his too beautiful employee his work wife. Sees her sometimes outside of work. They smoke and drink sometimes and she brought him chicken soup in when he got sick. I'm getting sick help |

Question: How to let my friend go, for a while, and explain why? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 07:57 PM PST Basically: I'm happily engaged. I've been engaged for about a month now. I have this friend who I've known longer than my fiance and I've been in love with him for almost 2 years, but I also truly love my fiance. He's been my rock through the hardest of times (my mom passed away 4 months ago). My fiance is starting to suspect I have feelings for my friend and although he and I aren't really close, there's no denying that we flirt and that there's a bond between us. I keep worrying that my friendship with my friend is going to negatively affect my relationship with my husband-to-be if I continue having these feelings for him. How do I let my friend go, temporarily, while explaining to him WHY I am letting him go? How do I do it without making himself or his wife uncomfortable? Do you think he'd even tell his wife if he knew I had feelings for him? We have never been involved sexually or romantically. We are both Christians and he is more religious than I and he has strong morals. There's no doubt there has been sexual tension between us and we're both attracted to each other, but have never gone further than that. Wouldn't he find my fiance to be controlling if I said my fiance wants us to cool our friendship for a bit? |
Question: Does my ex wife has the right to accuse me of cheating? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 07:57 PM PST It happened at the end of the marriage. My ex wife was living at her sisters. I was alone. We both knew we were heading for divorce. So I had relations with a coworker. While technically we were still married at that point, the relationship was already long dead. I know for a fact that it couldn't be salvaged no matter what my ex wife says. |
Question: How can I help my wife ? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 07:14 PM PST My wife came out to me as bi-sexual I kind of known for a while she's been acting really strange lately also been really upset about everything or nothing. I knew something was bothering her I asked if she was ok she said yes. She's a huge fan of Queen we just watched Bohemiam Rhapsody for the 100th time I don't know if she's doing it because of Freddie or if she's being serious. I hope this is just a phase we have a daughter who's gonna be 2 months old tomorrow she needs her mother she can't do that now I really hope she's only doing it because Freddie did she looks up to him and wants to be like him. I'm not leaving her also I'm not mad at her I'm just in shock. She's scared to come out to her family. How can I help her ? |
Question: Quick help in dealing with family matter? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 05:49 PM PST I noticed that my wife blocked my social media again last night. But this morning when I came home from night shift, she was distant and ignored me. Gave our 10 month old son to me and quickly got ready for work. I need to sleep because I'm night shift but I noticed that she has also blocked my phone number. Yet she has the car with the baby car seat in it. Our son is not well. My main worry is that he could deteriorate and need to be taken to the hospital. I have no way to contact her because she will not even answer a private number. So I want to know my options in terms of child custody and her behaviour. I was suspecting she might be cheating on me. But she has a diagnosed mental illness too. |
Question: Does being defensive ruin a marriage? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 05:22 PM PST Sometimes when my wife asks me about something, I think she is interrogating me. I am the at home parent. When my wife is coming home from work, she calls me and we discuss how our children's day was. She will start asking questions and I feel like I am under a harsh light or being water boarded if I give her an answer she doesn't like. I can usually contain myself but sometimes I get angry and defensive, which then frustrates my wife. I also find just being around her my shields go up and I turn into a defense attorney, clearly and laboriously explaining my actions. I do this multiple times during our discussion. I feel like if I don't do this, I will be in trouble. I don't want her to have anything to go after me for. This behavior comes from some high stress jobs that I had with some very bad bosses where if I wasn't defensive, I might get eaten for lunch. I also had some very judgmental people in my life at various times and being defensive helped me deal with them. Have I hurt my marriage? |
Posted: 03 Mar 2019 04:18 PM PST My husband has fibromyalgia and because of his chronic pain and fatigue we can never go hiking together or bike riding, or walk around longer than a few hours. I'm angry about this though I knew he had this condition when I married him. His daily life is full of suffering, pain and basically being stuck inside all day bcuz he hurts too bad to drive. And takes care of our son everyday while I work until 7 at night. Am I selfish if I tell him all the time how sad and angry I am that we csnt do those things because of his condition? It hurts his feelings and makes him feel like a burden because he cant change the situation. |

