Posted: 20 Mar 2019 12:29 PM PDT I feel like I'm treated like crap now. Suddenly she yells no coffee allowed, and flips out a lot on me like I'm stupid. Things not even my fault Either that or its her because I just started. But she's nice to the gay soy boy and the feminist who hates men that is also mean to me. I do not want to quit Should I try to complain above her? |
Question: Why do children like me? Posted: 20 Mar 2019 12:14 PM PDT Ive done a lot of placements because I'm learning to be a teacher and I notice that every teacher Ive met always sit on a chair when they teach at the carpet area. But when I sit directly on the carpet with the students, they always see me as their peer. They make comments such as "you can play with us", "I wish you were my teacher" and so on. |
Question: What's wrong with me? Posted: 20 Mar 2019 11:22 AM PDT There was this store that was selling sandwiches and the employees were nice and inviting and were smiling to every customer with strong eye contact. Until. I came. They're voices were dulled. Their smiles disappeared. Their eye contact was was darting around the room and other people. They didn't even make my sandwich with care. They were more sloppy with mines than with others. Why? :( any thoughts? |

Question: Is it unreasonable to not want my daughter's boyfriend to stay over? Posted: 20 Mar 2019 09:54 AM PDT My daughter and her boyfriend are attending a concert together the next day, and would have to leave in the morning as it is an an all day festival. She wants him to sleep over so they can get on the road the morning after. He lives 40 minutes north from us and she doesn't drive yet, so either he would have to drive 40 minutes to get her, turn back around in the direction he lives in (concert is in his direction) and it would tack on over an hour more. She would stay at his apartment the next. night, since again it would be easier than having to drive 40 minutes to drop her off and then back. My daughter is a nice girl and never had a lot of friends or any relationships. She has struggled with depression and anxiety all of her life. She seems to be happier since he has been in her life and this is her first relationship, but as a parent I'm sure you understand my hesitation. She's 20, in college, and works about 30 hours a week. He's 21, dropped out of community college, works retail full time., and lives with roommates. I don't like that he dropped out of college. It makes me nervous if they have a future together. Anyways, I don't like the idea of her staying at his place either. If anything, I don't like it even more. I know she is getting older, but I don't know if I should intervene at all with their plans, or even how to. Once she graduates, gets a full time job, and moves out she can do as she wishes. Any advice? Thank you. I do not have disposable income for that as I am working two jobs and have a daughter in college. She doesn't have any friends, sad to say. However, I know he has friends in the area so that might be a good idea! Thank you. |
Question: Why is my customer rating on DoorDash so low? :(? Posted: 19 Mar 2019 10:32 PM PDT I've been doing DD for about two weeks now. Only part time because I'm in college. So far I've done 22 orders and they've all gone very well (or so I thought). For the first week and a half my driver rating was a 5.0 and all of a sudden it dipped down to 4.0 (from what I gathered, DD can deactivate you if you're below a 4.5) I'm really upset and not sure what I did wrong. I'm always on time, which the exception of two orders, which was the restaurants' fault and the customers were very understanding. I'm just upset because this has been a solid backup source income to take care of small expenses, and I don't want to lose it :( |
Question: My parents annoy the **** out of me and I can’t deal with them anymore. HELP!!!? Posted: 19 Mar 2019 06:56 PM PDT I am in my freshman year of high school and idk why but my parents have been shooting the **** out of me for the past 6 months especially. Like they are constantly trying to add their 2 cents about everything, don't get me and always think things should be done only their way because it's "right". I am tired of constant bickering and constant problems. Even running away won't help me because they'll track me down and will get on top of me even more. I don't know if I can handle this anymore and there are still 3 years until college however I don't think i'll last that long. |

Posted: 18 Mar 2019 01:41 PM PDT I mean, I overcome my shyness if it's about her, but she cannot overcome hers even if she loves me. These are our first experiences. She's super sweet, innocent and affectionate, like the daughter your mom would love. Anyway,I kissed her and then bit (just a little bit didnt hurt her) her lip and she basically looked at me shocked. I was so into eat I wanted to her lip but she... no.. |
