Question: What to do with a backstabbing boss? Posted: 12 Mar 2019 09:01 PM PDT My husband's boss did it again to him. Earlier, one of my husband's employees wouldn't do certain tasks that were required. The problem is that 2 previous managers had the same problem with this employee. My husband's boss said that he wasn't being assertive enough with the employee. Well, 2 other managers couldn't either and asked to be transferred to different departments because of this individual boss. Today, my husband didn't get a yearly wage increase as part of his not being assertive. My husband works hard staying late, helping out when this boss won't answer his phone and the company calls him instead. It seems to me if they had problems with the troubled employee prior to my husband why should he take the fall? Did I mention that my husband's boss was the troubled employee's boss before he was promoted! The troubled employee was transferred to another department at the advise of my husband. My husband now is covering the former employee's work as well as his own. The company is yet to post an opening for the open position. Am I right that my husband should not cover for his boss anymore especially when his boss is on call and doesn't answer the phone. My husband will stop everything take the call that his boss should have do his work for him.and document everything that he believes his boss is trying to cause problems for him?
Question: How do I get my husband to share household work together? Posted: 12 Mar 2019 09:00 PM PDT I work, and he work too. He gets to relax after work, and I don't. I keep telling him this. He has to do some work here. He doesn't listen. I have to consistently pick up after him otherwise house gets dirty. He lays down eating chips while I have to clean, and do laundry. He complains about not having clothes to wear in the morning, and grills me before I go to work. I don't know how to get him to do a vacuum or laundry AT LEAST!
Posted: 12 Mar 2019 08:50 PM PDT remember craigslist personals, I found out my husband was not only looking at other people, but emailing them telling them he wanted to have sex with them as well, he did this SEVERAL times. when craigslist disappeared I breathed a sigh of relief, but now he is at it again, on a site almost identical to craigslist, I confronted him about it, and he said it was "bs" and acted like it was nothing, and got mad because I have not wanted to sleep with him since. I know most self respecting women would not put up with this type of behavior, but we have 3 children together been married almost 12 years I do love him,,, what should I do? HELP

Posted: 12 Mar 2019 07:15 PM PDT We just got out of a huge financial issue we had over the past 2 years. Finally completed it and felt great as this was 2 years of hell. Literally the same day we paid off all credit card debt, I found out my company will eventually move to another state. This could be a year or so down the line, but my day was shattered. I feel like I can't win and theres always an issue. I want to not worry everyday and enjoy the life with my wife and kids. How?

Question: Is it time to just blow my brains out? Posted: 12 Mar 2019 05:06 PM PDT In 1996, I gave up a $10 per hour job in order to move 75 miles away and marry my wife. She begged and pleaded. I didn t want to get married, because she d force me to move here and I knew it was career suicide. Stupid me, I did it anyways. I condemned myself to a life of minimum wage work or near minimum wage work. In 2011 I had scrimped and saved about $5,500 in my 401k from the last crap job I had. I was fully vested. It was a pitiful job. I started a carpet cleaning company on a shoestring. I never did much better than $200-250 per week. People here just don t have money to spend. I found myself working a variety of part-time and full time jobs along with my side gig. 2018 on the surface was very good. Week in, week out $300-400 per week. One problem, it was mostly commercial accounts with net 10 terms. Most simply did not pay. I ended up taking most to commercial claims court. I took more deadbeats to court in 2018 than all of 2011-2017 combined. This broke me financially and spiritually. I took a $12.75 per hour job as a janitor at a regional airport back in September. After 90 days, they made me full time. The past few months have been flights going to warmer climates. They cut me to 30 hours a week ago. They told me they would be cutting all of us to 20 hours per week in about 2 weeks. The work load goes down for a long time. My wife says we are broke and it is my fault. When my mother died 4 years ago, I inherited about $20,000. It is all gone. I have nothing to show for it. My wife gave her deadbeat brother $300. We've been taking care of his drug addicted, kleptomaniac 35 year old son for a year. He is unemployable. He lives rent free. He gets about $60 in food stamps monthly. My wife feeds him. I'm about to become homeless. My car barely works. I have no family. I am broke. I have no prospects. I'm 54. I'm thinking this is the time to end the suffering.