Question: I want a hot guy and divorce my husband? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 02:44 PM PST I met a hot, very fit and sexy guy who's in his mid 30s at my gym..he's a body builder and a soon to be cop. I'm obsessed, I can't get him out of my head, it's ruining my life. He's so energetic and attractive. My husband isn't attractive or sexy, he's boring and he's also very argumentative. I want to leave him but I would feel really bad. I don't want to be with him anymore because every time we're together or doing something together, we always end up arguing. He always try to prove that he's right. He always have to get his way. I use to bend myself to make the relationship work but now he's not the player anymore. I'm over him and no longer in love or feel anything for him. I have distant myself from him. I stopped doing things with him and when we have sex.. all I can think about is this new guy. That's the only way I can orgasm. What do I do? I'm so obsessed with this new guy and I want to be with him so bad, it hurts. I know I shouldn't feel this way about him but I can't help it, he's my ideal man. I recently started working out a lot and toning my body. I want sexy abs, a good looking butt and nice legs to match this new guy. If you were me would you leave your husband? And what would you do if he won't let go of you? |
Question: Do you believe that karma always catches up to a cheating spouse? Question: Is it ok to cry in front of your wife ? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 10:38 AM PST My wife was watching a show about Caylee Anthony I'm sick of hearing this. This happened when I was 11 I remember it very well I'm 22 now it still bothers me especially since I'm a new father myself I have a daughter who's gonna be 2 months old tomorrow I couldn't imagine this happening to her. If my daughter was missing for 30 minutes let alone 30 days I be calling the cops right away like any normal person would tell them what happened and not argue with them saying I don't know where she is for a month. We were in Orlando last year it kind of scared me going but my wife has family there we might be going back either next year or this year we don't know yet. What doesn't make since to me was how can that baby be left out there dumped on the side of the road for 6 months decomposing people walking or driving by nobody noticed her they said there was a school on that road no kid walks by and sees her lying there WTF this doesn't make no sense of why it took so long to find her. I know the road she was on my wife's cousin's house wasn't far from that we were on that very road which was kind of scary. This Casey person is someone I would not want my child around. We were also at Universal I'm glad we didn't run into Casey there if we would have I would have walked away from her. I don't care if she's a famous person or not. I hear people say she's innocent she didn't do it but I believe that she did everything. Is it ok to cry in front of her ? |

Question: How do you deal with this relatives problem? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 10:09 AM PST in short, my sisters (2) married a rude and strange husband. First both of them are weird (when we are talking). second, they are rude. What do I do with these bro in law whom I dont particularly like to see them? for example, my sister asked me why I never started a conversation with her husband. Well, why am I the one who has to start talking with him? if he wants to talk, well approach me and start talking. Isnt he strange? and sometimes he talked in a high voice which I think is very rude.... sorry typo.... ".....married rude and strange husbands (2 bros)" shy? no..... just weird.... I knew this guy before he was married to my sis. So we have known each other for 2 years before my sister was married, but he just like me to start a conversation with him can you imagine you have to start a conversation everytime you see him? even thought I have known him for 5 years until now???? and he is not shy.... got a F#$#$ ego problem... I'm not his employee @barb: the problem with women is that they are feminist. Defending other women without knowing exactly the problem. Who says my sisters dont have problem with their men? One of my sister keeps fighting with her husband. she said he is cheap.... I cant get along with those bro in laws because they are rude. not because I'm rude.... I have been working for almost 10 years and I've met a lot of people (about 100 hundred). I know about people and their attitude. |
Posted: 03 Mar 2019 09:37 AM PST No mean comments. I mean Celine Dione and her husband had the second age gap and it won't for years before he passed. |
Question: My fiancé’s mom has become so rude? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 09:24 AM PST My fiancé and I are relocating 4 hours from his mother for my new job. His job will be transferring him. Ever since she found out she's been acting extremely rude to my family and me! She's made digs at me such as "I love that you can't attend church but can come meet us for lunch so my son can pay for you." She came to my families house for dinner and did nothing but complain that they needed to hurry up and eat because they had other places to be. Yesterday she invited us over for dinner and served ME just ME McDonald's and said she was sorry she didn't have enough food for me only her immediate family. I'm also finishing my Masters Degree this May. She made a dig that she was so glad her son was done with that garbage and insinuated my family was footing my bill. THEY ARE NOT. She's been taking screen shots of things I post and showing them to my fiancé telling him they are about him or that I'm out with another man. Now, my fiancé is having second thoughts about moving and is insisting that it will only be a temporary move! I'm thinking of ending our engagement. I've tslked to him about his mothers behavior and he just shrugs it off. Any advice?? |
Posted: 03 Mar 2019 09:12 AM PST I have been married for 4 years. I'm Active Duty and she is a foreign citizen. We have had our ups and downs and split and came back to each other. We filed for her petition for a Green Card when we got married. I have been there to support my wife the entire time. They gave us a denial letter about 4 months ago asking one last chance to prove our legitimacy and we did 3 months ago. We're still waiting. But now the relationship is withered. It's been long and hard and I don't know whether to stay to help her and keep her here with our baby who's a citizen even though it was entered initially in good faith, or to just file for divorce and risk them thinking otherwise even after being married for 4 years and going through this process. I want to help but I'm drained, but I don't want to make her lose this life because of me after all this time and energy we've both put in. Some things weren't meant to last even if you try. |

Question: Why do married when look at single females as if they did something when they're innocent? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 08:47 AM PST Lady from my church husband sings with me on a group.I am never around him without others .I never have a personal conversation with him at church. I have made eye contact at her to smile and she just looked at me serious as if I did something but I didn't.her husband is fairly new to our group since last fall and they are new members . When we are in study and I look up she just looks at me I want to crack a smile but I'm scared |
Question: I am renting a room from a family and they don't seem to ever leave? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 07:57 AM PST There's the wife, husband, and 2 year old son. The husband is in school furthering gis nursing career. The wife seems like a stay at home mom. It seems like only the husband leaves to get groceries or pick up is first son from other marriage/relationship. When I leave for work they are here. When I come back they are still here and don't even leave on the weekends. They just seem to watch TV and give attention to their only son who acts spoiled and loud at times. Am I missing something here? Seems strange to me. |
Question: How can I help my wife feel better ? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 07:33 AM PST My wife used to have a feeding tube in her stomach when she was little she had it removed a long time ago probably when she was about 9 or 10 she's 26 now she's still has the scar from the surgery where they removed it. She says once in a while right there where she use to have it her stomach feels like it's tightening up making it hurt. She just had a baby 2 months ago she said after she had our daughter is when it started hurting she never had this problem before. I tried rubbing her belly or massaging it maybe it would help but it doesn't. She said even when she was pregnant it hurt she never says if anything is bothering her. I'm not mad at her I'm just really worried I don't know if she's afraid of telling us or what but she's done this forever I known her my whole life so I know everything about her. She's never had this problem that I know of anyway. Her brother is a doctor maybe he can help her out. We haven't had sex since our daughter was born so she's pregnant again. What could be wrong with her ? |

Question: HE DRAINED OUR SAVINGS ACCT? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 05:55 AM PST We have a savings acct to save for our future such as wedding, rent, emergencies, etc. He put my name on his savings so it's a joint act now. However, recently he drained the entire act because he was caught driving without car insurance for months and had his car towed. He had to pay hundreds $1400 to get it out and to pay restoration fees..... I was pissed. Also he loans friends money and I think he borrowed from our acct but denied it. His friend asked for 300 dollars to cover his rent. I saw it in a text message while snooping. Recently the friend payed my bf back. When I asked my bf if he loaned the friend money he replied "It wasn't 300 all at once. He needed stuff for his baby before she was born and he asked after she was born and they also needed the money for something else but I don't remember" ...I replied "Oh I thought maybe he asked for the 300 at once but either way your friend asked for 300, it doesn't matter when" My bf got irritated and told me I need to trust him and stop asking questions after he tells me something. My bf said it wasn't all at once and basically lied because in text the friend asked for 300 for rent. This is a friend my bf knows I don't like. I know my bf lied based off me snooping thru his phone to find truths. I am not putting any more money into the act. When should I break up with him??? |