Posted: 12 Mar 2019 03:50 PM PDT Im a 17 year old girl who will hopefully go through bootcamp after graduation. I so badly would love to be a marine. But one thing worries me, my future husband. Marriage and loyalty are very important to me. Im still a virgin, havent done anything with anyone, havent kissed a boy in 10 years. Im saving myself and ill find one who has as well. But what if im deployed for a long time? I know its sooo hard and even if he loved me so much.. things can happen after being gone so long with little communication. Dont even get me started on kids.. how will I raise my kids? I already love them so much and want to be there when raising them but how if im gone most of the year? And i dont want to leave it to my husband because he'll be working and raising kids alone and neither one of them alone is easy.. can this work?

Question: Can someone explain to me if anal is pleasurable to a woman? If so, how/why? Posted: 12 Mar 2019 12:24 PM PDT not important to me...never will be. Just curious because I had a women tell once she liked it. But her first experience with it was forced. Just can't imagine any pleasure in it. Thats why I would never do it unless I really truly believed my partner would enjoy it over regular intercourse.

Question: My husband was sleeping with my sister.? Posted: 12 Mar 2019 10:41 AM PDT About a year and a half ago I found out that my 18 year old sister was 5 months pregnant but little did I know, it was my EX husbands child. To top that off, my mom knew this whole time and was trying to help my sister cover it up. i was so hurt by everything and I felt so betrayed because I have never hurt either of them in any kind of way. I have since divorced him, keep a semi relationship with my sister and mom. It has now been a year and I am still not over the hurt. My exhusband and I don't talk, he is not involved with the baby or my family. How do I move on from this pain and put my life back into focus without the added depression and anxiety?

Posted: 12 Mar 2019 09:52 AM PDT I have been working for the past 6 months or so to save up for a house for my husband and I. It will be a used mobile home in great condition, which my grandparents are graciously allowing us to put on their land. I have been over the moon about the house and have thrown myself into planning and saving and purchasing things to make our home cozy and functional. But! My husband has not had a job in almost a year now (about 2 months away from the year mark). We have no children, and he has not been a particularly good homemaker. Also, he has not bought a single thing for our home and has shown only mild interest for the most part in being homeowners. Now clearly, I am extremely passionate about this new start and am excited to see our life move to this wonderful new place. But when his lack of interest and lazy approach to finding a job (he only puts in about 3 applications a month) have got me wondering, should I take this new start just for me? I don't intend to sound selfish, but I am ready to grow up and I just can't help but think it'll be the same crap, different place. So, if given this opportunity, would you go it alone or would you try to work things out with a spouse that isn't working?

Question: Is it OK to do this with your ex wife? Posted: 12 Mar 2019 08:07 AM PDT My ex wife who I am still on friendly terms with, called and ask for my help. After our divorce she moved in with her mother. She said her mom's condo complex power was off and she and her mom were very cold as it is the middle of winter and she wanted to know if she and her mom could spend the night at my home. I said sure, come on over but I only have 2 bedrooms. She said we will work out the sleeping arrangements when we get there. What do you think would been the best sleeping arrangements so everybody was happy?
Posted: 12 Mar 2019 07:36 AM PDT My marriage is healthy (no divorce talk) but it's not fun any more. We have 3 teenage kids, 5 pets, a busy and unclean house, and we both work full-time. Life is getting harder day by day because the stress is building up and impacting our mental health. We also have unique problems in the house: a new untrained puppy, an almost adopted daughter stuck in the legal system, a rejecting and power hungry teen son, and a socially awkward tween daughter. It's just too much to handle and we have no support (therapy is going nowhere). All 3 kids don't do sports and all 3 kids practically live online (reality is too boring for them). My wife and I have to do all the chores, and everyone tries to sleep at midnight or later despite needing to get up by 5am.... Neither my wife or I are firm parents, when one is firm the other one plays good cop and screws it up.... On the intimacy front, my wife and I haven't had sex since new years day, and even then it was rushed and not super great. We are in our mid 30's but it feels like the mid-50's with how much stress we have. Help!

Question: Is it ever okay to punch your wife? Posted: 12 Mar 2019 01:15 AM PDT I know not usually but what if she did something awful. Like what if she asked you for money to bail out her heroin addicted, trailer park brother and you said no. You later found out that she took out a cash advance on your joint credit card without your permission to bail him out anyway. When you confronted her she started screaming at YOU, and you reluctantly hit her. One time in 5 years of marriage.