Question: I need advice on my long distance marriage!? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 05:17 AM PST My husband is active duty army stationed in Hawaii and I currently live in Ohio. When we first met he was stationed in Tennessee and we saw each other almost every weekend. He had re-enlisted before we met and signed a contract to Hawaii for another 4 years... so about a year and a half into our relationship he had to move away. Unfortunately I have a child from a previous relationship and I am stuck here as the court will not let me relocate with my child. I'm just wondering what other people would do in this situation? I want so badly to be with my husband as this huge of a distance is very hard, but I also can't leave. Just wondering if anybody had some insight on what they would do! Going through a hard time... thanks!! |

Posted: 03 Mar 2019 12:58 AM PST Now I confronted the brother in-law and he got an attitude with me and went out not garage. I'm now sleeping on couch and not speaking to my husband and said he's going to be rude to my children because I was confronting his brother. Do I ignore my husband now what? |
Question: How can I get my husband to give up his precious pickup truck for a nice electric car? Posted: 03 Mar 2019 12:06 AM PST Charles is truly full of ****. |
Posted: 02 Mar 2019 11:30 PM PST When I asked him about it, he said he was just trolling. But it kind of turns me on that he feels that vulnerable to leave such comments on the internet. I would love to hear him express some more of his views the next time we make love. Is it wrong that I'm getting off of my husbands insecurities? I feel like a terrible wife. |
Question: Need to divorce but is threatening to not pay child support for my 4 dependent children? Posted: 02 Mar 2019 10:49 PM PST This is quite long so I'm sorry: Hi I'm desperately looking to divorce my husband of 20 years. He is emotionally abusive and has in the past been physically abusive on occasion (towards our 6 children). There are more serious problems and I have tried to endure them but it is putting a major strain on our family and my mental health I have told him I need a divorce but he threatened to withhold funds for our children. I am a public school health teacher and only make 4K a month, which goes to insurance rates, student loan payments, and other necessities like groceries and bills. My husband takes care of rent and other large bills I simply can't afford. I am not familiar with legal processes but I got a divorce lawyer last year and tried to estimate how much we can have my husband to pay for child support but he is an independent business owner and he lied and said he makes less than me so his child support payments would be too low to take care of our children. We have 3 minors and 1 dependent (the other two are independent). It's very complicated, I am dealing with a narcissistic who has no compassion or care for his children. I was wondering if anyone has any legal advice or has experienced this and has any personal advice. I am willing to do anything to get away from this man. |
Question: Is it OK to cry in front of your wife ? Posted: 02 Mar 2019 05:08 PM PST My wife was watching a show about Caylee Anthony I'm sick of hearing about it I was 11 when it happened I remember it well it kind of scared me because that's all they talked about for the past 10 years I hate hearing about it I'm 22 now being a father myself it really bothers me. Make it scarier I learned that Casey is from right here in Ohio also we were in Orlando at Universal last year which made it even more creepy I'm glad we didn't run into her if we did I would stay away from her. She's someone I would not want my daughter around. I have an almost 2 month old daughter I couldn't imagine anything like that happened to her or her mom doing it to her how can anyone to this to their kid and lie about it for 10 years. They said that her father helped out or that he murdered her but I believe she did it she sure does act like it. This literally gives me a headache every time I hear it. Is it OK to cry in front of her ? Going to Florida makes me nervous especially Orlando but my wife has family there |
Question: Should we have another baby ? Posted: 02 Mar 2019 03:39 PM PST Me and my wife have a daughter who's gonna be 2 months old Monday. We been talking about wanting another one but we're not sure. I wouldn't mind another one but she thinks it's too soon. When should we have another one ? |
Posted: 02 Mar 2019 03:34 PM PST First off I don't care that he went, but the amount of money he spent is beyond me. He said it was a $50 cover, he got 2 $40 lap dances, tipped throughout the night (3 hours) and bought himself drinks. It just doesn't add up and I think he had other sexual favors. Men and woman who are familiar with club prices, should I trust him or should I be worried he brought something home? |
